I have an Airtel Prepaid connection [protected], and validity was expiring on July 19th. However i recharged the lifetime offer ( which the shop dealer told me) for 199Rs and I even got a confirmation message saying it is successfully recharged.
But, Later when i checked i didnt get validity or the balance. I called Airtel customer care countless times. But, they said that, 199 plan was valid only till June and now for...
