Dear Team,

My user ID number is [protected] and I have already disconnected the service last year. Also requested them many times to disconnect my service so that company does not renew my plan. Even when I havn't used the service or rarely used. Also, I disconnected the service which had informed to customer care person and they give assurance to disconnect it.

But, they have not disconnected the service and told me that we are in the process . Later they sent me the bill of Rs. 300.00 approx which I denied to pay because I the service more only 2 months with package of 3 months and given all amount in advanced. paying the bill regularly but this kind response was really unacceptable. Now I got few calls from Delhi from different number viz [protected] and threatening me without giving any justification or reason. Aslo asking me pay due amount of Rs. 1300 around or else company is going to have civil case.

Moreover, if Tikona give me the details that I have used the service after asking them to disconnect then I am ready to pay the bill which I continuously trying to do so with Customer care but no one has responded properly.

Now, think some strict action should be taken against these callers and rest I am ready to cooperate.

    Hi,

    ​I am sheetal kadam. Currently staying in Pune. My customer id is ​
    ​[protected]. My internet connection was not working since 23rd sept. I tried calling customer care executive since then. Finally on 28th Sept my call was attended and customer care executive asked me to wait for 24 hrs to get the issue resolved. But the issue was not addressed in 24 hr. I had to call again to resolve the same. and still he said that I will have to wait for 24 more hours. In responce to this I requested him to put request for the termination and I do not want the issue to be resolved. The person at the other end said "ok. I have put request for the same and our person will come to your location for the same."

    Since then neither connection working nor tikona person has visited my place to get the router back. But they have asked the payment for the seven days o[censored]sage.

    Now instead of replying to the emails which I had sent to the customer care they have asked me for the payment. Some person called me from the phone and threaten me to pay the bills.

    Hello Sir/Mam,

    It is not about getting the devices from my premises. It is about charging me for the useless internet connection. As I have mentioned. My internet connection was not working still I paid the bill for the month and asked executives to resolve my problem. But when no one show up at my place I asked to terminate the connection and I am being charged for the payment because usually it takes 7 days to terminate service. When I wanted to terminate executives kept saying "mam aapko refund mil jayega for the 7 days because it was not available for your use." But when I was firm about not continuing the service you guys are refusing to refund and instead asking me to pay for the 7 days.

    I have always paid my bills on time but you have lost a loyal customers just because of the bad service and poor connection. The service is so poor that to log a complain. When I used to call I always used to select a new customer in the option so that I can connect to a customer care executive.

      Dear Team,

Also, I disconnected the service which had informed to customer care person and they give assurance to disconnect it.

      But, they have not disconnected the service and told me that we are in the process . Now some Nidhi, Niharika calling from Delhi from different number viz [protected] and threatning me without giving any justification or reason.

      Still you have not provided me the details of data used after the system gets disconnected and without also sent me mail to pay 676.00 . Moreover again there is harrasment call from some other number [protected] from a person claiming his name Advocate Virendra Sharma who was rude and threatning me.
      I hope you will do best for the customer and take action against these person.
      Also, have you settled my security money deposited?

      The service provider shall terminate the connection within 7 days. They cannot charge rental or any other charges beyond the period of 7 days of request for closure made by the customer. Further, fresh bills shall be raised only after adjustment of the security deposit. The closure/ termination of service shall not be made conditional upon payment of dues/ bills/settlement of dispute. The outstanding amount of security deposits has to be refunded within 60 days of closure/ termination of service. In case of delay in refund beyond 60 days, a consumer is entitled to interest at the rate of 10% per annum for the number of days refund is delayed beyond 60 days

        I m Bhavin I took a connection of Tikona Internet in Aug 2016 and due some problem I have to disconnect the Tikona service. I informed them for the discontinuation of service on 23rd Feb 2017. I was ensured from the staff that it will be done before the next billing cycle and no invoice will get generated. But it won't disconnected in the mentioned period, so again called them on 27th Feb 2017 and asked them to discontinue the service with immediate effect and also told them that I was requested to disconnect the service on 23rd Feb. The staff replied me that it's their mistake and ensured me that no invoice will get generated and if generated then just neglect it.
        Now after discontinuation I got a mail regarding invoice of the same. They are torturing by sending mails and sms daily.Also they calls and ask to pay the balance amt as invoice has been generated. So kindly help me out as I am not going to pay the generated invoice as I asked them to disconnect the service before the new billing cycle starts.

          I have requested to disconnect my tikona connection on 4th Apr 17. After that I come to know that my rental stopped on 19th Apr. If I requested to disconnect on 4th Apr and after that I have not used any data, then why the bill of Rs.165 generated. The connection supposed to be stopped on 4th Apr. Even that I am getting calls, email & messages to pay the bill. I am not going to pay any single money to tikona now. Please close my account effective 4th Apr & revert to me at the earliest.

