I used the internet services of Tikona for 2yrs. with extremely bad services.But had no choice due to lack of ISP in the area. It was the last 2 months in which I called their customer care for 50+ times but they didn't resolve my issue ( even took full payment without providing any service). Then I called the company for disconnection request which they didn't take by making excuses of there server issues and started the next billing cycle. I was connected with the new ISP a few days later. In 16 days of next billing cycle before they took disconnection request they claim I have 4 times logged in (which they told me to do so for checking the service). So generated a new bill n forcing me to pay it, which I refused to pay.

Later I got a call from an Advocate Raghubeer Saha from KarKardooma court, Delhi threatening me to pay the bill with in 30min. to stop the order of court of making me a defaulter under section 449. n blocking all my Identity proof, to appear in the court and even pay a fine of Rs 85000. Now after finding online the other Tikona forums got to know it was a complete fraud by the company to make me pay the bill (amounting Rs 1580) for the services that I didn't even used. The company is a total fraud they don't provide the services they claim with about an average of 50% days without services. I even have a recorded voice proof of the Advocate calling me.

      Hi,

      I stay in Hyderabad, I took the connection of Broadband (account number [protected]) with Tikona Digital Networks Private Limited (service provider) and have done the recharge for my prepaid account. In the month of February 2017 their team visited my premises and started dismantling the connection by saying that it was company decision . When inquired about my unused balance, they were skeptical and then I warned them not to remove the connection with out proper initiation and settlement. The reinstalled the connection and left by saying that they would initiate the settlement. They returned back to my apartment when I went to my office and dismantled every thing with out proper notice. Since then I have been chasing them for the settlement, made many calls to the customer care as well as local engineers who has done the dismantling but not getting proper response. This is completely sheer deceiving the customer. I request this forum to take this to the appropriate authorities and ensure that my account is settled.

        Tikona connection connected with mobile no. [protected] was terminated 7-8months back with all money being paid. Last amount was paid to executive by cash. They still kept on calling about non payment and finally a lawyer calls me that a civil complaint is being filed against me. I have made my payments. This is some tactic by Tikona to extort money. ? Account was disconnected because of **** service and [censored]ier net speed. Delay tactics were employed by the executives when v asked about disconnection. And now a false civil complaint. Fraud company.

          And I started using this service from 28th December 2016.
          I paid 1750 rs on 28th December 2016.

          Later using for 2 days, I started to face many difficulty accessing the login page and using the internet connection from 1st January 2017.
          And I have registered so many complaints but it was not fixed.

          I asked them to disconnect and recollect their installed device several times. but there is no response from their end.

          I removed their device and packed and kept it ready for return one month ago.

          Now I have received a bill for the last one month usage.

          This cheating company created a bill for dead connection which was not working last one month.

          Please help me to out in this regard.

            First its Internet Service & customer care & appellate authority is very poor.
            From 30 Days there connection doesn't work for 15 Days.
            They don't Send Proper bill on time.

            I took connection from agent name aashish who sold me this connection of tikona. I took connection on condition that i need original paper bill on my address. Since I need to claim that amount from my office.

            First it was all ok.

            Then suddenly they stop sending me bill. When i enquired than they said your mode is set to email, I said i have not acknowledged this than how come this change.

            Than also i made payment on trust of there executive who visited my house & said it will be done by next month which resulted in 3 months payment loss to me. After the payment again same thing continued.

            I wrote many emails to customer care & appellate authority but all mails fell on deaf ears. Due to no proper responce from there side I wrote final emails to disconnect my service & i will not pay the bills, you can collect the device by giving noc for which they are not ready.

            Then i called their agent aashish who said don't pay bill.

            Stills They call me, email me & send letters for legal.

            Please someone tell who will listen to consumer

              I have initiated a transaction with Tikona wifi. A guy came to my place and told the network coverage is not good so he cant install Tikona brodband for me hence my money will be refunded. I did the transaction on 7feb and was told i will get a refund within 7-8days. I didnt get my refund yet. I tried contacting customer care a lot. Please refund.

                Hi Team,

                I am really sorry to the see ridiculous response from the Customer Care team . You guys say that customers are valuable and you show them irrational processes and trouble them all time, You should know Tikona has the most pathetic customer service and degraded network connection .

