Sir,
I was taken tikono broadband connection for 3 months offer in october, 2016. During december, 2016, i was stopped broadband in december, 2016 and informed tikono agent for discontinue of the same. But i received bill for january, 2017 for which i was not used broadband. Further, tikono service staff came to my house and took broadband instruments for which i had already paid the cost of instruments.in reply they said i will get refund for the instruments collected. However, they have given received letter in return.
Now, tokona legal advisory staff insisting me to pay bill which was due otherwise they will take legal action against me, which is regrettable. Neither i used tikona wi-fi for january, 2017 and also i am suppose to get refund amount of collected instruments.

The service provider shall terminate the connection within 7 days. They cannot charge rental or any other charges beyond the period of 7 days of request for closure made by the customer. Further, fresh bills shall be raised only after adjustment of the security deposit. The closure/ termination of service shall not be made conditional upon payment of dues/ bills/settlement of dispute. The outstanding amount of security deposits has to be refunded within 60 days of closure/ termination of service. In case of delay in refund beyond 60 days, a consumer is entitled to interest at the rate of 10% per annum for the number of days refund is delayed beyond 60 days
