Svr travels - bus is worst and is not worth the ticket pricing. I have booked three tickets from hyderabad to belgaum, date of travel: 8-2-2018. Passengers before our seats started drinking and we have informed driver about this. Driver said drinking is not allowed in the bus and kept quiet. We asked him to go and stop it. He says, he is the driver and he can't stop it. Bus no. Is ar01h5212 boarded at 7:20pm at miyapur, hyderabad

    Stop fooling customer by mentioning refundable on flight booking. If you have flight and some other charges why the hell you guys mentioned on website that refundable option for flight booking. Yatra reference number:[protected] I have cancelled and refunded amount 0. Whenever I call customer care they say etc etc charges will be deduct, my Question is if Refundable amount is 0 why the hell yatra mentioned REFUNDABLE. I don't want to hear the same dialogue that Yatra charges, flight charges and etc I need compensation for my cancellation.I paid more than 10000 and after cancellation 0????Do you guys think about customer or not. If I am not getting any cancellation amount this time I am going to put a lodge complain on Consumer forum and also going to send to mail to transport ministry. I hope I will get a good response for this.

    We have checked the details from our end and we would like to inform you that cancellation charges are applicable on refundable ticket and refund is processed for the remaining amount if any. However we would like to share the cancellation charges with you which are as below:

    BLR-DMU

    Airline cancellation charges 4988 per passenger per flight and Yatra Service Fee 400 per passenger per flight

    DMU-BLR

    Airline cancellation charges 4988 per passenger per flight and Yatra Service Fee 400 per passenger per flight

    The total refund as per the above cancellation charges is INR 1170.00. We have processed the refund from our end on 09 Feb 2018, INR 247.00 has been credited to your eCash wallet and INR 922.98 has been refunded to your card. In case the payment has been made from a private sector bank the refund will take 2-3 working days and for public sector banks the refund might take up to 7 working days.

      I tried to book a room at sun-n-sand, shirdi, after all the process amount got deducted from my account but not got any confirmation from yatra. I got a text message from bank as shown below:
      Dear customer, purchase of inr 4, 154.00 was spent using debit card of account xx3046 on 06-feb-18. Info: vin*yatra onlin
      Now i am unable to contact yatra as i don't have any booking id.
      Please kindly look into this matter.

        On booking a ticket on a bus the transaction failed two time. But the amount is debited both times.
        I want a complete refund of that amount
        The instance is that. I planned a trip to calicut from attingal, first i choose redbus but after some thinking i decide to go with yatra.com. On downloading the app from play store i satrted to look bus for that time. I choosed kallada ac sleeper which starts from attingal at 10 pm and arrive at calicut at 5.30am. I had given my details after submitting my selected seat. Next i go in to the payment screen and seleted payment via upi. On selecting upi i get in the tez app and approved payment. First time transaction failed. I thought it was any connection problem. I decided to again pay. I repeated the same process. Both times the amount was debited from my boi account. I here by submitting a request for refund the debited amount from my account. The transaction details is provided as an image. Please look in to it and take necessary action

          Hello yaatra,
          I had booking from yaatra.com on january 02/2018 from indore to new delhi with indigo airlines. Due to technical problem with aircraft flight was cancelled on that day. My ticket was cancelled automatically. As i talked with airlines they said we have refund 2756 inr on 8 january to yaatra.com.
          After communicate with yaatra.com they refund 145 inr to my credit card.
          Now when airlines refund you 2756 rs and you only returning me 145 rs.
          Kindly give me discription and refund my comlete amount. My booking detail are below.

            I have mede booking to through yatra for holidays of 3 nights four days for 1st march to 4 march and initially wrongly guided and thereafter on contacting there response is very poor/unsatisfactory & irresponsive and trying to deal as partial payment is mad and if i cancel they will make education as per their rules.

            Finally i have cancelled my plan of travel and informed the concerned and i should get the full refund as its not my fault.

