I have taken tikona broad band service connection on[protected], .from that day onwards am facing the issue..they are not providing Internet, it is disconnecting frequently. At least 3, 4 days in a week they won't provide internet. If we call for technical support, they will tell wait for 48 hours engineer will come and rectify issue. But nobody will come and rectify issues.Hardly i got some 15 days internet till now.
So telling you guys, don't take tikona digital network connection..it is the worst internet service provider in bangalore. Actually i am planning to make a police complant against these frauds.

    I have sent a written communication to this fraud company over a year to STOP the services after clearing all dues. Have the email for the same. However to the biggest shock of my life, they are still billing me. The icing on the cake, they are threatening me by the help of their goon recovery agents that they will drag me to court and send a summon etc.

    I request the Consumer bodies to scrutinize the scrupulous actions of such fraud companies who exist just to suck the hard earned money of innocent consumers.

      I have been a Tikona customer from February 2016, I had connection issues, but managed. But from January 2017, every 3 to 4 days i started having severe connection issues. several complaints were lodged. Tired of complaining decided to terminate as on the end of the billing cycling, 6th march 2017, On 9th March on of their CSE called and advised to use for 7 days from 9th March to 16th March, and based the quality of the connection I can decide whether I want to continue or not, and assured no bill will be generated. But even before the CSE spoke to me on 7th march they had generated the bill. I came to know this since the billing agents started calling me for payment. Let me note that I have made payment always on time, not once crossed due date. So on 13th march I stopped the trial period, But the billing agents are calling me sending mails and SMS, I am harassed and traumatized by Tikona, Today the 3rd of April 2017, i have filed a complaint with the Appellate Authority of Tikona,

      Tikona has previously collected Rs. 2500/ - from 2 of their customers after terminating the connection in my neighborhood. They are in business of harassing, causing mental trauma and fraudulently collecting money from customers.

        Why your team is sending reminder calls/Sms for the payment of 311.17(includes late payment).I had already discontinue the service before the bill was generated i.e. in the month of Dec 2016.

        After that your technical team continuously followup with me for using the Tikioan internet service because i was having an issue with the speed provided the tikona and this was committed that use our service free of cost for the whole month, If wanted you can check the call logs from your tikona system, how many technical calls made by your team to use our service for free of cost. even there was technical guy who visited my premises to solve the issue that too was not able to solve the issue how can you except me to pay the cost which was told to me use it for free
        kindly check all the calls logs if wanted you can provide the calls logs to me, i would provide the calls details where your team had told me use the service free of cost later it will waived of if we are not able to solve the problem if the problem is solved. The problem priest then i decide to opted out from your service to different service provider .then why you are followup with me .

          Dear team..
          I am facing technical issues since three months, and the service is so poor. For one phone no change they made me wait ten days and it was done only after 1000 of calls. I want to discontinue my account as my tikona not working. This time I don't have so much patience I just want to cancel the connection but I put the request on 19th March and since then I may have called again 100 times and was given wrong commitments. They are literally making me wait for next billing cycle and making me pay. I have all my tikona call recorded. Will go to the next level if I have to go. I have spoken to sharat, sumit and Ali.. Sharath is so waste

            I have raised a termination request on 23rd march with request Id 1-[protected].

            Since then I received many calls confirming the same.
            I am tired answering the calls and telling the same information again and again,
            Its a mental harassment.
            This is absolutely cheating i would say.
            I don't know why do they have such a pathetic system in place.
            A tikona person calls and tries to convince that I should keep the connection.
            Give me a break, i am travelling out of country why would i pay the bill when i am not going to use the services.
            Not sure this is the right forum, but at least this will help other people to choose better service provider.

                Tikona customer service not cancelling the service and keep generating bill month by Month When I told them to disconnect the asking for referring a person name who can take connection and then only the will remove the connection. Now am getting collection calls and they told file a case against me and today again I make a payment for which I am not using tikona service

                Please look into this issue as the keep calling even in working hours threaten us to file a case and cancel you national ID like Voter Id pan CARD today I got a call from deepika das as she calling from delhi civil court as she mentioned that you voter Id will cancel if you are not making payment
                I got call from number [protected] and her ID she mentioned ND/4404/2007 with email address [protected]@gmail.com I forward a mail regarding this and I made a paymey of amount Rs 2112 extra as I never used the service after I have given request for disconnection its tikona team they are not disconnecting the service and keep charging every month

                    Could you please help to understand my question to your Customer care employee.

