    They are denying checkin due to money given to them is less and asking for more money from me.

    I didnt get any resolution till now, My mail id is [email protected] I didnt get any resolution on this mail id. I had mailed them thrice but didnt get any reply I had tried to chat with them but those people are not able to provide the solution However i m not able to contact them on call due to network issue in jammu n kashmir Please get the things resolved n reply on same mail id As the hotel is still asking for payment from me right now

      Sir/madam,

      We have made a booking on oyo room (Xveg4963 @ oyo town house 021 for rs.13295/- and we remitted payment for the same (Trasnaction id:pos/e-pos/[protected]/www oyorooms com/1243054).

      And on 20/8/19 we had received a call from oyo customer care stating that since the booked property was under maintanence we was diverted to oyo flagship 22685 imperial @ rs.8619/- for that disputed amount your customer care executive had said will be refunded to our account in 48 hours.

      But now we had received a message from oyo stating that only rs.348/- will be refunded. So, please look in to the above issue & please arrange to refund amount of rs.5306/- immediately and do the needful.

        I booked oyo room on 10/8/19 for the next day. I was denied the book at the hotel on 11/8/19 due to low tariff and they told they are not taking oyo orders. I contacted the customer care and raised a compliant regarding the same. They told the money will be refunded in 7 to 14 days. But the money is not yet refunded even after 12 days. I contacted them again and they told that the complaint about refund was not raised yet, i may have to wait another 14 days. I want to get the refund as soon as possible as the cancellation of room was not due to my mistake. It was from the side of oyo.

          I booked room through oyo app in august 11 (Sunday).
          Hotel name: mk hotel
          Location: thirukazhukundram, chennai
          I am paid amount through online. I am went to hotel... The receptionist told me we have no relationship with oyo rooms.. We cancelled relationship with oyo rooms... So, we are not able to stay the hotel.. But i already pay the amount..

          So many times call to oyo customer service.. But no one take any action i am very disappointed in these actions... I have fear to booking hotel through oyo app...

            I had booked two rooms 24th of july.
            The rooms were cancelled by me due to some reasons. And oyo has given me confirmation mail regarding the refund.
            I just waited for7-14 days for refund.
            And i contacted them.. They told sorry for inconvinince. Please wait for another 7-14 days.
            After another specified period i contacted them again.. And they says the same.
            I don't know what type of fraud nature they are doing with me.

              Hi my name is narendra. Case id 19610191 and case id 19328731. I received 700rs money as oyo ruppees from referral policy. But the money was deducted involuntarily without any booking. I've called oyo helpline number more than 20 times and have been on hold for hours just to hear that your complaint has been lodged. The helpline number is # they will keep on forwarding saying 'senior se bat karata hu' only to connect your call to another customer or caller. The guy started ranting me about his bad oyo room experience. I'm a oyo gold wizard member and still there's not even service to talk properly to authorities. Very disappointed that i spent my money on wizard. I've filled the request many times and have been provided case id. It's been more than 2 weeks no response. I just wish i could make other people realise how # their service is.

              It's been 20 days and still no action has been taken. 8 days ago I received a mail from 'kailash singh Rawat' saying the complaint has been forwarded to authorities. They are still forwarding the messages. I don't understand what technology of transmission are they using..I hope the message reaches the authorities someday, and they decide to reimburse me for my time. I wish I would have used Fab rooms. 🤦 .

                Please refer to my booking ivpm6920 in oyo 17093 majestic de villa, gangtok, sikkim from jun 14 fri to jun 17 mon, 2019 for 5 guests and 2 deluxe (3x) rooms.

                I paid the entire booking amount of rs. 7371 with amazon pay. However the hotel refused check-in when i reached the hotel on 14th june 2019 on the grounds that they do not have any tie-up with oyo and oyo is illegally doing booking in their hotel and the tariff is too low. On talking to oyo customer care, i was informed that nothing can be done for this booking as hotel is refusing to accept the booking and the booking amount shall be refunded.

                However till date even after 70 days of my complaint, repeated follow-ups, 20 telephonic calls to oyo customer care and 10 emails, the amount of rs. 7371 has not been refunded.

                On calling oyo customer care now, they ask me to wait as they connect to their seniors, keep the phone on hold and after one hour the call disconnects. This is happening regularly and deliberately by oyo.

                I suggest everyone not to pay any advance booking amount to oyo, as there is no guarantee of refund. Pay only directly at hotel after check-in.

