-last minute voucher issued without discussing the itinerary.
- lots of hassle faced during the trip due to non discussed itinerary
-no contact person to consult during the trip.
-even after mentioning its a honeymoon trip no special arrangement planned at none of the accommodations as promised, had to remind & request the hotelier for the same.
-not received any hamper promised.
-food preference not mentioned properly at the special dinners planned, very bad food quality.
-none of the accommodations had a good view. Spoiling the expectations.
-disturbing surrounding in the private pool villa. No privacy.

Having many more of such list of complaints & disappointments faced.

Found bali uni team, appointed for us more co-operative, helpful & welcoming than our own country yatra team & people.

-even after multiple reminders no discount vouchers yet issued as promised by yatra after completing the international trip.

Multiple follow up from agent to take booking amount, which was literary very annoying, & after taking booking amount no response from yatra team. Worst services ever. Since we booked the trip from corporate reference. We highly recommending friends, relatives & on social media never to book any holiday packages with yatra. Also we had experience of getting no benefits even being a premium member with yatra.

Kindly look into the matter asap.

Completely unexpectedly disappointing from a brand like yatra. We expect much more better & competitive services than this.

    I have booked andaman package from yatra.com (Representative-vikas upadhyay & tarush rajak), booking id - yh4012728.
    He to me that complementary activities coral safari and snorkeling will be provided to you but now after full payment they are telling coral safari is impossible, time is too short etc. If it was not possible so why they told me about this activity.

      Today we have booked ticked to and fro to mumbai from delhi. My booking reference number is[protected]. I have selected the correct date i. E. 25th april 2018 departure from delhi and return back on 26th april 2018. I had double check the same and found ok at the time of confirmation for payment, you suddenly when i have received the ticket, it was shocking as it is mentioning 26th may 18 returning from mumbai instead of 26th april.

      I would like to bring to your kind notice that it’s happened with me in past also but i was under impression that may be it is my wrong selection. But this time i was per alert and on every step i was confirming, but in spite of this it has been wrongly shown in my ticket.

      It is clearly shown the melafied invention of your company to make more money for cancellation and rebooking which is totally unethical business practices.

      You are requested to look into this and resolve it immediately.

        We were about eleven people traveling from chandigarh to manali, we are supposed to travel by 10.30 pm on 24th march and the bus arrived at 12 30 pm. Their was not even place given for us the reserved seat, not even seat numbers, asked to get seated wherever place available, to keep our baggage we kept everything on beside the seat, worst experience and frustrated, the people servicing for supreme travels used abusive language on the customers. This is such a shame for a company like yatra to onboard services like this. We would like to know on what action has been taken on this asap or we would raise a consumer complaint. This is atrocious and a very bad experience with supreme travels and as well as yatra. We thought yatra was a promising but broken everything in a single trip.

          I have booked trip to bali from 4 may to 9 may 2018. Sales team person manish has booked it wrongly from 4 april to 9 april. Also i have the mail confirmation of the package from 4 may to 9 may 2018.
          On the top of it, when i am trying to contact yatra team, associates like sonu kumar, pawan, divya chauhan are saying that the server is down & it is happening since last 3 days. How the server is down since last 3 days? Is that a joke from yatra team?
          This is my first time with yatra and such a worst experience. I will surely share this people & strongly ask them to not to book trip with yatra.

            I booked for himachal package from yatra dated 08.03.2018 to 15.03.2018 they alloted a driver from their tie-up cab agency (Harsh rawat).in our policy they told it will be an ac car for which we had paid package of rs.43, 500/- but the driver was not ready to switch-on the ac at all & was arguing with us in the entire trip.in every destinations he suppose to take commissions on our rides which was excluding of our package cost. We also confirmed with one of the guy from manali. He told your driver (Mr. Dinesh singh) / cab no. Dl 1z 3932) taking commission every time whenever he takes customer to our shop. We paid 5000/- total amount when we go to that shop for our snow ride. From that amount also driver took some amount as a commission. & at the time when he drop us at delhi airport on 15th march 2018 he asked upfront for tip of rs. 6000/- from us which we deny to give. The service which yatra provided us was worst. We were not knowing this kind of treatment & arrangements we will get from yatra. Driver suppose to take us according to his decision apart from our details which yatra gave us in our voucher and when we asked driver he said i will take u according to my locations which is know. I want a proper justification on this. We had spent much more money as we were unexpected. I need compensation from yatra for cheating us.