                    I had raised my concerns regarding internet connectivity for almost 20 times since Dec'16 to Feb'17. I finally decided to terminate the connection and called Tikona Customer care on 8th Feb'17, but then I got so many calls from Technical Expert team and they promised for issue resolution, and they clearly explained me that no amount will be charged during the days of monitoring. But it went upto 3 weeks time. I clearly told them the issue not resolved at all, and told them to take the device back. Finally the engineer came to my home on 5th Mar'17 to collect the device.

                    It is surprise that I am keep getting call from different person for amount collection of Rs.510.4/- for the usage of btw Feb month, where I didn't used Internet during these period.

                    I have explained them clearly on call with date information and asked the revise the Final amount. But I don't think whether they understood my concern. And again send me the below email today with same amount of Rs. 510.4/-

                    I got a mail kind of threaten from Tikona today (from: [protected]@tikona.in). It means that no one care about the issue I raised to them including "Appellate Authority". I am loosing my hope to move forward for the solution. Otherwise people like me get such poor service from providers and send threaten mails later.

                    Hello Tikona Care,

                    Here the problem with full & final settlement. I got the statement to pay Rs. 510.4/-. But If I ask for connection closure on 8th Feb'17, why do I need to pay full amount? As explained your Expert Engineer promised about no charge for the days. It is clearly mistake from Tikona about recovering device and connection termination after a month of complaint raised.

                    I raised this concern many times with calling customer care (It is also Tolled Number, not Toll free number). And sent mail to "Appellate Authority" and no response from them till Today.

                    Now, I received another mail today with extra Rs. 100/- added

                    So what do you mean by concluded? Can you tell me clear explanation of paying this amount.

                        Hello,

                        I am receiving threatening calls from Tikona with this number, in the past i had received the same threatening calls from Tikona from some other numbers.

                        The person at the other side uses abusive language and there is so much threat and anger. The person threatens for either arrest warrents, amount of rupees 40 thousand etc.

                        First of all, TIkona generated a bill in my name when I wasn't even using its services.On talking to customer care executives, they told to send an e-mail.
                        I did that a long back. Then also, they send the bill notification every month.
                        On calling again, the executives came to my house and took the antenna etc. from my place and gave a receipt containing full settlement.

                        Now also I am getting threatening calls.

                          I opted for tikona with connection id - [protected]. Last year which i now believe was the biggest mistake i had made at first place. Even after being a loyal customer. I have been receiving threatening calls from your collection agents (Who claim to be a lawyers/police officers) and hurling abuses about this.

                          I don't think this is the "modus operandi" of the service industry to harass its customer and call him as a liar or thief even after making all the payment and giving the ample chances to the company to resume the services.

                          Since the inception of the connection i have been raising the complaints regarding the connectivity issues within my locality. This was acknowledged by the technical engineers of three levels who visited several times to my home to make this thing work. But unfortunately, nothing worked as the tower wasn't visible from my location and the signal strength was too weak.

                          In spite of the problem from very beginning i still considered to keep the connection and give company a fair chance to improve and also paid the dues even after the 3-month advance payments. But the situation didn't improved.

                          You can visit my account details, call logs and the mails for your reference. I didn't got any modem from tikona and later after the disconnection of the line. I got a mail from the tikona legal collection department stating that i haven't returned the modem (Which i haven't got at the first place). The company has already sent somebody to pick all the wires and the splitter.

                          Now from last few times, i have been receiving threatening calls of filing a legal case against me. And these guys are misbehaving to the limits and hurling abuses over the phone.

                          Initially, company committed the money back guarantee for the services (Which it was unable to provide), which i am not asking for. What i am looking for is to clear all my account and let this go with peace. If the company is looking for the legal way out of this, even then nobody has any right to misbehave and threat him.

                          I am still receiving the threatening calls from your agent, when can I expect this to stop.

                          Also, May I know why should I be paying this amount which I haven't used. Initially, your agents have given the money back guarantee of the services (Even for the slightest change in the bandwidth), here, in my case the network was not available at all. Can I expect my money back from you in account o[censored]nable to provide the services?

                          Also, can you tell me the details of the amount concluded?

                            I am Jahangir Khan, Tikona customer since 2 years (user ID [protected]). I requested discontinuation of Tikona connection on 14 March 2017 due to my own reasons. I do believe that I have right to discontinue the connection at my will. Tikona customer support called and persuaded me to keep the account or transfer to anyone known to me. However, I informed my inability to do. I was told request for disconnection has been made in the system and can expect confirmation call soon.

                            Later, I started getting reminders to pay advance amount in spite of making request to discontinue the connection. I paid Rs. 977.50 on 22 towards advance payment as reminders continued and I did not want to be a defaulter.

                            Request for disconnection of Tikona Broadband was made on 14th and Tikona failed to initiate deactivation process immediately. It should not take more than 3 days to deactivate connection but even after 15 days no action has been taken. I am afraid I may be charged for lax in their service.

