Sir,
I was taken tikono broadband connection for 3 months offer in october, 2016. During december, 2016, i was stopped broadband in december, 2016 and informed tikono agent for discontinue of the same. But i received bill for january, 2017 for which i was not used broadband. Further, tikono service staff came to my house and took broadband instruments for which i had already paid the cost of instruments.in reply they said i will get refund for the instruments collected. However, they have given received letter in return.
Now, tokona legal advisory staff insisting me to pay bill which was due otherwise they will take legal action against me, which is regrettable. Neither i used tikona wi-fi for january, 2017 and also i am suppose to get refund amount of collected instruments.

    Tikona's service was very bad. So I stopped their services. I called them and told them that I have stopped their services. Now after 7 -8 months their advocates are calling and giving threats that will take me to court and fine me 50, 000 Rs. Got multiple calls. Few previous call I ignored. I though they would not call me again. But they called again and harassing, threatening. I called their customer care and they are repeating same thing. I forced to pay for what services I have not used.

    Had a such a very bad experiences with Tikona. I want we should take some action against Tikona.

      I sanjay gujar having your connection last 4 years. My id is [protected].

      In last four year i have faced lots of problems regarding service. Whenever i complaints you assured problems will resolved but for resolve also it's take 3 to 4 days.

      Further i want to highlight you, you offer new chipper plans to new customer but you never offer to old customer. After my follow-ups you change my plan.

      But now a days after every two days i am facing network problem. I logged the compliant many time and every time i gets assurances but till date you people nit able find permanent solution.

      Hence i request you to stop my service which i told earlier also.

        Hello, i'm robin have a issue regarding tikona in which my first payment was started on 14th march 2107 in which i paid 2750+420 rs as per the payment the executive said that. will be getting internet for 3 months as per this my 3 months should end on 13th june 2017 but when i call the costumer care they are saying that you'r plan will drop on 7th june. so what's this the company is fooling us though it is charging high to costumer also and fooling them soo goood tikona yaa fooling costumer and making out good money from it yaaa!!! i want needful for me regarding this. though this is the client no who told me all that 3 month stuff and all this plan+91-[protected] ( name - somveer ). i am requesting tikona authorities to look at that and do needful for it and i want all that commitment all my remaining day and data.

          Hello,
          I selected Tikona Broadband for internet connection. I paid them for three months initially, but on the second I went outstation and informed them to disconnect. They failed to do so and started generating bills for successive months. Without using any of their services they had generated a bill amount of Rs-2199. I informed many times on call and whenever they call, their response was also not gud and made me irritated . So i left as it is. Now they have sent a Demand Notice for the payment of bill for non usage of services. This is very insane and how can they charge me for which i don't even use a single byte of internet data. Help me out if this issue. However I'm not going to pay any of those bills and they are asking me return the modem which was bought by self.

            Following is the actual story.

            I have taken a tikona connection in June 2016 with 2mbps speed.

            I had so many network disconnection within first month of taking the connection. But the speed is reasonably good.

            I was not satisfied with their connection and asked for terminating and refunding my total paid amount which they refused and asked me to take more time for testing and it will not be repeated. But even then I got 3- 4 disconnection in a span of 10-15 days

            total disconnections I faced were about 20 of which only 10-12 are taken as complaints by TIKONA. Each time I had to call the customer care and had to wait for about 30 min to 60 min for reaching the representative and after calling the network will be resumed after 2-3 hrs, during which I dont have any network at home. Vexed with this, I finally asked for the last time to disconnect in the end of july and switched off my tikona device.

            They took about 2 weeks or so saying that they can not disconnect in the middle of the month and disconnected some where in August 2nd week but failed to process the refund

            Whenever I have called them and asked for the status they used to say it will take about 72 hrs for processing They never reverted back to me regarding any update. This happened for about 1-2 months.

