I took this policy in the year 2007 and at the time of taking the policy, i was informed by the agent that, i need to pay only 10000.00 rupees for first 3 years.
I paid my first 3 installments every year.
I don't know that in 2019- this year, it is going to foreclosed.

Policy [protected] is showing lapsed on life assist app. All premiums till july 19 have been paid via citibank account as always since inception with no problems. Premium deducted on 1-july but renewal payment confirmation for policy no : [protected] for month of july 19 has not been recieved till now. Till june-19, i have premium payment receipts.

wrong policy document provided, indefinite delay for issuing new policy

Do not buy bajaj allianz motor insurance. I had brought it in june 2019 and still regretting. They issued me a wrong policy document with car fuel type as lpg whereas my car is cng. When i complained to them they asked me proof as rc book of the car, i gave them. Now even after 1 month of follow up they are not issuing me corrected policy. Also they are not giving me in writing that if anything happens to my car they will not reject my claim....

life insurance suspension

I had to suspend my Bajaj Life Insurance SVS Life Insurance, so i sent the original copy of the insurance bond through courier on May 22 2019, and the same was delivered to Bajaj - TCS Office, Chennai on May 23rd 2019.

Later when i called the customer care, they always responded saying, they had not received the courier until we sent them the Proof of Delivery from the courier services.

I am ca as well as agent in bajaj allianz. My client case was pending in bajaj from last 1 and half months. When i talk with mr. Harishankar, his behave was disgusting. Its not happening with me even with all the agents. Mostly agents are looking for noc to close their bajaj code.