              Yatra deducted inr 3824 for a transaction which was not completed by yatra and refund was initiated with ref. Id[protected] for the refund amount rs. 3824 with bank id[protected]. Actual amount credited is rs. 3772.10. May i know for the amount is deducted, and if this is way to looting people or making money for yatra, let me tell you its going to be tough for you yatra. I will go to consumer court for this cheating.

                I was making a booking for blr to mumbai where the fare showed me rs 1304, i went ahead and made the booking but post the payment got a call saying that the fare is updated. How can the fare be updated while making the payment?

                Spoke to one of their executives who claims if i called on the same day (Which i actually did) they could have done something about the difference amount. After speaking to him for close to 30 minutes he still could not provide a solution but instead put the blame on the customer saying that why have you called now post receiving refund.

                My concern is that the fare is now 3 times its value when i made the booking as the executive on call told me not to check the fare again and again since the value of fare increases that way.

                  Yatra is biggest fraud company. I booked international flight ticket and i have such a bad experience with yatra company. Flight timing got changed 2 days ago and yatra didn’t care to inform. I asked for full refund because of misconnection but no response.

                  One yatra representative mentioned it’s refundable and another mentioned it’s not. Such a big mess in the company.

                  Every time i talk to them, they are changing statement. I also called to airline directly and they said opposit what yatra mentioned.

                    I had booked a service apartment through yatra.com and paid 100% advance money what they demanded from me and they confirmed my booking with reference number[protected]. But when i travelled to that destination and reached the service apartment, i was shocked to know that i don't have any booking in that service apartment... The owner of that property told me that he had informed yatra that there are no rooms available on the same day when i got the confirmation from yatra that your booking has been accepted. So, yatra executives inspite of knowing the fact that owner of that property has refused my booking, they didn't informed me about the same and i was in deep trouble along with my family in the unknown location. When i complaint yatra team, they said they are helpless now and cannot do anything to get alternate arrangement. Now imagine, where will i go with my family in that unknown place?? This is the worst experience i had ever...

                        I have booked a bus ticket in YATRA website [booking ref:[protected]] for total ticket fare of Rs1943. Total amount paid from my bank account was Rs1626 [[protected]discount)-181(E-wallet amount)]. But due to some reason i cancellated the ticket before 24hrs of journey. If cancellation done before 24hrs of travel, refund amount will be 85% of ticket amount (as per my YATRA ticket copy) which is coming around Rs1651 (85% of Rs 1943). Hence final amount to be refunded will be Rs1335 (Rs[protected] after deducting discount and E-wallet amount. But YATRA refunded me only Rs 1269 and they are not giving proper justification for the refund amount arrival basis. Each time during telephonic discussion, their customer care persons are telling different arrival basis and no body was ready to clarify the clear refund basis.
                        Please help in this matter as I dont want them to cheat people like this anymore.

In case of refund to bank account/credit card, yatra takes 24 Hrs to process your refund. Further the private sector bank may take 2 to 3 working days and public sector bank may take up to 7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

YATRA has to provide the basis of that refund figure Rs1269 or Rs 1450 (ie Rs1269 + Ewallet Rs181).

                        What is the use of this consumer complaint website... Till date no response/proper justification for the above complaint from yatra service ... Yatra service also repeating the same refund disputes again and again... Please take necessary action or else inform straight away that Yatra won't respond to its customers...

                          Dear sir, this is to inform you that i sanjeev kumar indian citizen had booked our combined confirmed return international air e-tickets by yatra on 22nd sept. 2017 vide yatra reference no. Yt24605179. Our onward journey was on 17th dec. 2017 from new delhi to san juan argentina and return journey was 4th jan. 2018 from san juan argentina to new delhi. We were three persons traveling under the same pnr nos. Cyfqkn and owyvix. My wife carina alejandra bravo who is argentinean nation and my 15 years old son nadish bansal who is an indian were traveling with me. We had completed our trip and reached at new delhi on 12th jan. 2018.

