We had a terrible experience with accommodation at gangtok - at hotel alaya. We had specifically requested a room with 3 cots, but were given a small room and no extra cot the first night. After contacting the hotel and our travel agent, we were given a tiny couch the second night. Also the hotel was of poor quality - single light, defective flush.

    We regret the inconvenience cause to you. As per our records refund of INR 706.00 has been processed from our end as due to some technical issue on bank gateway booking was failed. Refund has been processed from our end on 7th March 2018. If payment has been made from a private bank, it will reflect in the same account within 2 to 3 working days and if payment has been made from public sector bank, it will take up to 7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account.

      I did my booking from manglore to mumbai on 5th april 2018. However, when i received my ticket after booking the date mentioned was 16th march

      Soon after booking i had called customer care of yatra.com to resolve the issue where i was asked to either reschedule or cancel my ticket whose fare is equivalent to ticket fare.

      Please help to get the issue resolved as i feel it is unfair to pay additional approx. 2000/-

        Subject :- harassed by yatra online pvt ltd

        Booking ids provided by yatra :- ya9522643, yh3943676

        I booked a tour to australia & newzealand on 11 jan 2018 for my brother & bhabi through yatra online pvt ltd.

        Sucheta chugh & manish anand are the yatra employees those who provided us the tour.

        1. First of all my departure date was on[protected] but they changed it to[protected] as i already made most of the payment.

        2. They provide us the itinerary with timings mentioned for various services just before a day of departure on[protected] with wrong information (Wrong timings were mentioned) due to which my brother & bhabi missed their flights from christchurch to brisbane. Any how they managed to bought air fare from christchurch to goldcoast they bought air tickets themselves for which they paid 737/- $nz and 100/-$nz for a cab from goldcoast airport to the hotel. I booked that tour for my convenience but travellers are totally fed up with services provide by yatra online travels pvt ltd. If my parents were there and if they missed their flight just because of the wrong information provided by yatra than how they managed. If otas will work in this manner then i think in some time otas will surely get shutdown. Because of this i paid twice for the same service. We need complete air fare & cab fare refund from the company. Yatra provided a cab at 800 hours from hotel to airport & flight was at 8:15. There were no cab before 8 in the hotel.

        3. At australia goldcoast, yatra committed to provide hot air ballooning with champagne breakfast to the travellers but they were unable to provide such service for which manish anand an employee of yatra & a tour provider confirmed us to provide a refund of inr 23192/- on[protected] and provide confirmation to process refund within 07-09 working days but till today we received nothing from yatra side.

        4. Yatra provide public mode of transport in newzealand on seat in coach basis without any sightseeing & the newzealand itinerary provided by yatra is full of sightseeing. Like a dtc bus coach stops at every stop to pick passengers. Yatra told transfers on share basis will be provided.

        5. Now no one is picking up the call.

        I want to suggest every traveler never booked a tour through any ota (Online travel agency). It's better to approach directly to the suppliers or owners for (Airlines, accommodation etc.) otas are only to harass customers.

        You are right, I also feel the same. Before booking they will call you n number of times and after payment they don't respond to emails or calls. My travel date is tomorrow and I am following up with them for the tickets 100 times and they have not send me till. Hopefully I should be getting atleast before my flight and definitely now I cannot expect many itineraries they have promised. Never book holidays from Yatra.

          I am dis satisfied with yatra online services. Thier online flight ticket purchase is very confusion and they making money
          From innocent customers. I made 5 tickets domestic purchase. When i verified thru their online a quote was shown and i done
          Purchase and at final
          Ticket confirmation page they hold tickets mentioned i need extra pay 2000 rs in order complete purchase other wise saying they
          Store ticket amount at some e-cash. That was not fair its customer wish to purchase a ticket based on quote.
          I finally end up of paying extra 2000 rs on my purchase. Due to some personal reasons i cancelled my tickets and
          Asked a refund. I lost 12000 rs on cancellation and airlines mentioned they already refunded with in a day after
          Cancellation my partial amount which was rs 6300. Its 2 weeks airlines mentioned refunded and when i request yatra thru
          Email they mentioned 4300 refund which was one week back and when request they mentioned processed refund and it didn't
          Credit back to my bank account till now. This is not at all fair its customer wish to purchase any tickets or package
          Thru them. Their way of communication thru emails is different. I sincerely request to process my refund and there is

            My daughter won yatra gift coupon for Rs.15000/ in her school progtamme conducted by yatra.com-. I am contacting yatra office Mylapore, Chennai for using the coupon for holiday trip. But no body helping me. Mylapore yatra office given help line no. But no use. I am not able to redeem the gift voucher. Yatra.com simply cheated. I request you to take appropriate action for cheating people, that to children by conducting programmes in their school premises.

            Cancelled my flight from Delhi to Goa and Goa to Delhi 10 days prior. My both flights were refundable. But after cancellation Yatra has not refund my money. I have read Yatra terms and conditions before cancellation it was clearly mentioned that if you cancel flight 48.hrs before only 500rs will be cancellation charges. Now they are not ready.

And, it's displayed on Yatra website before the confirmation of the booking also. Charges were not hide from our end, it's clearly mentioned there. And, we would request you to kindly share the T&C or screen shot in which it's mention that INR 500.00 will be the cancellation charges in your booking to check it further.

              I was asked to make payment without any communication of the amount that would be forfeited. The time I made the payment, immediately within a second they dropt me a mail that this amount would be forfeited due to some reason.