                            On 23rd March received call from customer care with the same old subject, keep the connection or transfer to any of your friends. When I asked about my request for disconnection I was informed it is in progressed. When I insisted to know why it has not been disconnected in spite of making request on 14th March, was told the connection will be discontinued at the end of the billing cycle. Customer has right to get disconnected with immediate effect and I was expecting to exercise that right.

                            I am forced to think Tikona is trying to indulge in unfair trade practice by prolonging the process so that deactivation can be done at the end of next billing cycle. I am aware Tikona can collect payment only on prorate basis and has to refund the excess amount. Since I used only 10 GB, charges can be collected only for 10 GB and the balance should be returned if Tikona follows any business ethics.

                              Biggest cheat and fraud company in this field. Based on severe poor experience on the internet performance (which sometimes used to work) i had disconnected the connection over a written request for which I have documented acknowledgement as well. Now, they kept on generation bills for afterwards periods, shown the MB consumption as ZERO (Obviously as I had already disconnected the connection, removed all hardware from my premises and switched over to other service provider), with addition of penalties or something they are demanding some lump sum amount. They have recently sent me a legal demand letter over email. I am preparing for legal steps against them as this feels totally unethical business practice and such nuisances should be uprooted from our Country. Any strict legal help with strong compensation amount for me will be helpful for all.

                                Inspite of several call to your customer care about my issues there is no proper feed back. My connection was disconnected last year only but till today i.e 29 march 2017, I'm getting the bills in my account. No one is coming to remove the device from my place and instead I'm getting a mail of legal notice that I have to pay the bills and also return the device or I have to pay the amount of that too. With utmost respect I'm asking you to please contact me and resolve my this issue. I'm ready to give the device and why would I pay the bill if I have to used your service and your computer is just generating bills everymonth and sending it to me.

                                Even after the pickup of the device from my home, I'm getting a mail from you guys to pay the penalty and bill. I mean what is this? Why would I pay even a penny to you when all my dues were clear at the time of my disconnection. Trust me if you didn't stop sending me mails/msgs/calls regarding to this, then I will definitely lodge a complaint against you in police.

                                  Hey,
                                  Sir, I hope you're in good health. I need you all help so that I can get justice. I know that you don't know me, you're right but does it make me and people safe from fraud company TIKONA.
                                  So today I'm discussing a big fraud company Tikona Digital Networks, surprised?, Yes, it is a fraud company, at first it will provide you a good connection, better services of every type, except disconnect service. They never ever disconnect a connection, even though you send him mails, all will you get is a auto confirmation reply and calls that says Wait for 72 hrs, and if you don't get call within 72 hrs, re read the the waiting line or mail him again to remind them again.
                                  I'm saying this bcoz I'm a customer, customer of Tikona from Agra, my user Id: [protected]. I'm using Tikona services since August 2016 and I've used till December last, and then I had put a request of hold in beginning of January 2017. When I filed a halt request as I'm out of town and there is no one to use the connection, I was pretty glad that they had halted the connection very easily without any interruptions, he charged for halt tho, I halted for 60 days and when the halt period is ended. I decided to make the payment of halt charges and disconnect the account. So here my problem starts, I've filed a disconnection request on 7th mar 2017 after paying amount of ₹218.93 being my halt charges on 3rd Mar 2017. On 10th Mar2017, my disconnection request was accepted, and I got a auto confirmation mail that stated Tikona had received your request and you will get a call within 72 hrs, I felt stressed free, as I'm going out of this Tikona family. I wish, if this gonna happen.
                                  On 15th Mar they sent me a bill of ₹910.71, wtf man I don't even connected the cables, device is packed since 2 months, and though I got a bill. How?
                                  And I haven't used any single byte of data, still they have provided a bill. So now you're thinking why I haven't called customer care yet ? Right.
                                  So on 13th Mar after filing a disconnecting request, I called to Tikona toll free number which is a spam according to Truecaller, and I found out that number on Tikona website. And almost all the numbers of Tikona are spam numbers.I called Tikona customer care, and then they asked me the reason of disconnecting, feedback about services, some new plans and transfer this connection to your family, friends or relatives. They re ready to get you account transferred, will provide you new and cheap plans but not give any information abt the disconnection request which you want. They only say that *your request is being processed and we will call you within 72 hrs to give you details of the employee who will going to take the rooftop devices on mail.* Though they neither call nor mail back, they just put in between and to make you blame yourself why you chosen Tikona. I called the customer representatives many times and also talked to senior executives, which I don't even know they exist. They asked the same questions as they usually ask, yeah they will listen to your problem very carefully but they don't do anything to solve your problem. On Mar 19 i had called to Tikona representative and she had clearly said, that the bill which is generated is a system generated bill as you are not using the services. I had audio reording too. She also said not to worry about bill amount and it will take approx 7 days to disconnect my account. And my account is still not disconnected.

