    Dear Abhijeet/ Idae Team
    Hope your are in good health.
    This email is written to draw your attention that i was your customer (Mobile [protected]) postpaid, the number i was using was allotted by the company i was working previously in Kolhapur.
    I left my services on 5th Dec 2014, and submitted by idea sim card to the same authority which has issued me the sim card and the number was not used after the above date. The bill was carried till feb 2015 (Non usuage period between dec till feb) neither i was in possession of the sim card nor i had used the same. The outstanding amount shown was Rs 2665/-. The same was deducted from my full and final settlement by my company and reflected in my Full and final statement.
    After that i never received any call from idea.
    After two years i received a call OR RATHER I SAY INTIMIDATING CALL from some lady speaking from Delhi High court and saying my file has came to Delhi HC for a case is being registered and i need to talk to the lawyer Ashok Kumar .
    In the first place i never expected such cheap, despicable and un-principled behaviour from IDEA.
    I request to kindly check at your end whether the bills are cleared or not, If not why i was not contacted in between these two years after clearing of the final bill of your in March 2015,
    Kindly look into the matter and ensure such unsolicited and intimidating calls are not made.
    And rest assured will never ever become an IDEA subscriber nor will advise any one

    The sim card was issued by the company iw as working with and had left my services w.e.f 6th Dec 2014, you can check my call records there are no calls or sms from the said number, the person form IDEA kolhapur office Abhijeet gaikwad who was the contact point for us was informed of the same.My dec bill was 1600/- apprx. still i paid you 2700/- till march,
    I request you to kindly refund my outstanding amount of Rs 1100/- which has been paid by me to IDEA

    Again i received a call from your agent asking for money from mobile number [protected], i had given you my contact number for resolving the issue in a professional manner.
    But you seems to be far away from any professionalism, may i know why i.m receiving threatening call from your money agents.
    I again request you to kindly into the matter and don, t indulge in such cheap down to earth activity for gaining money you never owed me, still in case i owe you something kindly send me the required bills of my dues and payments received by you.
    In case you are not the right person to take a decision in this matter kindly send me the contact details of the concerned authority with whom i can present this matter.

      Subject : Poor Customer Support and Misguidance by Idea Customer Service Executives

      Unfortunately, I choose idea mobile services only to discover the poorest and disappointing customer support services. In last 5 days, I have called several times to your customer services only to get clarity on data services on the plan. Every time your customer service misguide me and give different excuses.

      When I took your plan o[censored]ltimate 499 from your dealer at Greater Noida, Alpha-1, I was promised that I will be getting 3GB + 3GB data in this plan. Now I have to chase your incapable customer service executives to understand how can I get 3GB data. You have stopped my services after 1 GB. The list of excuses I got are listed below:-

      a) Your information is not updated in our system, please wait for 7 days
      b) Your pack will be updated in 24 hours
      c) Your information will be available in next 7 working days, then your data pack will be updated
      d) Your mobile phone has to be 4G compatible then you will get 3GB data
      e) You have to go to link to get your 3 GB data updated - No link provided

      I did biggest mistake to take idea connection and I promise that as soon as 3 months gets over, I will switch over to new service provider.

              Hi my mobile number is [protected], on 13 January I got a special offer on my login in website as well as In my idea app that is 1.2p/2s for 90 days but I got normal benefit for 28 days, I raised complaint on same day, very next day I got call from idea saying that no offer available for u and advised me to show that screen short at Idea store and raise complaint from idea store, so I went idea store and showed the offer screen short at idea store and raised the complaint from there, but I got response from there is no offer available on your number.This is very fraud I have clear proof and I submitted in idea store also still they are saying no such offer, you people cheated me and my 41 RS as wasted, they are not activating offer and not giving my money back.

                I had purchased an idea sim last few year ago, I was regularly using the number. after that, in outside India (Saudi Arabia), and since it was roaming I couldn't receive the calls but I used to get the message.In fact, i had recharged for some amount so many times for the account

                unfortunately, since January last week, my sim is deactivated and no prior information was given before disconnection. now when I contacted the customer care, they told that my sim is deactivated. This was really disgusting. sinceI was not given any information about the disconnection. I also lost my amount.

                well, I feel that this step taken by the idea is the wrong because they won't give me prior information about deactivation and now not even able to reactivate the number with my id proves. I lose my number and also the amount.

                I recommend all the people who are traveling to outside India don't depend on idea cellular.

                    My Idea no. is [protected] & bill date is 20th of every month. On 26th December2016 I made call to get roaming activated on my no. Cust. care executive told me that there is a charge of Rs. 75 for 30 days on roaming, but it is actually not for 30 days. It is Rs. 75 for per billing cycle. In my case 20th Jan 2017 bill generated, I was charged Rs. 75. When I called to Cust. care on 24th Jan 2017 to get deactivated roaming, then I was informed that again Rs. 75 will be charged in new bill, since 2 billing cycles were there in 30 days.
                    Idea cellular is giving wrong information to the customers. They are making fool to the customer giving such wrong information.
                    Idea cellular limited should be penalised for this type of activity.

