I had booked a room with oyo for 12th jan 2022 my Booking ID= JAI44870 And after reaching to hotel they have not allowed unmarried couple decided to cancel the room because of not allowing. I given a calls to oyo they were not responding with the proper information and disconnecting the call. Even though i not entered in the hotel they have to refund with full amount till now i have not received any refund amount. The worst response they are given in calls and chat iam not satisfied i need full amount should be refund this is my request i will never book again anytime again if i have any emergency i will cancel at that time also they wont refund any amount But did not receive anything from team. please help me sir

    I have booked a hotel room and made the full payment but the app did not reflect my payment. Moreover I had to pay again at the hotel to check in. This is totally unacceptable from Oyo

      I have booked a room and I paid the complete amount. But the app did not respond after that and it did not reflect my payment I had to pay at the hotel to check in

      I have also paid Oyo through the app. Please refund my money that was deducted due to the app's fault.

        I made a transaction for booking a hotel via Oyo rooms in Delhi, Capital O 10824 Hotel Star Suites with BOOKING ID G0NR1313 for last December 9th till 13th 2022 with transaction amount of 12161/- ( from SBI bank debit card ). I cancelled the booking after staying there on second day since there were no rooms for my family to stay. The same date (11th DEC 2022) called their online help support and he told me the refund 5931/-will be initiated 7-14 working days. Since then Oyo is telling me that they have initiated the refund and that i will receive the amount within 14 working days. They also gave me a reference number and i checked with my bank manager. After confirming with the bank mentioning the transaction the bank says we have already updated your transactions but your biller has not initiated the refund. I asked Oyo again mentioning there is some issue from their end and he hanged on me several times. Kindly initiate the refund but the response from Oyo is same that your bank reference number is so and so and to talk with your bank. I am fed of calling Oyo and again without any worthy results.

        This is regarding your concern against the Booking ID -G0NR1313

        We tried to contact you on your mobile number multiple times, however we have not been able to connect with you. We appreciate your time and effort to reach out to us. We are continuously working towards improving our services and rest assured, we will take every possible action to ensure that no one goes through such an experience again.

        As promised, refund was initiated from our end on 11/12/2021 @ 09:23am. The payment gateway transaction ID is IXGAYJLZJ8. It takes 7 to 14 business days for the payment gateway to process this amount to your account. You may use the gateway transaction ID for reference.

        In case of any other query, do let us know, we will be more than happy to help you.

        The funniest thing is I did not receive any calls and what the OYO still doing is repeating the same answer what they kept on saying like it is initiated, reference number is … go on...that makes my complaint back to first where we began.

          I have booked through OYO hotel with Booking iD R0LN2764 & TTIT2505, during check out Hotel receiption and also OYO consumer care inform they will share GSTN invoice in email, after waiting for 3 days i didnot received the same, after that i made the complain in OYO help line, they asure me to make refund of both amount. i have submitted my account details many time but they are not refunding the same instead that they are asking the account details again and again and some they are giving unnecessary reason. need help to get the invoice or refund amount.

            My refund amount on bonking I'd V4IS2302 is not credited to my account, don't say that from your end the amount is credited because I have checked my complete statement of last two months, but no use I did not receive any amount to my account, and what kind of service your are providing when we call to customer care to explain about my problem they just disconnect it and how many time u guys what me to follow up for the refund, I decided to raise to complaint against oyo for the refund fraud business, it is not 1k/2k it is 7463 rs.

                Hi,

                I have booked the room using oyo customer care support through phone from Dec 18 to Jan 4 for long stay they have given one offer SPOT booking with less amount and I payed 5200 (aprx) without seeing the hotel infra and hygiene and they said that it is near to you only but its wrong (Five km away from my expected location).I went to that hotel room size is very small, no hygiene in toilet and doors are broken . So I called oyo customer support and shared the photos of rooms infra and asked them to cancel the booking
                they raised the ticket for refund with cancellation charges.OYO promised me that I will receive my amount after Jan 4 (Check-in and Check-out date) but still 12/1/2022 I didnt receive the amount, I called many times daily but no proper response from their side.

