Stayed from 5th February 2022 to 12 February 2022.
Vacated on 12th February 2022. Confirmation of vacating mail sent on 14th Feb 2022.

28th Feb 2022 - Send reminder for security deposit refund

No reply on refund query. Got a mail for paying rent for March on 2 march 2022.

Refund of security deposit not received

Booking id 166557 order no 2107790 arun francy stayed from 5 th to 12 feb . Vacated on 12th . Mail sent on 14th regarding vacating the room . Again reminder sent on 28 �22022 . Now e mail received from oyo to make payment for march .Rent . Stayed only for 7 days and vacated, till now no refund of security deposit ....

I used only o e room, One deluxe with 3 guests but i paid the amount twice due to UPI issue, i spoke to your Agent as well on [protected] he said the refund will be processed in 3-4 working days and i have the call recording, and your service is pathetic i spoke to 5 agents but still no one was able to solve the refund issue....

Payment issue [ GKO47578 ]

On 27th, I was booking a hotel at Kolkata and during payment step, the money got deducted from my account and when redirected to the app, It showed "something went wrong" and asked me to pay again. As I was in urgent need of an hotel, I made the payment again. This confirmed the booking.

But now, when I am checking, the room got booked twice and I was unnecessarily made to pay twice!

I request to get my money...

We have booked the property on 6.30 PM on 27.02.2022 as shown the pictures on the OYO website. But when I visited to the property i have not get the property as shown in the picture. Refusing to cancel my booking

I have booked a room on 28th February for 12th March at Rainbow hotel, Tejpur, Assam. But the assistant misguided me in the booking process as I tell them to book a 2 guest room they booked a single guest room. Also, they also gave me a room in the mentioned hotel by telling that the hotel is very near to Tejpur Central University, Assam but it is far away from the University.
Now, the problem is they are refusing to cancel my booking....

Oyo Paytm cashback

I have booked oyo room on 26-02-22 and there's a offer on OYO application to give Rs500 cash back if we do the payment through paytmpostpaid and i applied code - OYOPAYTMPP . waited for more than 24hours.. no amount is given by OYO and their all customer care executive have cut my call after saying we are checking it no response is given from their site . You take money so quick but why at time of giving cash back no satisfactory answer is...

Hi, I made a booking for January 1, 2022, at 01:01 AM but canceled it after 2 hours due to some reason and at morning I talked with oyo customer care and they said they have initiated my refund and I received an email regarding my refund query but after two-month-long time on February 26, 2022, I did not get the refund amount in my bank account

I booked a hotel in Mysore with AJ palace, when I visited the property they said they booking are full and they can't give me a room, even after having confirmation on booking they did not allot me any room, when I booked another property collection O 082654 Heera Suites in Mysore I reached location the hotel location was incorrect on connecting with oyo customer care...

Refund related issues

It has been more than a month my booking has been cancelled because of oyo's mistake and still i have not received my refund amount for booking Id E5C27677. I tried calling customer care for refund they are careless and niglecting the entire issue. Worst service provider i have ever seen i my life. They are running their company by using the money of their customer by not giving the refund amount....

It's bad to see the worse customer service of company like Oyo, I did booking of hotel for 6 nights at bangalore booking id- A78E4377 by Oyo but when I did checkin I found that hotel room in worse condition that I made checkout in next day after consulting the oyo management and found other hotel to stay for rest days, but due that my tour plan got and other day(2feb) got spoiled!

Room was so dirty n unhygienic... The washroom, the bedsheets, the pillow, everything was so dirty, used and smelly,
This was the first time I used OYO seeing your ads for cleanliness and hygiene...I reached late night at the place because I was traveling...there was no one to look for it ...I was really disappointed... Won't go for OYO ever in my life, also won't recommend it to any one I know... Pathetic experience......

Got access to my DATA AND PRIVACY without my concern and MENTALLY HARASSMENT caused to us

I booked a room for 2 people in (OYO Flagship 79258 Shree Residency on 20/02/2021 BOOKING ID - MFB43058 from OYO app. I reached the hotel at around 08:55 pm and the guy who was there at reception asked to fill us the register and we filled and the check in time was 08:59 pm at register. He then asked for the OTP which he just sent on my phone at and i didnt saw the full message and gave him the OTP. After that he told me that it is booked...
