Without my permission and prior intimation one assist has been activated and 1400 has been deducted from my credit card account. This is so irresponsible of you guys and without my permission and request how you can you activate something like that on your own and deduct the amount from my account. Deactivate this one assist and refund back the amount deducted....

I am a HDFC bank debit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1899/- from my debit card number ending with 5579 without my concern on date:09/06/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more.So please cancel the membership and refund this debited amount. This is ridiculous and fraudulent!

I got redme note5 pro from star mall nungambakkam.in an accident on sept 4 2019 my mobile had physical damage which is included in the policy ([protected]). I applied for claim[protected] in that they asked for invoice, when i searched, i noticed i misplaced invoice, i approached the shop over phone they told no data after march. I asked oneassist customer care they told to send email take snapshot and upload invoice, they created evidence...

Rs-1399/- is being debited from my icici bank credit card on 12/09/2019 by one assit without any intimation to me.
I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
Please deactivate and refund my money asap.

Neither they will disclose the excess amount payable at the time of claim. Once you raise claim they will tell you to go thru insurance policy terms which they never share with us. So my experience goes like this.

This year also on 6 september they have autodebit the amount despite i have put cancellation request. Please i want my full refund for both of the year. This had happened last year too.