                  I booked a property SPOT ON 77346 H K Residency in Mysore with booking ID: LJIF9339 at 11 PM on Jan 11. The guests went to the hotel at around 1AM on Jan 12 to checkin and the property was closed and the property reception was not attempting phone calls. When i called the customer care for help, they tried arranging other properties, but that didn't work too because no other properties were open. When I asked to cancel, there is no refund because it said the calendar date is changed. Please help us get full refund because we didn't avail service and whole money is charged for cancellation.

                    Cancelled my booking with oyo rooms and have a refund pending in the amount of rs 7788/-

                    The status on oyo says that the refund is successful but i haven’t received any money in my bank account. Tried calling their customer service but the ivr machine simply hangs up after saying your refund is complete.

                    OYO helpline is the worst service i had ever seen across, their online helpline number is not working in times and if connected they will hang on you saying it is already refunded from their side.

                      My name is Harikrishnan, and my bookIng ID is YFFK6383. I had booked for stay at OYO 81205 Hotel manikyaa from 11 Jan 2022 to 15 Jan 2022.

                      I had paid the half (Rs.1751) of the final amount (Rs.3502) online a few days after booking the room. On 11th of January 2022, I was travelling to the destination and I received a call asking me to pay the remaining amount online to confirm the booking.

                      They had my booking ID, paid amount, pending amount, my name and all the details I provided to OYO.

                      After payment was completed and I tried contacting them they were unavailable. So I was spooked and called them via OYO and the receptionist told me that they have not received the final half of the payment.

                      This is the last time I'll be ising oyo. There is no safety of the customer information. Virtually anyone could scam you uaing these details easily.

                      If anyone from OYO is seeing this, Please resole this ASAP.

                        Hello,

                        I have been waiting for my refund amount of 11772 for booking ID:SWYN8413. When I call the Customer helpline, they always state that due to some or the other issue/error, refund is yet not processed. And after the conversation, they always send an email that the refund is initiated but I have to keep calling them to know the status of my refund. Firstly I was denied check-in at by the hotel for which I had to make my own arrangements at double the amount and then the refund was promised within 7 to 14 working days, which is also over. And now I have to pay my credit card due. I will be highly obligated if you can help me to initiate a legal proceeding please. Also attaching the snip of email that is send by OYO helpdesk.

                          I booked a room on OYO and when I called the hotel to get their correct location, the manager said he'll not give us rooms if we have booked the hotel through OYO app. I cancelled the booking almost 15 days before the travel date but I haven't received any refund till date. There's no proper way to communicate with OYO customer service and the chat option on app is useless

                              I called Agoda for booking a property - Capital O 10824 in Delhi to attend a family wedding function for 10th Dec'21 and they said that the room is not guaranteed through Agoda.
                              Then I reached out to OYO and was confirmed over call that this booking will be final and would not be changed/cancelled, post which I went ahead booing 4 rooms with OYO. On check-in date, 10th Dec, 21, I got a message that my booking has been moved to Oyo flagship 47987. This message was received at 2.49 pm(after the check-in time) and this happened without my consent. This was the most horrible situation I could have been in. 11 members of my family who were to stay in these 4 rooms were at the Hotel with their bags, waiting for check-in to happen. I was on call for over 2 hours with OYO to request them that I want to stay in capital ) 10824 property only as all my relatives were staying there for 2 days for the family function. Eventually I did not stay in Oyo Flagship 47987 and asked for my refund of INR 11997.
                              In a few customer case calls was denied the refund and when I raised a written complaint on this platform, I got a call about refund being initiated. Below is the mail received on 19-12-21 and it has been more than 14 working days and I still not received my refund. How can a organization not adhere to the timeline that they themselves committed. When I raised a complaint about it, they said that there was an internal issue and shared the same mail on 3-01-22 again stating the same TAT. Also, the executive said that the refund will be processed within 4-5 days(whereas the mail said 7-14 working days) It is unbelievable that instead of making the process smooth, they are making me follow up and not adhere to the timeline and still not process the refund, not only this, their team is giving false commitment on TAT? I am done with this experience that I have gone through. INR 11997 is not a small amount and it has been stuck with OYO for over a month. Never in my life I had such a pathetic experience, with the booking, stay and refund.
                              I demand a compensation for additional INR 11997, over and above my refund for the false commitment and miserable experience I have had for over a month!

