Dear Sir/Madam,
This is with reference to your letter I would like to inform you that I was using your internet service for the last three years... And I was paying your bill before due date. Please see in your records.
On 1st. sept. 2016 (Ganpati festival) my net was having problem of connectivity. I called your customercare and registered complaint. On next day morning around 12.00 noon your technician came to see the problem . I show him the Antinna and the signal direction on terrace of the building. He said he will come back tomorrow . Next day he didn't come. I tried many times to contact him on phone but the bell was ringing and he was not attending the call. Third day also gone without any informing.On fourth day some one called and said that he was coming to see the problem . I said please inform to tikona that I am discontinuing the service. Then there supervisor called me. I said I have already taken the internet connection from other. For the four days I was trying to contact your customercare but there was no reply from tikona... only recorded message was heard .
I have paid my last bill on 15.08.2016 by net banking. and my cycle is from 7th to 7th .
There were many representative from your side called me and I told every one the same story. all were convinced and agreed and said that this will be there last call. From 5th sept 2016 I am not using the tikona internet .. There were no calls then. Last month some one called me and told me that technician will visit me on tomorrow and told to handover the modem to him. I waited but no one came.

How can I pay your bill as I a not using your internet Please see the records your bill is not showing the usage. I have paid all the bills while I was using internet. Matter was cleared long back.

    I have tried terminating my tikona connection but unable to get proper response from them and now after some months i am getting call from [protected] and he is threatning us saying that you will get a arrest warrent if we you will not submit some amount of money within half an hour.

    It is fault of tikona because they said we are terminating your connection and didn't do that. This is ver wrong.

    Could you please help us with this number that it's fake or is this done intentionally by tikona people. I want to register a complaint against tikona.

      I raised a cancellation request for disconnection of my Tikona services on 1st of October and from 29th September I was constantly trying to connect to the customer care of Tikona, but somehow there was no medium/ option via which I could talk to any personnel, but I did not raise a cancellation request and then somehow there one of customer care executive called me and told me to drop a mail regarding cancellation If I want my services to get disconnected. Even then the service was not being cancelled/ disconnected and I called them approximately 2-3 times.
      As my usage cycle is from 24th to 25th of a month, and as I dropped the mail regarding cancellation on 29th, and then I also called there customer care on 1st October and then they said that your request has been taken
      for cancellation. But then on 10th October I received the mail regarding the payment for usage from 25th September to 25th October. But as my disconnection mail was sent to Tikona on 29th itself and also I used the WIFI services from 25th September till 1st October and then I stopped the usage.
      So I don't understand why I was being charged for rupees 841 only for 5 to 6 days?

      So I did not pay my bill . Then I e-mailed them asking the justification regarding my bill generated of rupees 874 that too for usage of rupees 5 to 6 days.They sent me the mail that I wont be charged post 15th October. I did not pay the bill because they did not respond to my email for justification I asked.
      And there technicians came in last month for the complete disconnection procedure and they took there device as well. Although the date of my disconnection request was 29th September via email.

      So the Tikona kept me sending the bill with extra late fees every month, but I chose to ignore it, and today, in morning, I got a call from a woman named Anjana Sharma who claimed to be from " Tis Hazari Court ", Kashmere Gate, Delhi saying, that Tikona has filed a complaint against me, and If I did not pay the bill in next half an hour, there would be an case registered against me in "Delhi High court", and I would have to come there with an advocate of my own. And she even told, I would be charged much higher amount If I did not have any evidence against the company. So I mad the payment of rupees 1268 rupees, the bill which was initially of rupees 674 rupees.
      I think this is completely unfair as I raised the cancellation request way before the bill was generated and even then they did not do the needful instead sent me the bill for Wi-Fi usage of rupees 674 for 6 days.

