Hello i would like to deactivate the one assist service that is currently activated on my hdfc credit card, which is charging me rs. 1399.

I have recently applied for hdfc credit card and i have the one assist service activated on my credit card. The charges are of rupees 1399.

As of now i am not interested for this service so can you please deactivate the service for my credit card.

    I'm continuously calling to your customer care support, but not even my single call is being answered. My laptop insurance date is expired and i have called them many times even before the expiry date. But each and every time they put my call on hold to transfer it to their renewal department. And my call is put on hold for 20 -25 minutes. And no response is being given from your side.
    I'm not satisfied with your company's services.

      Why icici customer care team not answering any fraud-related mail of one assist plan??? I also received a call from icici bank and they just are given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1399/- from my credit card a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap. Relationship no.8770836.

        Please cancel the subscription, or else will have to move and cancel my credit card.

        I have been paying the fees for so many years now. I am willing to take the risk caused due to fraudulent activities.

        My id no.[protected] valid upto 3/10/20. Do not renewal after expires.
        I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 5100 without my concern on date:08/10/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1899/-

          Hi,

          I am an HDFC Bank Customer with Cust. Id:[protected] and Name: Prakash Gupta. On 10/10/2019 my Credit Card was debited with Rs. 1399 without my consent. Even I never opted for the product and didn't receive any phone calls or messages for the confirmation of the same. The Credit Card last four-digit is 0348. Please deactivate the service and refund the amount debited to my credit card asap.

              I was charged with rs. 1399/- on my icici credit card on 11 october 2019. I got a call from the bank explaining one assist and after that they automatically activated the plan without confirming with me. My one assist relationship id is 8771701. Kindly cancel my membership and refund the amount processed on my credit card. I do not want any protection plans and do not want to opt in future as well. My registered phone number is [protected].

              I wanted to close my OneAssist account.
              There is no possible way to contact the team, the number on their website is also not meant for incomming calls.
              I dont want to continue with OneAssist Service.
              Would request the team to kindly contact me as soon as possible to deactivate my OneAssist Account.

                Last year i cancelled my wallet protection service and rs. 300 refunded. But still this year this service renewed and rs. 1899 debited from a/c without any warning message.
                I spoke to customer care representative and under stood that last year this service was not cancelled and discounted rs. 300. And mail-id was wrongly updated in profile [protected]@rediffemail.com instead of [protected]@rediffmail.com. For this i didn't receive any message via mail.

                I cheated by your representative last year and this year also i charged rs. 1899.

That time i was shocked and forgot about to my mobile, but when he gone then i saw my mobile ant it was damagged.

                      I had taken the plan for my 4 home appliances, in the year 2018, i raised the complaint about my ref in the month of oct 2018 against complaint number 3645921 engg visited at my place and found duct of ref is defective which need to be replaced. On 06th nov my complaint has been closed as mentioned remark that part is not available with brand and refund to be processed as per norms, but till date i didn't get any amount from the company side kindly look into the matter and do the refund asap.

                        An amount of rs 1899 has been deducted from my icici bank account under the transaction detail of si oneast without my permission. I want a total refund of the money as soon as possible as the deduction is fradulent

                            My name is cajetan jerome dsouza. Mobile number [protected]
                            I have taken the policy for my home appliances of rs.2 lakh premium
                            They are not repairing my oled tv on my policy. Since 15th sep 2019. I have been following them till today.
                            They have also not mentioning anything on mail. Only asking me to wait for 48 hrs in every trail mails they have send till now and i have 22 times mails correspondence with them in past 22 days now.
                            They sale their policy after getting the inspection done and now they are not getting my tv repair and noteven informing me properly. How their policy works on my premium of rs.2 lakh which was just for my tv only.
                            Rest all goods which is cover is hardly for rs.20, 000/- max

                              I was charged rs 1399 on my hdfc credit card. Kindly cancel the same immedialtely as i am not using oneassist. I dont even know what oneassist is. I have already emailed to the company and i am yet to get any response. So please treat this as urgent and refund the charges.

                              I got a response from the company now and it is senseless. They are asking me to send from my email registered with them. I dont know what they are talking about. This is my registered email. What bs!!!

                              An agent called Abhishek called from OneAssist claiming to refund my fees and he asked for my card number, expiry date and cvv...when i told him why he needed my details, he said that is the process... he called from this number +[protected]...what bs is this???

                              I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1899/- from my credit card number without my concern on date:21/09/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1899/-

                                I, dharmendra kumar prajapati, having a hdfc credit card number 552365xxxxxx4951 and oneassist membership id is [protected]. On 24/09/2019, rs 1899 debited from my account without my permission. And false information was given at the time of registration that no money would be deducted. Kindly revert the amount and deregister the oneassist membership.

                                  I have salary account in hdfc bank from last 3month.
                                  A call received by me from oneassist on 29november 2019 the sales executive said this is compulsary plan you have to buy this is information call to you that an amount of rs 1899 will be deducted. I said i don't want to buy this plan but he again said you have to buy it is compulsory. I don't give any permission inspite of my non-approval they deducted rs 1899.

                                    Sir,

                                    Yesterday without my permission money 1899 rs has been deducted from my account and i have came to know that one assist plan has been renewed without my knowledge, when i received call from one assist they have told me that before renewal they would inform us but now money has been deducted directly i don't need the one assist service anymore.
                                    Please deactivate one assist plan on all my account and cards and refund my money it would be great if you refund money as soon as possible as i am in depression.

                                    Today one of your employee Rahul Tripati called me and told he will refund my money and now all my money total 34, 000 RS got deducted from my both cards, and a senior person Govind also spoke with me they told they will update me after 4 hrs but no one called me.
                                    Kindly contact me by tomorrow and update me what is happening I'm fully frustrated and depressed.
                                    Please find the uploaded screen shot and tell me when I will get all my money back..

                                      My name is lakshyajeet malik, i opted for one year plan of one assist of rs 1899 in october 2018 and its validity was upto 29/10/2019. On 01/10/2019 i asked to cancel my plan and not to start any other plan. Today i received another call regarding my cancellation and after 2 hours rs1899 were again deducted from my account. My mob no is 976*831.
                                      Kindly give me my money back and dont do this kind of fraud with people.

                                        I don't want to renew the scheme n still my money is deducted without my acknowledgment and intimation. I have no details of insurance neither any document with me . it's not the First time.one assist company is the worst company with fraud agents . please resolve the Matter and help me for the refund 1, 399 has been deducted from my account. The company collaborated with icici bank . Also after complaining in the firm, the agents are trying to manipulate me to continue with the sceme either they would give me 400 percent discount.
                                        I want refund but they are not interested in giving my money back . I am amazed how come these companies continue their fraudulent not with me but also with others . No actions have been taken against the company.
