I purchased a new two-wheeler policy on 23rd september 2019 via their online facility[website] along with an accident claim, after selecting the plan i paid the amount but the online process got froze at 66% and i was forced to close the page after 1 hour. non issuance of policy after payment and no refund till after 1 month

I tried to buy bike insurance for 3 years from bajajallianz website,. For this i made payment through hdfc credit card of an amt of rs 6234. But after money deduction no further steps processed, neighther policy generated, nor transaction number given. And i was made the payment on 22/08/2019, after that i've called customer service, mailed them. But no fruitful response. They took my complaint before 1week, given complaint number 80485333....

cancellation and refund of car insurance policy

I bought a car insurance policy with bajaj allianz whose start date was 26 sep 2019.
However on 22 sep 2019 i sold the car to a dealership as part of old car exchange as i was to buy a new car.

I accordingly reached customer care websales team on 22 sep itself however they did nothing.

I had also logged a complaint number 80466877 with customer care but still nothing was done

bajaj allianz two wheeler insurance non issuance of policy post payment

I purchased insurance for my two wheeler on 23rd sept 2019 through paytm and i did not get my insurance copy.

Customer care numbers never works but somehow after calling multiple times i was able to connect to them and i was given a complaint id 80505663 with an assurance that i would receive my insurance copy within 24hrs which did not happen.

policy not issued post payment

I was purchasing insurance for my two wheeler on 2-sept-2019. After entering all the details on website, i proceed for payment. I selected and paid 2038/- rs using upi option. My money got deducted from my account but policy not issued.

I have called customers care 25-30 times, dropped 10-15 mail, shared all the screenshots and bank statement with them, but not received my money or policy.

Website gathered all relevant details, charged my credit card, but failed to issue the policy.

Contacted customer care. Some representative suggested i buy again using his guidance over phone, and the failed transaction would be refunded.
