I have initiated my disconnect request on Monday 10th April 2017 morning around 11 Am but still now[protected] I have not received a email or sms saying the disconnect has been initiated. If I am trying to call them directly through the toll free number they are simply disconnecting the call after I started talking. If you have to get them in call you have to wait for 15 min to get the call connected.

I strongly suggest go for other better service even if it is costly.

    My Tikona Id : [protected]

    I am using Tikona broadband for the last one and half years. For the last two months I am getting frequent disconnection and speed is very slow. I made many complaints to Tikona Customer care. But they are not resolving this problem permanently. I have 10mbps plan but I am getting 3 to 5mbps speed only then why should I pay for 10mbps plan. They are cheating me. So I have decided to close my Tikona broadband connection. I sent three times mail to customer care to know the procedure to close this account but they are not saying to me the account closing process. I need my issue has to be resolve permanently or i need to close this account. Kindly do the needful.

      I have been using Tikona Broadband for last 1.5 months and I have not used it for a single complete day because its in availability all the time. I have see wait time for 2 hrs on customer care.
      I have even lost counts of Customer complaints raised. The worst company ever. I think the Dialup company's will be ashamed of what they are providing. My user number is [protected]

      My user number is:[protected]. we have closed tikona connection with full and final settlement. after few months of closing the connection, we are getting calls/mails/messages stating that, you have to pay an amount of 3000+ by today, if not action will be taken legally.

      we have a send a lot of emails to tikona about this and we didn't get any response from it. we tried calling to customercare and no response from them.

      If tikona and the team is free, request you to plan to gain your business. not treating the users.

      if some one from tikona see this complaint, plz get in touch to attached number as soon as possible.

        I have been receiving threatening calls from Tikona digital services's so called fake lawyers. I got a call from +91 [protected] today (11th April 2017) at 4:53 pm and again on 5:22 pm again. The lady told me she is a lawyer from Delhi high court and when I asked her name and bar council number she did not respond. The lawyers use very abusive language and make threatening remarks.

        My user id for Tikona is [protected]

        I am not using Tikona connection anymore and still am getting the bills. I have called the customer care number many times and have not been able to connect with them. When the customer care people call me I have told them disconnect the services, they have not done it.

        They customer care number[protected] does not work and there is no way to connect to the customer care people. There is no disconnection mechanism mentioned anywhere on the website. So effectively people once have subscribed to Tikona can not de-activate their services and get bills generated monthly, though they are not using the services.

        A lot of people already have posted the same problems in so many forums and still no action has been taken against this fraud service provider.

        I want to get a resolution for my problem as I am not able to reach to Tikona.
        I am being mentally harassed and thousands of people are facing the same problems. Many blogs regarding the same problem are there all over the internet.

        Please help me if anyone is listening. I am being tortured, and want to file a legal complaint.

          I have disconnected your service on 1st Feb 2016 in writing email due to pathetic connection & your inability to send me original paper bill.

          Your customer service department are not interested in solving customer queries. Please go through previous mails. I understand your department must be flooded with customer complaints given your pathetic services hence the delay.

          Your department is harassing us by calling us frequently for payment & court case. It has been told to them every time that connection is already cancelled & we wont pay any rentals for cancelled connection however as a part of Tikona’s regular practice of providing pathetic services, the calls wont stop.

          A sincere request if as Head of Customer Services you can act on my cancellation request, that would be very helpful to us. Also, please stop harassing us by calling again & again.

          I have also told this problem to your local sales agent of bhayander (Ashish)

            Tikona digital networks has not provided the proper connectivity because of that we have disconnected the connection. After sending a long e-mail also these people have not disconnected my internet and now they are asking me to pay the money for that day. Some people keep on calling me and harassing me saying that we are calling from delhi court and going to file a case against this. So i am registering a complaint against tikona digital network,

              My tikona i'd-[protected].