            I have mailed and called tikona for discontinuation of my broadband plan after full payment to company on 25 oct 2016 but till today i m getting call from [protected] and [protected] by a lady telling me that she is calling from some delhi court and tikona has complained against me for non payment. They are cheating and harassing customers.

            I m getting bill for rs. 327 and increasing every month till today after discontinuation.

            I will take legal action if i will get any call like this as i have all bills and mail copy too which shows my request for discontinuation of plan,

            And i will also complain to trai for such harassment to the customers

              Tikona digital network is by far the worst network provider ever. First off their internet is disgustingly slow and keeps getting disconnected.
              Last november i had informed tikona that i wanted to disconnect my connection as i was leaving out of town to mangalore. I was offered a transfer of the connection, which i declined because there is no tikona in mangalore. The customer care executive persisted i referred tikona to any friend or have my account transferred to any friend. I confirmed that if needed i would keep them informed and get back to them but as of now please disconnect my connection and i moved out of town.

              After a month i get a call again asking for my payment (It seems they never took the request) and then for a month and more they kept bugging me that i have to make the payment and i would have to tell them same story again and again and i would ask them to connect me to a senior or a manger. They would put me on hold for 15 to 20 minutes and later disconnect the call. This has happened almost every time they have called me to remind me of a payment. I would say about 10 times in a month. Everytime i ask them to check their records they tell me i understand but you have to pay. They just wont check their call records.

              So instead of accepting that tikona never took my request you just decide to neglect my request and keep billing me for the following month. This is not the first time i have had this billing issue, seems like tikona's support team does not actually care about their customers issues and only wants us customers to hear them out.

              Now i have a fine of 1500 as per tikona's legal department.

                I have paid 2000 at the time of getting the connection. As per the plan i will not pay the last month bill.

                My plane was 4mbps, i never get this speed. Tikona cheated me a lot.
                Every day i need to call customer care to get the connectivity,
                Whenever i ask to disconnect, every time they promised me to improve the network.
                Finally i close the connection, but they send me rs250 rupees bill, i ask customer care about why this bill, nobody gave me clear picture.

                Nor they are asking me to pay 850 rupees.

                  We like to inform that tikona broadband service provider have billed me for the period when we faced technical service issues.
                  My customer id [protected]

                  From march 3rd till april 5 th 2017 we faced connectivity and speed issue almost all days and tikona took almost one most to resolve the issue that too when we asked them to disconnect the connection if they will not rectify the issue. During this period over package plan was 90 gb unlimited plan with 6 mbps speed.

                  We have never received a speed of 2mbps also and most of the times no connectivity.
                  Now they have raised the bill for with discount of rs.57 and asked us to pay the rs.857 along with late payment fees which we denied as we felt cheated.

                  I also felt during technical issue we took lot trouble to call them continuously to resolve the issue and they took much longer time to resolve the same.

                  During the period they said that they will give the waiver for entire period and now they are saying that we have used 18 gb of data hence the total waiver will be just rs.57.
                  I don't understand the basis on which calculation was done. Secondly, i will not like to pay if i don, t get the speed which is promised under my plan.

                  Thirdly, if i have used 18 gb during the period that does not mean that you have provided me services that is promised under my plan.

                  Fourthly, i have ask the call center to disconnect the service if they are not able to resolve the issue which they have not done saying that we will be providing you waiver for the same.

                  I want a proper investigation in this matter from tikona and resolve the same.

                    Hi, This is regarding the legal notice I received from Tikona Digital Networks Pvt Ltd. I was using their Broadband connectn and due to service issue wanted to discontinue it. My billing cycle was October 7th- November 6th and I put my discontinuation request on 27th October. I have paid their last prepaid bill on 15th October. There was no pending dues at that time. They confirmed discontinuation on November 8th. But on November 12th they generated a bill of Rs.Rs. 157.5 which is completely unexpected. They are unable to show in bill for which purpose they are charging the amount. After that they pushed me several times to pay the amount which is completely unacceptable as I already discontinued their service. I asked them to take back their modem and Lan wires but they did not took it back. They sent me a legal notice asking me to pay Rs.458. And a lawyer from Delhi Court called me to pay the amount. I would like catch your attention on this matter and take necessary actions

                      Hello sir,
                      I put request for discontinuing your service on 4th april 2017. Your service executive told me that it will take around 15 days for discontinuation.in between that period tikona generated new bill. I will not going to pay that because i left that location on next day of my complaint. I contacted customer care regarding that they just told we have your complaint in our system and take this plan n that. I dont want your service anymore. If you didn't take any action i will file complaint against tikona in consumer forum. How can you take this so lightly. I made call to customer care number of times for that.

