I have taken tikona connection last year which i got most of the time signal problem. I called up so many times but no response. I kept on make payment to tikona without any use. At last i stop making payment because after so many time request for terminating services you people are not disconnecting services. Your executive mr. Kavi raaj came to me with another person to collect the payment in very rude manner. I made payment full n final i.e. 1700 rs and handover the modem to hin his mobile no is [protected]. If you people dont disconnect your services despite so many reminders on phone and mail so where is my fault so please look into the matter ans stop harassing me.

    I was using tikona services from feb to sept 2016. Regularly services was bad. Many time line was down. Even after regular highlighting complaints issue were never resolved. Also customer care team never called back or resolved the issue. Then decided to stop the services i called the customer care team and informed to stop my services. But customer care executive never accepted my request to stop my services. After many tries lastly i mailed to tikona that i dont want to continue tikona serives (Refer attached). Even after they didnt responded to
    Now when i m using another services. I am getting call from some legal department of tikona - ms. Rajni. Saying that they have issued a case against me of not clearing the dues. This is harassment from tikona services. Thus want to raise defamation against tikona services. Request your support

      I am really pissed off with your pathetic services I am not anymore the customer of this pathetic company but still I am getting calls for bill payment which is from some legal department.

      I don't understand that when I have already paid the amount on 30 Nov 2015 after having a word with Chetan-[protected] at that time and writing to you as well for the confirmation why such calls now.

      I don't have my User-Id as it is more than a year now but you must behaving my emails to check for this.

      I want NOC ASAP or I will Escalate this matter to the highest level I can for this because I am mentally harrased now and if it is not done I have to file a FIR against Chetan and Tikona Company.

          Hi my user id was [protected] i had disconnected my service in november and i paid my outstanding bill at that time but now i am getting the call for outstanding bill of rs 1131.00 and she is saying if i will not pay this amount they send me legal notice and she is representing herself as a lawer. I dont know what rubbish is going on. Kindly suggest someone what should i do for further or just ignore these calls..

            I stopped using tikona long back, my connection was terminated and I had paid the bill till the disconnection date. But now I am getting threatening calls that if I don't pay amount 1016.00 then my case will be registered in civil court Delhi. Different different lawyers are calling and saying that they have got my case to pay this amount. Though I don't have any payable amount my bill was clear when I terminated and device was also taken away by their people.

            Like seriously tikona thinks indian people are fool, that they are trying to make us believe that lawyers and judges don't have any work and they will file case for this amount and call us on daily basis. This is seriously frustrating, stop fooling and irritating us.

              I requested the Tikona team to close my connection on first week of my last month of connection. But the connection got closed after 10 days of the next cycle start date.

              I fulling paid the bill for my last cycle bill. Tikona is forcing me to pay the bill for those 10 days o[censored]sage. It was tikona teams fault to not have closed the connection.
              now they have added late payment fee along with the 10 day fee and threatening me to pay full amount.

              I did my duty to inform them prior to close the connection. it was there fault to not have disconnected my connection.

                I called many time regarding service, Daily I need to make one call to tikona service to get start tikona net it became very hectic. but regularly I was giving bill but last month it too much & it imact my daily routine work, same I talked with Tikona & ask them to close my connection & aslo told them please give be cash back of what i last due to Tikona, Inspit of giving back money/compensation they just sent bill me of that month which I refused to pay & every month they added 100 Rs as late fee & started sending bill which has gone to 1550/- & after That they starting calling me & threatening me too & also started calling me from Delhi with the name of Some Advocate. Which is not good, Either they should pay me what I lost or should stop calling me. now I m getting call from [protected] Saying again Advocate.

                  I have closed the connection from tikona long back.
                  And I have asked the representatives to collect the outstanding amount and modem, they always come to collect during my office hours. I have said them come to collect before 11 AM or after 7 PM, no one turned out to my home till date.

                  Today I got a call from the no:[protected] and they said we are going to register a case against you, if your not going to pay the bill outstanding amount in delhi high court. This is a ridiculous thing from tikona.

                  I Have paid the outstanding amount 769 and ready to hand over your modem if they come to collect within this week as I am shifting home and don't want any further bill generated and any calls form you guys.