              I booked hotel on 14th march on yatra.com then my plan is change so i cancelled booking, after cancellation process i received mail, in that mail they said "kindly note that the private sector banks may take 2-3 working days and public sector banks may take up to 7 working days to refund the amount in your account." now it's 22nd march, 8 days from cancellation of booking i didn't receive refund. Yatra is worst hotels booking website.

                  This is Yomesh Patel

                  I cancelled my 2 bookings for Haytt Amritsar on the 17 th of January and got an sms confirmation from yatra also
                  Till date it’s above one month I have not received my refund amount
                  I am copying and pasting both the sms I got from yatra & it has both the reference no also

                  I have called mANY TIMEs regarding the same but every time they say that they have did the refund but there’s a problem from my bank as they are not accepting it.
                  This is bull ###.i confirmed with my back and they say they have not rejected any refund back

                  I am tired of calling again and again.

                    I am a regular customer of yatra.com.in past had gone to dubai and singapur.
                    Both trips were nicely planned. This time i booked my trip to europe and had a very bad experience.

                    Id yh 4034260... I had paid advance but after couple of days got information that as tickets are not available trip could not be materialised. I was informed that i will get refund but even after 15 days i had not received refund inspite of so many reminders.

                    With due regards to Yatra.com may I ask some query.

                    I paid advance on 06.03.2018 (YH 4034260) . The very next day got information that as seats are not available the trip could not be finalised.
                    My query is that if tickets were not available why advance was taken? In any case if was taken is it not justified to refund immediately.?
                    Even after lapse of 16 days refund not received. Is it right to deal with regular customers.?

                      I have paid inr 70k for europe trip in month of jan 2018, i have cancell my trip due to family issue (Family member needs to be operated due to medical conditions and same documents is shared to the yatra) and yatra online is not refunding me money. I have initiated cancellation request before 45 days of travel and as per the document and cancellation policy i should get only 30k deducted from my advance amount and i should get 40k refund.

                      They are only giving me inr 10k refund saying that cancellation fees will deduct per person.

                      As per the documentation/emails from yatra they have clearly mention they will only deduct 30k amount before 45 days departure. (Nowere they mentioned in communication that they will deduct booking amount per person)

                      Please help me to get my refund of money.

                      As per yatra cancellation policy, initial amount of 30 K only gets deducted if we cancel the trip before 45 days.

                      As per cancellation document, it is clearly mentioned initial amount INR 30000/- will only deducted before 45 days of departure.

                      No where it is mentioned this amount per person.

                      I already check this many time and same is highlighted in above screenshot. Nowhere is mentioned 30K deduction per person.

                      For your information i have been asked 20K as booking amount for 2 persons and later i have been ask to pay 50K as advance and this is already on email.

                      I already asked to transfer booking/postpone booking but you can not provide that and not even refunding money as per the document.

                      I am only following the document we you have provided hence request you refund the amount.

                      Can you show me where it is written that booking amount will get deducted per person in the document i uploaded in this case and in the email communication.

                      Additionally even 10K was not refunded yet as it was mentioned in your above update.

                        I want to give a very poor feed back to the yarta online. This is for the 2nd time they canceled the booking for the hotel and every time they cannot reach me over phone and they regret by sending an email. My first reference was ref number no.[protected] which was canceled on 13/03/2018 and the 2nd ref no is :[protected] which was canceled 18th march, 2018. And the worst part was there is no cancellation policy as well.
                        I have an important client meeting and at the last moment they just cancel the booking. Please log a complaint against the poor service in yatra so that the customers does not face any inconvenience issue for this.

                          Booking reference: yh3884228

                          Booked honeymoon starting from 10th march.

                          Worst thing is start was hell... Goair flight of 4.05 am was cancelled and no information was provided from yatra.
                          Along with other two couple, all we six persons were forced to wait from 2.00am to next flight, which we afterwards get info from airport authorities and not from yatra, till 6.00 am.
                          Expense of 6 persons for snacks and other around rs. 350 per person i. E, 2100.

                          Afterwards, while coming back, again same issue, no information about flight cancellation.
                          I had booked my corresponding flight from mumbai to vadodara but i can not catch up that,
                          Cancellation charges for that: rs. 10, 500/-

                          Again after leaving air port, we need to find a new mean of transportation to reach vadodara.
                          Cost: rs. 1200/- per person i. E, 7600/-

                          Again same cost of food and which i would have never incurred if found flight of vadodara.
                          Expense of 6 persons for snacks and other around rs. 350 per person i. E, 2100.
                          Plus:
                          Dinner of six persons rs. 2700/-

                          I have wasted my total rs. 25000/- and what we suffered is our bonus.

                          And thats not all.
                          At andaman, our hotel check out time is 8.00 am while our next vehicle, can it be flight or cruse, always starts around 11.00 am.
                          So need to find a place during all this period.