                I had requested for a deactivation w.e.f 15th March'17 as I was facing repeated poor network and poor resolution since Dec'16 .I must have called for resolution upto 10 times and the resolution lasted for two days and I faced issues regularly . In feb'17 I was offered a 6mbps connection and I thought things would get better, but after 5 days it was even poorer then previous plan offered. Your technician is never able to analyse the root cause and resolve . I have personally wasted my time and money on your service. I have not even used your connection for last 3-4 months and yet I have paid the bill without any hesitation.

                Today, after 5 days of deactivation request, Ms Shilpa Navnath Bavle ( reports to Ms. Deepali ) calls from customer service and says I have to pay the Bill upto 7th April '15 cause this in process wether I deactivate or not!!

                I just want to know, Is this the way you resolve customer issues ?, Does this process of yours gives value to your customers?, Is this the service you offer ? Is this the way you harass your customers?.

                I am not even asking for refund of non usage of previous month's service . I just request to "DEACTIVATE w.e.f 15th March'17 and to pay the bill upto the required date ".

                If my request is not understood and its rationality is questioned I will be putting up this in the Consumer's forum, so that they can take care of this.

                  I have requested for termination of Broadband services on 11th Feb 2017 via Email as well as phone calls as I don't wish to continue with Tikona Broadband.

                  Request for termination of Broadband services has been done several times via emails as well as phone calls to customer care executives .On 15th Feb, 2017 customer care executive agreed to terminate the service but my account is still kept activated and they keep sending me bills.

                  I have written at [protected]@tikona.in several no of times requesting for disconnection but till now I have not received any reply regarding deactivation of Broadband services.Instead they keep me sending bills.

                  Please deactivate my broadband services as soon as possible.

                    After getting tired of filing more than 100 complaints for non availability / almost dead connection I stopped using their service couple of days before my pre-paid service period expired. In fact I totally powered off and disconnected all the devices from their hardware. They would not let me request disconnection / termination of service from my land line. They however keep sending me bill and reminders.

                        I am really fed up by your continuous calls and emails regarding outstanding payment.
                        Please take out all my recordings from call centre... It will be proved that i had clearly given instructions to stop connection, but because of your staff's ignorance, my connection was kept on!
                        I have never used it during this period... U can check...
                        It's irritating from your side to continuously receive calls and emails for payment.
                        Again please refer to all my call recordings, you will find my no fault.
                        Please stop harrassing me.
                        Send me email confirming all my dues are clear... And please don't call me regarding this matter.
                        I am thinking about restarting your connection but i want a fresh start with good customer service.
                        Please don't make me complain to legal bodies as this is a very harrassing treatment given by your team to me... Please solve after hearing all recordings... Please reply only on email.

                          I have lost my connection wire so i'm enable to connect wifi or use it since february and i'm always requesting you to disconnect my internet connection but ur doing it.

                          N now ur team is asking to connect and check the speed and after that they will minus some amount.

                          After speaking to your team for 20 times also they are neither registering my complaint nor disconnecting and sending me bill...

                            I have been using Tikona internet services over the last 3 years. Around Feb 10th 2017, I had decided to remove my connection and submitted a request regarding the same to Tikona (1-[protected]). after this, CSR assured me that the request is taken and he asked me not to keep router on and he also assured me that no more bills will be generated, I will get confirmation call from Tikona and after that my connection will be removed.

                            after that I got confirmation calls 3 times from Tikona where they tried their worst to convince me to NOT to discontinue services (they were speaking as if they are FORCING me to continue with their service). I gave my confirmation on the all the calls and asked them to discontinue services and terminate it forever.

                            Despite that, I got a bill of 303 rupees today on 17th March. Whereas I have already submitted termination request more than a month back and it was confirmed by CSR over call 3 times.

                            one interesting thing was, every time Tikona CSR used to call me for confirmation and after talking to me for 20-25 minutes, at the end of the call I used to get SMS saying "Our Tikona Care officer tried to reach you for confirmation but your number was not Reachable". This was utter non-sense.

