    I had given a request to transfer my number from CUCP to Individual one, along with all required documents which i was asked by the idea person. The person had checked everything n given me idea simcard also which is supposed to get activated within 8 to 10 days after verification. Its been 10 -12 days now and neither anyone came from idea to verify nor i got a call from idea yet. I had visited the same idea outlet 4 times and nobody responding properly. Even i told him that its urgent n i m not able to come again and again as i m not well, still idea is not responding to the request. Its very disappointing behaviour from such a professional company. I suggest no one should go for new idea number if you are planning to do so.i guess I need to complaint in consumer forum now as idea team is very irresponsible for old customers.

        Dear Sir,
        .My concern is that I am suffer last 4 months for porting of my no. [protected] in Airtel network. But my request for mobile number portability rejected in 12to 15 times without any information or confirmation through idea services.
        Actual my issue is that i'm using CUG services of Idea post paid and if any body not paid his bill after that my mobile no. [protected] also blocked by Idea whereas i'm paid my bill on timely in every month with extra amount . Prior to this i'm also raised my complain for removed my no. from alternate no. of CUG services but issue not resolved form Idea point and idea customer care services and his says that you can PORT your no. to other network I can't help you and your no. will not removed CUG facility.However i'm submitted all required document to both Idea point At Raigarh( Chhattisgarh).After that I am apply for Porting of my no.[protected] to other network with 12 to 15 times but every time my request has canceled without any information and confirmation with us due to reason of that User cancellation. When we call idea customer care he/ she misbehavior and misguide me. I'm intact with Monika (Indore-[protected]), Bhasker( (Indore-[protected]), Tanushree ( Indore- [protected]), Savita( Customer care), Sonal( Customer care), Govind ( Customer care), Rekha( Customer Care), Roshni( Complain department Indore). All these guys are turning to me last 4 month and closed my request without any solution however earlier i'm raised same issue through mail to Idea Appellate authority and Idea Customer care to mentioned mail id- appellate.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com & [protected]@adityabirla.com but there are no proper solution and response of my mail. If any outstanding bill/amount to other & my account why idea customer care authority did not confirm me. Why closed my porting request without any information, no any such mail and SMS of this issue related. When we call to idea customer care, different guys give different information but no proper solution gave to me.I request you to please help this matter, I hope you that understand my problem because I am suffer last 4 months otherwise I will initiate legal action against idea.
        If required I will send all mails and Call recording to you.

          Dear sir,
          I purchased a post dated cell connection [protected] a few month back. But your services were found unsatisfactory and disturbing.
          Ideaa withdrew the services after a month
          I had paid Rs. 350/ in advance. However, I received a phone call for another bill. The operator asked and was told that I had surrendered this connection and do not need to revive. It was not revived even after I had paid another Rs. 300 as demanded.
          This number is not alive and not in my use since September. Today I received another call from [protected] demanding another amount or Rs. Six Hundred or so.YOU ARE REQUESTED TO DO NEEDFUL AND NOT TO ASK CHARGES AFTER THE MY PHONE WAS DISCONTINUED BY THE COMPANY.

              This mail is to express the disapointment against the false commitment done by your executive again and again leading to huge inconvenience caused to me. And being lawyer, i would not tolerate this at all.
              The new connection was taken from mr. Shekhar bhatt – corporate sales executive ([protected]) (Idea 4g-dongal rs.4500/- customer a/c number:[protected], no. [protected], my tariff plan is [protected]@650_cashback on june 25`th-2016
              I purchased a wifi network connection no [protected] but very upset with wrong bill and your network since purchase date, no network coverage getting and for that i complained with your custom care department, special desk so many times. They are telling us that the person will visit your area and solve the problem, but the person is calling from the store or their office and asking us that the problem is solved??? If not then o. K. I am visiting, but still no any person is visited my area and contact me to solve the problem. I could not understand that why this type of service is giving by your company.
              Idea creating wrong bill against my tariff plan and received bill of 2875.71 for the month of aug-2016 and when i complaint him for all matter they are not taking care.in sep-2016 i return the wi-fi dongle to concern executive (Shekhar bhatt) and settled all pending amount but even after regularly calling and hares me.
              Kindly solve this problem as early as possible.

