I had made payment of scooty (Two-wheeler) insurance premium (Bajaj allianze) through phonepe. The amount is deducted from my bank account and transaction successful receipt is generated, but i did't get mail or message of of my renewal policy. So i contact insurance company, they said that we have not received any payment. After that i raised complain to phonepe via. App and also by mail. They tell me for wait for some more time and more than 1week lapsed but they are not resolving the problem.

    I have paid an amount of rs.9701/- on[protected] for purchase of insurance policy (3rd party insurance) against the car no. Ap09cq1259 with the help of bajaj allianz staff mr. Mangesh pandav with his mobile no. As [protected].

    As he has made some mistake from his end and hence could not provide me the insurance policy till date. Despite my repeated request and pursuance he is unable to provide me the policy number.

    I also informed him that in case of any challans issued by rta authorites at hyderabad, the same will be transferred to your account as it is not mistake on my end. But still there is no response from him.

    I have neither received any policy nor money back till date.

    The company has worst to settle own damage claims of vehicle insurance they always trying to cheating the customer and asking un necessary documents and harassing the customer pls don't by bajaj allianz insurance it's better to by some other like icici lamboard

    Sir, i paid online premium of rs. 27256 by using credit card on the date 30/05/2019 for my policy no. [protected]. But computer did not generate the receipt. moreever i have not received the receipt by post from your side.
    I renewed my policy on 23 Aug 2019 but policy is not yet generated. I have talked to customer care, their supervisors but no progress has done yet. I want to cancel my policy request and full refund as policy is not issued even after 11 days. My complaint no. is 79961642

      On 19/07/2019 i issued a complaint and requested for the cancellation of a policy which has been issued to me without taking my permission.

      (Bajaj allianz health insurance)

      Till now ie. 19/08/2019 no action has taken.

      I am continuously talking to customer care and floor manager ms. Tarannum and everytime the only information i get is that they are putting my complaint on the first priority, but till now i have'nt got any revert.

      Your department has deducted the first installment also.

      It has been a month i am not getting any satisfactory result.

      Kindly take the needful action as soon as possible.

        This is regarding my motor insurance policy which has been renewed on 19.08.2019. However, till date i.e.23.08.2019 I have not received any confirmation from Bajaj Allianz or received any soft copy of my policy.

        I have contacted customer care number [protected] and compliant has been lodged with complaint no. 79883540. The issue is still pending.. Today also I called customer care number and they told that policy renewal is under process. The complaint has been forwarded through email to [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in also on 22.08.2019. No reply has been received till date.

        Today ( 26.08.2019) again also I called customer care number then they told me that renewal is under process.
        Is one week is required for renewal of policy. This is merely cheating customer after making payment. No responses received from insurance company

              Dear sir/mam,

              I have applied the mobile damage claim through idea celluar against nirvana plan but as per instruction received from idea customer care centre, i have dispatched all damage parts and other documentation to bajaj allaianz mumbai branch. And pod details. shree anjani courier services pvt. Ltd. And pod no.[protected] and courier is shown delivered. And against this claim i have received the message from bajaj allianz. Dear customer, your claim no. [protected] has been approved for rs. 12163/- for partial loss - repair. Please check your registered email-id for more information. But more than three months claim amount has not been settled. Whenever i call the customer care of bajaj allainz they said claim settle within week but no claim is settle till the date, also working tat period is over. Now i am call to customer care no [protected] but not even talk properly and also cut my phone. When i ask to senior contact number or mail id they said we don't have any permission and not coordinate with us, they are only harass the customer and they are only neglect my query related claim settlement. Please settle my claim amount and do the needful on urgent basis. Kindly request to you please take strict action against it.

                I have taken bajaj allianz sarve shakti suraksha policy through citibank and have been paying premium for the same @1500 pm for the past 100 months. (Premium is deducted automatically from account)
                Now i want to surrender the policy. I have dropped an email to support team a but nothing to my surprise no response from them.

                Dropped email on [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in and citi. [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in, but did not receive any call/email regarding the same.

                Earlier, i have contacted the citibank to resolve the same, but they said that there is nothing they can do about it as it is a product of bajaj.

                Looking forward for your reply and action towards the same.

                    I am pradeep kumar having sarve shakti surakha policy from year 2011 but i din't have the policy bond with me so i contacted bajaj allianz cs team and guess what after 16 days of daily folloup with them, they haven't been able to send me a bond of my policy what they do is every time they create a new ticket that's it, is this how you run your business by harassing your customer, my policy number is [protected] and contact number is [protected]

                      This is in regards to policy number [protected]

                      I have never taken such policy, yet i got several hundreds of calls to do the renewal of it last year. I checked for the details verified with the agents and they said i do have a policy in my name. Now thinking i might have taken one of these, i paid the amount which is 6060. While the date of maturity is in 2023, his year when enquired about he renewal, they said i have already surrendered it and that they transferred he account to my syndicate bank which is funny because i don't have a syndicate bank account. Need my 6000rs back. Bajaj allianz, identify the frauds and give me my money back.

                        I am anilekshmi a s a policy holder of bagic from 2004 onwards with customer id 3135242 and id card no:[protected]. I bought the policy from kollam branch. On 2016 november i need to add my son to bagic then an agent named mr. Ajith appukuttan from kollam office say that i cant add it with my father's policy i need to apply another policy so that he mentioned that i am eligilible for the benefits 2004 onwards i took the insurance and my new customer id is 86984572. But the agent take a fresh policy and without informing me after a long phone calls and so on he is admit that this was his mistake and he offer me to take another policy with other company and so on all the call recording os keeping. Now i am hospitalized and i go for a surgery for deviated nasal septum the bagic team says that im ineligible. For more details regarding mine you can check it with hat/20/3378846. I already sent so many mails to the kollam team atlast they told me to settle the payments then they will reimburse but in my current situation i cannot bare this much amount due to financial issues.