        I have written to you about the disconection of my service about two weeks ago
        And yo have forwarded the same to Tikona. But it seems the matter has not been settled. Only Tikona has emailed me the matter will be resolved after their meeting on 9th April. Strange thing I keep getting SMS and email from them to pay to due for April with additional charge. Not a word about disconection of service. I just can't understand what they are driving at? What's the procedure for termination of service?. Do the customer has to bribe someone? At least they should make it clear in email to me. I'm at great loss to understand these things in our great country. The have not uttered a word in email to me about termination of service. Only repeated phone calls to dissuade me from terminating the service. I don't have computer not router from last 6th March. All I can do is wait for their whims. Thanks

        They have sent me an email as well SMS stating that my services have been suspended after another due bill of Rs 176/- which I was glad enough to pay and get rid of the torture. What I wonder is the email doesn't say discontinue but suspended service. Since I'm In the process of shifting my residence they have given me an option of using their services at @ of 10p per Meg. Hope and pray this is last I hear from Tikona the great. Thank you very much consumer complaint, most obliged and grateful. Thanks again. I have been able to sleep with some peace of mind.

          Tikona no :[protected]- consistently poor internet connectivity, loadged several complaints thru e-mail but NO solution...
          Only they chase over phone without understanding the case & finding a permanent solution.
          Same time they are prompt on sending payment reminders??
          Have asked them to discontinue the service...haven't heard on that email.

            Sir, my connection has been terminated long back and all the accessories from my house have been taken away from the representative from tikona. Now i have started getting calls from "so called" lawyer from tikona's behalf and she is talking very rudely with me. She is threatening me to pay the bill and telling me that a case against me has been filed in the court.

            All of my dues were cleared at the time of my connection termination, then why do i have to pay any amount now whatsoever?? This fraud tikona company has got on my nerves and made my life a living hell for me. I urge you to take strict action against this, and make me believe that indians can look up on to the indian judiciary and the laws are to help people.

                  I have got enough calls from Tikona now, they people harass and threaten on call.

                  I am getting bills even after the company has taken away the instruments.
                  How is it possible in this world ?

                  It is getting irritating and humiliating to attend these calls in the middle of the office meetings and doing something important.

                      I used the service for approx 2years. Suddenly the network stated disconnecting frequently. I lodged 15-20 complains in 2months. The engineer visited himself said that there are some issues in this area and recommended me to change the service provider.
                      So, I surrendered the service on 6th Nov and stopped using the service completely.
                      Again in dec they generated the bill and charged for upto the date until I mailed them again for surrender. (Note: No usage have been done)
                      I wrote multiple mails and talked with their executives number of times but they were adamant.
                      Now they are threatening to lodge a complain in court and the advocate suggesting to pay the bill as it is small amount. (I paid the amount but the company should understand that they are in the telecom business not in the extortion one.)
                      Do business ethically, if you want ot survive in the long run.

                        Is recently shifted from 6mbps to 3mbps whose charge is Rs550/- but I received an email to pay outstanding amount of 385.00 for no reasons while I was on my secondary usage plan.
                        Why should I pay this amount. If you cannot take this b you can cut off my connection permanently. I will not pay any extra money that I didn't sign up for.

                          I had taken a tikona connection by paying them a three month advance. The engineer ( with a road side mechanic looks). He came to install the services and demanded Rs. 400/- extra in case we need his service for installation. When we refused to pay, he just thrown a wire inside premises and handed over a box ( modem) and asked us to call Mumbai office to learn about the installation.
                          When called at customer care number, there was no reply for many days . Most of the time after holding for longer duration, calls were disconnected by tikona.

                          When nothing happened, we got Airtel broadband installed and sent a mail to Tikona asking them either to start services or refund our amount. Nothing happened for about 4 months. and after 4 months they had started sending bills for the service which was never there, They never replied to our queries but started sending threatening mails about legal actions.

                          My advice is NEVER TAKE ANY SERVICE FROM TIKONA, They are the worst in terms of service.

