After getting tired of filing more than 100 complaints for non availability / almost dead connection I stopped using their service couple of days before my pre-paid service period expired. In fact I totally powered off and disconnected all the devices from their hardware. They would not let me request disconnection / termination of service from my land line. They however keep sending me bill and reminders....

Please take out all my recordings from call centre... It will be proved that i had clearly given instructions to stop connection, but because of your staff's ignorance, my connection was kept on!
I have never used it during this period... U can check...

Received a fraud call from advocate ritika (no. 8743017031)

Hi,
I was a user of Tikona for many months but their performance was extremely bad to say the least. I raised multiple complaints, sometimes Tikona engineer came to my flat but were not able to fix the problem. Exasperated, I terminated my connection. Tikona representative then begged me to reinstate the connection and ensured performance issues will be taken care of. I felt like giving a second chance to Tikona and got the connection...

I have received multiple threatening calls, warning me to make immediate payment from Advocates in Delhi Civil court, for a connection that wasn't working and for Bills that should ideally not even be generated.

Asked the advocate for her Civilbar ID and she Mentions: ND8802/2007 ( Nidhi Sharma), which seems to be fake id !

Not sure if this is the way we are progressing towards by fake calls and fake threats.br...

Customer ID 1108825780 - Overcharges & Wrong Demurrage
