Dear sir,
I had booked for a vacation with yatra.com (Kolkata division). During negotiation they agreed to my demands and book the hotel. After payment of advance amount they are demanding more money for each service.

I am planning a family trip to malaysia/thailand for which 70% of the payment already made. But the service is so bad, the fellows are not responding to my mails. The mobile no. Recently I have booked a Manali pacakage tour with www.yatra.com and I was completely cheated. What they promised and what they gave is completely different. They offered me 4* hotel but they gave cheap lodge and also very poor service, poor coordination, and completely against the customer interest and worst customer care.

As per my last discussion over the call, yatra committed that they will be providing us with ecash for 5000 against the inconvenience caused during our travel. I don't see any updates on that.

Moreover, the photographers who came for photo shoot on the venue have not send the photos yet. So why it was shown as complimentary. Its already been 20 days since we came back.

Why do they give false commitment?...

Also, if i try to contact customer support for domestic and international flight they are not providing phone support as well.

I tried to book a room at sun-n-sand, shirdi, after all the process amount got deducted from my account but not got any confirmation from yatra. I got a text message from bank as shown below:

Now i am unable to contact yatra as i don't have any booking id.
