    My credit card was auto debited by a charge of rs.1399/- with the narration of oneassist customer solution on september 21, 2019.

    I have never used the services of oneassist and do not know how this charge has been levied on my credit card. My kotak credit card number ends with 3017.

    You are requested to reverse the charges immediately, failing which i shall be forced to take legal action.

      I interacted with the Oneassist people regarding my Membership (ID no.: 5299072) fee deduction & Refund.

      They were trying to convincing us, but not listening.
      Based on my conclusion (Disclose of membership & Refund) they were saying that as per their financial department policy only they will refund (Amount 900 /- instead of 1899 (Total deducted)).

      And sent email as

      Dear POTLAPALLI SRINIVASA RAO

      We have received your request for membership change to Enhanced WA Power Single Plan.

      But i didn't requested for any plan change.,

      Now i would like to conclude and requesting you kindly cancel my Oneassist membership, refund my total amount deducted back at the earliest.

      No one not providing proper response.

        Hi this is haresh dabhi,

        I have purchased oneassist full cover plan of rs. 999 for my mobile from the mi.com on 5th of the september. Now due to some audio output problem i have replaced the phone and got new phone on 10th of september.

        Due to same problem i have returned the new replaced phone on 21 of september and got refund from the mi.com. After raise the refund request to mi, i have called to oneassist to cancel my plan as i have already return the device for which i have purchased the plan.

        I have talked to customercare and higher authority for the same, but the didn't give me the proper answer and refuse to give me the refund.

        If i do not have such a product for which i have purchased oneassist plan, then why i keep the plan. And its just passed 15 days from the date of purchase.

          I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on 18/9/19. Without my permission.. I also got a mail and a post from one assist team. Last year in november 25th i requested for cancellation, but still its not cancelled and on 18th september 2019 rs.1399 is debited in my credit card. I dont want the service kindly cancel it and refund my amount of rs.1399.

            Hi, this is ankita sharma.
            1899/- were cut from my credit card without providing any info or sms. I received a call from one assist regarding wallet offer. But seeing negative reviews online, i called them back to not start the service and they said that right now there is no association with my card, but today still they cut 1899/-
            I'm highly disappointed. You cannot impose your services on the customer, if they don't wish for the same.

            Refund my amount at the earliest and deactivate any offer or association whatsoever with one assist.

                      I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my debit card to one assist plan. Without my consent. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont understand how they can do auto renewal without my approval. Who provided them right without my confirmation to renew my plan. Since there was no enough balance in my credit card they debited amount via debit card without my consent and this kind of solicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act. Last year i clearly told that i don't want to renew subscription anymore. That time one of there call center executive told next year before renewal they will call. But this time also i directly got debited without intimation.

                      Please deactivate my plan and refund my money asap.

                              Without my permission and prior intimation one assist has been activated and 1400 has been deducted from my credit card account. This is so irresponsible of you guys and without my permission and request how you can you activate something like that on your own and deduct the amount from my account.                                   I got redme note5 pro from star mall nungambakkam.in an accident on sept 4 2019 my mobile had physical damage which is included in the policy ([protected]). I applied for claim[protected] in that they asked for invoice, when i searched, i noticed i misplaced invoice, i approached the shop over phone they told no data after march. I asked oneassist customer care they told to send email take snapshot and upload invoice, they created evidence they know my claim will be rejected without invoice. They straight away rejected after giving a call.

                                  I went to the shop and gave proof like mobile box and inauguration lucky draw voucher in that i had the bill number, they gave the duplicate invoice

                                  I applied again with the invoice they rejected the claim[protected] stating that the reason is claim i can't apply again for the same damage.

                                  I couldn't understand the following
                                  Why should you give insurance without invoice, don't you have invoice with you.
                                  Knowing my claim will be rejected without invoice and second time the customer can't apply, why customer care suggest to apply with snapshot of email, it better not to apply with out invoice. Anyway you are not going to consider without invoice
                                  Do your customer care people aware of this,
                                  I was not informed about this while taking claim. Yes it's my mistake i should have read the policy, but you send policy only in the mail.
                                  Customer care should assist customer for successful completion of the claim not to wrong guide.
                                  After all this happening why customer care asking for renewal.
                                  If i would have got the same in online, i would have got the copy of invoice even when i misplaced it.

                                        My mobile handset was worth 56000/- samsung note 9

                                        Neither they will disclose the excess amount payable at the time of claim. Once you raise claim they will tell you to go thru insurance policy terms which they never share with us. So my experience goes like this.

                                        After i raised claim, i was bombarded with call (Average 4/5 calls) a day asking for various documents and details (Some doc was already submitted to them based on which only they sold product). Then suddenly one call from them saying "we will assist in your claim process, we don't take responsibility of any clearance, we don't take responsibility of collection and related damage of handset while collecting from us or delivering us"... There i got to know that they have taken policy from bharati axea... Which they have never shared with us.

                                        Once all documents submitted delivery guy reach to your home 4 hours late of which time given by them (That too after you call customer care and express your issue that you are waiting from him) and tell you to sign one paper on which 90% information related to present condition of your handset is not filled (What if this guys damage handset further)

                                        They do not take any responsibility of telling you that what repair they are going to do"also"the update on app is late by 2 days minimum that to after you give them call"

                                        Then after 10 days you get estimation of repair cost and message to pay excess amount. Once you pay excess amount, you are at their mercy. I mean i paid excess amount and handset gone in repairing on 5th of september, as per their latest call, they said part will be available on 13th september and still they can't commit any delivery day (It's normal screen which is readily available in nearby samsung repair centre, i have checked my self).

                                        I dont have any means to check whether part used by them is genuine or not as they not provide such information. They are going to sent the repaired device in courier which i can't refuse delivery.