                  I highly don't recommend this tikona service to any of the other users

                  The service provider shall terminate the connection within 7 days. They cannot charge rental or any other charges beyond the period of 7 days of request for closure made by the customer. Further, fresh bills shall be raised only after adjustment of the security deposit. The closure/ termination of service shall not be made conditional upon payment of dues/ bills/settlement of dispute. The outstanding amount of security deposits has to be refunded within 60 days of closure/ termination of service. In case of delay in refund beyond 60 days, a consumer is entitled to interest at the rate of 10% per annum for the number of days refund is delayed beyond 60 days

                    I had connections of tikona due to bad connection I had stopped the connection after then he try to retain on lower plan and I had rejected same after that sending bill and I am send excel with detail and he is claiming extra amounts for noc now they are threatening since one for legal action I am also agree for legal action but they never doing anything except threatening

                      I called tikona care on 31st january to suspend the conncection. That executive requested me not to suspend it we willput on hold after 2 months we can call you and after taking your confirmation we can reactivate or suspend the connection. But without getting confirmation from me they reactivated the connection. Funniest thing is at that adress no one is staying and no device no cable. When i call to customer care they are banging my head and forcing me to pay the bill. Is this the proper way to behave with customers? Im getting irritated with calls from tikona. No one is responding properly. How come they will charge bill without intimating the user and taking confirmation from the user.

                        Dear Team,

                        My user ID number is [protected] and I have already disconnected the service last year. Also requested them many times to disconnect my service so that company does not renew my plan. Even when I havn't used the service or rarely used. Also, I disconnected the service which had informed to customer care person and they give assurance to disconnect it.

                        But, they have not disconnected the service and told me that we are in the process . Later they sent me the bill of Rs. 300.00 approx which I denied to pay because I the service more only 2 months with package of 3 months and given all amount in advanced. paying the bill regularly but this kind response was really unacceptable. Now I got few calls from Delhi from different number viz [protected] and threatening me without giving any justification or reason. Aslo asking me pay due amount of Rs. 1300 around or else company is going to have civil case.

                        Moreover, if Tikona give me the details that I have used the service after asking them to disconnect then I am ready to pay the bill which I continuously trying to do so with Customer care but no one has responded properly.

                        Now, think some strict action should be taken against these callers and rest I am ready to cooperate.

                          Hi,

                          ​I am sheetal kadam. Currently staying in Pune. My customer id is ​
                          ​[protected]. My internet connection was not working since 23rd sept. I tried calling customer care executive since then. Finally on 28th Sept my call was attended and customer care executive asked me to wait for 24 hrs to get the issue resolved. But the issue was not addressed in 24 hr. I had to call again to resolve the same. and still he said that I will have to wait for 24 more hours. In responce to this I requested him to put request for the termination and I do not want the issue to be resolved. The person at the other end said "ok. I have put request for the same and our person will come to your location for the same."

                          Since then neither connection working nor tikona person has visited my place to get the router back. But they have asked the payment for the seven days o[censored]sage.

                          Now instead of replying to the emails which I had sent to the customer care they have asked me for the payment. Some person called me from the phone and threaten me to pay the bills.

                          Hello Sir/Mam,

                          It is not about getting the devices from my premises. It is about charging me for the useless internet connection. As I have mentioned. My internet connection was not working still I paid the bill for the month and asked executives to resolve my problem. But when no one show up at my place I asked to terminate the connection and I am being charged for the payment because usually it takes 7 days to terminate service. When I wanted to terminate executives kept saying "mam aapko refund mil jayega for the 7 days because it was not available for your use." But when I was firm about not continuing the service you guys are refusing to refund and instead asking me to pay for the 7 days.

                          I have always paid my bills on time but you have lost a loyal customers just because of the bad service and poor connection. The service is so poor that to log a complain. When I used to call I always used to select a new customer in the option so that I can connect to a customer care executive.

                            Dear Team,

                            My user ID number is [protected] and I have already disconnected the service last year. Even though I paid the balance amount for the month when I havn't used the service or rarely used. Also, I disconnected the service which had informed to customer care person and they give assurance to disconnect it.

                            But, they have not disconnected the service and told me that we are in the process . Later they sent me the bill of Rs. 576.00 which I denied to pay because I am using this service for more than a year and paying the bill regularly but this kind response was really unacceptable. Now some Nidhi, Niharika calling from Delhi from different number viz [protected] and threatning me without giving any justification or reason.

                            Moreover, if Tikona give me the details that I have used the service after asking them to disconnect then I am ready to pay the bill which I continuously trying to do so with Customer care but no one has responded properly.

                            Now, think some strict action should be taken against these callers and rest I am ready to cooperate.

                            Still you have not provided me the details of data used after the system gets disconnected and without also sent me mail to pay 676.00 . Moreover again there is harrasment call from some other number [protected] from a person claiming his name Advocate Virendra Sharma who was rude and threatning me.
                            I hope you will do best for the customer and take action against these person.
                            Also, have you settled my security money deposited?

