On 4th september, i have made payment of rs 2730 online to purchase a new two-wheeler insurance policy. Due to server issue from bajaj, the policy was not issued to me. After checking with customer support, a ticket 80153363 was raised. I check every day with bajaj to issue the policy but they are not issuing the policy and simply delaying it. This has been escalated many times to bajaj but no response from them. Now i just want my policy or they have to return my amount. Please take immediate action.

    Sir,

    This complaint is regarding my 2 wheeler insurance policy. On 08th sep 2019 at 11.30pm, i was trying to take online 2 wheeler insurance policy through bajaj allianz website. So i have filled, all my scooter related details and payment of rs.1931/- has been paid successfully on same day at 11.57pm. After the payment website redirected me to the last page. Where they asked me my previous policy details. Then i was putting my previous policy details, suddenly the page got crashed and then, the webpage didn't run further. Therefore i did not get my 2 wheeler insurance policy but the amount has been deducted.

    So i have called to customer care number. Customer care assistant told me that he was lodging my compliant and assure me to resolve the issue within 24 hrs. He also told me to put a mail on their mail id - [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in with transaction details. I sent mail to them on 9th sep 2019 at 12.30am enclosed with relevant documents. For that i have got an interaction id:- 1045794 for follow-up. After that, i have called them almost 10 times per day till now. This is the 5th day, there was no further follow ups from bajaj allianz team. Please consider this and issue my policy as soon as possible. Thank you.

      My policy number is og[protected]-00124432.
      I filled claim regarding my car who has broken back due to accident. Claim number is oc[protected]-00001304. Advised by akshay dnyaneshwar koparde.
      He rejected my claim by saying it doesn’t cover in insurance and he didn’t investigate and just rejected without any further details. He told some reasons like not under coverage and old damaged.

      My question is if i’m buying comprehensive insurance then it must cover everything and should customer pay deductible amount only that’s my understanding.

      I need to look at this claim again and take further action.

        Bajaj allianz website asked for payment for 2 wheeler insurance on 05/09/2019, 0952hrs, payment was done through paytm wallet and reciever was "billdeskutil". I have completed payment transaction history and i emailed bajaj allianz for refund if policy not generated or to issue a policy, but since more than a week they are not responding. I also emailed to billdeskutil but no response from their end also. As per bajaj allianz they are asking for reference number which is generated after payment, but after the payment was complete the website hanged and an error message "page not found" came. And hence bajaj allianz is clearly refusing for help. I have repeatedly emailed them as reminder, but mo response at all. It has been a week since they have stopped responding. The problem is that they are using a third party payment system so they should be prompt enough to track the payment, but as per promise to respond within 24 hours, they are not responding. Hereby i would like to request for a refund since the policy has not been issued.

          Sir,

          This is regarding the 2 wheeler insurance policy. On 08th sep 2019, at 11.30pm I was trying to take online scooter insurance policy. So i have filled all the details related by vehicle and payment of Rs. 1931/- has been successfully done on the same day at 11.57pm. But on the last page of website was suddenly got stuck. It was asking me my previous policy number. I have put my previous policy number at site but suddenly it was not run further. So therefore i did not get my bike insurance, but the amount has been deducted.
          Regarding this i have called to their customer care. Customer care assistant told me that, he was lodging my compliant and assure me to resolve the issue. He also told me to put a mail on their mail id, ie:[protected]@bajajallianz.co.in with amount Transaction proof. I sent mail to them on 9th sep 2019 at 12.30 am with enclosed all the relevant documents. For that I have got an interaction Id.1045794.
          After that this is the fourth day, there is no further follow up from Bajaj Allianz. I have called them almost 30 time, but there is no proper response from them.

            Pallavi abhimane/ho - direct marketing/customer, pallavi. [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in but till now i have not recieved any response from them. I have provided all the details along with the reference number also. This is very frustrating.

