Axis bank give me a debit card in May 2021, At that time when sales executive give me information about that card he says you do 3 transactions and get 3000 rewards points. I do that buy no point given, for this I call to customer care but 2-3 times they in some time rewards to be given but at this time no point given, then I'm calling to customer care they transfer call to senior executive but not connect with senior executive, call disconnected automatically without given any information.
