I was booking a Hotel for my stay and using the OYO app. I paid the amount through UPI and my money got deducted. I got a screen where it showed "Pending Confirmation" but I didn't get any confirmation later or any refund if the Hotel was not booked. I don't have any Booking ID to contact the customer care with.

    Address: 37, medavakkam main raod, rose nagar, kovilambakkam, chennai

    Booked Oyo townhouse 237, on Jan 29 to Jan. 30th. Paid the full amount through app using credit card. On Jan 29th noon received call from [protected] stating that he is owner of Oyo 237 and informed that he is cancelling my booking because I have directly paid to Oyo. After few conversation he told that he will take my booking and asked for OTP no. After which he cancelled the booking. After calling several times to Oyo they told they will refund. But only refunded 99 rs. The hotel seems to be looting many people like this by cancelling their rooms after making payment. In the chat box it is automatically showing I requested for cancellation. More over the customer care guy even confirmed that it was cancelled by the hotel getting my OTP.

      Sir/madam my name is lieju t joy my mobile number is [protected] and last digit of booking id is 4246.
      Sir/ madam i was make a booking on 16/12/2021 with the amount of 1555₹ At that time I didn’t get any confirmation mail about booking and in app also not showing any booking. So that i had make another booking in same hotel with same amount and i got confirmation mail about booking. At that time I thought that my amount was deducted and booking didn’t completed so that i called my bank for deducted amount. And bank checked my concern and they replied me that payment was successfully placed. After that when I checked the app the booking showing there. I made double booking due to not getting confirmation mail. I didn’t get any confirmation till the date.
      So kindly check my concern and do some helpful.

      I posted one complaint related to oyo rooms on 2/2/22. I got a comment from oyo rooms on 3/2/22 i gave my reply to them on 4/2/22 but i m not get any resolution or reply from there side till date. Kindly do some needful. Thanks

        We went to the room after our payment and booking but we were denied saying they do not accept people who books through oyo and we had to sleep in a garden whole night. We did not got the refund either.

          I had booke the hotel on 12th jan and on booking day hotel dint allowed me to check in due to tarrif issue between oyo and hotel. At the last moment i had to cancel the booking. Id is E5C27677 by this date i.e 31st Jan i have not received my refund.

            I HAVE TO BOOK HOTEL IN 26/01/2022 FROM OYO approx 08:00 pm and go to hotel and visited room and found room very dirty and customer representative very rude then after 1 hours i have to cancelled booking and found in oyo app amount showing in zero and speak to customer care and not in touch from call after that i speak to hotel oner and they speak to booking cancelled from our end
            i know that whay not refund my amount.

              Dear Sir/Madam,
              I would need your kind help in accepting my complaint and do the needful justice to me, also to make sure that no other consumer like me should get cheated by this OYO rooms and lose money.
              I have booked a resort called "Belvilla 1BR Crown Palace Resort with lush green lawn and sitout area" via Booking.com on 14th Oct 2021, It was pay at hotel booking. But have received a mail to make the payment or at least half payment to get the booking confirmed so I made the half payment of Rs 4243.

              Booking date : 14th October 2021

              Considering booking confirmed I have travelled for long 6hours from Bangalore with family, kid and finally at the time of hotel check in hotel staff denied saying they don't have any tie-up with either OYO or booking.com? I cant even express in words how much we have struggled without accommodation as it is peak festival season and have returned back to Bangalore in night driving ending up whole complete day in travelling :-(.
              Called OYO they said the hotel I booked has some issue and changed to some other local Lodge stay which is not suitable for the family stay as the rooms are not sanitized and worst maintained so i denied check-in and called for booking cancellation and to refund my money back.

              OYO representatives accepted for refund and send mail asking for account details, which I have replied back with details on 15th Oct 2021 and from then till now no refund is made. followed up by wring multiple mails and they are least bothered to respond to me back, apart from couple of times.
              Attached complete mail communications exchanged between OYO Rooms and me for your reference along with Booking confirmation mail, Payment link mail. I request your kind honor to do justice for the pain we have suffered with Check-in denial, ending up in tour in disappointment and one whole day trip journey.

              I demand OYO to pay me the 10 times of money I have paid to them as a compensatory for their negligence in responding to me, for not refunding my amount in time and for the cheating with name of booking .com by accepting bookings for the properties where they don't have proper tie ups.

