I ordered chicken butter masala, matar paneer and 12 rotis for dinner today at oyo townhouse 229, mannat international, kolkata.

The rotis were made of low quality flour which has stone particles in it and the chicken was smelling. We are not sleeping without having dinner including my father who is a patient.

Please look into this matter urgently because health of an individual is important and a hotel chain of the reputation like oyo should not compromise on that.
OYO Rooms customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
The question is ...who is going to take the responsibility if something happens to our family after consuming the above items.

The matter may be escalated to Consumer Court, WB food inspector, Grahak Seva Kendra, Facebook, Twitter etc if it is not taken up by higher authorities of OYO

    My booking id is peix2783

    I had paid for the room twice but still havent received my full payment.

    I had originally booked an ac room, hotel gave me w/o ac when i asked for ac they shifted me and also charged 50% extra as upgradation fees for the same room.
    I was not intimated about this, post completion of booking

    I have contacted customer care, oyo assist in app but no avail

    Customer care has put me on hold for more than 15 min multiple times now.

    Kindly mentiom clearly if money will be refunded, dont make a fool out of your customers

    Please resolve asap if you have the ability

      1) this is with reference to refund for our cancelled booking. I have booked a private room at oyolifekol1475. My booking id is 117902.

      2) due to kolkata government decision all flights have been cancelled from delhi till july 19 due to covid 19 and moreover the government has today announced complete lockdown of kolkatta.

      3) unfortunately, because of these unforeseen events we would not be able to come to kolkata and check in oyo facility on 10th july.

      4) this situation is not in our control and therefore we request oyo life to cancel our booking and refund us the amount

      5) we have written 5 emails and called them atleast 20 times with no avail. Now we are getting worried as our hard earned money has been blocked by oyo rooms. Thus is unethical.

          I bought gold wizard membership coupon using flipkart supercoins and got a coupon code on 30june 2020. When i applied it on and tried to go ahead the code shows invalid and i even confirmed it from flipkart and they said it is valid

              Oyo signed an agreement with me for 3 years lock in period.
              They stopped paying rents from 10th month of the agreement, the march 12 th 2020.
              Now they even stopped doing business and not paying rents, electricity bills, amc and maintenance.
              They stopped maintaining and cleaning the property from march 12th 2020. Now the property is very bad shape.,
              I contacted them repeatedly and they advised me for mutual agreement termination, which i agreed upon keeping the condition of the property in mind.
              Its already been 3 weeks and nothing is done till date.
              Overall... Oyo is cheating lot of owners and customers. It will be the biggest scam of india in coming years.

                On 2 july 2020 i booked a room in oyo 38417 silver villa. Room facility shown by oyo is ac is available there but when in reached their, the staff of oyo silver villa denied for ac room and said cancel your booking and after i cancel my booking he take extra chagre and gave me a ac room there
                And when i called oyo for help they take 2 days but my refund is not process every time i called they said i will transfer your call to refund teme and hold my call for 15-20 min but call is not completed after my 5-6 call my call transfer and a employ of oyo namee shweta said to me that if the owner of oyo silver villa confirm that i stayed in their room they processed my refund but now they denied

                    I stayed at oyo hotel durham west hills
                    Jun 23, 2020 - jun 25, 2020 booking #pvgr9624 i was charged $25.00 of my deposit, they state there was blood on bed cover no there was not i made the bed before leaving. We are best guest very clean, quiet and never do damages never. I stay frequently at hotels for eye care at duke center never had any issue. This is a scam to charge fees for extra money and find it very disturbing. Called they were rude finally gave me other number to call, called other number was left on hold over 30 min before disconnected with no resolve. I will post every place i find for reviews to warn people of this unethical dealings. Its not a lot of money, its the principle of the matter and the lack of customer service i received.

                      It is really a fraud company, despite of more than 10 mails and calling on customer care no refund has been done yet and is pending since march 18th 2020. Amount of rs 1927/- is pending and they are constantly asking to talk to bank and saying refund is successful but there has been no credit of amount. Bank has said they don’t accept reference no more than 12 digits and not able to track. I am stuck please help and provide some solution

                        Hi sir,

                        I had booked a room with oyo on 31 december 2019 to january 1, 2020. Booking details - id ceks0784.

