As if reference to the renewal of my two wheeler bike insurance, the policy not issued but payment was deducted in my icici bank account. Kindly reverse my deducted money back to my icici account.

      Respected sir,
      On 29 th july 2019 my wife’s health was gone in serious condition on that time in emergency i went to take her in emergency at new g. T. Nursing home, kanpur (U. P.). Hospital authority took her into emergency ward. They did an operation and gives her 2 unit whole blood after 2 days gone in emergency ward they shift her into semi private ward so they admitted her from 29 july 2019 to 02 august 2019. On that time intimated to our corporate/unit about the matter and take leaves.
      After discharging doctors prescribed her for 15 days to 1 month bed rest and all bills collected my me and given to insurance person in that hospital for doctor’s verification. After 10 days i got all verified bills, discharge summary along with filled claim form part b of your company.
      After this gone to corporate and submitted all original documents for mediclaim reimbursement against corporate health insurance card which was collected by mr. Saurav batham (Corporate representative at rspl, kanpur). On 3 rd september 2019 i got a mail and sms also for acknowledgement receipt no which is in[protected]. After few days later i did a call at toll free no.in bajaj general insurance company and enquired about received acknowledgement receipt no but no satisfactory answer given and instruct to mail my policy no and health id card no to hat (Bajaj).
      After that my matter gone into orphan and started e - mailing on instructed email id by c. C. E. I kept irdai grievance e mail id in bcc but no satisfactory answers given by any one of them and this follow up was running between 12 september 2019 to 20 september 2019.
      I was feeling hopeless on that time and complaint in national consumer helpline and registered my complain docket no is 1611193.
      On 30 september 2019 received e-mail from priority h. O. Bajaj and conclusion is that matter is closed due to reason of outpatient and give treatment in o. P. D. I. E. Hospitalization not completed 24 hours after that enquired at our corporate and bajaj c. C. E about that matter and they both said that claim reimbursement amount is inr 2347 as shows in system and you take an o. P. D. Treatment. I am attaching some important documents which was already photocopied by me which will may be helpful for you.
      I am totally confused about how can she is an outpatient after 05 days hospitalization.

        I am really surprise that this big company customer care how misbehave with the customer and close their ticket without customer permission.

        I took the motor policy with bajaj for this year. I had provided all the required documents while applying for the policy but after they made a mistake in my name. After couple of month i noticed this mistake and called their customer care to correct my name in policy but they are asking rc xerox as a proof document for name correction but i denied because this was the mistake from their end after provided all the documents.

        I called multiple times their customer care and one of the customer care person name (Ranjeet kawdey, called on 9/24 at 4:30 pm ist). He misbehaved with me and when i asked to give you manager then he refused to give to the manager and after call he closed my ticket.

        Later i dropped an email to their corporate email id where sahil has responded me on email and asking again the document. I replied back that i will not provide any document and since that no one is responding even after sending multiple reminders...

        Is that way they handle their customers ….. Am i doing any mistake if i am denying to provide the document???

        No policy issued 120 hours after I made the payment for third party insurance for my vehicle and no contact from their end either though SLA is of 24 to 48 hours. The policy is expired and I can not drive my vehicle. Proposal number[protected].

          Hi my name is shivam chauhan this is regarding my car insurance claim of my car dl9car 9079 i went to magic auto moti nagar taking claim on my car when i submitted my car to him i revieved a call from mr. Jasmeet singh +[protected] insurance advisor he told me to wait for his approval next day i got a msg that they didn't include some parts as he said its not in the same accident first of all he has no right to talk with the customer jn a rude language thats how he is saying sir "hme sb pta hota h kese hote h accident kya hua h kese hua h toh ye nai include hoga" when i said what should be the next step i want my claim he said will u go for the spot verification i agreed and after the spot verification he said he crosschecked with the nearbuy shops as per them there is no such accident happened here.

          Lemme clear here i m lying to the company or i am mad that i m breaking up my brand new vechile 4 months old only to just get ur claim for which u had paid 25 thousand.

          In the end i decided to ho for the 2nd claim and i call him that u want to go for the 2nd claim he said who suggest you for that wht he think customers are mad i am using a unlimited claim policy so i can claim for it and when i take approval from his senior he rudely saying me that "aapne approval le hi lia h hmare senior se to hmse kya chahy" so this is the way ur advisors are doung their job i want him to be fire or he has to apologise over the mail to me or my friend whom he abused otherwise i will surely take a strict action against him.

                  Pathetic customer care, i am chasing for a refund or insurance papers for my two wheeler for more than 10days and nothing has happened despite of payment.

                  Every time i submit my complaint they share me a new complaint id and then do nothing about my concern. I have shared the recent complaint id in my subject line (Reference no. Ba - 1493).

                  I have shared all the details (Vehicle number, chassis number, engine number, transaction details) needed but they just do not care.

                  Its very interesting that i am chasing for my money and they claim to be a service provider.

                  Dealing with such a company is exhausting and a complete wastage of time, all i request is do not go for this company specifically if you are planing to buy insurance online.

At time of taking insurance policy they assured to refund the money with interest after making payment for 6 instalment, but till date they have not send the policy also. I am residing at coimbatore. I visited many times to the branch but no response but they are telling only rs 10, 000/- i can get after lapse of 11 years.
                    So i request that
                    1) please send the policy immediately.
                    2) please take action to refund the money with interest
                    If i have not received any fruitful reply i am forced to take legal action.

