sim deactivated

Please provide me the reason of deactivating my sim card.
Which is done with out my knowledge and permission.

I need to know the reason first of all and secondly reactivate my sim which is in running state.

My vodafone sim was on running condition at got to know that the same was deactivated from your side. Kindly reactivate the same or provide me the solution for the same as it is a pre paid connection...

Dear team,

In my vodafone number automatically deduct 66 rupees for caller tune. I'm already raised one complaint for the same. Vodafone customer executive told that we deactivate the caller tune and the amount will be refunded with 24 hours. Currently cross the time period of 24 hours, but i did not get any update and refund from vodafone side. More time i'm trying to connect with vodafone customer care but call is not connected....

not able to send message at 1900

I am not having good network of vodafone and even after fast internet recharge, i am facing slowness in internet speed.

I want to port my number from vodafone network to other.

Vodafone is not allowing to send the port message to 1900 and i am getting error for message sent failed.

This is not appropriate and very unprofessional if vodafone is having this attitude....

fraudulent charges on roaming in usa

I have Activated i Roam Free 599 plan on my Number and used it to call india twice in a month and it should be charged @ 1198 Rs . But they send me a bill of around 5990+ monthly rental and Taxes saying i have used Internet Which i have not and gave all the Proofs and i mail Corporatecare.[protected]@vodafoneidea.com asking for clarification on below Questions

I have experienced worst network issues and customer service support from vodafone.

Vodafone have automatically charged amazon prime subscription on my number. I have called them on 24th september to check such unnecessary charges and revert back. But this request got closed due to technical error. Called them 30th sep and 01 oct. So far no luck and all calls got barred. Time to switch such waste network. Spent time of around...

unethical ways of stopping mnp

When i tried to port from vodafone to airtel, i received fake call from [protected], saying that they call from airtel and asked me to send stop mnp to [protected]. After sending they asked for that sms to send back.
Only after sending i found they fooled me to stop porting. So again started from first and now changed to airtel.
Now when i tried to change my another number same call came from unknown number asking to send...