                            Actually I need internet so I call tikona agent for the connection after getting connection I got no internet no speed no solution for my problem and after 2 months internet start working fine but they start messaging me about bill and start calling me for the Same but I told them the money I have already paid ?What's about that because I haven't got my service as mentioned me before getting connection then they told me there is some Network issue in my area so I told them to discontinue the service but today I got a call from someone claiming that he is lawyer from Delhi tees hazari court and want me to pay bill in 30 mins or he will file a case against me .

                              My customer id is [protected] and i am not using your service for the past 4 months. But still paid all the bills. My last payment was rs.438 on 3 april 2017.
                              I requested for my service termination on 4th april 2017 but still i received a bill. On your selfcare portal it showing bill of rs.574 and a reminder email received showing bill of rs.344.
                              This is really causing headache to me. I am not at all using your service and requested for termination then why you are sending me bills like this and that too in higher amounts.
                              Reply me through e-mails as i am not interested in wasting my time by arguing in the phone.
                              Send a service termination confirmation letter before sending your technician to collect the modem.

                                Please provide the details of above 429.49 rs. (Billing cylce march 6 to april 6) my plan was 500 monthly rental and i haven't used this connection last month because of technical issue and finally requested the termination on march 15. If you charging for unused data also means i will include media and consumer court and i have all complaint number and and call records with customer care. Please give the exact bill for the data which i used. Service provider was not able to provide service to the customer and generating bill to the customer means we can meet in the consumer court.

                                After raising termination request your executives tried to extend and it took till march 31 to close one connection as per company policy it is 7 days.

                                429 rs is not big deal but don't force me fight against company policies. Please take your devices asap many mails i send for this but no one responding.

                                i want to how this amount came as full and final settlement, i closed the connection because of no connectivity more than 15 days from tikona and you guys took again another 15 days to terminate the connection and generated the bill for that month. i am not ready to this because i haven't used data in that month and tikona executives only delayed connection termination. i have all the data usage and complaint registered in March month so i am not ready to pay this bill.you can generate the bill for the period which i used connection or the data usage.

                                  Even after asking tikona customer care to remove connection they r still sending bill, i have stopped using their network from October 23rd 2016 because of error in connection, i complained them many times, they said that signal strength is less in my area so we will with draw our connection but they are still sending bill and adding it month by month without using data provided by them, today (13/04/2017) a person made call to me and threatened me that he is gonna file a complaint against me and a corruption act is gonna get file over me for 25 years, i am frustrated by this call, i requested tikona person to remove their device before itself but still they didn't sent but now they are saying that they are fileing complaint against me

                                    I am looking to disconnect Tikona internet connection as I am moving out of country next week. I had called Tikona on 3rd April 2017 and explained my situation to their customer care executives. None of them confirmed by request. They keep on asking the reason and provide alternate offers like transfer of connection to somebody else or conversion of my account into prepaid. I have also dropped email to [protected]@tikona.in on 6th April from my registered email id, still I have not received any confirmation on disconnection. I am getting lot of calls from Tikona. Every time they ask me reason and try to convince me for transferring my connection to any of my friend but they are not confirming my disconnection. I am now fedup of explaining same thing again and again. I have sent another email today. I have removed internet wire from my home on 6th April but I am sure they will keep on sending me bills in future months.This is a scam.

                                      I am a frustrated customer of so called Tikona Broadband, I am complaining about the speed, Connectivity issues from last 2 months and engineers from Tikona are not able to solve my issue. Now I have taken a decision that I will not going to pay any rent and throw this Tikona box into the Gutter and also like to beware people who like to think to install this connection, your BP will get on higher side after that.

                                        Horrible experience with Tikona, just used for 10days after connection without any issues, from 11 day started disconnecting.Almost everyday i use to complaint for not connecting internet and there was frequent disconnection of internet.Finally just after 1.5 month o[censored]sing with lot of issues March 28 I requested for disconnection but it is not yet disconnected and almost everyday tikona customer care people call and ask me to take low rental plans. Seriously frustrated from them. Not disconnecting also and not stopped calling also