                            I am constantly in touch with yatra.com for my going issue. My booking ref no : yh3985537. Below is my package details, wherein i was suggested by the executive (Mr. Amit kumar) the flower bed decoration to be removed as i was unhappy with the flower type used for decoration (Marigold). However, without any intimation the below highlighted inclusions were remove from the promised package.

                            I have made full payment on 11/03/2018 of rs.28, 500/- as confirmed by (Mr. Himanshu chopra). Due to inconvenience the executive suggested to change the hotel. Based on his suggestion (Mr. Amit kumar) the hotel was changed to "whispering inn". Also, i was promised that all the below inclusion will still be applicable with same package cost i., e rs.28, 500/.

                            In addition, i was also promised that i will be receiving e-voucher worth rs. 1500/-, still i haven't received on my registered email id.

                            If my issue is not resolved, i had asked them to cancel my request and refund the entire money back i., e rs.28, 500/.

                            I am very unhappy with the services and false commitments made by the yatra.com's team.

                            We were waiting for a call or an email with positive resolution, however there was no response from the #yatra.com team.

                            As per the given package we are suppose to travel on 26/03/2018. There is too much of delay and mishandling from #yatra.com with regards to my complaint.

                            After writing so many emails and calls still #yatra.com is not taking any serious action.

                            I have written to the below teams:

                            @cancellation team: please cancel the package if the issue is not resolved, as requested by me and refund the entire amount which is rs. 28, 500/-. I will be cancelling this package only because the way my compliant is handled by yatra.com team.

                            @[protected]@yatra.com: please look into this case and give feedback to your executive, that no false promises to be made and lose the customer's trust.

                            Hi Consumer Complaints Team, After multiple To and Fro emails/Calls to Yatra.com, the issues and concerns were completely not resolved. There were many issues and obstacles that I faced when I was on trip with my Husband. But I am really happy that your team took initiatives, and I received call from Mr. Rohan Bhatnagar (8402832979) with regards to the compensation for the ill treatment that I got from Yatra.com. Mr. Bhatnagar was very kind on call and informed me and my husband about the complaints that are being received for Yatra.com. He provided us with the instructions to claim the compensation money from ICICI ATM. Once again thank you and I hope that Yatra.com improves with their services. Regards, Pranali

                              Hi sir/madam,

                              I have never seen such a worst customer service provide to customer. I have called 4-5 times first they make you wait saying sir we will be back in 2min with information but they take more then 10 min or disconnect your call and when you can next time again process start from beginning and now when i opted out for chat service because i m fed up with call, here also in middle of chat the person goes offline. Why do you keep such customer support? I am done with yatra and i usually do all bookings for all my employee company trips from your site but now i am not going to use your site. Enough is enough.

                                Payment for package done well in advance, but when the holiday started nothing was booked or paid to the hotels or service providers. Customer suffered with full family in a location without proper bookings, guidance and arrangements that too for a package which was confirmed and payment done fully well in advance more than 3 months.
                                Travel walk is an agent from yatra supposed to manage the holiday has done nothing from their end and asked customer to pay cash every places during check out which was on top of the already paid package amount.

                                I requested to refund the amount payed by me which is additional to the package amount due to nonpayment of booking amount at hotel, ferry etc by the travel walk.
                                Apart from the above mentioned refund i requested compensation from the package because i didn’t received any type of local tour or transport facilities which is included in the package itinerary from travel walk.

                                I requested yatra to consider this with due responsibility and initiate the refund as soon, but no response regarding the refund or compensation of package amount.

                                I lost complete amount of the package rs 48000, additional rs 20352, my leaves, spoiled entire holiday full in tension and stress...

                                My holiday was total failure due to reason that travel walk couldn’t given any booking at all, no local tour, no hotel payment done, ferry not booked. Even yatra not shown any responsibility for customer services and grievances... Full package amount was paid by me well in advance of 3 months but due to seller i had to pay for everything.

                                      We had a terrible experience with accommodation at gangtok - at hotel alaya. We had specifically requested a room with 3 cots, but were given a small room and no extra cot the first night. After contacting the hotel and our travel agent, we were given a tiny couch the second night. Also the hotel was of poor quality - single light, defective flush.

                                        We regret the inconvenience cause to you. As per our records refund of INR 706.00 has been processed from our end as due to some technical issue on bank gateway booking was failed. Refund has been processed from our end on 7th March 2018. If payment has been made from a private bank, it will reflect in the same account within 2 to 3 working days and if payment has been made from public sector bank, it will take up to 7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account.
