Hi all,

I have registered a complain on monday regarding connectivity issue with ticket number [protected], it has been more than 60 hours now and i have not received any solution or update on it.

This is the same communication i have been receiving from the executives "sir, issue will be resolved in next 24 hours". None of them has escalated or prioritized this issue, none of them has arranged for a call back or any update.

If you are not capable of providing service, please refund my amount immediately and i will inform the same to all members in my offices so that they are not caught in your pathetic services web and do not have to face the same, i hope at-least this will be done in next 24 hours.

"beam/act company think we are the market leaders but you people need to improve services for fast resolution to customer"

    I was very thrilled about getting act network, owing to its repute. However i am thoroughly disappointed. Act collect money for installation and the plan in advance. I had paid for the plan for one month consumption and installation charges on july 21. I was told i will get in the connection in a day. Worse i way also told that installation can happen on a sunday.

    However, it is now 6 days and there is a confusion on junction box installation.

    I am disgusted and amused with the service standards, and wonder does act actually deserve such a reputation.

      Hi this is sunil requested for new connection on 19/07/2016 and paid for 1685 on the same day and till today they have done nothing for that request and the agent is not even answering the calls if make any call to him.
      This is his contact no;[protected] and after paying the bill i got conformation from the no [protected].
      By tomorrow 12 pm if i didn't my connection done otherwise call the request and refund the amount which we paid i;e 1785 to that agent.
      customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      I have issue with FUP. It expires by 15 every month. I get it topped up but it exhausts in 4 to 5 days. I installed the meter in the router which saysi used 37 gg but accordint o act i have used 70 gb. WTF. please get back asap

        I'm back for the 3rd consecutive day to say that again my act internet services is not working.
        I'm running short of words to describe the service you provide for a new customer.

        Still i have no choice because i have paid 1299 advance for this crap service.

        Kindly help if possible by fixing for a long term.

          I am siddhath and i am a beam telecom customer.. I am very disappointed with beam telecom. Since past 2 weeks i am getting frequent disturbances in the internet connection and also i have made repeated complaints and the standard answer i get is "it will be done within 24 hours". I am severely unhappy and this caused a lot of inconvenience to my academic and professional commitments. I will be forced not to renew my beam connection and go to consumer court for lack of responce and redressal of customer grivance. I await your response. Thank you

              Hi,
              My internet goes off when there is wind and little rain. account no:[protected]. i have raised multiple tickets - [protected], [protected] and [protected] this month. all tickets are closed saying trouble is resolved. no one is calling me to check and i strongly believe technicians are either not coming or have no clue where the trouble is. i have asked for credits no one called back as promised. entire last night there was no internet as it was raining again. last and this whole month there were lot of disconnections. what is the point o[censored]sing internet if it doesn't work when it rains? very disappointed with service.
              Is there someone who can take care of this problem? or shall i switch to hathway as i am constantly getting messages from them with the offer of 40mbps with 100gb for same price.

              Not to forget pathetic customer service line which is always busy.

              Got a call today. They have opened new ticket and closed it again. Today it rained and i lost connection again. What is the purpose of opening ticket? To resolve customer's issue or to close it. Why they aren't calling before closing the ticket. Just let me know if you can't give me good service i will switch to HATHWAY. Lost the trust now after this incidence. Disgusting. Shows how you treat customers though we raise complaint here.

                Hi, i have raised a complaint with beam telecom 2 days back stating that internet link is down at my place, they have raised a tkt with high priority and told me that it will be resolved in 24hrs but its not resolved, when i called them again after 24 hrs they say it will take another 24 hrs to resolve the issue, because of this i am loosing my work and beam is so pathetic that they don't even give a update to the customer about the status of the ticket as every time customer need to follow up with them. I request to resolve this issue asap as i am loosing my work including my pay because of this issue.

                  We at eminence technologies provide services to australia. Please note our services. Website designing, online marketing, web development, e-commerce, web hosting, software development etc, for all the services which we make, we need internet, however act has not provided the service even after calling 5 to 6 and not responded to our phone calls also. We had raised a complaint early morning 8 am till now the issue is not resolved. Please not the ticket number. We lost the business of aud $2780.00 also note all my employees are sitting idle because of no internet. Kindly help us i getting the compensation for the loss and not providing us the proper service.

                    Venkat, phone number [protected] is the act contact who installed this connection.
                    I paid rs1701 by debit card for one-month internet package. He then told me that if i pay for 6 months i would get the router free along with 6 months of internet. So i topped up the payment with a cheque of rs 5505 to pay for the remaining 5 months.
                    However, my connection is not registered as 6 months but as one - month package plus payment for router.
                    The company then installed a high end router worth rs 4500 and not the regular router which is cheaper. They deducted rs 4500 from my payment and used it for the router and not for the internet package. I was not informed about this till last month.
                    Because of this error in registration i have been billed from the second month, penalties for late payment and frequent suspension of the internet connection. I have been trying to resolve this issue for the past two months however venkat and customer care have done nothing.

                      I have been subscribing to act fibernet for the last 5 years. Of late, i am facing a serious issue for the last two days with respect to my connection. Somebody is doing some mischief at the box that is installed at our opposite residence. The box consists of a network switch.
                      The incoming ports are more than the number of ports available at the switch. So they are removing my cable from the switch and inserting the other one. For that reason, i am not getting internet connection as my cable was intentonally removed though
                      I paid the bill for the next 6 months cycle in full payment.
                      This is a serious mischief done by the executive or concerned authorities from act fibernet. I got phone call concerned authorities

                        From last 6 years i am using act fibre net connection, 3 years back i shifted address: mallikarjuna nagar, sai krupa kokkula, 18-449, malkajgiri. while shifting they charged for rs. 350/-.
                        Without my/appt association permission they kept power box on my terrace. recently i noticed that power box, so appt association asking me to pay the power bill for last 3 years.
                        Regarding this i raised request to act many times through mail and phone. from past 3 months they didn't respond properly withreference i am attaching snapshot of mail communication,

                          I need immediate action regarding the above ticket.

                          I am not receiving internet since 10 days. Made so many complaints still no action as been taken.
                          I don't know what the other guys doing. They are such full of. Throw them into the garbage and hire the active personalities. Very worst service that am facing with you people. If it is not possible to solve the problem then terminate the connection. I don't mind in getting the other new operator. No one is responsible. I already took this action to consumer complaints. The result is null.

                              I registered a complaint 3 weeks ago and no action taken on that. On the top of that customer care number [protected] always coming busy.

                              Somehow i got success and customer care picked the call and at that time too they said they will look into the issue and no regret and registered a new ticket number

                                  Requested for act fibernet new connection on 26/6/2016. Now 15 days are over but internet connection is not started till now. I have called more 10 times to

                                  Act customer care. Twice act customer care raised complain and told within 24 hours they will respond. But they never respond. Every time i call act customer

                                  Care, they respond the same. They are not even telling what is the problem with my application.

                                  I have spent more then 100 rs just in talking act customer care. Event the agent who had took my application is not picking the call. Already wiring is done

                                    Hello team,

                                    This complaint is regarding act fibernet broadband connection.

                                    We have been raised several complaints with the act team for slow internet and frequent disconnections also for usage data lose within short period of time.

                                    Though there is no appropriate response from act team for these complaints.

                                    I have tried to reach act team on their customer care number (+[protected] but always have a busy tone and it never connects to a executive.

                                    I don't see a escalation matrix from act team, which is very important to a customer to contact.

                                    Kindly help me to fix this issue.