                                I have booked a room with OYO on 09 jan 22 at 10 am with ID E2X44590.And at 1130am l decided to cancel the room because of alteration of plan.my refund payment is still pending. I talked to many oyo costumer care executive but they didn’t help me.They told me to cancel it before 9 am to get refund.How is it possible if I’m booking a room at 1030am.

                                    I was living with OYOLIFE PUN607 PG for 11 months. On December 20, 2021 I moved out after completing the 1 month notice period. Since then according to policy I've to be get refunded with the advance rent. I got the mail regarding refund but in that the mail the transaction status is clearly shows as FAILED. I've filled the Google form but didn't get any further response from Oyo. It's very unprofessional way to deals with the customer.

                                      With regards to above book you had provided an alternative booking as my initial booking was not available though I had paid 50% advance to get the booking confirmation. kindly note below

                                      I had to call multiple times in first place to get the alternate booking as I was told the original booking with another hotel was not traceable though I had paid 50% rental as confirmation charges.
                                      After getting the alternative even before the checkin date that is December 22nd I had called and raised the isse that as per the photos the hotel does not look similar to the original hotel I had booked. I was assured over phone that it will be similar.
                                      I had booked one room for 2 adults + 2 kids and second room for 2 adults. Upon arriving at the facility around 12 AM on the 23rd night I realised that both rooms are for couple only with no facility for the kids. On asking the desk manager he had told that we had to manage with the same bed are have to get extra beds at additional cost. I had told him that it is not as per my booking and told that I will not be checking in.
                                      After with great difficulty I had managed an alternate stay at my own and checked in around 4 AM and had to undergo hassle due to the issue of booking.
                                      Immediatly I had made a call and raised the issue and was assured that I would get a reply within 24 hrs.
                                      To my dismay I only got an invoice for no show. How come this is acceptable??
                                      Kindly ensure to refund my advance payment as it is not an no show it is an issue with your alternate booking and same has been raised by me prior to the visit and also post the visit.

                                        So me and my girlfriend's got a room here for the night and we texting early about 5 this morning and I called the man when I got into the room the one who works at the front desk to ask him by chance is there anyway he could get a microwave for me in this room because there's no microwave a Reuben and there's also no towels but my real concern was just a microwave because I was very hungry want to eat breakfast it's 6 in the morning they don't serve breakfast I was going to cook some oatmeal he told me no so as well is there a chance you can switch my room then and give me a room with a microwave he said no very rudely. And then whenever we first arrived my girlfriend went to pay the man at the front desk the money to stay here which is $100 down deposit and I don't know how much you paid for other room stuff but I know there was a deposit and see accidentally grabbed his keys front desk he's mistaking them for hers because she has some on a lanyard as well and when she got to the car and realized she had his keys as we were bringing our stuf[censored]pstairs she's like oh don't I got to go meet this man skis and I was like yeah you should have those who like I didn't mean to I thought their mind so we were walking up to our room with our belongings and we were about to go downstairs and bring him the keys realize you left them in the car so we went back to the car I'm going back to the car and we're walking towards the front the man came out and was very rude to my girlfriend saying that she meant to take the keys and basically was just being a complete ### whole excuse my French but for no reason I don't want to go to jail there for that's why I'm writing a grievance or I would have took matters in my own hand and crush them like a dog but I need to stay stay right now because I am homeless and we paid our money stay here therefore I feel very offended the way this employee of yellow yo hotels refused to give me a microwave refuse to let me switch rooms and then had the audacity to tell me that I could check out and you give me my money back but not my deposit I am very very very disappointed and upset with this. I have been a very long time Oyo regular but I used to go to the one in Alexandria Not Pineville the employees in Alexandria we're also very rude and disrespectful to me because my ex boyfriend owes them money and they take that out on me and do not let me come on their property I just want something done about this except because I think it is very very very wrong to refuse a guess the request to have a microwave in the room which should have already been in the room to begin with and I really would like something done about this I am very upset and I'm already like to write a bad review on this hotel and plus there are roaches everywhere in every room I'm very displeased with my choice of staying at this certain Oyo Hotel I am Lacey rashall & if possible I would like to get the corporate office the head of the corporate office of the Ohio hotels to please give me a call at area code[protected] thank you so much