                Enough of listening this standard template of nonsense words. First provide promised service to customers and then say all. First improve your customer care by seperating bookings sections and escalations section seperately. There is no proper channel to raise concerns by customer. Customer expects their hard earned money which they have paid to you for the failure of you to service him not asking your money. Show some respect to customers and give high priority in resolving customer concerns. Your business is running on customers trust.

                  I had booked a hotel on dated 23rd Dec and paid for the same but automatically they canceled the booking without refund then I again booked a room for our guest but the room is totally worst.
                  then after talking with oyo support executive, I canceled my second booking and requested for refund then oyo team assured me that we have initiated your refund and your payment will be credited soon but till date, i haven't received my payment.

                        I made a payment of INR 2208 on 24/01/2022 at 7:00 PM to book a room in Oyo hotel in Patna. The Payment was made through Paytm. The amount was deducted, but on Oyo bookings, it is not reflecting and hence, I haven't received any booking id. All the complaints on OYO rooms require a booking id, but since OYO hasn't reflected my payment, I am not getting any booking id. I want either my payment to refunded, or my booking to be confirmed.

                          I had booked a room in hotel blue bay inn, in puri from 25 dec 2021 to 28 dec 2021 BOOKING ID – PZVK3037 but the property manager refused to check in after that oyo initiated refund on 30 December 2021 and still i have not received it and this morning on 17th Jan 2022 they have generated refund again to new date and have sent more than 2000 emails yet
                          They sent me a msg for bank details after 20 days and when I sent it I got msg that your refund is failed

                                D6G22590 is the booking ID OYORooms .
                                I booked a reservation on December 31, but there is no such property at the location, and the contact information for the property was incorrect - I am unable to call the property or OYO at the time of booking - I look for help in chat - Nobody response to it (You can see the records), and the Propoerty location does not exit. I spent 6 hours hunting for that Kunal house but it does not exist - it is completely phoney and misleading. I am confident that you will find a number of cases involving compliants on this propertyy. I'd like OYO to look into this and refund my advance payment of Rs 8510.00. (The amount of the advance from the UPI is[protected].) And strick action on this.

                                  I am very old user of OYO but this time literally worst experience .. I had booked hotel in manali from 29th December to 2nd January. My booking id is QA515386 but when I went to the hotel to check in, they refused to check in and said that OYO is a fake company, we don't do business with them. so i will not give you check in under any condition then i call costumer care and he also didn't finish my issue and canceled my booking.. This issue happened on 29th December and today is January 19th, please tell me when will 7 to 14 days policy expire? still didnt received my refund amount.. I have called 1000 times but assistant did nothing for me and those people are not even picking up the cal…. What i do?? Where i go??

                                      It is ur fault that u didnot remove the closed hotel from ur hotel list in App & website. Neither u warned to me about my booking.

                                      The booked Hotel OYO Flagship 79193 novell inn . Was closed & shut down.

                                      It was just 6km from Bajaj Auto Ltd, Manufacturing facility at Chakan in Pune. My destination, a 10 minutes travel. Where I had to reach by 9.00AM

                                      U CHEATED ME WITH BOOKING OF NONEXISTENT HOTEL, RESULTING
                                      First i had to stay in :

                                      (1) FIRST AT 7:30 AM Checked in Hotel Bluebird ( Chakan, Pune) paid ₹800 for 6 hours it was hopelessly bad hotel Than :

                                      (2) At 3.30pm 10th January I shifted to HOTEL SAVERA at Chakan, Pune. Opposite Ur so called oyo hotel Novell inn at chakan Pune PAID ₹2400/-- .

                                      My Total expenses incurred :
                                      1. OYO 79193 HOTEL NOVELL IN ADVANCE PAID ₹2053/_
                                      2. HOTEL BLUE BIRD ₹ 800/_
                                      3. HOTEL SAVERA ₹2400/_

                                      Total Expenses ₹2053+₹800+₹2400 = ₹5253/_.
                                      U oyo have caused me a big loss of ₹5253/_.
                                      I request u to refund me ₹5253.

                                      Plz find the attachment.
                                      I expect OYO 2b a professional & honest, trustworthy company.

                                        I made the booking(
                                        SPOT ON 75176 Shree Ram Paying Guest ) from booking.com for 28 Dec 21 to 30Dec 21 and made payment of Rs 4143. When i called hotel on day 27 Dec came to know hotel is full till 31 Dec and my booking is not confirmed . same day i called OYO and asked for another hotel but they denied to provide another hotel so i asked for my refund . for same ticket opened (Ticket ID: [protected] ).
                                        Its been 1 month i have not received my payment and now when chatting with customer support they are simply saying it too late to initiate the refund.
