Hi,
I received sms from hdfc bank today that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission. As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated.

Please deactivate and refund my money asap

    I don't get any call or access to activate this one assist membership.. But they are automatically debited my hdfc credit card account rs ₹1299 without my knowledge. I am already call to one assist customer care service.. Regarding that my cancellation of one assist membership.. And immediately refund my debit amount.₹1299.

    Don't activate this type of subscription in future.. With out my knowledge..
    Otherwise i will cancel my account in hdfc bank account..

      I have been using hdfc credit card ending 7890 for the last 4 years without any annual fee & suddenly i observed that last month i have been debited an amount of rs.1889 as oneassist mfee, which i didn't subscribe and is out of my knowledge.

      I did not get any calls/emails from your executives to activate one assist.

      Please deactivate the service & refund my amount of 1899 immediately.

        I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 0103 without my concern on date:06/09/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

        I do not want one assist subscription for my credit card. Kindly cancel. Relationship no. 3994715. I was explained the process as if it was a mandatory thing. Don't need any insurance. I'm not even using the card.

          Hello,
          One assist has without my permission activated the policy of 1399 rs. They activated this last year without my consent. This year also on 6 september they have autodebit the amount despite i have put cancellation request. Please i want my full refund for both of the year. Its a fraud company shoving policy to people without permission. Refund my amount or i will take legal action

              I have contacted the company for cancelling my "plan" while i was in the 30 days period.. They just kept contacting me to withdraw my decision for cancelling the request... And finally they told i was past my refund period and they cant refund anything. My service request number is 4647522

              Date of subscription was[protected]

              Since then i got my first call at[protected] and they told me to wait 48 hrs and refund will be processed
              Second call was at[protected] and the same matter repeated

              Last call was today[protected] and said that they cant refund since i am past my refund period..
              And kept telling me its for my own protection even after i have informed them i dont need the "protection"...

                Please note that i do not wish to continue my membership with oneassist, it has been renewed without any explicit confirmation from my end. Please cancle it immediately and refund my my total money rs. 1899.00.

                I'd like to discontinue the one-assist service. That means there shouldn't be any auto-renewal every year.

                Your built in feature of the service that does auto renewal is obviously a trick, since most customers don't keep track of the remainder mails that go straight to spam and the one's who also miss the messages, can't cancel them in time. Instead of asking permission every year you directly deduct the amount from our banks.

                It's highly unethical and a bad business practice.

                I do not want this membership, so please refund my full amount.

                  I received sms from icici bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on 31/8/19. Without my permission. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company. And this kind of charging of my credit card should not be legal. I m continuously calling on but they are not cancelling the plan.

                          I got a message from axis bank telling me that rs.1899 was deducted from the account by one assist. This was done without me getting any information or message.
                          This had happened last year too.

                          I do not know this one assist nor i remember registering to it. And i do not want to be a part of this company as it is just taking money for no use. I am not getting any profit by this one assist nor is this doing any good to me. It is just taking money and i do not want to waste my money on something which is useless.

                          My request to you is to please refund my money and deactivate my account so that one assist does not take money from my account without my consent.

Gangiredy from hyderbad, my wife has account with icicc bank, four days back some one called [protected] form one assit team, my wife has no idea what they tacking about, after that they deduct amount 1, 899/- from her account without access, after receiving a message i really panicked
                              . I called them through no.[protected], after that they put a message cancellation request. I visited branch regarding this issue, but they are not helping proper way. I don"t how much time it will take refund my money.
                              Why icici customer care team not answering any fraud related mail of one assist plan??? I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

                                  I recieved a mail from icici notifying me that 1399/- has been debited from my credit card towards oneassist solutions. This is without my permission or knowledge of the existence of the company. This kind o[censored]se of my credit card without my knowledge or permission is a criminal act by the company.

                                    Oneassist withdrew 1899 from my account without my permission. When contacted, they said that they sent an email one month ago which i have no idea about. Even if the mail was sent, who gives them the right to touch my money without my permission. They said they will cancel my account but no assurance is given for refund. Can any one suggest how can i take legal action against these frauds? My email is sumant. [protected]@gmail.com

                                      Dear team,

                                      I am a hdfc credit card holder, the bank has auto debited rs.1899 from my credit card number ending with xxxxxxxx3883 with out my authorization on date 16/07/19 and i dont want this membership so cancel the membership and refund the same;

                                      I urge oneassist to cancel this preposterous membership at once and debit the amount back into my credit card at the earliest as this was done without my authorization or consent! If not, i'd be forced to take up the issue to the consumer court as this is clearly in violation of consumer rights and cyber laws!

                                        Sir/man,

                                        I recived an sms regarding the activation of oneassist and rs 1899 have been deducted from my icici account. I'm not at all interested in the said services and request you deactivate the same and refund the deducted amount. This is akin to a fraud and would like the following to be resolved lest i take charge and start legal proceedings on the same.
