Very Slow Internet Speeds

My current plan is BBM4M700. It should provide me with 4 mbps speed, but provides me with somewhere around 400-500 kbps during the daytime and 1-2 mbps speed at the night. It is very difficult to browse at such a slow speed.

Also, many a times login page doesn't seem to appear at all even after repeated trials of switching on and of the router. Whenever I file a complaint by calling the customer care, the issue is resolved...

(I paid Rs. 853.23 after and given transaction ID and Gateway ID. After taking payment the so called lawyer said I'm going to file the complain! What's this!)
I used the internet services of Tikona for 2yrs. with extremely bad services.But had no choice due to lack of ISP in the area. It was the last 2 months in which I called their customer care for 50+ times but they didn't resolve my issue...

Overcharging and poor services and cheating

I have found mainly 3 grievances against tikona

1. Very poor services.. Poor connectivity and frequent breakdown... Service engineers lack proper knowledge and punctuality and sincerity

2. Even they charge me for 10 mbps speed, they give me only 3-4 mbps speed. More than 30 times i have emailed them about this "cheating tactics", they don't listen to it and neither give any justification for overcharging.....

I would like to share an instance that happened with me while I opted for Tikona Broadband in Gurgaon. This has turned out to be the most disaster internet service provider that I ever opted for.

At first it started with an excellent follow ups from their end when I was planning to take their services. Soon after the installation, it worked fine for 2 days and then it gave me the most stressful 2 months of time.

Getting repeated calls even after all account settlement
