Disconnection request

I would like to know the status of my disconnection request with ref id : 1-[protected]. I haven't received any email communication or phone call regarding this yet.

I have made many phone calls and no one ever responds properly. I have sent the email including TRAI as well.

Harassment for unused internet payment