                        I want to deactivate my tikona account from the next bill cycle from 7th may or before that. But after several calls i am not even able to deactivate.                           Dear sir,
                          I had taken a Tikona connection in August for which i made a payment of 2600/-. I was informed that after 3 mths was completed they would check with me whether i wanted to renew the contract. Since the connection was not good and i had several problems with the same i hardly used it and decided to discontinue.However ever since i have been getting msgs/calls/emails at all hrs of the day and NIGHT saying that i have not paid my bill. I have written over 40 emails but of no avail. I have asked to speak to a senior officer from Tikona but I only get call center employees who say they are extremely sorry but do nothing. They keep insisting that I continue with the service which i dont want to. I have called over a 100 times but have recd recorded msgs saying all executives r busy.
                          From yday i have started getting THREATENING, RUDE calls from a lawyer who claims he is AdvocateWasim Khan in Delhi stating that he will make a criminal case against me if i don't pay 1200/-immediately?
                          Can some senior person please get in touch with me and stop this harassment?

                          Yesterday at 3.30 in the afternoon i again received a threatening call from no. [protected] stating that he is an advocate from a Delhi high court and if i dont pay Tikona bill he will start legal proceedings against me. Can Tikona please explain what is happening? Will the harassment never end ?

                          This is to inform you that I have again received a bill today from tikona stating that I owe them Rs 1373/- . The old bill plus a late fee of Rs 100/- How is this possible if on the22nd April they sent me a repy stating that no dues are pending ? Does Tikona keep harassing people for no reason at all . Can someone please explain to me what exactly is happening?

                            I (Satyendra patel) was using tikona broadband Internet but i was not satisfied with the service that they were providing. I send them a email regarding disconnection, after 2 emails and lots of call they disconnected my connection, but i was not using their Internet while they were taking time to disconnect my interest, after that they started sending me bill and making harassing calls for payment of bill for the period for which i was not using their connection, i told them that i haven't used a single KB, After two three months of without call and email they started sending me bills with late fine along with legal notice, then i talked to their agent in customer care she told me that my outstanding amount is 800 approx inclusive of fine, i didn't want anymore harassing call and email and notice even though i haven't used a single KB. but today i received a call from a lady saying that she is calling from court as tikona has filed a case for non payment of these rupee, and she was talking very rudely and threatened me that she will send me to the jail and all her number is [protected]. Please help me in this matter. In India is this the way consumer forum work without reserving rights for Indian customer

Please help me in this matter.

                                I have asked for cancellation of Tikona broadband services since 21st January 2017. Even after asking for disconnection on 21st January 2017, the customer care executive asked me to make the payment till 6th Feb 2017 which I did, post which I was asked to take a safe custody "Free of Cost" for 2 months. I reluctantly agreed for the same.

                                The "Safe Custody" period got over on 6th April and I received an SMS regarding continuation of services, I mailed the customer care immediately on 6th April notifying them that I am not using the services anymore and I would not like to continue the services.

                                I received few retention calls which against which I politely declined to resume the services. Now, recently, I have received a bill for 1800 rupees for services which I never used.

                                I have mailed customer care many times asking for disconnection. (none of the mails have been reverted upon, the customer care executives only call and confirm that they have received the mail)

                                Today I received a call stating that I have to make the payment for safe custody period as well which was Free of Cost.(In case I want to go for a disconnection)

                                I don't understand that when I have not used the services since 21st January and am asking regularly for disconnection, why does no one in Tikona understand and provide me services I need.

                                Yes I have got the mail from Tikona today asking me to pay 1199 for services I never used. When I called the customer care, they notified me that they will rectify the bill and resend me the revised bill again.. few facts which needs to be put in here

                                1. I had applied for disconnection on 21st January 2017 post which I received a call stating that I need to make the payments till 06th Feb 2017 as my billing cycle for that period was ending at that time (07th Jan to 06th Feb). I made the payment post discussing the same with your customer care.

                                2. I was asked again by your customer care to get the safe custody for 60 days free of cost. I agreed to that only on the condition that if I was being charged for the same, the connection should be disconnected.

                                3. I received an SMS on 6th Apr that the services have been resumed, I informed customer care on 6th April 2017 that I don't want to continue the connection and would not make pay any payments generated post this period as I was not using the connection at all.

                                4. I received a FNF settlement offer today which stated that I need to pay 1199 as charges for holding period whereas I never used the connection post 21st January 2017 and all safe custody period was free of cost.

                                5. I have been asked to return the modem. I hereby state that I did not avail facility for using the Tikona modem as I have my own modem. The only installation which was done was rooftop CPE which needs to be collected.

                                6. It has been a pain dealing with you people for the past 3 months and has caused me enough mental harassment with too much grievance.

                                Though I have received a mail stating that final FNF will be sent to me again. However I have lost all faith in your operational services and customer care

                                I have got all the mail's sent to your customer care along with the acknowledgement no's from Tikona customer care

                                Please ask someone to get the rooftop CPE from my place on Sunday the 7th May 2017.