                          During our onward and return journey, we had suffered a lot with physical, mental, emotional and financial problems. When we reached to jorge newbery buenos aires airport to take our flight ar-1430 at 06:10 hrs. There was no any flight due to cancellation of all flights as per airlines indefinite strike. We were waiting for the next flight ar-2436 at 19:05 hrs. But aerolineas argentinas airlines did not allow to board. We requested them so much but they did not listen anything. Neither they provide any another flight in next days nor refund any amount. They told us that yatra will give us refund. Finally we booked bus tickets for our further travel from buenos aires to san juan argentina on 19th dec. 2017. We already sent several emails to yatra in this regards since 19th dec. 2017.

                          On dated 4th jan. 2018, when we reached to san juan airport to take our flight ar-1435 at 15:35 hrs. There was no any flight for buenos aires. Aerolineas argentineas airlines told that our seats are in next flight ar-2437 at 21:45 hrs. Which was reaching to buenos aires at 23:15 hrs. We requested them that how we can take our further flights from buenos aires to delhi via dubai at 21:30 hrs. On the same day. They did not help us and told that you have to go to buenos aires to talk with emirates office at international airport buenos aires argentina. We took this flight and went to international airport by bus. But there is only one office which was closed. We all waited at the airport 15 hrs. Approx. Without food and money. On 5th jan 2018 at 16:00 hrs. Emirates official refused to help us and sent to aerolineas argentinas airlines office for further help.

                          Aerolineas argentinas airlines re-issued our tickets for delhi via rio janeiro and paris on 6th jan. 2018 with all the boarding passes. We told them that we two persons are indian and could not travel to paris without their visa. But they did not listen us and told that you can travel without any problem through paris. We took our flight from buenos aires argentina to rio janeiro and reached there. When was the time to take air france flight to paris, emirates persons stopped us and did not allow us to travel further due to no visa for paris. They sent back us with our all luggage to argentina on the same day by ar-1251 flight due to aerolineas argentinas airlines mistake in the booking. We requested them to send our luggage in our flight but they did not change our luggage tags and told us that we had changed it but the number will be the same. But we did not received our luggage at buenos aires as they did not sent back our luggage in our flight. We waited many hours in the airport to find out our luggage. Finally we wrote a complaint of our lost luggage. On that time we did not have any cloth to change. We went to aerolineas argentinas office at jorge newbery to request them to provide a hotel, food and transport as we did not have money. On our request, they sent us to a hotel after waiting four hours in the airport. On the next day, we received our luggage in our hotel.

                          On 7th. Jan. 2018, we again went to aerolineas argentinas airlines office and request them to find and re-issue out tickets via dubai. They made a new ticket via sao paulo and dubai for 8th jan. 2018.in this connection the flight from dubai to delhi was business class due to non availability in economic class as per they told us. This decision was taken by their boss as per the customer executive. On our request, they sent us again to a hotel.

                          On 8th jan. 2018, we took our to sao paulo and reached there to take our next flight for dubai.

                          On 9th jan. At the time of boarding, emirates employees made my boarding pass and did not made the same for my wife and son. We were told that they could not made the entries in their system due to wrong booking by aerolineas argentinas airlines at buenos aires argentina. After this, we went to talk with their boss ms. Liliana, who immediately destroyed my boarding pass. She did not allowed us to take this flight. After that we contact with aerolineas argentinas office persons by phone because the offie was outside the airport and we could not go out without visa. Ms. Fernanda from their office told us that was a mistake by emirates not by aerolineas argentinas airlines. Again we request them to provide a hotel and food. After some hours, she came and met us. She went to a hotel in the airport with us and provide to stay there. We called to aerolineas argentinas airlines local office several times and requested them to provide us new tickets as soon as possible as we could not stay a long time in sao paulo without visa. But they did not listen us.

                          On 10th. Jan. 2018, we again called and requested them so many times to make new tickets soon via dubai with less transit hours. Because my wife is working in a school and she did not have more leaves. My son is also loosing his classes and no more leaves. Myself was suffering with the same situation since long days. After several calls, they inform us that our tickets are ready at emirates boarding gate counter and collect them at 23:30 hrs. When we reached to emirates counter, they made our boarding passes and then we realized that we need to wait in dubai airport for 23 hours and 45 mins. Such a long transit without accommodation, food and clothes to change.