                      My vehilce no is-dl5sbq7486 from ghziabad. U. P. I purchased the policy from bajaj allianz online portal and i made the payment through my credit card.
                      When the payment was debited from my card the webpage found error and amount is debited from my card and policy not generated,
                      After 2 days i purchased again separate policy from the sales department through phone call on same vehicle.
                      But from 27th sep 2019 transacation not refunded to till date am everyday contacting to the customer care to refund my amount of failed trasacation which was done on 27th sep 2019
                      But they guys did't providing my any solution even my amount is not refunded to till date now so i request you to please refund my amount i mentioned the payment reference details in below
                      Please refund my amount as soon as possible. My vehicle number is dl5sbq7486 and my complain number is 80615312 of the customer care department.

                        I was given false promises by the agent in bangalore that after investing for 3 years, i can surrender the policy & get 15% p. A returns with the 3years paid back.
                        But that is not the case. It is less than 50% of the amount paid as premium.
                        I will be going to consumer court if my issue is not resolved. Kindly ask your guys to be in touch with me to settle the matter immediately.

                            I was perchasing a commercial vehicle insurance from bajaj allianz general insurance company where i was filling a online form of insurance, at the last page of online process where i was paying the amount of policy but in between the process, my amount of 8032 rs deducted. But policy was no or documents didn't provided. So i called to customer care they replied that that money would refunded within 4 days & suggested me to go again & pay. Then i again tried & same amount also deducted like 8032 rs but again no policy or documents provided.
                            Then again i called to customer care they replied that it may be some problem in system so sir wait for some time but due to less timing remain of renewal, i purchased from other site.
                            Now also 3 weeks completed but no one serious about my complaint, i tried multiple times to customer care through call as well as mail but no positive response from there.

                              Please treat this email as the written notice of 3 month / 90 days from 15th october 2019.
                              The renewal date is on 15th october and the new rate is inr 20 per sq. Feet therefore 1611 sq feet x 20 = 32220 inr per month for the next 3 months.
                              In the unlikely event of non-compliance please vacate by 15th october 2019 as we will be locking it and renting it out to another provider.

                              Mr. Rakesh singh (Admin team patna) and mr. Ashok satra (Rosera branch) both have said that they will be moving out to another location (Above bandhan bank at cinema chowk) but we have not been given any written notice in formal as yet which is in breach of our signed contract.

                              We very much hope to get this resolved in next 7 days. We are happy to extend the contract as well for next 5 to 10 years at the rate of inr 15. However for only next 3 month notice period it will be inr 20 per sq. Feet.

                                I took a one year insurance policy for my bike reg no br1x9564 for 1034 rupees on 2/10/19 money deducted but there were no response from the company side. All email id's are just useless. No reply nothing only auto generated messages. Strict legal action should be taken and i will make sure you will pay for it.
                                It's been more than 48 hours i took the policy.

                                  I found many complaints here on same issue
                                  How govt allowing this type of companies.. Irresponsible people

                                  I have done Payment of 3 years general insurance for my Bike before expiring of my current policy and still they are not replying and not yet issued my policy for bike and
                                  customer care are just transferring calls to one and another

                                    I tried to create motor insurance through bajaj allianz online portal and after the payment is deducted, the policy creation failed. I have been following up from last one month for the refund of the same and i did not receive any proper response.

                                    The amount deducted is 4810 on sep 9th.
                                    I have escalated to all the departments in all possible ways but no body responded and no refund.

                                      I purchased a new two-wheeler policy on 23rd september 2019 via their online facility[website] along with an accident claim, after selecting the plan i paid the amount but the online process got froze at 66% and i was forced to close the page after 1 hour. And till now i did not get my policy and not even a single call from their side. And when i call[protected] it will get connected soon to the sales team. But when i explain my issue they are saying we are here to cheat new prospects and we will transfer the call to the service team and the call will never get connected. Now i do not know whether i should consider this as a fraudulent transaction initiated by the so-called bajaj allianz to cheat the public?

                                      They know very well a common man cannot sue them because of the system that we follow in our country so these corporate thugs are benefitted. We used to call them "thugs of hindustan". They are having such a low-level call support system which will never provide waiting time and we would never get the relevant people on the call, in fact, i dropped a mail also to their ceo today[assuming the email id is right which i got from web]

                                      So can anyone help with this? Please find my attached transaction details about the payment.

                                        I tried to buy bike insurance for 3 years from bajajallianz website,. For this i made payment through hdfc credit card of an amt of rs 6234. But after money deduction no further steps processed, neighther policy generated, nor transaction number given. And i was made the payment on 22/08/2019, after that i've called customer service, mailed them. But no fruitful response. They took my complaint before 1week, given complaint number 80485333. But till date no progress found behalf of them. Please help me regarding this problem, as it might a common problem to maxm people. Thank you

                                        I have send mail to bajaj allianz including all regarding documents and reference number .But all in vain.No response from the other side.I think Bajaj Allianz wants to forfeit my 6234 rupee.They just avoiding the mails, and giving fake assurance from 2months.This is very shameful and unexpected from companies like bajaj allianz.Please anybody help me, telling some way-out to get back my money.I have paid the amount, which was taken from me by cheating.
