I have called 4 -5 times regarding discontinuation of my service. Everytime tikona agent tells me its in the process. I called after 4 days they said it will again take 7 days, their 7 days doesn't end. The agent doesn't understand english. Keep the agent who speaks to the point. Discontinue the service as i will not be available any more neither for andwering for any more calls....

I have taken tikona broad band service connection on[protected], .from that day onwards am facing the issue..they are not providing Internet, it is disconnecting frequently. At least 3, 4 days in a week they won't provide internet. If we call for technical support, they will tell wait for 48 hours engineer will come and rectify issue. But nobody will come and rectify issues.Hardly i got some 15 days internet till now.
