Hi, i have salary account in axis bank & when i checked my balance they have deducted Rs.2483 from my account written as Consolidated Charges. Please help me to get my money back, the bank has deducted wihout any notification.

    Axis bank give me a debit card in May 2021, At that time when sales executive give me information about that card he says you do 3 transactions and get 3000 rewards points. I do that buy no point given, for this I call to customer care but 2-3 times they in some time rewards to be given but at this time no point given, then I'm calling to customer care they transfer call to senior executive but not connect with senior executive, call disconnected automatically without given any information.

      I went to open Axis Bank Zero Balance Account, but the Agent there denied me. He told me that they have Basic Salary account only. Why you people lie?? They charged me Rs. 1780.
      Without informing me, this is not correct. I want my amount back.

        When can i expect a response.

        Dont reply its 21 days needed because if i get a mail where the resolution time is mentioned as 72 hours i expect it within 72 hours nor 21days

          I have recently applied for home loan in axis bank ajmera branch, pimpri. I have submitted 2 cheques of total inr 5900 as loan sanction amount on 16/07, bank assured me this sanction amount will be valid for 6 months

          I have booked a property on 18/09 but now for loan disbursement axis bank asking me processing fee of inr 5900 again even though previous sanction amount valid for next 4 months

          When i asked this to axis employee [protected]@gmail.com he was trying to fool me with revised processing fee

          As per him processing fee got revises and is currently 11800

          I informed him that my previous fee and sanction is valid for next 6 months then how come he is asking for fee again but he was not able to answer it convincingly

          He suggested me to buy life insurance for loan worth rs 68k one time so that axis will not ask for new processing fee( in short axis forcing me to buy life insurance for home loan to exempt processing fee)

          Request you to look into my grievance and assist in getting it resolved

                  I have saving account in axis bank & when i checked my balance they have deducted 1577rupees with 18% gst from my account written as consolidated charges. I want my money back, these banks are deducting innocent peoples money from their accounts without telling peoples.

                    मेरे बचत खाते से कल शाम को 1549/- रुपए काट लिए गए है जो की ये कारनामा फ्रॉड बैंक एक्सिस बैंक ने किया है इससे पहले भी इन्होंने मेरे खाते से रुपए काटे हैं। जिसके लिए ये बैंक बोलता है की ये खाता मेंटेन का चार्ज है । मै एक मजदूर आदमी हूं गलती से इस बैंक मै मेरा खाता खुल गया है मुझे नहीं पता था की ये लोग इस तरह से पैसा काटते हैं । मै बहुत परेशान कृपया मेरा पैसा मेरे अकाउंट मै वापस भेजें ।
                    अन्यथा मै इस खाते को निष्क्रिय करवा दूंगा

                      I was using Axis bank as a salary account in 2017-18 and later it changed to savings account.
                      They took around -4000 rs recently from my account and the balance went to 0.

                      Now I changed the same account to salary account.
                      On checking my account today, balance went to -5000 rs from 0.
                      It is in negative even if it is a salary account. It is not fair.

                          Consolidation charges got deducted of 375 rupees got deducted as the reason of cheque return. I have paid all the due on time. I have a perfect statement as a proof. How can you deduct from my account lately and put a charges on that. This is so worst service that you're giving to your customers.

                            Yesterday I did the transaction for Rs.400 before on that I have
                            Rs.119 in my account but in the end, I had only Rs.271. While checking
                            Netbanking statements total balance shows Rs.417 but while checking
                            the balance it shows only Rs.181 Only. I can use this Rs.181 Only balance amount not able to use.

                            In between consolidated charges Rs.101.99 was debited from my account.

                            I raised the query via email. I tried in Live chat too. She said it's a lien amount before I asked the next question she ended the chat without saying.

                            Every month they debit many amounts like tis.

                                I would like to inform you that my account is with Axis Bank Kalyanpur (Kanpur, UP) branch. Whose account number is [protected]. Yesterday on 26/09/2021 Rs 4453.90 was deducted from my account in the name of Consolidated Chargers by the bank. Also 18 percent GST charge of Rs 801.70 was also deducted. Even before this, a lot of money has been deducted from my account in the name of consolidated chargers. You are requested to take cognizance of the above complaint, please get the full amount deducted in the name of consolidated charges refunded along with GST from my account till date.

                                      I am a Government Bank Employee with more than 30 years of experience and I have opted for Flipkart Axis Credit Card.
                                      The documentation has been done on 14th September, since then no update is given.
                                      As per the representative it takes max 7-10 days but its been more than that and no resolution.
                                      Even the representative took my salary slips two times saying its getting cancelled?
                                      So a Government Employee Salary details are not enough for this Axis Bank team that they r reverifying two times even though i have provided PAN and ADHAAR too.
                                      Really disappointing as i thought to buy in this flipkart sale but unfortunately i dont see any progress.

                                      @Axis Bank : If i donot get reply or resolution from Axis within 21 days also because its been 17th day starting my application submission, what are the next steps?

                                      I have received this email from [protected]@axisbank.com and 72 hours has passed already and also its 18th day today from the start.

                                        I have salary account in axis bank from my first company after coming out of company i never used that account and i am went out of state for working. I called customer care to close account. But they told need to come to own branch. I received every time message as your account balance is zero and now also came like that. Now i am went to branch for asking closing of account they told you have negative balance for not maintaining minimum balance we kept negative balance. I shown my messages they given zero balance. They are told that is our business policy . I went another time for showing and closing that account but they told why we need to follow those rules. And we didn't received any instructions like that from our bank so you need to clear negative balance to close it.
                                        This type of cheating customers and rbi done by axis bank please take action against these type of cheating banks