                        I made all the transactions with bagic through cheque from 2004 till now and i keep all the details.

                        Its a mistake from the bagic kollam agent and am eligible for all the benefits that im a customer yours 2004 onwards till now.

                        So kindly i request u to do the need full at the earliest and provide me the cashless facility asap. For your reference i hereby attaching my previous policy copies.

                            I paid for the renewal of the policy on 19 June 2019 & still to get my original hard copy of the policy .
                            Address change email send on 21 June 2019 & your entire team is still not supporting to send me the original document to my new address & now i am riding my car without Insurance cover . Which is crime & none your team support me to bind with Indian Law & Regulations .

                            Even after continuous follow up 20 emails in 1 month with so many people nothing is happen . ( attached photo of the email subject )

                            Finally i have to choose to go to Human Rights Consmer Court, Traffic Police Commissioner to file a case against this issue .

                              Dear cs team of indian consumers complaint,
                              Please look the matter briefly mentioned here for ur ref.
                              Bajaj allianz still not provided me correct policy document. My 1st complaint date is 27th july 19. Today is 4th august.

                              I have taken my santro car registration no-up32-cj-4131, insurance policy from bajaj allianz on 28th feb 2019 at 14:57 pm, my policy no is-og[protected]-00134450.

                              Here everything is correct, but my car registration no. Is printed by u is-
                              Up32-cj-4132. Last disit is wrong you printed 2 in place of 1.

                              Chassis number is malaa51hr8m261957b here "b" is missing, plz check from car registration certificate attached here.

                              It's the blunder online mistake done from bajaj allianz and your his customer service exe told me it's just the typing error done by computer operator in online policy printing.

                              So please correct my car registration no in policy doc asap it's up-32-cj-4131.
                              And add missing "b" in chassis number last disit.

                              We attached my car registration certificate as directed by your customer care agent for reference and correction.

                              Everything is correct expect car registration number.
                              So please update your record and send me correct policy bond asap.
                              Looking for immediate action from your end.

                                I was purchased two medical insurance policy on 19th july 2019.
                                I am not clear your benefits and terms and conditions.
                                There are not add doctor appointment charges.
                                I had given family details but they entered wrong information in policy.
                                My father dob - 08th july 1954
                                My son dob - 26th may 2019
                                My name on aadhar card - sahil

                                Please investigate & need your confirmation on above matter. Otherwise i will go to consumer froum & file a complaint against bajaj allianz for the harsement & panality of rs 3 lacs. Against wrong selling practice & false commitment

                                  I had applied for NCB Certificate for my car policy no OG[protected]-00145685. Every time I call customer care, they tell me that I will get it in 24 hours/few hours. When I follow up, they again give a new timeline. This has been done intentionally to delay issue of NCB certificate. No response for the complains made to grievance officer and head of customer experience. They are only good at collecting premium, post that they will make every attempt to harass you. All insurance companies other than Bajaj takes 2 days time for NCB and here even after 9 days and regular follow up there is no clarity.

                                    It came surprise to me as part of internal investigation and approvals done against claim id (Stated below) status moved to denied state despite of all legitimate evidence provided.

                                    Weird reasons are stated as part of denial reason considering it took almost more than 3 months to come to conclusion.

                                    Multiple follow ups are done post which we getting negative response seems to be very disappointing.

                                    Sincere request to consider my situation and getting into my shoes which would be real difficult and needs lots of patience.

                                    As a registered insurance holder it’s our rights to ask valid justification and evidence against denial status.

                                    Claim details:

                                    Claim id - oc[protected] – 00001456

                                    Customer id : 95439526

                                    Policy number : oc -18 – 1000 – 6021 – 00061850

                                    Policy holder name : prabhu mulchand narsinghani

                                    Claim date – 6th june 2018

                                    Follow up details:

                                    Denial reason - hypertension since 5 years which is pre-existing and not covered hence claim is denied.

                                    Please provide me page number where its mentioned by hospital

                                    The reasons provided are unacceptable and investigations done seems to be misleading.

                                    Neither my father had hypertension earlier nor medical and the doctor certified the same to underline insurance agent.

                                    Strongly recommend to escalate this case and request for someone responsible from team to either call or email with requested details for detail explanation’s.

                                    The way this claim is handled i am sure multiple insurance holders might be facing similar issue and concerns being raised against it.

                                    Request team to re-validate the records and provide and logical eta to consider this claim else we are bound to knock legal doors which might impact reputations.

                                    I am sure there would be some legal way to file against these kinds of fraud that has happened with me.

                                    Today i had paid all the interest for this operation that i had to take due to denial

                                    And majorly none of them gave me call for any update or status it was me like donkey to follow up

                                    Happy to provide all they evidence where doctor's had clearly stated it's not a pre existing. & my dad is uneducated person so they have written statement on paper and got it signed and clicked photo as evidence which is completely false statement should be recorded in front educated person as per law, .

                                      Dear Sir/Mam,

                                      I would like to bring to your notice that I have applied for an NOC from my previous organization Bajaj Alliance insurance Co.ltd vide IC code -[protected] and pan no is -BVRPR1213B in December. I was working there as an insurance agent from chatrapur branch location, dist -ganjam (Odisha).
                                      Right now I have joined Aditya birla Capital in January and they are asking for my NOC. As my previous employer is not providing the same my salary for last two months is put on hold.In case the company doesn't provide an NOC in within next 10 days I will be forced to take a legal action against the company

                                      Please help me in receiving my NOC from Bajaj Allianz As this is negatively impacting my career.