                          On 11th jan. 2018 we took our flight at 22:00 hrs. From dubai to delhi and arrived on 12th jan. 2018 at 02:40 hrs.

                          As per the above mentioned our circumstances, we suffered with a lot of mental, physical, emotional and financial stress during our entire journey. It is yatra duty to inform us by email if there is any changes in the flight schedule and help to re arrange the whole trip. This is to inform you that no one from yatra had inform us by email about the changes neither help us to solve the problem during our whole journey. We wrote several emails to yatra.com but they have not given any compensation till today. Kindly give us refund and compensation in this regards without delay. Awaiting for your kind reply.                             The website showed a fair of approx 18k while i was checking the prices. I initiated the booking process and paid 18k from my credit card. The payment was successful but the booking was not confirmed saying the fair has been revised and to confirm the booking please pay additional 19k. Completely unethical and unprofessional. They cannot change the fair after payment is processed. All this has to be accounted before initiating the payment getaway.
                            Now my money is blocked with them and will be credited back to my account within 10 working days.

                              This is the level of professionalism of this site yatra.com..
                              I booked a package to dubai 3 months ago.. Yesterday they told me hotel was not booked.. So they shifted to a lower standard hotel.. 12 hours prior till now no confirmation of the hotel is there.. My flight flies tomorrow morning.. We have paid them full payment 2 lakhs.. This is yatra.com.. Never ever use this company.. Not trustworthy

                                I was enquiring about a package for Puri and was given a cost of 50500 for the same (without flight - 3 nights hotel and taxi).

                                I tried to book the same on my own online and with hotel travel agency, this was coming to 23500, when i tried to explain this to Yatra representative - Vishal, he replied really rudely and said why do you waste our time.

                                when I told him next time i will not call Yatra then his arrogant and rude reply was Ok.

                                I am surprised at the behaviour of this guy and also to the fact that why will someone pay a premium of almost 100% just to take this service from Yatra.

                                you guys need to be more sensible and respectable towards your customers.

                                i have been booking with yatra for long, doesn't look like i will get back here again.

                                    Dear team,

                                    Iam constrained to bring to your notice that i have booked a domestic holiday trip with yatra and they confirmed me that i can check in to a hotel earliest by 5am on the morning of travel ie.20th jan 18. But now they are denying on the same. It's totally very cumbersome and inconvenient for someone travelling during night and had to stay till 7:30 am in the morning.

                                      Due to medical emergency had cancelled flight through airline because yatra straight up said cannot be cancelled. Airlines after verifying documentation have refunded money in form of check to yatra (Travel agency) since i had used yatra to book tickets. Now yatra is not refunding the same. Every single time i call yatra, representatives make different reasons. I am fed up with the service and never would recommend using them. I am almost in verge of disputing transaction with my credit card company.

                                        Hi all,
                                        My name is shripad shinde and it is regarding my trip to europe. It is a painful experience with yatra travel company that to with my wife. Yatra team did big mess with my europe travel booking.
                                        They take all money 3, 64, 000/- in advance and after that no one care to helped me in my europe travel. Yatra customer service is pathetic. They don’t care about customer’s, once they receive all money.

                                        Let me explain what happened with me in detail.

                                        I booked a europe trip with yatra in february 2017 (With deepa singh holidays expert[protected] extn 5591). Yatra team members was very nice before i gave them all the payment of booking (Which is 3, 64, 000/-). After the booking payment done the file get handover to other team member (Gaurav gupta travel consultant outbound operations[protected] extn 5728) to booking your hotel and travel. They had enough time to do all my booking as it is booked in feb for march travel, but unfortunately they dint do. (Although i was paid all the money 3, 64, 000/- in advance).
                                        One day i just thought of checking my travel status as i have given the payment in advice so just thought to check the status. The person who was working my travel request was on his offday (My be weekly off or on leave i don’t know) but the person answer my call told me that he will check and get back to me which never happened. Surprisingly only one person was handling my travel request and no one else in yatra was aware about its status. If the person who handling your request (Gaurav gupta) is on leave or coming late to office or on his day off, we have wait till he resume work to address your issue. (Isn’t it grate).

