I had ported my mobile sim from idea to vodafo. I recd my last months bill.I found i am being charged for ISD services which i had earlier closed due to faulty charges levied under my account. I spoke to their customer care but he asked to mail & i receive reply back to add my cell number but still my mail was not accepted since i had ported out.I was ready to pay the rent +roaming charges + tax but why should i pay for ISd charges & sms charges also .
now they are telling to pay the entire amount or speak to the nearest idea store.I had also discussed the same with the store people but they are asking to pay the entire amount otherwise my phone calls will be disconnected.

I donot know what should be done in such case to avoid barring of the number.

      I have purchased Idea postpaid sim from NEMESIS SOLUTIONS, Code No.BL2747 on 14.12.16 which was not activated at the stage of address verification. Hence, i requested several times to refund the amount paid by me. But the person who gave the SIM Card is not responding properly. Request you to kindly take action for refunding of amount paid by me immediately.

            I was using one idea number almost 5 years ago and as i follow best practice i always clear my dues, but at very surprise i got below email today. When i called on mentioned number the lady telling in threatening mode pay the bill immediately else you have to go through court procedures. You have to pay more than 5000 rs in court just for the sake of attending formalities, etc. (Additionally loss will be travel expenses, time, office leave, etc.) so better to pay right away bill. But when i asked her details, like which month bill is pending, for which duration you are asking me to pay the bill, etc. For all the question she did not had any answer. She was only pushing me to pay the bill else threatening to suffer. She also mentioned she is not from idea but from some government agency. Is it a scam? Please help.

            As per agreed terms and conditions of customer service agreement duly signed by you, we have provided cellular services towards your account no.[protected]

            As per the agreement signed, you have agreed to pay your monthly bills on or before due date of bills raised and if in case of non payment therein you will be charged late payment and interest charges as applicable.

            However, you have failed to keep your commitments and not paid the billed amounts on time which has lead to outstanding of rs.2013/-towards your a/c.

            Thereafter, despite of repeated requests and reminders by our representatives, you have not paid the said overdue amount till date.

Main balance se unecessary deduction ki complaint mere dwara poorv me bhi isee forum se ki gayi thi aur manneey ke dwara mere complaint par vichar kiya gya tha aur deduction ki rashi dilwayi gayi thi, kintu manneey forum ko nivedan ke sath suchit karna chahta hu ki idea cellular dwara jo rashi manneey ke nirdesh par mujhe refund huye the teesare/chauthe din punah deduct kar liye gaye. Abam ab punah nimnanusar main balance se beech beech me unecessary deduction kiya ja raha hai, detail nimnanusar hai:-

                1- 16 november.2016 time 2.33 pm ko 01 jokes aaya aur mere balance se
                Rs.3-00 deduction ka messege bhi aa gya.

                Idea Cullalar ke karan mai thagi ka shikar ho gya. mere mobile No.[protected] me aaj 13 Jan.2017, time 4.11 PM ko Mob.No. [protected] se phone aaya, usne mujhse bola ki mai Idea care se bol raha hu aur seedhe yahi punchha ki apka mobile balance kitna deduct hua hai. maine turant apne complaint me darshaye anusar amount deduction ke baare me btaya, usne bola ki mai apke balance se deduct kiya gya amount refund kar rha hu, aap messege dekhiye aur padh ke mujhe bataye, maine apne mobile me aaye messege ko padh ke use btaya aur mere main balance se Rs. 34.00 deduct ho gye, Rs.34.00 aur deduct ho jate lekin mere me low balance ho jane ke karan nhi deduct huye, sirf ek hi baar online froud ka shikar hua.

                श्रीमानजी मैं छोटा बच्चा नही हूं, की मै जानबूझकर अपना मेन बैलेंस कटवाता रहूँगा । यह सिर्फ आपकी यानि आईडिया सेलुलर की सर्विस में कमी है, या खुद वहां के कार्मचारी ऐसी अवैधानिक कार्यवाही में लिप्त है जबरजस्ती किसी को प्रोडक्ट थोप कर कस्टमर की बिना स्वीकृति के बैलेंस डिडक्ट किया जा रहां है । मननीय फोरम से निवेदन है इस अवैधानिक कार्य में रोक लगाने की कृपा करे। साथ ही बिना रिक्वेस्ट व् अनुमति के काटा गया बैलेंस रिफंड करवाते हुए दोसी के खिलाफ कार्यवाही करने की कृपा करे

                  Idea has sold a card to me miscommunicating details that is Rs.100 will be deducted from my 1st bill which had taken from me at the time of taking card. And also disconnected my number without a valid reason. Inspite of this Idea is sending me bills with irrelevant charges whereas my number is not in working condition and I am not able to use my number since long time.

                      So I gave them documents for reinstallation on 8th nov.

                      Till now no any response from them.

                          I would like to make complaint that on dt.09.01.2017 evening @ 8.15PM
                          @ home Rishikesh (distt, Dehradun-249201) Irecharge my idea sim mobile No.[protected] by Rs.55/- & I got 50 Balance.
                          When I saw balance in the 10th Morning @ 7 AM the balance was Zero (0.00)
                          i was deep stunned & anguished over the deduction.Then I talkd to ur Customer care @ 7:20 AM on 10.01.2017 they cuold not satisfy me.
                          Neither they provide me any call /data used details from 07.01.2017 to 10.01.2017 on my mobile.

                          You are requested to look into the matter & give my appropriate balance back soon within 3 days else i 'll suit legal action in consumer forum.

                            Not providing data what was promised in my postpaid plan and i complained 4 times for it but no action from them and their customer care helpline peoples speak rude too
                            I want you to help me out.
                            They are just fooling customers by fake promises.
                            On the name of postpaid they charged me alot few months as pro rata basis charges and i[censored] argue with them they have only one answer. Sir you can port to another network but no customer satisfaction and care.

                              It was my first experience o[censored]sing Idea Money & unfortunately a bad one. I uploaded money in wallet using my credit card in four transactions out of which three were successful but the fourth was not. It reflects on my CC statement as deducted but not loaded in wallet. I raised a complaint but haven't yet received a call from customer care.
                              I request Idea Money team to resolve my issue ASAP so that I can avoid posting on other social media about the issue which will cause further loss of trust for your brand.

                              Idea showroom vaishali nagar Ajmer overcharged the amount for sim replacement and not issued any receipt for that amount. They also not issued any acknowledgement of form. Wrong practice done by them.

                                    Idea is providing pathetic services day by day. I am using idea corporate plans and even after complaining many times about internet range no changes done. They keep on closing requests just by notifying problem is resolved.

                                    Now i am converting my postpaid to prepaid. They asked me to pay bill also taken bill of next 5 days. My number has no idea service since 3 days and they are saying your document is in pending status even if i have submitted document to idea store.

                                    It is a mental harrasment even after paying bills 430 per month.

                                      I was using Idea official SIM No [protected] since last 6 year but in the Month of Nov 2016 abnormal bill of Rs. 3243.63 issued, till date average bill was in the range of Rs 300 to Rs 500/-. The Nov-16 bill consists of mobile Internet charge of amounting Rs /-. This charge is not justified. Particular in the month of Nov 2016 these charges are exceptionally high. Kindly give proper justified bill. I am using basic Samsung handset which has no internet option but still you guys has they activated Internet offer on my number. I was told to raise a compliant request but my request got i dint get any response to me. Its the most lousiest experience I have had ever. Now I dont know what to do as I feel like I have been cheated by Idea by charging me Rs.3243/- extra. I need a call back from you to my number [protected]. I am waiting for your call I want to share more with you call me soon