                  Hi, my name is sneha, booking id - snlj7036 and i have booked a room under oyo for 3 days (22 august-24 august). When i came back to my hotel from my office i saw insects everywhere in my room. Tried to contact the hotel management about the issue and requested change of room but they denied saying the rooms were occupied.in parallel to this i was also on call with the oyo support team continuously trying to get a revert from them. After 2 hrs of calls and stuff my room was finally changed.
                  Now, next day in the morning i called in room service for morning tea. They took a whole of 50-55 minutes in sending a tea.
                  After waiting for 30 minutes i called back at the reception and asked that i have ordered the tea. The receptionist replied "have you not got your tea? Let me check" i said ok.. After that i waited for 20 minutes and when no one came i tried calling oyo to complain about the pathetic room service of the hotel and wanted an early checkout and to be relocated at a different property but the customer support executive told me that i can check out early however the amount remaining will be transferred back to me in 7-14 days and they can not relocate me to a different hotel.

                  My question to them is i have paid 3000 for the room and services, and when i am not satisfied with it. Why can't they transfer me to a new hotel. It is not me who is chevy out early out of personal reasons but because of the pathetic room and disgusting services of the hotel.

                    A big thanks to oyo for having me such a worst experience.

                    Unfortunately, i booked a hotel from oyo app for date 22 aug'19 to 23 aug'19 (Oyo 27979 krishna residency). When i reached hotel, the staff behaved very rudely and denied for check-in. I called to oyo team to speak with hotel guy. But finally he dint allow check-in. After a 40 mins long telephonic conversation, oyo manager asked us to shift to another property. We agreed, took an auto and went to another property. It was 9 p. M.

                    The new transferred booking was with oyo 13338 hotel athithi. Oyo manager did not confirm with hotel manager about the room occupancy and asked us to reach there and check-in. When we reached to hotel athithi, they denied our check-in and said we don't have room available and oyo did not talk to us for any transfer or room booking. Again we gave a call to oyo team and asked them to talk to property manager. It was 9:45 p. M. After a long 30 mins conversation, oyo again said that our manager did not confirm the property and its our fault.

                    This time we're transferring to a third property which is oyo 9266 hotel stay kapoor in. We again took an auto reached to this hotel and asked property manager for check-in. This time, he allowed for check-in but asked to pay extra 920 rs. Although we had done with the online payment at the time of our first booking.

                    Again we gave a call to oyo, had a conversation with them. Again it was half hour call. Property manager allowed us for check-in and took an extra payment from us. We paid extra to property.

                    After check-in, it was very dirty room, small in size.ac was not working. A lot of bugs was there and i fall ill in the morning. The was room was also too small that you can't take shower properly. Finally we ordered dinner at hotel, the chapati's was very cold and without any foil paper.

                    My whole stay was very bad. It was the worst experience with oyo.

                    At the end, i want to escalate complete oyo team. I faced a lot of problems over there at very late night. I would recommend others to go directly to hotel, check the hotel and then book it.

                      Hai,

                      My booking id is grfd4270 booked a 2bhk in kochi near lulu mal. But i cancel this booking and i contact oyo support they grant me to cancel that booking and booked another hotel named dreams hotel on the same date and i used that one.

                      The problem is i paid for the first one in advance and oyo team told me u will get your money back within 7 to 10 days.

                      I contacted them more than 12 times. Everytime they told me like, will conect to senior team, they will contact u but no more responce had ever happened. I am waiting for get my 1818 rs back.

                        I runimesh hazarika booked 3 rooms on krishna guest house through oyo but when i reached there to check in they denied me rooms and i had to stay on road for several hours. They didn't gave me replacements before hand and the staff of krishna guest house (Champasari road, siliguri) misbehaved with us. I had 3 old senior citizens with us they made them to stand them under heating sun didn't offer us even water.

                          Hi sir/madam, i had raised complaint to oyo regarding the worst issue i faced in the hotel booking id (Fpnx5948), this has been already escalated with oyo through mail and through the phone but they haven't took any actions so far. Please could you take necessary actions to get this resolved.
                          Note: it's a non smoking room but the room is full if smoking smell and i had a complementary break fast but food was not served hot and everything was too much of water in sambar and chutney. One of the worst things faced in oyo

                          The room is very worst. See the attached video. I asked for another hotel to the customer care, where I didnt get any response. So I booked another hotel and staying there. Kinfly refund my money.

                          When I reached Hotel ‘Gwala Bhawan’, They refused to give room, misbehaved and mentally harassed me. I called OYO and asked hotel owner to talk to OYO, he talked with OYO and said that they are providing solution but no solution is provided.                           I have 5 calls recorded on my phone (talking to OYO helpline), But still no solution is provided by OYO, then after getting irritated, I searched for another hotel and booked new room in another hotel.