              I wanted to buy a two wheeler insurance from bajaj allianz. I made a payment on september 3rd 2019. I received a payment successful message from hdfc as well as a link from bajaj allainz. I entered the wrong pin code before the payment, so i could not add my correct address and complete the process. I have been calling customer support from september 5th. I made 6 calls in total and every time, i am asked to wait for 24 hours. I don't get any status update. I sent emails to [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in and [protected]@bajajallainz.co.in but i only received automatic replies acknowledging my email but no response.

              The latest support person just told me on call, "if you want, you can escalate, it is not in the support queue, process is in progress".

              I tried to reach some one on the online chat on the website, but nobody was assigned to chat with me.

              I am not interested in associating with an unprofessional service provider so please process a refund at the earliest. I cannot imagine how tough it would be to process claims if just getting the policy is so troublesome.

              I sent a request on the online grievance form in the website, the i-track no. Is 80266012.

                I have renewed my 2 wheeler insurance (OG[protected]-[protected] on 5th September by paying Rs. 2243. the reference number for transaction is 7139759. i did not receive my updated insurance even after 2 days, when i contacted the support they said the amount has been received by them and raised a complaint, the complaint number is 80197772 and the representative told me that i will need to wait 24 to 48 hours to address the complaint. i called back after 44 hours and customer care executive told me that i have to wait exactly 48 hours. when i called back the customer care again they told that the issue will be resolved before next day afternoon i.e today. I did not receive any communication on this issue, i am really feeling bad that i have opted Bajaj allianz, your customer care service is one of the worst service i have ever faced. Can you please kindly look in to this issue asap and do me needful. It is already 7th day after paying the amount and i am now with out any insurance and if any traffic police caught or if any damage occur to my vehicle i don't know what would be the loss i might face.

                Please consider my request on priority and do needful. I am really sorry for being harsh.

                  On sep 2nd, i have been trying to buy the travel insurance online but after payment the site crashed and no policy was generated.
                  I have raised concerns on this to bajaj allianz websales and travel team, but they are not providing a proper response.
                  It's been more than a week since my payment. I have made several calls and sent mails as well but not providing a response or refunding my money.
                  The complainant number is 80150185.
                  Also for the mail sent on 3rd september, they are replying they took the complaint only on 5th september.
                  Kindly help me to get my money back.

                    Please note my email id [protected]@gmail.com and also my mobile no [protected]. You can also confirm by calling this no or by sending link to the email id. This policy was generated through agents who is not co-operating to resolve the matter.

                      On 4th sep 2019 afternoon i was purchasing a 3rd party insurance coverage for my honda activa two wheeler. After filling in all the details i was moved to the payment portal. Wherein the payment was done with my hdfc credit card. Once the payment was done the page did not return back to the bajaj allianz webpage. But the payment for the policy was received on your end. The reference for the payment is included below in the attachment. After which i contacted the call center and informed them about the same. I was instructed to wait for 24 hrs since the payment was credited and i would receive the policy number and details on my phone via an sms. I waited for 48 hours and called the call center which then directed me to send my details to you. Following are my details. Request you to do the needful and revert.

                            This is regarding the bike insurance policy. On 04th sep'2019, i was trying to take online bike insurance policy. So i have filled all the details related by bike and payment of rs. 1662/- has been successfully done. But on the last page site was got stuck. It was asking me my previous policy number. I have put my previous policy number at site but then it was not run further. So therefore i did not get my bike insurance but amount has been deducted.
                            Regarding this i have called to customer care number (Mr. Ganesh). He told me they have modified the site, so such type of issues are coming to us. He told me that he was lodging my compliant and assure me to resolve the issue. He also told me to put a mail on our [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in mail id with bank mini statement.
                            I sent mail to them on 5th sep with enclosed all the relevant documents like bank mini statement, online payment receipt, screen shot of site while apply policy where i have got stuck.

