False relocation promises, no service

Wrong Advertisment & Play with people emotions

Wrong Promises

My complaint is regarding the false promises and incorrect information given by numerous Tata Sky customer care executives. I moved in my house from one location to other location in the same city. What started as a promise to do removal and reinstall within same day has now shifted to four days window. (maximum time is 72 hours mind it).

The biggest blow is the current airing of the tele-ad of "meeting time promises"...

Two people came from Tatasky to install the setup box and charged

Wrong commitment

Extremely poor Service

My set top box stopped functioning & put a complaint on 18th Feb 2012 towards it. It took 2 weeks for Tata Sky people to correct the same & during this period I have had to contact them countless number of times & speak with several supervisors to get this done.
When this was corrected (on March 3rd), I received call from an Executive by the name of Mohmmad ( I dont remember the full name) who called probably from Hyderabad...
