Updated by Payal Khetan -Last minute voucher issued without discussing the itinerary.
- Lots of hassle faced during the trip due to non discussed itinerary
-No contact person to consult during the trip.
-Even after mentioning its a honeymoon trip no special arrangement planned at none of the accommodations as promised, had to remind & request the hotelier for the same.
-Not received any hamper promised.
-Food preference not mentioned properly at the special dinners planned, very bad food quality.
-None of the accommodations had a good view. Spoiling the expectations.
-Disturbing surrounding in the private pool villa. No privacy.
Having many more of such list of complaints & disappointments faced.
Found Bali UNI team, appointed for us more co-operative, helpful & welcoming than our own country Yatra team & people.
-Even after multiple reminders No discount vouchers yet issued as promised by Yatra after completing the international trip.
Multiple follow up from agent to take booking amount, which was literary very annoying, & after taking booking amount no response from yatra team. Worst services ever. Since we booked the trip from corporate reference. We highly recommending friends, relatives & on social media never to book any holiday packages with Yatra. Also we had experience of getting no benefits even being a premium member with Yatra.
Kindly look into the matter Asap.
Completely unexpectedly disappointing from a brand like Yatra. We expect much more better & competitive services than this.