                          The incident : - i raised a request for deactivation of 2g data pack on 19th december 2016 by sending and sms stop to 1925. Instantly i received a message stating that my request for data service activation will be processed shortly. Thereafter i did not receive any communication with idea. My billing period is 21st december to 20th jan 2017. Even after sending this request they charged the same in my invoice for the next month. On calling to the customer care executive, he informed me that the request is not processed. Now i had raised the request before my billing period and neither did i consume any data still they are saying that i have to pay these charges as the request was not processed. Processing of request is not a fault at my end but its their procedure to ensure that the requests are processed timely.

                          Resolution:- to remove the data pack charges of rs.175/- from my invoice for the month of january 2017.

                            This is to notify you that I have recharged for 98rs twice and both the amount has been credited for net pack which is done in 5mins of interval. I need one data pack for 98 and other 98rs in my main balance. I called to customer care to enquire about this but their response was not that much clear cut. Pls do recruit well skilled people in inbound to give maximum resolvement. I need an action to be taken against it.

                              I have been used Idea 4G Network for net connection from September 2016 to 29-Nov-16, My Number Idea Number is [protected], Account No is[protected].

                              I have selected Idea 4G network and paying monthly for that, but they have provided only 2G network and billed for 4G network each month.

                              Hence, I have decided to disconnect the Idea network and processed the disconnection process on 26-Nov-16 in Prour Idea Customer care shop, they told to pay the used bill amount till 26-Nov-16 Rs.490/-, I have paid the used bill amount till 26-Nov-16 and closed the Idea connection. Customer care informed that it will disconnected in couple of days and I will get mail confirmation for that.

                              As per customer care information I have received a mail on 29-Nov-16, stating that my Idea number is disconnected confirmation mail to my register mail Id.

                              After disconnection Idea has raised me bill for 15-Nov-16 to 14-Dec-16 for the including disconnected period from 30-Nov-16 to 14-Dec-16 of Rs.602.50/-, I denied to pay that amount, so they raised consumer complaint against me and I have paid that amount.

                              I request to take my consumer complaint against Idea network for billing in disconnected period and cheating by providing 2G instead of 4G. Please get the refund amount of Rs.603/- (for disconnected period) and 2G rates for bill payment from month September 2016 to 29-Nov-16.

                              Below are proof of attachments:
                              1. Mail for 2G/4G Compliant.
                              2. Idea Disconnected mail Confirmation on 29-Nov-16.
                              3. Payment receipt for outstanding close-out till 26-Nov-16.
                              4. Bill from 15-Nov-16 to 14-Dec-16 for disconnected period.
                              5. Payment receipt for disconnected period 30-Nov-14-Dec-14.

I want to discontinue idea service postpaid [protected] .and for this i called customer care but he responded that this no. Cannot be closed up to 3 months from now. My outstanding balance is null till 23.01.2017. And after that i will not pay any single penny for this no. Bill .so please close this no. As soon as possible

                                Tonight idea activated bollywood diaries service on my mobile [protected] and deducted 45 rupees without my knowledge.

                                This act from idea was completely without my knowledge and they did not ask me for any kind of confirmation before doing this.

                                I deactivated the service immediately and want my 45 rupees back.

                                  I suddenly got the 75rs deduction sms for music360. I imediately caled to cust care and the one who atended my call was a duffer. I was told that the service is activated by meself and amount can't be reverted. Idea has started cheating because of reliance gio and idea doesn't seem to have other source of income than to cheat his existing customers

We have not subscribed for any such services, so why payment amounting to Rs 10/- is being deducting from my post paid account.                                         I have requested to close the account, well in advance, through mail.
                                        No action is taken and they are accumulating the bills and sending reminders every month.
                                        On number of occassions, replying to bill payment demands, i am asking them to close the account.
                                        At one time i have tallked to custcare rep and i was informed that they have received the mail and the same has been forwarded to concerned department in last week of sept itself.
                                        But no action has been taken. frankly i dont remember the date but before the concersation i heard that, that call will be recorded for quality purpose.
                                        I have received calls and i explained what i have done. They listened to me and said that they will come back to us.
                                        but instead of call, i will receive a mail that no request for closure of account is received.
                                        i received auto generated acknowledgements for my mails and some tome tickets also raised.
                                        even then, i am receiving mails that i have not requested for closure of accounts.
                                        (email reference i have received in auto generated mails viz:mail reference Id E1-[protected].
                                        some times tickets also raised viz:Ticket Date : 07/Nov/2016---Ticket Number : TCT[protected])
                                        on 22nd september i have sent mail to close the account with effect from 1st october 2016.
                                        on 25th september i have reminded them with another mail requesting to close the account.
                                        on 12th october i have received bill payment mail and i replied to close the account.
                                        (other mails as per dates mentioned on them)
                                        there are some more mails, i can provide, if necessay.

                                        i have sent all related mails and acknowledgements. and still they are telling that i have not requested for closure.

                                        I have port-in my number [protected] into idea. Yesterday i got the message of port in request approval. Then i inserted the new sim card and gave the call on 59059 but no body is giving any response since last night.

                                        This is pathetic. I am suffering due to this because incoming and outgoing both restricted.

                                        Resolve it ASAP.
                                        My number 744742*** show bill of 2932 and services are barred. Last month bill was 949 that was generated on 15th of this month. Now suddenly after I had request change in plan, Idea App shows 2932 Rs outstanding. And services are barred.

                                        People at customer support are very abusive. Please tell where to clarify these issues.
