Unwantedly deducted oneassist membership charges in my credit card without my knowledge. Previous year itself, i clearly told ur cust. Care service about no need process this charges. And i want to cancel my membership in oneassist. So hereafter don't deduct any amount from my card and also revert the deducted amount into my card.

I recieved a mail from icici notifying me that 1399/- has been debited from my credit card towards oneassist solutions. This is without my permission or knowledge of the existence of the company. This kind o[censored]se of my credit card without my knowledge or permission is a criminal act by the company.
Requesting to deactivate the services of oneassist and refund the amount debited asap

Oneassist withdrew 1899 from my account without my permission. When contacted, they said that they sent an email one month ago which i have no idea about. Even if the mail was sent, who gives them the right to touch my money without my permission. They said they will cancel my account but no assurance is given for refund. I am a hdfc credit card holder, the bank has auto debited rs.1899 from my credit card number ending with xxxxxxxx3883 with out my authorization on date 16/07/19 and i dont want this membership so cancel the membership and refund the same;

I urge oneassist to cancel this preposterous membership at once and debit the amount back into my credit card at the earliest as this was done without my authorization...

I recived an sms regarding the activation of oneassist and rs 1899 have been deducted from my icici account. I'm not at all interested in the said services and request you deactivate the same and refund the deducted amount. This is akin to a fraud and would like the following to be resolved lest i take charge and start legal proceedings on the same.

I got a message saying rs.1399/- has been debited from your account. Few days back when I had called their customer care and asked not to activate any plan I was told that if at all the amount gets deducted you can call us back and cancel the plan within 30 days and we will refund your amount. But today when I am calling them to cancel the very same day when my money has been deducted, they are telling we are having some terms and conditions...

Another fraud case lead by @airtel_presence @airtelindia @airtel @airtelsecure @oneassist_cares @oneassist_in # i’m airtel postpaid user and i got a advantage of phone insurance by airtel.
I had claim that service and insured my phone one month ago.
Last week i met an accident.
My phone got damaged and i claimed my insurance.
The process was going well i had uploaded each and every documents they asked for.br...

I received call from hdfc bank employee that i have to pay 1000 rupees as an annual fee for using my credit card. So they showed a plan to get a lifetime valid card for 1899 rupees so i took the offer. I also got a mail and a post from one assist team. I don't even know the company and this kind charging of my credit card. I m continuously calling on, and, but they not cancelling the servicing.

Hdfc bank provide me credit card but they give one assistance service. But previous year i cancel their services and they confirmed it will not be auto renewed.

for your kind infromation that, i have purched a mobile insurance for mobile broken & liquid damage, also payment that1799rs on 09/07/2019, any how insurance not cover my phone, also reject on your company.
but till date not get my money

& when i call your executives they clearly mentioned if i'm not interested to continue the plan they can refund full amount of money but it's been one week no responding it's too much dissapointing & also it's an offence to deduct amount from my bank without my permission...

I had received a call from one assist as their existing customer to sell another plan wherein you cover gadgets at home. I was told i can cover upto 5 gadgets for 999. After listening to the benefits i agreed to buy the plan and had the online payment made. One indusind staff dibyendu who is no longer in your employment got me an indusind card taking rs59000 from me giving 8 vouchers of jet air. Customers buy insurance with good faith that in case of some happenings the insurer will do justice with the customers buy providing the service for which they have taken. After harnessing for 5 days for uploading documents and details, they have finally cancelled my claim, i am sure if this there policy of rejecting the claims,...