They cannot charge rental or any other charges beyond the period of 7 days of request for closure made by the customer. Further, fresh bills shall be raised only after adjustment of the security deposit. The closure/ termination of service shall not be made conditional upon payment of dues/ bills/settlement of dispute. The outstanding amount of security deposits has to be refunded within 60 days of closure/ termination of service. In case of delay in refund beyond 60 days, a consumer is entitled to interest at the rate of 10% per annum for the number of days refund is delayed beyond 60 days

                              I m Bhavin I took a connection of Tikona Internet in Aug 2016 and due some problem I have to disconnect the Tikona service. I informed them for the discontinuation of service on 23rd Feb 2017. I was ensured from the staff that it will be done before the next billing cycle and no invoice will get generated. But it won't disconnected in the mentioned period, so again called them on 27th Feb 2017 and asked them to discontinue the service with immediate effect and also told them that I was requested to disconnect the service on 23rd Feb. The staff replied me that it's their mistake and ensured me that no invoice will get generated and if generated then just neglect it.
                              Now after discontinuation I got a mail regarding invoice of the same. They are torturing by sending mails and sms daily.Also they calls and ask to pay the balance amt as invoice has been generated. So kindly help me out as I am not going to pay the generated invoice as I asked them to disconnect the service before the new billing cycle starts.

                                I have requested to disconnect my tikona connection on 4th Apr 17. After that I come to know that my rental stopped on 19th Apr. If I requested to disconnect on 4th Apr and after that I have not used any data, then why the bill of Rs.165 generated. The connection supposed to be stopped on 4th Apr. Even that I am getting calls, email & messages to pay the bill. I am not going to pay any single money to tikona now. Please close my account effective 4th Apr & revert to me at the earliest.

                                  I have mailed and called tikona for discontinuation of my broadband plan after full payment to company on 25 oct 2016 but till today i m getting call from [protected] and [protected] by a lady telling me that she is calling from some delhi court and tikona has complained against me for non payment. They are cheating and harassing customers.

                                  I m getting bill for rs. 327 and increasing every month till today after discontinuation.

                                  I will take legal action if i will get any call like this as i have all bills and mail copy too which shows my request for discontinuation of plan,

                                  And i will also complain to trai for such harassment to the customers

                                    Tikona digital network is by far the worst network provider ever. First off their internet is disgustingly slow and keeps getting disconnected.
                                    Last november i had informed tikona that i wanted to disconnect my connection as i was leaving out of town to mangalore. I was offered a transfer of the connection, which i declined because there is no tikona in mangalore. The customer care executive persisted i referred tikona to any friend or have my account transferred to any friend. I confirmed that if needed i would keep them informed and get back to them but as of now please disconnect my connection and i moved out of town.

                                    After a month i get a call again asking for my payment (It seems they never took the request) and then for a month and more they kept bugging me that i have to make the payment and i would have to tell them same story again and again and i would ask them to connect me to a senior or a manger. They would put me on hold for 15 to 20 minutes and later disconnect the call. This has happened almost every time they have called me to remind me of a payment. I would say about 10 times in a month. Everytime i ask them to check their records they tell me i understand but you have to pay. They just wont check their call records.

                                    So instead of accepting that tikona never took my request you just decide to neglect my request and keep billing me for the following month. This is not the first time i have had this billing issue, seems like tikona's support team does not actually care about their customers issues and only wants us customers to hear them out.

                                    Now i have a fine of 1500 as per tikona's legal department.

                                      I have paid 2000 at the time of getting the connection. As per the plan i will not pay the last month bill.

                                      My plane was 4mbps, i never get this speed. Tikona cheated me a lot.
                                      Every day i need to call customer care to get the connectivity,
                                      Whenever i ask to disconnect, every time they promised me to improve the network.
                                      Finally i close the connection, but they send me rs250 rupees bill, i ask customer care about why this bill, nobody gave me clear picture.

                                      Nor they are asking me to pay 850 rupees.

                                        We like to inform that tikona broadband service provider have billed me for the period when we faced technical service issues.

                                        From march 3rd till april 5 th 2017 we faced connectivity and speed issue almost all days and tikona took almost one most to resolve the issue that too when we asked them to disconnect the connection if they will not rectify the issue. During this period over package plan was 90 gb unlimited plan with 6 mbps speed.

                                        We have never received a speed of 2mbps also and most of the times no connectivity.
                                        Now they have raised the bill for with discount of rs.57 and asked us to pay the rs.857 along with late payment fees which we denied as we felt cheated.

                                        I also felt during technical issue we took lot trouble to call them continuously to resolve the issue and they took much longer time to resolve the same.

                                        During the period they said that they will give the waiver for entire period and now they are saying that we have used 18 gb of data hence the total waiver will be just rs.57.
                                        I don't understand the basis on which calculation was done. Secondly, i will not like to pay if i don, t get the speed which is promised under my plan.

                                        Thirdly, if i have used 18 gb during the period that does not mean that you have provided me services that is promised under my plan.

                                        Fourthly, i have ask the call center to disconnect the service if they are not able to resolve the issue which they have not done saying that we will be providing you waiver for the same.

                                        I want a proper investigation in this matter from tikona and resolve the same.
