We have booked for Europe 15 days tour from Yatra.com, package id - 6939420 for a group of 18 senior citizens scheduled kn 20th May 18.
The package has been booked and advance amount of 6 lacs deposited since a month. However there has been absolutely no response and reverts on our numerous calls and emails and whatsapp messages on UK Visa and Schengene Visa and also regarding details of flights, hotels itinerary etc.

For last one hour i am struggling to cancel one ccu-maa [11.04.18] [qgqt3b] and one pny-hyd [14.04.18] without any success.
Everytime i am logging in the page:"secure. Yatra.com" opens and remains blank.
This is very irritating. I am wasting valuable time because of the most inefficient yatra.com employees.
Please rectify the situation. Hereafter will use makemytrip for these services....

Worst company i have ever gone through. Local travel agents are also good. People working over there are fraud. They are always unavailable when you call and ask for a particular person. They don’t value customer once you buy their package. They just want to sell their packages. After that they treat customers as a dog.