                        Spot on 45289 shanthinikethan homes
                        B14, bommasandra industrial area, bangaliore

                        It was in midnight i had to travel over 25kms from city to outskirts and was not offered a stay due to the hotel being shut down and has shut down their operations. I had no other place to go and was not offered any other alternate solutions in the night and also they have not processed refund despite of repeated emails and calls for 7 - 10 days.

                        Till now they are claiming the refund will be done and it was not processed since jan 1- 2020.

                        |as part of the travel i was told i will be given insurance and despite having met with muggers i lost my valuables and was injured and harassed by a mugger and had taken laptop which was owned by me and for which they are yet to process my insurance, which is still pending.

                        Kindly share what i need to do to oyo rooms. I want to take this forward with legal actions against the oyo corporate office for all the worst service and refund not being processed.

                          9 to 12 february thru oyo my booked properly is closed so customer care shift my hotel and said extra amount will be paid bt oyo after gave bill by you. When i checked out i already send bill to oyo but till now my amount not receive. Customer care executive initiate the amount but after 2 or 3 days cancel the amount.
                          So please guide n help.

                            The issue is regarding non-payment of brokerage from last 6 months.
                            Where the area manager (Akash subramanian) he had committed that payment will be initiated as the property gets live. Its been almost 6 months the payment had not been received. All the required document was provided to him and his colleague to whom he assigned name (Shardul) & manager (Shefali). They always says its in process but no response. This is the 1st time i have seen the delay in payment in almost 6 years of my experience. Company have the brand value and people are just making it worst. Its been tough days going for all. We brokers only depend on brokerage no any other sources. Much in need of money right now. Request to please take this into priority and get this done or else have to escalate to social media.

                              My booking id is qmgu2041. Cancellation done on 17 may 20 but didn't get refund till now. Send and recieved various mails, contact so many time but didn't get call, resolution till now. I have send account details for neft also, but all guest experience managers, escalation team and redalert team are very irresponsible and not attentive. They all doing their job for salary only not for reputation of oyo and they will be a cause for end of oyo. As you can see, they all has forced me now to post this complaint.
                              Ritesh agarwal should look, closely monitor these all things, otherwise it will effect him with huge loss. I hope i will get refund soon.

                                  On the day of check in i had charged extra 1000rs by hotel property (Grand regency banglore) when tried to complained about this during check oyo i had put call on hold for 30 min next time when i tried i was been told that my refund will be initiated and i did not receive any response when i further tried to contact oyo they asked me everything including the sanitation charges i submitted all the receipts but after submitting they did not respond afterwards again i called oyo the then they said that refund will not be possible by giving some foolish reasons
                                  If it wasn't possible why did they said at first that i will get the refund and how can the hotel charge 1000rs extra for sanitation from the guest

                                    I have booked oyo 29000 from 05.10.2019 to 08.10.2019 and have made a online payment of rs 2250 including breakfast. I went to the property at 1 o clock (Pm) yesterday, where we were denied checkin citing the reason that oyo has not cleared their outstanding payment. After that we spoke to one oyo representative, who changed the booking to some other oyo by name vamsi krishna. Mr. Ankur mallick, the oyo representative took the call on conference with the new property and explained that the he is transferring me to his oyo and no other charges should be taken from me. Upon reaching the new oyo, they asked for additional 13 k. We again contacted to another oyo representative and explained the matter. But no resolution. Afternoon we spoke to 15 oyo representatives but no resolution.in the evening without taking our permission or approval a 3rd oyo was booking. From yesterday we have been moving from one oyo lobby to another hotel lobby, till now no resolution. Now you are saying that my booking has been cancelled and you cant get me another hotel. I have not cancelled the booking and if some oyo representative has done it why should i pay the price and why should i suffer.

                                        I have booked oyo 129 sector 30 from 23rd jan till 28th jan’2020. They cancelled my 10 rooms reservations which were booked from 25th jan - 26th jan’2020. I have already paid the room and taxes in advance. So, i asked them to refund the money. But as the reservation was made by booking.com, manager mentioned that refund will be given by them. I have spoken to booking.com, they are saying we have not taken any money and hotel is responsible. I made the payment in the hotel itself.