                              Hello,

                              I purchased motor insurance from bajaj web portal on 2-sep. The website has design in a way that they take payment from customer before take the details of vehicle. After making full payment through paytm gateway, policy was not issued. Raised compliant, did multiple follow-up; but no proper response received from bajaj allianz team. I can not trust bajaj allianz. If the customer have to face so many hazzles/harassment to purchase the product; now i am worried how their claim process works.

                              I do not need your policy. Please return the money asap to my paytm account.

                                I paid money for 2 wheeler insurance policy, but did not receive the insurance policy from bajajallianz. Payment done from website (Netbanking), 4th sep 2019 9:41 pm ist. Raised a complaint with the bajajallianz customer care team - ticket # 80139027.
                                Called them couple of times to get more details but they never gave an answer. To get the ticket assigned it will take 24-48 hours it seems
                                I never got a sms or mail regarding the complaint raised. I sent few mails escalating to grevience team, customer care head no response.

                                Raised a complaint with the bajajinsurance but no response. There is no complaint number shared with me. They promised me for a call back but they failed to keep up the promise.
                                Escalated to customer care head but no response from him too.

                                I want my money back.

                                  Dear team,

                                  My policy number is [protected] and was issued on july 30, 2019. I wanted to close this policy in free lookup period as i am not interested in this policy and was sold to me as i had taken home loan from bajaj insurance.

                                  From that date, i am trying to close this policy in free lookup period. I contacted the customer care of bajaj allianz and they said, i can take the soft copy printout and visit the branch. I visited the branch with the hard copy but bajaj allianz branch in kukatpally refused to accept the request and said original bond is mandatory for closure.

                                  Since i didnt receive the original bond yet, i requested for another bond to be sent to my address. Raised multiple complaints, mails, called multiple times to the customer care center.

                                  Last time, they raised a complaint after repeated calls. Complaint number is 80049179. And it is closed without any solution. I mailed their nodal officer also but no response.

                                  Kindly help in closing this misselling policy which was given to me.

                                    I had made payment of scooty (Two-wheeler) insurance premium (Bajaj allianze) through phonepe. The amount is deducted from my bank account and transaction successful receipt is generated, but i did't get mail or message of of my renewal policy. So i contact insurance company, they said that we have not received any payment. After that i raised complain to phonepe via. App and also by mail. They tell me for wait for some more time and more than 1week lapsed but they are not resolving the problem.

                                      I have paid an amount of rs.9701/- on[protected] for purchase of insurance policy (3rd party insurance) against the car no. Ap09cq1259 with the help of bajaj allianz staff mr. Mangesh pandav with his mobile no. As [protected].

                                      As he has made some mistake from his end and hence could not provide me the insurance policy till date. Despite my repeated request and pursuance he is unable to provide me the policy number.

                                      I also informed him that in case of any challans issued by rta authorites at hyderabad, the same will be transferred to your account as it is not mistake on my end. But still there is no response from him.

                                      I have neither received any policy nor money back till date.

                                      The company has worst to settle own damage claims of vehicle insurance they always trying to cheating the customer and asking un necessary documents and harassing the customer pls don't by bajaj allianz insurance it's better to by some other like icici lamboard

                                      Sir, i paid online premium of rs. 27256 by using credit card on the date 30/05/2019 for my policy no. [protected]. But computer did not generate the receipt. moreever i have not received the receipt by post from your side.
                                      I renewed my policy on 23 Aug 2019 but policy is not yet generated. I have talked to customer care, their supervisors but no progress has done yet. I want to cancel my policy request and full refund as policy is not issued even after 11 days. My complaint no. is 79961642

                                        On 19/07/2019 i issued a complaint and requested for the cancellation of a policy which has been issued to me without taking my permission.

                                        Till now ie. 19/08/2019 no action has taken.

                                        I am continuously talking to customer care and floor manager ms. Tarannum and everytime the only information i get is that they are putting my complaint on the first priority, but till now i have'nt got any revert.

                                        Your department has deducted the first installment also.

                                        It has been a month i am not getting any satisfactory result.

                                        Kindly take the needful action as soon as possible.
