I am very old user of OYO but this time literally worst experience .. I had booked hotel in manali from 29th December to 2nd January. My booking id is QA515386 but when I went to the hotel to check in, they refused to check in and said that OYO is a fake company, we don't do business with them. so i will not give you check in under any condition then i call costumer care and he also didn't finish my issue and canceled my booking.. This issue happened on 29th December and today is January 19th, please tell me when will 7 to 14 days policy expire? still didnt received my refund amount.. I have called 1000 times but assistant did nothing for me and those people are not even picking up the cal…. What i do?? Where i go??
It will be very kind to solve this issue as soon as possible.

    I had booked a room in hotel blue bay inn, in puri from 25 dec 2021 to 28 dec 2021 BOOKING ID – PZVK3037 but the property manager refused to check in after that oyo initiated refund on 30 December 2021 and still i have not received it and this morning on 17th Jan 2022 they have generated refund again to new date and have sent more than 1000 emails since morning I want to request from higher authority that my problem should be solved as soon as possible

      Hotel name : OYO HOTEL 79193 NOVELL INN CHAKAN PUNE

      It is ur fault that u didnot remove the closed hotel from ur hotel list in App & website. Neither u warned to me about my booking.

      The booked Hotel OYO Flagship 79193 novell inn . Was closed & shut down.

      It was just 6km from Bajaj Auto Ltd, Manufacturing facility at Chakan in Pune. My destination, a 10 minutes travel. Where I had to reach by 9.00AM

      U CHEATED ME WITH BOOKING OF NONEXISTENT HOTEL, RESULTING
      First i had to stay in :

      (1) FIRST AT 7:30 AM Checked in Hotel Bluebird ( Chakan, Pune) paid ₹800 for 6 hours it was hopelessly bad hotel Than :

      (2) At 3.30pm 10th January I shifted to HOTEL SAVERA at Chakan, Pune. Opposite Ur so called oyo hotel Novell inn at chakan Pune PAID ₹2400/-- .

      My Total expenses incurred :
      1. OYO 79193 HOTEL NOVELL IN ADVANCE PAID ₹2053/_
      2. HOTEL BLUE BIRD ₹ 800/_
      3. HOTEL SAVERA ₹2400/_

      Total Expenses ₹2053+₹800+₹2400 = ₹5253/_.
      U oyo have caused me a big loss of ₹5253/_.
      I request u to refund me ₹5253.

      Plz find the attachment.
      I expect OYO 2b a professional & honest, trustworthy company.

        I made the booking(
        SPOT ON 75176 Shree Ram Paying Guest ) from booking.com for 28 Dec 21 to 30Dec 21 and made payment of Rs 4143. When i called hotel on day 27 Dec came to know hotel is full till 31 Dec and my booking is not confirmed . same day i called OYO and asked for another hotel but they denied to provide another hotel so i asked for my refund . for same ticket opened (Ticket ID: [protected] ).
        Its been 1 month i have not received my payment and now when chatting with customer support they are simply saying it too late to initiate the refund.

                I made a booking on 11th Jan at the hotel Vardhan House 80047 through OYO rooms. The hotel cancelled my booking and I asked for a refund. As per the guy, the booking was initiated but I did not receive the money until 18th January 2022. I called the customer care and the executive said that he has initiated the refund now and asked me to stay online and the call was disconnected after 20 mins. I had to repeat the same process and even this time the same thing happened. I repeated the same process for 4-5 times and until now I haven't received my refund. This is the kind of service provided by OYO rooms in India.

                  We are the new owner / leaser of Snow Touch Resort, Manali. We dont want to tieup with OYO now.

                  There for we are regularly sending mails to partner.oyorooms.com and on other mail ids also to De-list our property i.e. listed on OYO in the name of Palette Resorts - Snow Touch Minze 111898.

                  But OYO does not De-listing and not giving any response to our mails too. We are loosing business because other portals like makemytrip not listing our resort till than OYO removes it from OYO portal and give us NOC.

