Axis Bank credit card payment

I have paid my axis bank credit card bill on 24th august but it it still not showing as credited even though it is debited in my account. Resolve the issue asap....

Refund Not Credited On my Axis Credit Card

Hi,

I have done a transaction of amount Rs.139940 from Amazon on 9th Sep 2021 using my credit card ending 1494.However I had to cancel the item and a refund was initiated on 11th Sep by Amazon with Refund Reference Number : 000203 .But till today i.e 18th Sep 2021 no amount has been credited back to my credit card..

Have done multiple calls to Axis Bank Customer Care with no result..Ultimately had to file complaint...

Can't able to withdraw my money

My account is created by my previous company, i left the company two years back so i am not using this account last 2 years, since it is a pandemic situation my self is very much suffering in economic wise so i claimed my PF amount one week back my amount is credited in this account but now i am trying to withdraw the amount, its showing like my account got freezed also i visitied the axis bank, they are telling that i need to pay 600*24=...

Amazon Give return reference no but Bank hasn't initiated transaction

I have ordered MI Notebook Pro of Rs 59, 999 from Amazon on 10th sept, 2021 and cancelled it on that day. Amazon initiated my refund on 11th sept and tell me to wait for 2-4 business days. On 16th sept they gave me an refund reference number ( RRN) no saying that they have given my refund to the bank. But the bank hasn't gave me the money tillnow.
The RRN no is: 004953
Plz help me.

Service charges in savings account

My savings account was kept in dormant state but still a consolidated amount of Rs.8000 approx. was deducted as service charge from my account for the year 2015 to till date.
No response was received on my complaint against them through their website....

Refund not Initiated

After 1.5 months my amount not refunded till now.

I complaint about refund to bank according to them no product cancelled from flipkart you should approach to flipkart but according to Flipkart amount is refunded and asking for Screen shot of account statement.
Everything is sent but they are delaying day by day and no Concrete action is being taken.

Request to refund amount.
I am helpless now because...

Consolidated charges

I am having my saving and current account with axis bank and they are deducting approximately 3500 RS per annum in the name of consolidated charges where i maintain the requirment of the minimum of the account balance properly....

Excess charges in name of debit card replacement

On Sep 4, 2021 i withdraw₹500 from an axis bank atm and came home. On 8th September I received message that my new debit card is arriving at my home and i have been charged ₹1770 for this service. I was shocked to see this. I want immediate resolution against this fraudulent activities by the bank. I request indian government and media to look after this matter. I am in financial problems now. Upi fraud

I do not know how it is possible. but i am sheared my mobile no in axis bank tweeter DM and after 15 mint someone created a VPA ID and transfer my 57500 in a paytm VPA ID. so i want to bank my money and i want to know how it is happend. Please Check attached pic and timing i think someone in axis bank employee involve in this fraud. but axis bank closed my request.axis bank told me this fraud not a fraud authorized transaction.

Rude behavior of Axis Bank's Branch Manager

I was called and I went to my home branch regarding my savings account freeze. I didn't like the way the branch manager talked to me, I felt like being interrogated by CBI at some point of time. She was rude, and I felt embarrassed in front of the bank employees. I no longer wish to keep my account with Axis Bank, I will get an account from other banks like IDFC FIRST BANK. I have no problem with the Axis Bank, wanted to keep the account....

My credentials are showing as invalid.

Whenever I’m trying to login through the website, it says that my customer ID and my registered phone number are invalid credentials.
I even tried to authenticate my account using the app but there too it says invalid credentials....

Credit card

Hi,
I applied for axis flipkart credit card on April 2021, and my application ref no was: C1-[protected].
I was contacted by Sony from Axis bank (Mob: [protected]) and she informed me someone will come to pick up my documents, but no one came. Later, I got the message that my application was rejected.
I contacted this lady and asked why my application was rejected.
She said because of covid they have difficulty...