                I have a plan of Rs. 499 that gives 2.5GB data and these idea guys are so intelligent to keep my credit limit as 599. For the first 3 months, they don't allow changing the credit limit. The total bill goes around Rs. 574 when added the taxes and after few calls and a VAS boom, You outgoing is disabled because you have crossed your credit limit. Where do so intelligent people come from?

                Any ways that was not the only problem. The major problem is they charge this Pro-ration charges on the money we actually pay. Last month I activated a Rs. 100 pack for 300Mb 3G data as i required it and a Rs. 154 1GB 2G data after that. I was aware of this being added in my bill.

                But here comes their trap, Idea charged only Rs. 64 for the days I used that Rs.154 2G internet pack from 30th Dec, 2016 to 11th January, 2017 and added the Pro-ration charges of Rs. 751 on the complete data I used making my bill rise to Rs. 1627 with the Tax of Rs. 212.

                These guys know very well that few customers can do nothing and will have no impact on their business. Rise up folks and let these telecom companies know where they stand without us. Move you and your friends, family and anyone you meet everyday out of idea.

                This is how Idea greets their customer Happy New Year. Very Well done Aditya for such service. Now I learned an important business lesson. "Pro-ration".

                For Public Record, this complaint was never resolved. I had to pay the bill as I needed to make some important call out of it.
                But then I obviously ported out... hahaha... Never going back to Idea nor am I recommending anyone...
                I was called yesterday(9th Jan 17)about my internet usage is over so some one customer care said me register your email id with us then we will provide all statement regarding the same.today(10th Jan 17)again i call to idea care so that time he said we dont have authority to send any statement regarding data usage. why u giving me false commitment
                This is not a complaint. it is a request for information.

                how do i get to see my sms messages that are three years old. they are deleted from my phone. Does your system store them and can I get them if I pay a fee?

                      The internet request on my phone is not getting activated since last 48 hours . When called in to customer care they just tell me to wait till the end of the day.. Its been 2 days i am waiting and they did nothing.
                      They wont even give me a complaint number so that i cant track anything.
                      Customer care staff does nothing besides lying to the users.Third grade services are being provided by Idea.

                          Idea, has deducted the amount of Rs.60(though not a big amount) and when I call the customer care, they explain that I have called an international number. Whereas I did not make even a local call during that period.
                          My concern is, it can happen in future and I can be charged for more amount.

                            Hi,

                            I got new idea postpaid connection last month (Dec 2016) with basic plan MH_3G Easy Share 3.0.
                            I am using this number for very basic use in case of emergency only and that's why I'm using this number in my basic phone (No internet).

                            Today on 12th Jan 2017, My idea bill generated with total due Rs. 2224.91/-

                            When I call customer care they told me: "In my plan there is one feature called Easy Share 3.0 - Pool 2400 for which I should pay Rs. 2400".

                            And I was not aware of such feature in my plan, IDEA didn't send me any mail regarding this feature when I brought this plan and even I don't see such feature in my bill details from IDEA app.

                            I'm really upset with Idea and such situation, In my family everyone is using Idea, But after such incident I loose my faith from Idea

                            Idea - please provide me correct resolution, I didn't know about such feature and I didn't use this feature, I'm using this number in my basic phone.

                            Hi, As per discussion with customer care, They just said whatever charges applied on my plan are correct, But as i said I didn't get any onformation after activating 99rs plan not by mail also I didn't see any details in your idea app bill plan details section. I'm completely unsatisfied with your service. After this I raised request for porting for my all idea connection's but for this new number customer care said I can't port till 90 days, I really feel cheated.

                            Today on 23th Jan, I got call from Idea representative, They confirmed me that they are handling my complaint sincerely and soon they will refund me my money (As I have already paid my due for number portability process).

                            Yesterday on 29th Jan 2017, Early morning (7:15AM) I missed one call from Idea customer care and I didn't receive any call back after this. So nothing has been discussed or communicated with me. Also I didn't received refund which was communicated with me earlier.

