I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number without my concern on date: 06/09/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

    Without my permission and prior intimation one assist has been activated and 1400 has been deducted from my credit card account. This is so irresponsible of you guys and without my permission and request how you can you activate something like that on your own and deduct the amount from my account. Deactivate this one assist and refund back the amount deducted.

      Hi, i received a message that rs-699/- has been debited from my credit card to one assist plan without my concern. I do not need any such service and request you to kindly cancel the service and refund the amount in my cc.

        I got redme note5 pro from star mall nungambakkam.in an accident on sept 4 2019 my mobile had physical damage which is included in the policy ([protected]). I applied for claim[protected] in that they asked for invoice, when i searched, i noticed i misplaced invoice, i approached the shop over phone they told no data after march. I asked oneassist customer care they told to send email take snapshot and upload invoice, they created evidence they know my claim will be rejected without invoice. They straight away rejected after giving a call.

        I went to the shop and gave proof like mobile box and inauguration lucky draw voucher in that i had the bill number, they gave the duplicate invoice

        I applied again with the invoice they rejected the claim[protected] stating that the reason is claim i can't apply again for the same damage.

        I couldn't understand the following
        Why should you give insurance without invoice, don't you have invoice with you.
        Knowing my claim will be rejected without invoice and second time the customer can't apply, why customer care suggest to apply with snapshot of email, it better not to apply with out invoice. Anyway you are not going to consider without invoice
        Do your customer care people aware of this,
        I was not informed about this while taking claim. Yes it's my mistake i should have read the policy, but you send policy only in the mail.
        Customer care should assist customer for successful completion of the claim not to wrong guide.
        After all this happening why customer care asking for renewal.
        If i would have got the same in online, i would have got the copy of invoice even when i misplaced it.

              Service request id 4608737, relationship no 7238117.
              My mobile handset was worth 56000/- samsung note 9

              Neither they will disclose the excess amount payable at the time of claim. Once you raise claim they will tell you to go thru insurance policy terms which they never share with us. So my experience goes like this.

              After i raised claim, i was bombarded with call (Average 4/5 calls) a day asking for various documents and details (Some doc was already submitted to them based on which only they sold product). Then suddenly one call from them saying "we will assist in your claim process, we don't take responsibility of any clearance, we don't take responsibility of collection and related damage of handset while collecting from us or delivering us"... There i got to know that they have taken policy from bharati axea... Which they have never shared with us.

              Once all documents submitted delivery guy reach to your home 4 hours late of which time given by them (That too after you call customer care and express your issue that you are waiting from him) and tell you to sign one paper on which 90% information related to present condition of your handset is not filled (What if this guys damage handset further)

              They do not take any responsibility of telling you that what repair they are going to do"also"the update on app is late by 2 days minimum that to after you give them call"

              Then after 10 days you get estimation of repair cost and message to pay excess amount. Once you pay excess amount, you are at their mercy. I mean i paid excess amount and handset gone in repairing on 5th of september, as per their latest call, they said part will be available on 13th september and still they can't commit any delivery day (It's normal screen which is readily available in nearby samsung repair centre, i have checked my self).

              I dont have any means to check whether part used by them is genuine or not as they not provide such information. They are going to sent the repaired device in courier which i can't refuse delivery.

                Hi,
                I received sms from hdfc bank today that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission. As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated.

                Please deactivate and refund my money asap

                  I don't get any call or access to activate this one assist membership.. But they are automatically debited my hdfc credit card account rs ₹1299 without my knowledge.                   Don't activate this type of subscription in future.. With out my knowledge..

                      I do not want one assist subscription for my credit card. Kindly cancel. Relationship no. 3994715. I was explained the process as if it was a mandatory thing. Don't need any insurance. I'm not even using the card.

                        Hello,
                        One assist has without my permission activated the policy of 1399 rs. They activated this last year without my consent. This year also on 6 september they have autodebit the amount despite i have put cancellation request. Please i want my full refund for both of the year. Its a fraud company shoving policy to people without permission. Refund my amount or i will take legal action

                            I have contacted the company for cancelling my "plan" while i was in the 30 days period.. They just kept contacting me to withdraw my decision for cancelling the request... And finally they told i was past my refund period and they cant refund anything. My service request number is 4647522

                            Since then i got my first call at[protected] and they told me to wait 48 hrs and refund will be processed
                            Second call was at[protected] and the same matter repeated

                            Last call was today[protected] and said that they cant refund since i am past my refund period..
                            And kept telling me its for my own protection even after i have informed them i dont need the "protection"...

                              Please note that i do not wish to continue my membership with oneassist, it has been renewed without any explicit confirmation from my end. Please cancle it immediately and refund my my total money rs. 1899.00.

                              I'd like to discontinue the one-assist service. That means there shouldn't be any auto-renewal every year.

                              Your built in feature of the service that does auto renewal is obviously a trick, since most customers don't keep track of the remainder mails that go straight to spam and the one's who also miss the messages, can't cancel them in time. Instead of asking permission every year you directly deduct the amount from our banks.

                              It's highly unethical and a bad business practice.

                              I do not want this membership, so please refund my full amount.

                                I received sms from icici bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on 31/8/19. Without my permission. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company. And this kind of charging of my credit card should not be legal. I m continuously calling on but they are not cancelling the plan.

                                Please deactivate the plan and refund my money asap

                                      I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 2135 without my concern on date:06/08/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

                                        I got a message from axis bank telling me that rs.1899 was deducted from the account by one assist. This was done without me getting any information or message.
                                        This had happened last year too.

                                        I do not know this one assist nor i remember registering to it. And i do not want to be a part of this company as it is just taking money for no use. I am not getting any profit by this one assist nor is this doing any good to me. It is just taking money and i do not want to waste my money on something which is useless.

                                        My request to you is to please refund my money and deactivate my account so that one assist does not take money from my account without my consent.
