Yesterday I did the transaction for Rs.400 before on that I have
Rs.119 in my account but in the end, I had only Rs.271. While checking
Netbanking statements total balance shows Rs.417 but while checking
the balance it shows only Rs.181 Only. I can use this Rs.181 Only balance amount not able to use.

In between consolidated charges Rs.101.99 was debited from my account.

I raised the query via email. I tried in Live chat too. She said it's a lien amount before I asked the next question she ended the chat without saying.

Every month they debit many amounts like tis.

    I have axis lic signature credit card ending no 5849 and 1sep your exutive call me for new lic card i m deny but she lady told me my old card also continue with new card after discuss i m agree but now i see in app and also recieved degrade paltinum card and my signature card also not show in app your excutive lie to me so pls i dont want my new card and continue with old signature card.
    in short i feel like cheet with me for only sale a card and very dispintment.

      I would like to inform you that my account is with Axis Bank Kalyanpur (Kanpur, UP) branch. Whose account number is [protected]. Yesterday on 26/09/2021 Rs 4453.90 was deducted from my account in the name of Consolidated Chargers by the bank. Also 18 percent GST charge of Rs 801.70 was also deducted. Even before this, a lot of money has been deducted from my account in the name of consolidated chargers. You are requested to take cognizance of the above complaint, please get the full amount deducted in the name of consolidated charges refunded along with GST from my account till date.

            I am a Government Bank Employee with more than 30 years of experience and I have opted for Flipkart Axis Credit Card.
            The documentation has been done on 14th September, since then no update is given.
            As per the representative it takes max 7-10 days but its been more than that and no resolution.
            Even the representative took my salary slips two times saying its getting cancelled?
            So a Government Employee Salary details are not enough for this Axis Bank team that they r reverifying two times even though i have provided PAN and ADHAAR too.
            Really disappointing as i thought to buy in this flipkart sale but unfortunately i dont see any progress.

              I have salary account in axis bank from my first company after coming out of company i never used that account and i am went out of state for working. I called customer care to close account. But they told need to come to own branch. I received every time message as your account balance is zero and now also came like that. Now i am went to branch for asking closing of account they told you have negative balance for not maintaining minimum balance we kept negative balance. I shown my messages they given zero balance. They are told that is our business policy . I went another time for showing and closing that account but they told why we need to follow those rules. And we didn't received any instructions like that from our bank so you need to clear negative balance to close it.
              This type of cheating customers and rbi done by axis bank please take action against these type of cheating banks

                Money in different ways .The consolidation charges are changing on monthly basis and recently I received a whopping consolidated charges of 1500 without any prior information & valid reason .This clearly shows that the bank is concentrating on ways to illegally take hard earned money from it's consumer.Pleade change the name to "Abuse " bank instead of "Axis ".Ashamed to be a consumer of this fraud bank for 5 years

                  I have salary account in axis bank since July 2019, but yesterday they deducted 1625 and GST from my account without any notice and fun part is that I didnt even got SMS or email of this deduction.
                  its like thief or some loot, that they dont want that customer know abou this.

                    This is to inform you that I have an savings account with Axis from from last 3 years. Last Month (August)bank deducted over 2100rs from the account without in my knowledge even Bank statement not showing anything, I called to the bank they were keep saying system is down cannot fetch up the report.

                    This Month (September) again they deducted again 1, 969.49 + GST 354.51(GST) (Consolidated Charges). without in my knowledge.

                      I have been levied 600 of charges by bank i have a limit of 30k transation which is graded up to 2 lakhs .Then why the charges are made and this is tooo much from bank to charge frequently.

                        Last month axis bank deducted Rs. 1740/- and now they deducted Rs.2594/-, Almost Rs. 4300/- in just 2 months without any prior notice. When I try to connect with support for a complaint executive asks me to call in morning. WHAT THE HELL is happening here, seems the bank does not need customers. I want my money back. if you have already deduced money last month then what was the purpose of deducting the 2.5k this month.

                          I had a salary account from Axis bank since 2011 in 2015 I left the company where I had this account and in between where i used to have transaction here and there. Post which recently i had negative balance of Rs 250 and it was showing in account and I cleared this balance which was shown. Post which I made last month Rs 10 k and another 10k deposit in account and balance was clear till sep 25 and on 25 th same day I made deposit of rs 40k as saving but on 26 sep in my account bank has debited rs 11k as consolidate charges. Please help me to get my hard earned saving money back. Otherwise I will not trust our Indian bank anymore to do the transaction. Will quit any of the saving on the bank.

                            Date of transaction:8sept 2021
                            On 8th of sept I order an item from Amazon worth 549 order I'd is[protected] due to some issues I have to return the item so the Amazon initiated refund from there side and given me an expected date of refund to be credited as 16th of sept but still as on 26 th of sept the amount is not credited to my account after contacting the Amazon team they said contact your bank and quote the following refund reference number-number-026398.

                              I have a savings account with Axis Bank in burdwan brunch(city tower)a/c no[protected].Since more than twelve years. I have a complain about my balance. I was really shock to see Rs.2832 reducted as consolidated charge dated[protected] on my account without any prior intimation. No proper response from customer service on this .                                   Cash Deposited in ATM machine but money not credited to account

                                  Sir,
                                  On 23rd September 2021 evening I tried to deposit Rs 40000 into my Axis Bank savings account No. [protected] through an Axis Bank ATM machine attached to Guwahati Kahilipara Branch but though the cash was accepted by the machine and when I pressed the confirm deposit button after few seconds the machine displayed that transaction timed out. Since that day bank office got closed by that time so on the very next day morning...

                                  I have paid my credit card bill rs.23462 on 24th august and money debited from my account but it was not reflected in my credit card. After complaining I got refund on 18th september. So remove the late payment fee from my credit card bill. Please resolve the issue asap.
