Could you please help to understand my question to your Customer care employee.

I had raised my concerns regarding internet connectivity for almost 20 times since Dec'16 to Feb'17. I finally decided to terminate the connection and called Tikona Customer care on 8th Feb'17, but then I got so many calls from Technical Expert team and they promised for issue resolution, and they clearly explained me that no amount will be charged...

I would like to know the status of my disconnection request with ref id : 1-[protected]. I haven't received any email communication or phone call regarding this yet.

I have made many phone calls and no one ever responds properly. I have sent the email including TRAI as well.

Please provide the status on the same and complete the disconnection process soon....

I am receiving threatening calls from Tikona with this number, in the past i had received the same threatening calls from Tikona from some other numbers.

The person at the other side uses abusive language and there is so much threat and anger. The person threatens for either arrest warrents, amount of rupees 40 thousand etc.

I am Rahul Kinge and registering a complaint against Tikona for harassment on disconnection process.
I got the Tikona service on 1st August 2015.
I have given disconnection request four months back in 3rd week of June 2015 but my account has not been terminated yet as of 30th October 2015.

I am feeling very much harassed as customer care is not providing me any reason for this delay in disconnection...

This is with reference to the internet bill I received on my mail id for the month of August by Tikona. My internet plan was of 3 months only starting from May to the end of July 2016.
