I wanted to buy a two wheeler insurance from bajaj allianz. I made a payment on september 3rd 2019. I received a payment successful message from hdfc as well as a link from bajaj allainz. I entered the wrong pin code before the payment, so i could not add my correct address and complete the process. I have been calling customer support from september 5th. I made 6 calls in total and every time, i am asked to wait for 24 hours. I don't get any status update. I sent emails to [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in and [protected]@bajajallainz.co.in but i only received automatic replies acknowledging my email but no response.
The latest support person just told me on call, "if you want, you can escalate, it is not in the support queue, process is in progress".
I tried to reach some one on the online chat on the website, but nobody was assigned to chat with me.
I am not interested in associating with an unprofessional service provider so please process a refund at the earliest. I cannot imagine how tough it would be to process claims if just getting the policy is so troublesome.
I sent a request on the online grievance form in the website, the i-track no. Is 80266012.
