From 23rd may i have complained that there is a problem and network not available. My family have called the call center many times i think they have spend more than 1000rs on my calls only. Every-time a new ticket is registered. Are customers looking like fools.

It has been 7 days since act broadband has taken a cheque for 9653/- for a new connection. So far, not a second of internet has been available. Taking monies in advance and not providing the service that the payment has been made amounts to fraud and cheating under section 420. Intermittent frequent disconnections

ACT executives have checked the feasibility twice in my locality and taken my documents and after the 2 weeks they initiate a refund process of the money taken.
1st request is refunded after 10 days.
now, 2nd refund in progress.
they assure to get the connection in 1 week and will not turn up and customer care will not receive calls.."Always busy"

I think they are expecting money off...

Network not working

Beam internet not working. We have given a complain 9 days back. As per TAT has to be addressed within 24 hrs. Spoke to Shiva Prasad but no use. Kaartik varma supervisor but no use.
