money not refunded

Hi,
I have booked two rooms in bidar by Oyo rooms but we didn't get service from that hotel.
I booked hotel by Oyo application with booking I'd - LEOI8506
Hotel name- new venkateswara lodge
Date- 3-August-2019 to 4-Aug-2019

When we reached the hotel at 10pm on 3rd August hotel management denied to give rooms. They said now there is no agriment between Oyo and hotel sps.

Sir i am submitting some fraud is going on in oyo rooms. Whenever i booked hotel through oyo app after some time someone called me and saying he is from oyo and said i can provide 25% discount. I agreed he had my booking id and phone number already with him. He changed my booking id and after some time my hotel charges were paid by that person. Was asking him, i will pay through app. But he told me that you have to pay me directly by paytm/bhim/link....

Booked room online for check in on 04.08.2019 at Aurangabad but due to flood like situation in Nashik could not leave the city. All the schools were declared as closed and my train from Nashik to Aurangabad Janshatabdi was cancelled by Indian Railways. worst service and cheating customers

We stayed in oyo diplomat regency hotel dwarka delhi which was our 1st stay with oyo properties.
The booking got cancelled twice in a day... 1st time it was due to unavoidable circumstances sms received by oyo and the given similar upgraded options for which it was booked by oyo agent and cancelled again on arrival to hotel, not to forget the location of the hotel in google is wrongly mentioned. Staff rebooked room with same price...

I have booked oyo room on aug 3rd through oyo app. I prepaid the money while booking. When i reach the hotel for check-in, hotel rejected the booking and they stated like they are not accepting any oyo booking. I thought this is exceptional case and booked one near by hotel and paid the money online. But unfortunately same case happened there. They also rejected our check-in as we booked through oyo app.