                                        If you call their customer care number, the person who ever will answer your call surely he will not be aware about your trip and its status, they will tell you that they will check and give a call back. Which never happened. Only person will give a call back is the one who is working on your request.

                                        I also had a word with yatra team manager (Gipsa jain, assistant manager git operations[protected] extn 2026) but still the same story. No one in the team was aware what’s the status of my booking or status of my travel to europe.

                                        I have paid all money to them as per their requirement, still my booking was in progress on my travel day. Which was epic. I was traveling on 9 march 2017 and booked my travel on 12 feb 2017 still they are booking things.
                                        I was in shock and wasn’t sure what should i do now as all the payments was done, where i realized that i will be in big mess and made a mistake to book my travel with yatra… l l l
                                        At 6 pm on 9th march yatra teammate (Gaurav gupta) informed me that he will book the rest of the travel for 14th to 16th march and deliver the same booking details to paris hotel and i have to collect it from the reception.

                                        They have done the worst with my travel booking in switzerland. On 14th march when i was in interlaken they booked me for mount titlis which is in luzern and on 16th march they book me for jungfraujoch which is in interlaken. These both destinations needs 4 hours travel from each other. These people should know and very careful while doing booking. As they charge customer to do booking only and customer also paying for them to get correct booking. He should not end up in mess.
                                        I do have hotel booking for luzern and interlake but while doing booking they by mistake book revers way.

                                        To correct this i sent several email to all of them including mangers as well but there was no responses from yatra. So i called yatra to get this sorted which cost me 32, 000 rs mobile bill (I have attached my mobile bill for your reference). I have sent them several email to these yatra team no one responded so i have to call them. No one care’s to reply me and give a sympathy feeling when i was in a mess in unknown land. After calling them for more than 2 days, i got hold of a person (Sagar ganga obt service) and told him everything which i was going through. He told me that he will check and get back to me but as a normal process of yatra (Which i explain already) no one is responded.
                                        Yatra person (Sagar) informed me that he will check and get back to me. This time i was expecting a call back as i requested him. But after waiting for more than 2 hours he sent an email and waiting for my response. A person in europe stuck because of your travel company and waiting for your response. How can you just send him an email and wait for the response. Wasn’t it epic!!!
                                        That time i felt there is a no-point in calling/emailing these yatra again-and-again. They made me a big fool by taking all money in advance and left me to suffer on my trip. I remember one of my office mate was also asked me that why to pay out full amount to yatra why not to kept some payments in case you mess with travels due to yatra then?
                                        I almost lost 5 lac on this europe trip and which expect to be an awesome trip but it's was the most heliocentric and hectic travel experience of my life and that to with my wife!!!
                                        I must tell this to everyone one. Whoever think of this fraud yatra people. Let me know if require any email or call details i am ready to give you all.
                                        Let me know what action you are going to take to avoid this in future and who will pay me back! For all this irritating europe trip. I don't want anyone else should go with it again and not to book any travel with yatra.
                                        Let me allow you to have at least 5 days to check all things related to my booking’s email and travel details. After 5 days i will go to media first as the people travel with yatra should know my true story before they book. They should know your real face of yatra!!!
                                        Then i have to go to consumer court and file a case against yatra and i will definitely fight until the end. I have all my booking details with me on papers with telephone contacts. You have taken almost 3.5 lac from me to give me all this trouble, irritation, headshot's that to when i was with my wife. Yatra travel do charge very heavily but provide zero service to customer once they get all their money. Their service is pathetic and irritating all the time.

                                        When i came back to india and i thought to raise this experience on very high level and take it to court as these people didn’t replied me back as i was chasing to them. I am planning to take it to court for a strict action on yatra so that what i have experience from this trip it should not happen with anyone else. But now i wish to take this first with you only juts to see what you guys react. We all live in india and i trust indian justice system, here you can't just make people fool and walk away, where now you will have to pay back for this case.
