2 wheeler insurance

I paid rs 1979 for 2 wheeler policy using upi at 1:17 pm on 10th september 2019.
The payment was successful but i did not receive any policy.
I have complained so many times and mailed as well with the screenshot for the successful payment.

I purchased motor insurance from bajaj web portal on 2-sep. The website has design in a way that they take payment from customer before take the details of vehicle. After making full payment through paytm gateway, policy was not issued. Raised compliant, did multiple follow-up; but no proper response received from bajaj allianz team. I paid money for 2 wheeler insurance policy, but did not receive the insurance policy from bajajallianz. Payment done from website (Netbanking), 4th sep 2019 9:41 pm ist. Raised a complaint with the bajajallianz customer care team - ticket # 80139027.
Called them couple of times to get more details but they never gave an answer. To get the ticket assigned it will take 24-48 hours it seems