            I thought I would take legal route to get my money back and compensation for the trauma I got because of them. But I was busy in some other things and delayed. Later on november 23rd 2016 someone from tikona(claims to be from special team) called me and says he will give me a testing period again and said this time I wouldn't get any disconnection. In the discussion, I have asked testing period for one month based on the previous experience.

            Even then I have faced disconnections for 3-4 times and finally the connection stopped around 20th of december 2016. I had called the customer care team and they said I have exhausted the limit.

            Later I get a call from some other executive from special team saying that the network is upgraded and test again. With the previous experience, I have refused to do so. After some days of call, I started receiving messages, calls and e-mails saying that I have outstanding of about 1202, which surprised me. On my further inquiry with the customer care executive they say it is for rental stop from august 2016, which I have not asked for.

            one more executive from special team calls me and says that the speed has improved and hence the network will be good. When the problem is with network being continuously disconnected, how improved speed will give me an uninterrupted network, I don't have any clue! She says to me that if I continue with the service, the charges will be waived off or else, I need to pay the amount, which I feel is logic-less and unethical for the following reasons:

            I have not asked to put the connection in rental stop

            I did not ask that I will test the connection. They have called me and said the connection will be good, which they failed to keep up and hence cheated me.

            I have requested them in August for disconnecting my connection and refund my amount, which they did not do. They did not have even the basic curtsy to give me an update on refund process.

            They have been bugging(in fact begging) me to continue the connection.

            Now I am receiveing calls from few unknown numbers who are threatening to sue me. It is their mistake and they are harrassing me now.

            Complaint has not been resolved. TIKONA has been threatening me to pay the bill, which I am not supposed to. They have even not refunded my installation charges.

                Dear sir i have taken a plan from tikana before 5 months with 1730 plan & we have not use your internate due to cause of no network & no login problem. & you are sending bill every month. I have already compain ed to your care engineers but not resolve my problem by them.                   I have asked to disconnect the services and they keep calling everytime asking one more chance or saying we will do rental disconnect you can use later. Thought i said i dont want 100 times. And sending me bills uneccesarily without usage. My health is spoiling argguing with these ppl. Daily atleast 2 times they call me and same discussion. From last 1 month. Most improffesional network which doesnt let customers exit from services. This kind of networks should not be given permission for working. Pls help us to exit.

                    I have taken tikona connection last year which i got most of the time signal problem. I called up so many times but no response. I kept on make payment to tikona without any use. At last i stop making payment because after so many time request for terminating services you people are not disconnecting services. Your executive mr. Kavi raaj came to me with another person to collect the payment in very rude manner. I made payment full n final i.e. 1700 rs and handover the modem to hin his mobile no is [protected]. If you people dont disconnect your services despite so many reminders on phone and mail so where is my fault so please look into the matter ans stop harassing me.

                      I was using tikona services from feb to sept 2016. Regularly services was bad. Many time line was down. Even after regular highlighting complaints issue were never resolved. Also customer care team never called back or resolved the issue. Then decided to stop the services i called the customer care team and informed to stop my services. But customer care executive never accepted my request to stop my services. After many tries lastly i mailed to tikona that i dont want to continue tikona serives (Refer attached). Even after they didnt responded to
                      Now when i m using another services. I am getting call from some legal department of tikona - ms. Rajni. Saying that they have issued a case against me of not clearing the dues. This is harassment from tikona services. Thus want to raise defamation against tikona services. Request your support

                        I am really pissed off with your pathetic services I am not anymore the customer of this pathetic company but still I am getting calls for bill payment which is from some legal department.

                        I don't understand that when I have already paid the amount on 30 Nov 2015 after having a word with Chetan-[protected] at that time and writing to you as well for the confirmation why such calls now.

                        I don't have my User-Id as it is more than a year now but you must behaving my emails to check for this.

                        I want NOC ASAP or I will Escalate this matter to the highest level I can for this because I am mentally harrased now and if it is not done I have to file a FIR against Chetan and Tikona Company.