              This the copy of my mail which i have sent to tikona for dis-connection of service but still find no response. They are fraud and cheater and will tell after wards that you have to pay this much amount on your usage

              20th feb 2017, i have taken tikona connection and there after i have faced plenty of issue regrading connectivity. Almost 10days in month login page not used to open and therefore i not able to connect to internet. I am paying 600bucks per month without properly using it.
              If you check your logs you will find all issue i have raised were related to connectivity and login page. "i am seriously not happy with your service". Hence want disconnection of service. Please help me in smooth disconnections.
              I don't want you people to call me again and again and saying sorry for the service and we will resolve your issue, just disconnection:)
              I was using tikona in gurgaon as well where after 100 call, no one came for disconnection, and i have to pay 1500 for no usage. Please don't repeat the same thing else i have to do it some other way

              Please tell me how to proceed further in this

              I have paid 1323 on 20th Feb-2017 and the Tikona person told me that for the last month you don't have to pay single amount, as you have already paid in advance so from where this amount have been charged to me.

              This is a system generated Email, please do not reply to this mail. Kindly refer to the customer care details provided in the mail below.

              Dear Customer - SUSHANT BOSE.

              Tikona broadband User ID: [protected] registered against your name is terminated.

              Mentioned below are the outstanding details for your Billing Account no.[protected]

              Total Amount Payable (Without Termination Penalty): Rs. 747.5

              Total Amount Payable (With Termination Penalty): Rs. 2247.5

              On account of service discontinuation due to non-payment, you shall compulsorily return all the modems in working condition. In the event of not being able to deliver the modem to the company in 7 days from the date of this email failing which Termination Penalty charges of Rs.1500/- will be levied on your account as per terms & condition mentioned in Subscriber Registration Form.

                This company only knows how to bluff customer and threaten them to pay the money for the services which I haven't used the service where i had my connection was not there in spite of calling them now and then for the service no one came to resolve the issue when i disconnected in 13 may 2016 they came from no where and are now asking for modem today in april-10-2017 i have shifted from the previous place science then am i libel to pay was the modem my responsibility from last one year this company is fraud

                  I kindly inform you that, I took Tikona's Broadband Service - User ID - [protected].
                  I faced Network issues from the beginning. Even after several complaints, it was not corrected.I got first wrong Bill during my free service periods.Even i have not used 1/5 of actual data plan because of network issues and got resolved.I changed my location and took connection with initial payments of rs690(Plan600+90), Again I got second wrong Bill .I sent mail for disconnection and issues got resolved with settlements.Again i got wrong Bill third time, Finally i sent mail for disconnection .But your customer care are not serious about your business and they want to harsh the customer and you also.During this periods i sent aprox 90 mail and call as well and got poor and uneducated type arguments from your customer care.
                  So, requesting you please look this matter .

                  The full and final settlement will applied for smooth disconnection.But i made request for your BAD service and Fault Bill, Even i paid much without any service.Regarding your Modem-Ask your tech to to collect it.I have no know knowledge about your modems, where he placed.Other customers are also connected.How a single customer will be responsible for modem where multiple customer are using it?
                  Wire and connector are handed over to me at the time of connection.I have with me, I need Rs700 which you taken as installation charge should bound to return.Regards, Prasanta

                  You created 4 fault bill in 4 months.Have you provided any service for Rs711.77?
                  I am not responsible for void Bill.I paid more compared to your poor service.
                  As the commitment was happened with your sr executive-Mumbai that "if any further fault bill will lead the disconnection and no further negotiation required.
                  Regarding modem, You can send your executive any time for collection and i didn't make any commitment .

                  Is this portal is genuine ? Getting confused about the solution process.
                  Can you please make 3 questions.
                  1: Did tikona broad band provide any correct Bill from date of connection to termination ?
                  2: Did tikona Broadband provide any service for Rs.711.77/- ?
                  3: How many days tikona having good network during usages periods or how much customer got benefits ?
                  4: Did your Tikona teche gave the modem to customer at the time of connection ?
                  (customer purchased only wire and connector with Rs700 at the time of connection)
                  5: Only one customer is dedicated to one modem?

