Hi act team,
I raised a complaint on saturday night, ticket no. [protected]. Till now nobody called me.
Such a irresponsible worst server i can not find in this planet. Do you people don't feel shame to claim we will address in 24 hours in customer care call voice advertisement. To call your customer care i need to waste at least 10-20 minutes, because it is a luck for me to reach you guys.
This is not the first time, i raised a complaint almost 5-6 times in last 2-3 months. It is regularly i am getting the issues once in a 2 weeks. You guys as usual you show your irresponsibility. It will take at least 2-3 days to resolve the issue.
Taking the connection in act it is like loosing the peace.
I am not getting words to blame you guys. I am paying money for your service and calling and i need to waste my time to get your worst service in the planet. May be government companies are better. Every time you guys says i will not get issue again, but regularly i am getting the issues without any interrupt.
Please do your duty, i am not paying money to your company for your shameless service. I think i should not mention please, that is your responsibility, but you guys worse than government employees, so i need to use please.
I am feeling shame to go with worst thing in the planet.
