I am the customer of idea prepaid ([protected]) and using more than 800 rupees per month, i ve requested for unique porting code two times in this month to change to vodafone, no response from the idea customer care and they are advising to contact idea service centre, how ridiculous they are? they rejected my porting code two times, do they have the rights against the customers? bloody IDEA............

i shinde from mangaloorr i recived sms from idea regarding recharge Rs. 23, for60days validity so i chargd, second one more sms,1000 free,mins on localcalls to any mobil with recharge of Rs.299,only,validity 30 days os i charge. but today i saw my bal is only 14,rupees ,i could not understand why and how bal,.had come down pl help and solved my problems and reset my balance

Yesterday evening my SIM Card was active till 9.00p.m. & suddenly it was showing status as Inactive SIM. I am very much surprised that I have taken this new SIM Card while porting my Vodafone Number [protected] in Feb 2011.

Very Recently i switched my mobile number from Aircel to Idea due to poor customer care and no benefit offers in Aircel. The customer care and offers are good in Idea but the network coverage is very poor. Kindly take necessary steps to improve it to retain the customers. I decided to wait another three months. I have been using my idea cellular number ([protected]) for the past 8 and half years and was one of the first to get an idea connection when the company launched in india. All the connections in my family were converted to idea because of our loyality to them. Recently i haven't been staying n Delhi that often so i keep my idea delhi sim switched off while i am away and i revert back to using the Idea Delhi sim as soon as i am back...

The hard copy of last two bills for the month of April and May 2011 of my postpaid mobile number [protected] have not been received till now.so the payment has not deposited & disconnect the services. since the payable amount of mobile bill is reimbursed by the department after submitting the hard copy of bill.therefore you are requested to send the hard copy of bill of above said months immediately.so that your bill could be deposited...

I bought one idea corporate connection. It was fixed rental based Rs. 299 per month with a security of Rs. 300 advance. It got activated on 26th Nov. after few days only I received my first bill. I had asked the agent to convert it in to prepaid but he said it can only happen after 1 month. I was not expecting my bill to arrive after few days. Hence I asked him to disconnect the number. at that he did not inform me that I have to send one...