                  Please remove our property name from OYO, otherwise we have left no option to take legal action against you.

                    I have paid rs.999 through phone pay to oyo app on 13.01.2022 to book hotel in Hyderabad. My money got deducted but booking not confirmed by oyo app. On calling customer care of oyo they have booked hotel on pay to hotel basis and i have again paid in cash and money paid through is still not refunded.

                    I have called customer care of oyo today and talked about the issue to the lady picked up the call and she transferred the call to her senior, the person to whom call was transferred has abused me and shouted on me.

                    This behavior is not a tall accepted and i want my money back. Oyo customer care is worst...

                      I have done a booking on 16th January 2021 have made payment through the link received by your end on Gpay amount was been debited from my end but the executive from your end said the amount is not received yet I received the booking I’d. Which is J3Q35869. The amount debited from my end 1270/- plus 224/- which is 1497/- As we were waiting at the hotel for the amount to be received from your end your executive advised to make a new booking for which we again paid 1270/- and was received by your end and the booking got confirmed. For the previous which was not received from your end the executive said that we will receive refund in 24hours . We haven’t received any refund yet. Please look forward this was our first experience with Oyo and it was not at all appreciable. We faced a lot of issues.

                        I booked a hotel they asked for payment the amount was 618 i paid 618 via online payment and then i slept in the morning i got the mail that your booking is cancelled as you have not paid the full amount which is 670 and i paid 618 but the main point is that they asked me to pay 618 so paid 618 if they would have asked me 670 i would have paid it, there's not any option in the app to pay less money I can't edit the price as i want they ask

                          Found insects in my room number 403 at hotel de alphabet townhouse gudimalkapur Hyderabad which I booked through Oyo rooms on 16 jan 2022. I need my refund back. The stay at the hotel was so difficult. Cockroaches were flying and was found everywhere in the room. The hotel just look good from outside, but rooms are filled with insects and cockroaches.

                            Hello, I booked a OYO Hotel for two rooms (booking ID-RNLN7437) on 26th Dec 2021. The distance I was wishing for was 2-3kms from Har ki Pauri, Haridwar. But on OYO, due to the showing of wrong location, I booked a hotel. After that when I conformed the location through Google Map it was 15-20kms. So I talked to customer care (named Oma). She cancelled the hotel on my behalf and said I will get my refund in 7-10 wprking days. Its been 20 days now. When I tried calling again, Akshay picked and said to talk with IVIR team. I again tried calling and got no response. Please help me with my refund.

                              I was told on 21st December that I will get refund within 7-14 working days but still now I have not received any refund .I tried to connect with your service team since two days but everytime I had to tell the whole story to a new person and no one has solved my issue.                                 On 29th August, 2021, I had booked reservation with OYO at O46890 Sairaj Inn, Puri from 17th September to 19th September. My Booking ID was S8MT9663. I made the booking for 3 adults in the name of Arup Ray. Initially, I had made a partial payment of Rs 370 to confirm booking. I was asked to pay the pending amount of Rs 1112 at the hotel.

                                I was all good till evening of 31st August, 2021. Around 10pm on that day, I got a call from [protected]. The caller introduced himself as an agent of OYO. He asked me to make the balance payment of Rs 1112 online stating that as a COVID prevention measure Sairaj Inn is no longer accepting payment at the Reception. I didn't realize it then that it was a fraudulent call. The agent gained my confidence by stating all the booking details including the Booking ID. May be he has hacked your server or an insider of OYO is passing on such booking information unethically. He even answered all my other queries like distance of hotel from Puri station, present COVID norms at Puri, etc.

                                While talking to me over phone, he sent me bank details on WhatsApp from [protected]. This WhatsApp even showed OYO logo as DP. The bank details is as follows:
                                A/C No.[protected]
                                IFSC - CNRB0002886 (Canara Bank, Noida)
                                Recipient - OYOROOMS

                                He tricked me to make the payment of Rs 1112 on Google Pay. After that, he said the transfer was not successful as the amount got stuck in the payment gateway. So, I had to make two more transactions of Rs 2224 and Rs 3336 in the hope of getting back the refunds.

