Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have idea no [protected] and have come to grahakcompints.com. on26th May 11 for wrong deductions of Rs 340/- made by the service provider for the alleged GPRS facility provided in the month of May 11, just after I charged my cell with amount. Whereas, I lodged a complaint in this connection to Idea on 25th May 11. While taking the status with Idea on 31st May11 with complaint cell, it has been informed by 198 (so called complaint cell) that no complaint has been lodged and it was a simple talk. When again asked to lodge it now then it has been informed by 198 that as no issue as per them exists, so complaint can not be lodged and the deducted money can also not be refunded. When asked to give the reference no of the talk then the number given was 1-[protected] and straight way refused to enter any complaint even by their senior office in-charge Sh Akhilash, it is totally arbitrariness. Now the basic question arises that:
1. Where is so called complaint cell i.e. 198? Why Forums / Judgments making bodies are telling to first lodge a complaint then come for resolving the issues. – Where are the sanctity remains of such versions when there is a basic wrong-ness in the procedures. There is lot of space for the company (idea Cellular) for the planned escape & defense? So Idea Cellular has arbitrariness and play with the customer’s money customer care talk as per their convenience and whims. This planned nature of their system will save them for any legal actions against them. It informed by complaint cell that there are no records for the talk when asked to record for further reference. So complaint can be accordingly manipulated to enter the weaker complaints their-self to show to the authorities / public bodies, if so mandatory or under some system. This is height of planned & safe arbitrariness by any service provider company.
2. There is no other mode as told to me my complaint cell (198) in which the written or recorded complaint can be lodged for further actions, and the regular complaint cell needs activation by them only, which they do not activate timely.
3. No one for such a pity amount peruse the matter for longer time? So is the loop hole with the company to pilfer the small amount by backhand.
4. I therefore, request to grahakcompints.com. to look into it and such cell in the company’s are to be made which should be “open to public” and should be advertised / displayed appropriately/ easy / approachable easily for the use of customers (present require activation from Idea Cellular in which time of activation is as per their whims). If any thing grahakcompints.com can do on the first hand before trying to resolve any issue of the customers of Idea Cellular. Otherwise, any agency even grahakcompints.com. will be handicapped to resolve even of the genuine problems raised by the customers.
5. I hope grahakcompints.com. shall be able to resolve the basic question along with getting me back the wrong deductions made by the company for which I have no complaint no, but has only the aforesaid reference number only for the reasons best mentioned above.

i, NIKHIL ARORA, delhi (no:-[protected])is using idea cellular services since
june, 2005.i was very much satisfied with their services..but from last one month i
m facing very big problem regarding network..my mobile is not showing any
network signals.bcoz of which i m not able to recieve any call nd not able to dial
any call bywhich i m having so much problem.and my house is fully ventilated and
all other companies mobile signals are coming high.i talked to company customer
care from where i have received the output that u have to face this problem for
next more 3-4 months we are working on it...but this is the company liability to
provide network to customer always and also they are providing me services from
last three years than how they will do this ...so please my request it to solve my
problem as soon possible ...