                          I have complained again on consumer complaints site below is the screen shot of that complaint.

                          They replied that we have communicated the needful, but they never called me and no solution is provided.
                          Now after getting tired of this one month long drama and no solution, I am filling this complaint. I request you to take proper action against them, so that these people learn a lesson and will never harass a common man again.

                            I booked a ac hotel room booking id xqog7512 through online payment and after reaching that hotel they told us that there was no ac room and they have only non ac vacant rooms. I dont know how ac room can be booked if there was no vacant ac rooms. Then they told us if we want to book a new room we have to cancel from oyo and whole amount will be transferred back to my ac and we can book a new room. After doing that exact thing till now nothing confirmed from oyo team though i have talked to them several times.

                                Dear, oyo rooms i am amanpreet singh and i raised a complaint against my money of rupees 3658 as it has not been resolved yet. Its been a long time period now and u haven't take any action for my complaints, so kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible and if you can't be able to resolve the issue through this complaints and then i have to take some other steps to take my money back. And my booking id was wybk7584 and you can read the detailed problem in my previous complaints. Thank you

                                  I booked a room in oyo hotel supreme around 7 in evening and went to hotel after reaching there the person told me that sorry i can’t give you a room as flow rate issue with oyo. Then i call’d oyo customer care they start talking to the hotel manager and she said me to pay some extra we will give u cashback after check out in oyo wallet i replied no. Then she transferred mycall to higher supervisor he said i m doing shifting and all concept i said i don have any vehicle he replied i m sorry room is not available here then i said ok do that he put me on hold for around 30-45 mins. I again call’d them same things are going on putting up on hold and talking very rudely almost i stand over there for 4-5 hours out side hotel till 2 o clock and i then after getting a rude reply and fake promises blah blah left the place and went to a gurudwara near by because no hotel is near by that location. That time i was completely helpless i just want that oyo should stop there services of fooling people if you was not a company instead a person i will definitely told u that what i feel on that time away from home. I just want a legal action against them. Please never book a room from oyo. I already spread this in my all groups and on social network. Least no one else will get hunted by your cheap tricks.

                                    Respected sir/ma'am,

                                    I had booked the hotel Kakkson Inn, Puri, Odisha for the dates August 19, 2019 to August 21, 2019 (2 nights). The Oyo App showcased the hotels' images which were delusional and customer attracting. When I, along with my partner checked-in the hotel we found out that there was no parking facility available at the hotel against as promised by the Hotel on the Oyo app. On checking in we also found out that the room was unclean, bed was unclean, bathroom was wired and shabby. The staff members were extremely unprofessional and would stay inside our rooms for long times under the veil of servicing. I and my partner also felt that the rooms were bugged, i.e., suspicious magnetic fields around the mirror which faced the bed. At the time of checking out, an unauthorized person barged into my room and misrepresented himself as the Oyo captain and snatched my phone to rate the hotel high against my will followed by a reasoning with the concerned member who was intimidating. I got tricked into believing that the hotel was good based upon the high ratings, however, now I know it was farce and illegal how the staff members were using other unauthorized persons from outside the hotel to intimidate the customers and retain high ratings by using their phones.
                                    It was a dreadful experience for my partner as she was uncomfortable with the overpowering attitude of the staff members. I request the concerned the authorities to kindly look into the matter and make it possible for the tourists travelling to Puri to have a safe surrounding.

                                      I have booked rooms set by oyo rooms but we didn't get service from that hotel.

                                      When we reached out there they said there is no space for you. All are booked and occupied with some other. Hotel management denied to give rooms.
                                      Then i booked rooms by counter and tried to call oyo customer service but there is no response from them. Really pathetic service at the end of oyo services. Astonished, how could you so careless & helpless at all.

                                      I paid money by debit card but don't know how to get my money back. Requested to you kindly refund the requested money at the soonest.

                                        I have booked two rooms in bidar by Oyo rooms but we didn't get service from that hotel.
                                        I booked hotel by Oyo application with booking I'd - LEOI8506
                                        Hotel name- new venkateswara lodge
                                        Date- 3-August-2019 to 4-Aug-2019

                                        When we reached the hotel at 10pm on 3rd August hotel management denied to give rooms. They said now there is no agriment between Oyo and hotel sps.
                                        Then I booked rooms by counter and tried to call oyo customer service but there is no response from them.
                                        I paid money by debit card but don't know how to get my money back.