                            On 27th Feb 2017, I send mail to customer care for concern that even after 2 month I'm not receiving my refund.
                            On reply on this I got mail from customer care representative Swapnil Kamble, that whatever charges applied are correct and we are closing your complaint. He did this blunderly without checking previous communication. I was told that I will be receiving my refund. And he suddenly close my complaint without checking previous state.

                            Also in my mail I mentioned to call on my alternative number as my new phone is in service center, even after that he mentioned in mail we tried to contact you but was not able to reach you.

                            This is how idea is treating their loyal customers.

                            I will not going to use this network again once my 3 months of period complete I will port my all numbers.

                            Very disappointing with customers care.

                              I have postpaid sim from last 3 yrs and i have got the sms from you that stated that you have free internet for 3 months when i used the internet we got charges of Rs.1500/- for using the internet . this is very ridicules and fraud . when idea customer care executive told me that you have free internet use it and when i use it the idea have charge me. pls guide.

                                Sir, I recharge my no-[protected] is rs55as per your message (55 per50 talk time) but after recharge my no the message will come in my mob recharge successfully R's 36 me 90 days 30 paisa talk time.so l complain to you I recharge for talk time not any terref and pl refund my money and convert this tarrif in talk time.

                                  To the CEO, Idel Cellular.
                                  I have one Airtel post-paid number and one Idea pre-paid mobile number. Original numbers, not ported from or to any Cellular Service providers.
                                  Recently while getting a duplicate SIM card for my Idea number(as I lost original card) I was asked to provide an alternate contact number, for which with trust I provided my Airtel number.

                                  I can understand that you have a business need to send promotional SMS about your Idea offers to me but I expect that you send it only to my Idea number. I receive several Idea promotional SMS from Idea on my Airtel number.

                                  Please stop this unethical practice with immediate effect for all your customers.

                                  You also have a very bad practice of getting only customer's signature on the form and filling rest of the form yourself later as per your convenience and preference. So DO NOT say that I opted for it.

                                  You should send your promotional SMS to only your Idea Subscriber's Idea Cellular numbers.

                                  I called Idea Customer Care from my Idea number. The 'Idiot' Representative I spoke to asked me to contact Airtel to solve this problem!! I asked to be connected to his superior and the superior after understanding my issue promised me that within 3 - 4 days it will stop. It's a week gone and I still get Idea's promo SMS on my Airtel Number. Now it appears that the CEO of Idea is an 'Intellectual Idiot' who has no Credibility & Integrity in the first place. You are expected to stop this unethical practice of sending your Idea's promo SMS on my Airtel Number with immediate effect. I trusted you while giving my Airtel number as alternate contact number. You have violated my trust. I wish Idea bad luck and bankruptcy in years to come. Idea cellular company shall go down the drain and lose miserably in business.

                                      Hi i am devendra use no [protected] i want to change post to pre these.i visited idea showroom submit outstanding amount and pre rental fees after 5 days i got a call from idea they retained me and i said no mam pls change post to pre they said ok next day i got a sms that you request for a wrong no migration for post to prepaid and when i raised a complaint then he said sorry for we apologizes but again visit idea showroom and follow same procedure pay outstanding bill + pre rental fees why should i pay outstanding rupees of 299+ service taxes because i am not using these no single time for call it is totally mistake of idea executive which take my request for migration so why should i suffer these problem and know i had send three to four mail regarding these concern from registered email id but still i am not getting any satisfaction answer or any mail regarding my problem. if any can help me than make help me because if i am not paying bill of present month they call for legal action but it is not my fault it is totally idea cellular mistake.

                                      hi sir i had telecom with your customer on 14 January and they said okey we will show these issue to our higher team and next day i got a sms from idea that idea recommended strong documentation please submit it so what can i do i am totally confuse can you please tell me what i can do how much i had wait for your proper response at my concern, they said again submit all document which i had submitted last time i had also asked from my side to idea showroom executive sir there is any further document i can submit to you they totally refused me no need for other document know you said strong documentation pls sir if you are in contact with me make work on my concern then pls dont forward these stupid sms they create confusion to me and pls reply early dont get let because still my phone is not migrate from postpaid to prepaid and again i am said i am not using these no.