                I wish to register my strongest disappointment upon the way your representatives deal with the clients. My object is related to a recent holiday package inquiry done by me for a trip to dubai. I had inquired about the package from two of your representatives who offered me different rates for the same package. Name of one representative is rashmi thakur and the other executive was a gentleman whose name i dont remember but i had talked to him around 2.18 pm today. Upon getting different offers it was obvious to suspect the authenticity of both therefore i called for the third time to confirm the same. Upon calling your representative informed me that when i am in contact with one of the agents, other agents cannot entertain me. Upon this explanation i politely disconnected the phone. But within two minutes i received a phone call from your representative who tried to act over-smart and tried to bully me about why i talked to any agent other than rashmi thakur. If such is the behavior you deal with your clients i dont think we can even think of taking your services. All my calls were made from my mobile number

                    I booked an hotel for check in 8th march 2018 and check out is 9th march.
                    When i called to the hotel, they denies the booking. They are telling that now they dont take booking from yatra.

                      I tried booking a ticket from Kolkata to New Delhi on 11th Feb, 2018 for the amount of 6075.The transaction failed at payment page.I did the payment through Paypal.After sometime I checked the paypal statement mentioning the transaction was success but I didnt receive the ticket.Then I booked another ticket and it was successful.I asked for the refund for failed transaction(booking id[protected] from Yatra on 13th Feb.On 13th Feb, I got sms that they refund has been processed from their end and it will take 7 working days for the amount to reflect in my credit card.But today is 27th Feb, but I dont see any trail of any transaction till date.I am attaching the emails and sms from yatra alongwith Payment summary from Paypal.Below are my details:

                      1.I have followed up with yatra multiples times thru email and calls.But thr response will be-"Sir, We have forwarded your concern to our payments dept, so we would require 1-2 working days to provide you the transaction details.This went on for like 10-15 days. 2. Then I registered a complaint here and in http://consumerhelpline.gov.in/. 3.Then I pinged yatra on fb 4.I did the above steps on Feb 28 and by March 1 they have did the transfer

                        This is regarding my another complain posted to yatra few weeks back. As mentioned earlier as well, the team committed to provide an ecash against the trouble caused during the trip. They did send an email to confirm ecash, but i do not find it after i logged in my yatra account. I conveyed the same to the team on the very same day when i received email from their end, but i did not receive any update after that. Please let me know if any update is available in this regards.

                          I have booked a bus ticket from bangalore to guntur from yatra android app and money is deducted from my bank account but i haven't received any message or mail from yatra side. I have got transaction id that i paid using tez app and ecash of 100 is also deducted from yatra app but i didn't receive any confirmation. In case of refund to bank account/credit card, yatra takes 24 Hrs to process your refund. Further the private sector bank may take 2 to 3 working days and public sector bank may take up to 7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

                            I am planning a family trip to malaysia/thailand for which 70% of the payment already made. But the service is so bad, the fellows are not responding to my mails. The mobile no. S provided by them are switched off, the guy who transfers the call (Sabyasachi his name) refused to transfer the call just because he could not pronounce my name even after five attempts. And his audacity is that he says there is no issue if i complain. The wrong invoice which was promised to me that it would be corrected in one day is not done even 10 days after making the payment. I can easily foresee the quality of my trip, right now that most of the payment is made i can't cancel this. But i will never take the service of yatra again.

                              Recently I have booked a Manali pacakage tour with www.yatra.com and I was completely cheated. What they promised and what they gave is completely different. They offered me 4* hotel but they gave cheap lodge and also very poor service, poor coordination, and completely against the customer interest and worst customer care.

                              Pls advice how to lodge a complaint against www.yatra.com

                              So they will not cheat public.

                                As per my last discussion over the call, yatra committed that they will be providing us with ecash for 5000 against the inconvenience caused during our travel. I don't see any updates on that.

                                Moreover, the photographers who came for photo shoot on the venue have not send the photos yet. So why it was shown as complimentary. Its already been 20 days since we came back.

                                      I booked hotel on yatra.com and was given confirmation and paid payment also. Booking confirmation no is[protected].

                                      Hotel laffaire, karol bagh. Check in 8th feb and check out 10th feb. On reaching hotel i was told from hotel that they did not confirm the room to yatra.com and denied any room to yatra.com
                                      I called yatra support team 3 times from hotel and all the times i was told that i will given call back in 20mins but they never bothered to call back. I had to cancel all my plans and wait for 2-3 hours there and book some hotel. On call was priayanka and meenakshi. Both are most stupid and careless support.
                                      On 10th feb again i called to check whats the scene, my call was attenedes my sameksha dua and was told that hotel confirmed them that i was given room where as hotel denied saying anything like that. I was promised i will receive call back in 2 hours but didnt get any reponse till now. They dont have any supervisor who can speak, atleast i requested them 10000 times to transfer call to someone sensible. Till date there is no single response from them. On requesting 10 times i was given a complain number, i. E, 9727314. Because of their cheap quality service i had to spend one day extra in delhi since first day was wasted.
                                      This is the worst service ever any one can give and companh filled with all cheapsters.

                                        We toured with yatra.com from 4th feb to 9th feb ref no, YH3857640.THey charged Rs.50.000.but didn.t provide the service as they promised .It was difficult to contact the agent after giving advan ce .not picking up phone or giving reply to our querries.That time only we decided not to go in their package but our Rs 9000. would not be refunded (agent name Rahul in gurugram office)so we paid rest of the money. They told us their services r good, hotels r 3 to 4 star buton the contrary all were budgeted hotels. Breakfast except in one was horrible. Secondly, itinerary was wrong. It didn, t show the places mentioned by them, it seems they had no idea of time and distance, most of the time we were in taxi as if we were paying for taxi riding. What for we should pay them? They should refund our money. We r senior citizens and booked package for enjoyment and relaxation.On every step we felt u charged exorbitantly with hardly thinking of comfort and satisfaction .We want to talk to u but how . our phone no is[protected].