                                Please provide a resolution on this ASAP as it's pretty much evident from various social media updates that your collection agency people will start harassing me pretty soon.

                                  My Tikona user id is [protected]. On Jan 15th, 2017, we changed our old Tikona plan of 4mbps to 10 mbps and it has been the worst decision ever and to our bad luck we ended up paying an advance of Rs. 4824 for 6 months of their service. We needed the upgrade in speed coz of the kind of work we do from home. But ever since we changed the plan we never got a speed of more than 3 mbps. And in recent times it hits as low as 512 kbps!!! We cannot even access simple apps like WhatsApp or Facebook on our phones either!!! We certainly did not sign up for this. We have been contacting customer care on several occasions but with no solution. On 2 occasions their engineer, visited our premises and sat for almost 3 hours each time and couldn't do anything about the speed. The third time he visited us, he changed the device but of no use. He himself has told us that there is speed issue and we will not be able to get the committed 10 mbps speed. He said that we might have to downgrade our speed plan, something which we are not ready for. He said that customer care would contact and provide us with an alternate issue but nothing till date. All we get is an SMS stating that the issue has been resolved!!! We have spoken to the guy who carried out the installation and asked him too, to cancel our plan and refund our money but of no use. Whenever we talk of plan cancelation and money refund, customer care only tries to evade the issue and makes false promises. We have even spoken to some senior executive yesterday morning, 19th April, and were promised a solution within a days time but nothing till now. An engineer was again supposed to visit us yesterday at 2 pm but nothing. Today morning again we get a call asking if the engineer visited our premises!!! Isn't that something Tikona needs to keep track of????
                                  We are really fed up of this harassment and need our refund. We have already looked at alternate service providers but are unable to go ahead since our money is stuck with Tikona. Its like being held ransom for our own money, not to mention the unnecessary waste of electricity with no connectivity. We don't need any more solutions or a downgrade in plan, we just need our money back and cancelation of your pathetic services.

                                  Called Tikona again today and they insisted that they allow an engineer to visit us again for the fourth time. This inspite telling them that on 3 occasions the engineer hasn't been able to solve the problem and has categorically mentioned that we will not get the committed 10mbps speed. And so the same engineer contacted us for the fourth time today with the same response that we will not get the committed speed of 10mbps. He too is clearly clueless and has no idea why he is being asked to keep visiting us when there is no possible solution to our problem. He is just following the procedure of visiting the premise once a complaint is raised, irrespective of the obvious result. I do not understand why Tikona's customer service does not update the status of an engineer's visit and take action accordingly.
                                  Again, please discontinue my service and refund our hard earned money Tikona!!!

                                  You guys are still harassing us by calling us and asking the same repeated question of what is the problem when it is already clear that you cannot provide anything higher than 512kbps in our area. Please discontinue your services and refund our money ASAP and stop this harassment!!!

                                    I was a user of Tikona for many months but their performance was extremely bad to say the least. I raised multiple complaints, sometimes Tikona engineer came to my flat but were not able to fix the problem. Exasperated, I terminated my connection. Tikona representative then begged me to reinstate the connection and ensured performance issues will be taken care of. I felt like giving a second chance to Tikona and got the connection reinstated. But the performance continued to be pathetic. I decided enough is enough and again requested for termination. The termination did not happen immediately and Tikona continued to generate bills and I did not pay for the right reason.

                                    Today I got a call from advocate Ritika who said she is an advocate from Tees Hazari court and my case will be filed in next 30 mins, I have to come to Delhi to fight my case, and if I dont oblige I have to pay 85K to 1L to Tikona. And btw, my outstanding bill amount is 1800, that too because Tikona did not address my problem. I asked for copy of court notice, and she evaded the question. Instead she sent me the link for payment

                                    My sincere advise to Tikona - we, your customers, are not newborn babies or people with less than IQ of 25. Don't spend time in playing this kind of dirty, cheap, and laughable tricks. Instead, pay more attention to customer's problem to help your organization to grow. I have moved to another internet provider who is much more customer friendly and professional. I regret for having any association with a sub-standard company like Tikona

                                    If I get another call from tikona advocate, I will lodge a police complaint. Please keep this in mind

                                      January-2017 was the last month of my tikona service and i sent them mail specifying this clearly that i do not wish to continue with tikona. I got the response (Request# : 1-[protected].) and then i shifted to new place. Out of the blue tikona sent me bill for feb-2017. As it was a little amount, my friend thought that it might be some amount left after adjustment and paid for it.
                                      However, tikona again sent bill for march-2017 and their executives are constantly calling me to pay bill.

                                      I have stopped using tikona's service from january and i am sick of this company's calls, sms and emails.
