After loosing all hopes of getting 'service', from their 'serviceless desk', i am sharing my pathetic experience here.

My net got disconnected on saturday morning. (july 9th). i called to their customer care, and raised a complaint on that day afternoon (complaint id: [protected]). i have to do some office weekend release activities, and for that net connection is terribly important for me. i explained the same to the service care executive (her name mounika), and asked her to raise the ticket with highest priority. she assured me that the ticket will be resolved with in 24 hours.
I again called on that same day evening and requested to expedite the resolution, due to my desperate situation. it was a guy this time (name forgot). he also assured that, it already got assigned to a technisian, and will be resolved soon.
Day 2, sunday:
Still no connection. i again called to helpdesk. this time it was another guy - sameer. he spoke as if, he is ceo of this company, and he is not at all bothered about loosing customers. he arrogantly told that, there is some maintenance activity in whole hyderabad, and no one is getting internet. when i asked why it was not informed to me on saturday itself, then he tried to tell some other kaka burra stories. finally he said that, he is escalating the ticket, for early resolution.
Day 3, monday.
Still nothing happened. no net, not received even a single call from anyone. i again called to helpdesk, this time it was another guy - venkatesh. after repeating the same story, to my utter shock, he finally said, he is going to escalate the ticket for early resolution. that means, the yesterday's guy (sameer) didn't escalate even after so much persuasion.
Day 4. tuesday
Still no net. not received any call.
I had to apply for 'loss of pay leave' for not-performing the office activities, for the last 2 days.
These guys are shameless, with absolutely zero concern for customer requirements and customer sensibilities.
Pls some one take strict action against these cheaters. i am even thinking about going to consumer court. pls give some pointers regarding the same.