                      Very Harassing people when I called customer care to discontinue the service they are not responding properly the person called Manish ([protected]Thane).who installed machine that person was abusing on call .                       I have terminated my connection on 29th Dec 16 and paid next month's advance bill on 28th Dec. As the executives told that the excess amount will b refunded to me. It's more than 3 months now and they taking complains one after the other but not refunding the already paid excess amount.

                            Tikona service providers are the biggest [censored] sitting in Pune. It been almost 1.5 year that i am using this pathetic net(because of no other option available in my area) and every second i have issues of either no connection or very low spedd. I have registered ample no of complaints and send mails as well but never got any response. Not even this even their executive who are sitting as tech support or sales representative have no sense how to talk to someone. They all just uneducated uncivilized parrots sitting there who are of no use.

                              I have stopped using internet service from March begining and paid for the month till 26th March, I informed them on phone on 12th that I no longer need your BB WiFi service please terminate. But they keep harassing phoning again and again without acknowlodging termination. That have sent me a bill for this month. It is 2Mg speed 5Gb for a month. How do I make them to stop bothering me? I don't have computer to use I'm using phone data. Please see what you can do. I'm 78yr. Thanks.

                                I am raising this complaint behalf on my wife who has registered for Tikono connection on Mar2016.

                                We have been using this connection for more than 11 months. Due to very poor service and customer support, we decided to terminate the connection on 23Feb2017 and have called the customer support. They have mentioned that the complaint will be registerd in 7 days and will terminate the connection. Also they have told we do not want to pay the bill which will be generated further for the month of March2017.

                                But we have received the bill for the month of March and when we have contacted their support again they have reiterated that we do not want to pay the bill and they will raise it to the concern team to terminate the connection.

                                But recently we have received multiple calls from tikono support and they are ordering us to pay the bill and this is creating whole lot of mental stress and tension.
                                For your note we have not used the service from 23Feb2017. So, it is unnecessary for us to pay the bill for unused service. The recent call received from them on 06Apr is like a threatening call to my wife.

                                I would request you to lodge a complaint against them and take strict action on their pathetic behavior and service.

                                  Tikona is highly boiling my blood because there are not allowing me to talk to their senior and not even resolving my wifi issue. I asked for the refund, that too they are not registering my complaint.
                                  They are fraud, use our money and not providing us wifi even for the single day. If you delay in recharging then they will ask for a penalty but never give you service.
                                  When I ask for disconnection and refund they are not letting me do that. This is happening from past 2 months.
                                  I strongly want to take serious action on Tikona and their team so that they will not con any new user.

                                    I have called 4 -5 times regarding discontinuation of my service. Everytime tikona agent tells me its in the process. I called after 4 days they said it will again take 7 days, their 7 days doesn't end. The agent doesn't understand english. Keep the agent who speaks to the point. Discontinue the service as i will not be available any more neither for andwering for any more calls.

                                      As I posted this 5 years ago stating that I want to discontinue and you guys acknowledged the same. Still I am getting a legal notice stating to pay the due. As I mentioned I have paid in full for all the month. Then you charged me for the next billing cycle that is May. Kindly confirm me why I need to pay for my discontinued connection.

                                        I have taken tikona broad band service connection on[protected], .from that day onwards am facing the issue..they are not providing Internet, it is disconnecting frequently. At least 3, 4 days in a week they won't provide internet. If we call for technical support, they will tell wait for 48 hours engineer will come and rectify issue. But nobody will come and rectify issues.Hardly i got some 15 days internet till now.
                                        So telling you guys, don't take tikona digital network connection..it is the worst internet service provider in bangalore. Actually i am planning to make a police complant against these frauds.