                            Hi my user id was [protected] i had disconnected my service in november and i paid my outstanding bill at that time but now i am getting the call for outstanding bill of rs 1131.00 and she is saying if i will not pay this amount they send me legal notice and she is representing herself as a lawer. I dont know what rubbish is going on. Kindly suggest someone what should i do for further or just ignore these calls..

                              I stopped using tikona long back, my connection was terminated and I had paid the bill till the disconnection date. But now I am getting threatening calls that if I don't pay amount 1016.00 then my case will be registered in civil court Delhi. Different different lawyers are calling and saying that they have got my case to pay this amount. Though I don't have any payable amount my bill was clear when I terminated and device was also taken away by their people.

                              Like seriously tikona thinks indian people are fool, that they are trying to make us believe that lawyers and judges don't have any work and they will file case for this amount and call us on daily basis. This is seriously frustrating, stop fooling and irritating us.

                                I requested the Tikona team to close my connection on first week of my last month of connection. But the connection got closed after 10 days of the next cycle start date.

                                I fulling paid the bill for my last cycle bill. Tikona is forcing me to pay the bill for those 10 days o[censored]sage. It was tikona teams fault to not have closed the connection.
                                now they have added late payment fee along with the 10 day fee and threatening me to pay full amount.

                                I did my duty to inform them prior to close the connection. it was there fault to not have disconnected my connection.

                                  I called many time regarding service, Daily I need to make one call to tikona service to get start tikona net it became very hectic. but regularly I was giving bill but last month it too much & it imact my daily routine work, same I talked with Tikona & ask them to close my connection & aslo told them please give be cash back of what i last due to Tikona, Inspit of giving back money/compensation they just sent bill me of that month which I refused to pay & every month they added 100 Rs as late fee & started sending bill which has gone to 1550/- & after That they starting calling me & threatening me too & also started calling me from Delhi with the name of Some Advocate. Which is not good, Either they should pay me what I lost or should stop calling me. now I m getting call from [protected] Saying again Advocate.

                                    I have closed the connection from tikona long back.
                                    And I have asked the representatives to collect the outstanding amount and modem, they always come to collect during my office hours. I have said them come to collect before 11 AM or after 7 PM, no one turned out to my home till date.

                                    Today I got a call from the no:[protected] and they said we are going to register a case against you, if your not going to pay the bill outstanding amount in delhi high court. This is a ridiculous thing from tikona.

                                    I Have paid the outstanding amount 769 and ready to hand over your modem if they come to collect within this week as I am shifting home and don't want any further bill generated and any calls form you guys.

                                    I highly don't recommend this tikona service to any of the other users

                                    The service provider shall terminate the connection within 7 days. They cannot charge rental or any other charges beyond the period of 7 days of request for closure made by the customer. Further, fresh bills shall be raised only after adjustment of the security deposit. The closure/ termination of service shall not be made conditional upon payment of dues/ bills/settlement of dispute. The outstanding amount of security deposits has to be refunded within 60 days of closure/ termination of service. In case of delay in refund beyond 60 days, a consumer is entitled to interest at the rate of 10% per annum for the number of days refund is delayed beyond 60 days

                                      I had connections of tikona due to bad connection I had stopped the connection after then he try to retain on lower plan and I had rejected same after that sending bill and I am send excel with detail and he is claiming extra amounts for noc now they are threatening since one for legal action I am also agree for legal action but they never doing anything except threatening

                                        I called tikona care on 31st january to suspend the conncection. That executive requested me not to suspend it we willput on hold after 2 months we can call you and after taking your confirmation we can reactivate or suspend the connection. But without getting confirmation from me they reactivated the connection. Funniest thing is at that adress no one is staying and no device no cable. When i call to customer care they are banging my head and forcing me to pay the bill. Is this the proper way to behave with customers? Im getting irritated with calls from tikona. No one is responding properly. How come they will charge bill without intimating the user and taking confirmation from the user.