                                In this way, I had made a total payment of Rs(1112 + 2224 + 3336) = Rs 6672. I request your serious concern on this matter as this fraud has been done in the name of OYO. Such actions will affect your business's reputation. Customers like me will not then make further bookings with OYO.

                                Please look into this matter and assist me in getting back the refund of Rs 6672.

                                I am attaching the online payments and the chat details images I had with [protected].

                                Since then, I have sent numerous mails to [protected]@oyorooms.com. But, the few reply mails seemed like system generated ones and were not of any help.

                                As you can see I am troubled with this issue for over 4 months now. Please resolve this issue of mine

                                  I booked oyo life pg on oyo life app on 4th november 2021. I paid security deposit for single room 6349 as well as advanced rent payment of rs 3809.40 by phonepe for 13th nov to 30th nov.My check in date was 13th nov 2021. Due to some circumstances I was unable to check in on 13th nov. I wanted to cancel the booking as I was not interested in moving into the room. So I tried cancelling the booking on the app but due to poor oyo life app I was not able to cancel the booking as kyc details documents were not getting uploaded on the app. I tried many times to upload the document from the app. Finally on 27th november I contacted customer care agent via email. She said we cannot provide refund due to policy.I haven't moved in but they are also denying returning any security deposit .They do not have any means to contact except an email. I had very pathetic experience with them and hoping to get full amount back.

                                    I booked 2 rooms on 26th Dec for 6 members, the hotel accepted the booking and I paid Rs.5724.
                                    After reaching there they told us that they already had bookings in negative (-3) and that they can provide one block room instead of two rooms.

                                    The ceiling of the room was broken and I did share the picture of the room then and there.
                                    I did not check-in in the hotel nor did I submitted my ID to stay even then they showed that we checked-in in the hotel which is totally unethical and wrong.
                                    I was told that the money will be refunded since they had no rooms available and even though they accepted the bookings. I have tried reaching Oyo consumer support and the ticket has not been resolved yet. I am so frustrated with the services and experience and the amount of time and energy that I have to give in to get my refund back. This is so unprofessional to not hear and resolve the issue once the payment is made. It’s been more than 20 days now that I am reaching them and they do not hear us. They disconnect our calls when we address our issue, put our call on hold for hours and I again try to reach them.

                                      Every problem have solution, but running from giving solution is always easy while very disappointing.

                                      Sorry for the long email below but please bear with me.
                                      It all started with an unfortunate decision by myself to use OYO at the first place. I had been trying to search an accommodation in Gwalior during December 2021 on booking.com and near to my desired location, I found a 2 x guest houses which I booked for 11/12/2021 (1 N 2 D) with booking ID -: T4UI4957 & HIPD7556.
                                      There was a marriage at our place next day and at last moment I had to book these two rooms owing to the unexpected last moment guest arrivals. My guests went to the respective guest house after a long day of marriage events to check in at 10:30 pm just to use the guest house for overnight stay however both of the guest houses turned away the guests saying that they have actually discontinued the agreement with OYO 8 months back. This was really a frustrating reply and surprise as you can imagine the discomfort caused by this ### company. Finally the guest had to sleep in their cars as all the rooms had been busy that day. It was an embarrassing situation for us being the host. I started escalating the issue to OYO and registered a complaint on 15/12/2021. After 3 days of long enquiry and calls the OYO team accepted the fault and some SHAHBAAZ ALAAM confirmed with email that there would be refund processed within 5 working days which was duly approved by some AGM - Nitesh Gupt. Now since last almost 5 weeks I am waiting and trying to chase via email, phone calls etc. that I have not received any refund but no one is ### bothered at all. Seriously, this is completely unacceptable and unprofessional way of working by this stupid company OYO. Even after written email confirmation to send across the refund, they are not sticking to their words and commitment. Being human atleast a courtesy email is appreciated. I never used OYO before and I will never will. Kindly stay away from them if you want to save your energy and avoid any financial losses.
