My holiday plans have been completely destroyed because of YATRA.com.
Attachment1- Also please note the mail from Modassar recommending us to block the BLR-DEL-BLR flight- on 16 dec 2017.
Attachment 2- showing me following up as a customer to Yatra multiple times on checklist for visa and me proactively making payments
Attachment 3 & 4- Unhappy with Shrey who was dealing with us. sent us wrong info on visa etc. multiple follow ups. Mail also to Gipsa and Yatra customer service asking why they misguided us.
Because of you all i have lost INR 16k as flight cancellation. Pathetic customer service after multiple follow ups. Blocked an amount of INR 1.2 Lacs for 6 months which was refunded again after multiple follow ups... Truly the worst experience. I need an answer for the cancelled flights. I should not be at fault for loosing this amount.
Frustrated customer.