                            Such things clearly indicate that TIKONA is not just a worst service provider but they are equally worst in customer retention.

                            The resolution that I am seeking is my connection should be removed by TIKONA and I am not Liable to pay the bill of 303 rupees which they have generated and sent me today on 17th March, because, from 10th Feb I stopped using tikona's service, I have already logged request to remove my connection and the same was confirmed by me over the call with Tikona's CSR.

                              Hi,
                              I was a user of Tikona for many months but their performance was extremely bad to say the least. I raised multiple complaints, sometimes Tikona engineer came to my flat but were not able to fix the problem. Exasperated, I terminated my connection. Tikona representative then begged me to reinstate the connection and ensured performance issues will be taken care of. I felt like giving a second chance to Tikona and got the connection reinstated. But the performance continued to be pathetic. I decided enough is enough and again requested for termination. The termination did not happen immediately and Tikona continued to generate bills and I did not pay for the right reason.

                              Today I got a call from advocate Ritika who said she is an advocate from Tees Hazari court and my case will be filed in next 30 mins, I have to come to Delhi to fight my case, and if I dont oblige I have to pay 85K to 1L to Tikona. And btw, my outstanding bill amount is 1800, that too because Tikona did not address my problem. I asked for copy of court notice, and she evaded the question. Instead she sent me the link for payment

                              My sincere advise to Tikona - we, your customers, are not newborn babies or people with less than IQ of 25. Don't spend time in playing this kind of dirty, cheap, and laughable tricks. Instead, pay more attention to customer's problem to help your organization to grow. I have moved to another internet provider who is much more customer friendly and professional. I regret for having any association with a sub-standard company like Tikona

                              Hi, I'm Rishav Chatterjee, a customer of tikona who bought a 6+1 months subscription from the local tikona agent. Now even without my permission the connection is renewed and your executive is demanding money from me. This is ridiculous. I want immediate disconnection of services and if it is not done I'll not pay any illegal payment. You can take all the equipments necessary.

                                I had a connection with Tikona . and I did request to close my connection may time due to wrong Billing and Poor Services. But nobody give me proper response and Tikona is sending Regular bill to me.
                                Even I hadn't use a single bit from May 2016 (approx).
                                At that time when I request to close my connection according to me the Amount was near about Rs 600. but Tikona charged Rs. 1200+ . i request many time on customer care no. to correct the bill but no proper Feedback I got.
                                On[protected] i got a mail from Tikona legal collection. I replied that mail but nobody respond me.
                                Now on[protected] I got another mail from Tikona to pay Rs. 2144.41 on or before 3 day from email date.After that I got a call from delhi any Mr. Sharma (adv.) was on line and was saying he had my file for legal court case registration on 6:35 PM on[protected]. It was indirectly threatening me.

                                I am requested to Correct my bill amount I am ready to pay.

                                    My uid-[protected]. I have closed the connection from tikona year back. But till date you guys have generated bill. Today i got a call from the no:[protected] and they said we are going to register a case against you, if your not going to pay the bill amount of 2750/- within 10 mins in delhi high court. This is a ridiculous thing from tikona. Asking to pay the amount for unused thing.

                                    I wish to disconnect tikona internet connection with immediate effect and don't want any further bill generated and any calls form you guys.

                                    For your information, I have done my final consumed payment amount to you guys already and disconnected the connection. But again you have come up with some payment of Rs, 1, 147.52. How come it's possible that, your are generating bill for unused thing. I hand over the device and done payment everything and not used even 1 MB of data after closing my connection. Getting calls daily and saying have to pay this much etc. How come?

                                      With reference to the ID No [protected], i would like to bring to your kind attention that in spite of discontinuation of over 1 year, i still get reminders from the company (Tikona Digital Networks Pvt. Limited)stating that there is an over due. The most recent reminder is saying a legal case would be filed if not paid an amount of 2052. I have send too much mails for this but no response from there side.This is not a right way for not replying for the single mail.

                                        I am yet to receive the connection termination status of my id [protected]. Your support people have come and taken modem poe devices from my premises. I havent got any acknowledgement. They said it will take 3 days time for me to receive the email from your guys. But i have not got any information could you let me know on this?
