I was using vodafone number from more than 10 years now. I had to go to outside india for a month, so i requested my number to be ported to pre-paid. My first surprise was that number was not being ported, instead a new connection request was placed. I was then told that it will take 3 days to completed, again don't see any reason for such a delay. Finally i was given a sim card which was not active for 4 days. Once i left india, both the sim cards were not working, finally pre-paid one started catching signals but when i was calling 59059 for verification, not working at all. I have tried customer care multiple times but they don't provide any solution.
I am in trouble as it is my primary number that is used in banking. Please suggest any solution.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Due to their bad service I requested to cancel their service last month... Just after a week I took their connection... I'm not using their service... I don't know where their Sim Is? But, they are still charging me...
Their customer service is bad to the core...
I don't understand without any salary details why did they provide me the service... It's fraud... Please don't hurt or do this at this distress time...
