One assist fee added without consent
Hi, my credit card has been charged with one assist fee without my permission. Kindly reverse these charges immediately. Total of rs. 1899 (One assist fee) has been charged.

If you didn't return my money i will cancel my credit card.

Updated by srinvasa340 I interacted with the Oneassist people regarding my Membership (ID no.: 5299072) fee deduction & Refund.
They were trying to convincing us, but not listening.
Based on my conclusion (Disclose of membership & Refund) they were saying that as per their financial department policy only they will refund (Amount 900 /- instead of 1899 (Total deducted)).
And sent email as
Dear POTLAPALLI SRINIVASA RAO
We have received your request for membership change to Enhanced WA Power Single Plan.
But i didn't requested for any plan change.,
Now i would like to conclude and requesting you kindly cancel my Oneassist membership, refund my total amount deducted back at the earliest.
Kindly do my needful . . . .

No one not providing proper response.