                                  On 22 Mar, I called again and i talked to customer representatives, he had transferred my call to senior executive as its a case of bill regarding. I talked to Vineet, from senior department, and i told the whole thing again, bla bla etc, he also said that he will reduce the bill amount and you don't have to worry about the bill which is generated and he even provided me a request Id- 1--[protected] and asked me to wait for 2 days to be processed. And it's been a six days now, neither my disconnection request nor the request which senoir execution gave me, both request ain't progressed. i thought it is processing, this time maybe my request got processed and no it not happenened as i thought. All i got a post from Tikona to my home of bill payment. And i again called on Mar 26, on toll free number, again the tikona representatives given me the same request number as given by Vineet. I don't know why they are not processing my request and sending me the bills notifications and bill reminders on my phone number.

                                  Yesterday, i sent them a mail again regading my disconnection request and fake bill. And i also sent them recordings of my conversations which i had with tikona representatives regarding the bill amount and disconnection request. And it's been a two days again, my account still not disconnected and neither my bill amount is reduced.

                                  Here i, m giving you emails which i've sent to them. Date is there also as you can see in the photos.. Please if you can help me something regarding this matter, please please reply me or suggest a way to hell gotta out from here. please mention a resolution for this problem and also investigate on all the above mentioned problems or query regarding the facts and please contact me soon .If i still not get my problem solved, i will take this case ahead to the consumer court for harrassment and undue pressure by tikona. And i'm not paying this bill no matter what happens i'm right at my place. i will go to consumer court to get my problem solved.

                                    Sir, I am a Tikona broadband network user. My user id- [protected].
                                    I have cleared all my outstanding bills with tikona.
                                    Then I registered for disconnection account termination on 1 March 2017 because i am leaving my current location permanently and not interested to use their service in near future.
                                    My request id- 1-[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected](appellate authority request id). Since 1 March 2017 I stopped using their service and continuously calling and mailing Tikona customer care service to terminate my account, but nobody is processing my request. It has been 29 days now, there is no confirmation from tikona when my account will be permanently terminated. I have been requesting customer care executive to send some engineer to pick up their device, that they have installed on my roof top. But knowingly they are ignoring my request so that they can demand 1500₹ in terms of fine for not submitting their device. They are intentionally not disconnecting the connection of customers so that they can loot them for the service are not even using. It's purely cheap and unprofessional service that nobody expects from an ISP like Tikona. They are giving a nightmare experience to the customers who requested for service disconnecion. My reason of disconnection is that I am leaving my current location permanently and I am not interested to use their service in future.I have explained to their customer care executives regarding my situation. But they are forcing me to keep their connection and internationally not disconnecting my connection and terminate my account which is completely unethical. They are continuously cheating and harassing me and I have the proof of all the mails and voice clips my conversation with their customer care authorities. They always promise me to resolve my issue within next 72 hours. It's been 28 days now. God knows how many days I have to wait just for a simple disconnection.I have been requesting them since 1 March 2017.Now I have to vacate my house and leave my current location permanently by 5 April 2017 .So I want to complete my account termination process within the above stated date. Please do the needful.

                                    My concern is that, are you guys ever going to terminate my account or not??? It's been 1 month now. One of your executive called me on 29 March 2017 that I will get my disconnection confirmation mail within 1 April 2017 . He gave commitment and also told that I can take legal action unless I get the mail within above stated date. But you guys don't have any respect and morality. It's same on guys you can't keep your commitment and vows on legal on consequences if you fail. It's an utter same to your company and to your honourable MD Mr Prakash Bajpai. You guys shows to the world a whole different class of business. Kudos to you guys.

                                        As discussed with tikona customer service last week, they accepted to give 50+20 gb data with life time validity for rs 900 after a detailed conversation.. also i received confirmation call on march 20th from tikona rep who confirmed the same and asked me to pay 900 before 4pm on march 20th 2017 to credit 70 gb immediately. So i have paid rs 900 on march 20th but still 70gb has not credited to my account. You can also confirm the same by listening the conversation records on march 20th. Also i have the call record proof of tikona rep assured me 70gb for 900 rs.

                                        But today 29th March 2017 a rep called me from ph# [protected] and informed to pay another 200 rs to give just 50gb.. the rep again and again telling the same message he did not answered about the previous assurance given by tikona rep.

                                        It is a big cheating and it is not acceptable at any cost. I will post these details to all the forums in Web and raise complaint wherever possible as I have proof for all the conversations. I will not stop until tikona resolve this issue.
