I have made a booking in oyo 84779. I have reached the location with the help of map but i couldn't find the hotel. I tried to call hotel manager but call didn't connect. I called customer care number they also didn't help, i said atleast connect me with the hotel. As i have made booking with different number, so i didn't get any help from any executive of oyo customer care executive. Finally i saw there a OYO flagship 78737 singh empire inn and I visit there to ask help, staff was very very rude. He said you can only make a booking here and i called [protected] for make booking but hotel manager said that i have sold out all rooms but all rooms are available here. If you really need room, you have to 1000 rupees for 6 hours. As because i need room that time, i paid 1000₹ and get room which is totally worthless. There was no towel, soap available in room. Even door lock was broken, there is no facility to lock room from inside, blanket was tear from different sides.Firstly i didn't get room in which i have already make a booking. Because there is no facility to connect with hotel. Alternatively i reached to another hotel oyo flagship 78737 singh empire inn, hotel manager was very rude, he asked 1000₹ for 6 hours. When i said that i make booking from oyo app, he said i have make sold out. You have to pay 1000₹ if you need hotel. The room was very dirty, door lock was broken, blanket was also dirty and totally unhygienic atmosphere was there. I also found some personal stuff of previous visitor, it means the room was not being clean after evey checkout. It is really pathetic and unexpected from oyo.I would like to take necessary action against such hotels by oyo chairman. Just ask hotel manager how could they treat customers like that. He charged 1000₹ which is shown 599₹ in oyo app. Hotels should take care of hygiene as pandemic is still there. I also want explanation for which service he charged 1000₹. That room doesn't not even deserve 300₹.
