I have been giving complaint from past 2 weeks but there is no rply.. What kind of cable service r u giving, there is no proper connection i have given the complain may times to service provider but they didi no react. We r not even satisfied with this. If it keeps on going like this then we have to change or connection. Sry to say this.. Still now the cable isnt working v arent seening tv from past 2 weeks. So v request u to luk forward and clear this. If not then plz say us that u cannot

I have chosen u r net service because I thought it will be good but I was disappointed with u r installation service I had paid up the money, and the technical team kept the wire and they left but after I connected u r beam to my laptop then the login page does not load I was very disappointed with u r act fiber service

    I have been using act fibernet service almost a year without any problems, but in recent months my fup is draining so fast. Even now my fup ran out of limit. I'm 100% sure there is no chance i could used this much in this short period. 'that too this month i didn't do much downloads, i'm 100% sure my wifi password secure as well. I have checked my fub yesterday it showed my 5gb remaining, then i went to office and came back, now it is showing 100 % completed, i'm sure i can't use 5gb data in one day without downloading. It is definitely a problem from act. I'm not going pay for some service which i'm not using.

    Worst reply. They dont seems to understand the problem. Just before ACT called and informed that all Datas are used by me only. Worst customer service. I just enabled the data statistic on my Router. I will prove them next month.

      I have requested for an ACT broadband service new installation. They have collected the money from me and agreed that the installation will be done in a weeks time.

      Till now no one have turned up to give the connection.

      No use in complaining to customer Care as well.

      Pathetic People and Pathetic service, Requested for returning the money back.

        I am associated with act for over 6 months now and my account id is[protected] and the complaint id that i have raised with their team on 27th july regarding over usage of data being recording despite of me not being able to use it and the team said their sla is 24 hours, but they haven't contacted me since and when yet again i faced the same issue the next month and when i called the team and informed the same, they told me to raise another complaint since the previous complaint even if not resolved was old and was last month's which would be considered as obsolete. After this, i have called them many times to check the status and they kept telling that this would be resolved in 24 hours and that the technical team would call me back but that never happened, when asked about the escalation of the issue, the team showed a blunt face and informed that they could do nothing else other than to ask me for 24 hours of time and to add to this, they don't even want to listen to our concerns and slam the phone on us and say that even if i continue explaining, it's only a waste of my mobile bill and that there wouldn't be anyother solution.

          Hello, our internet is not working from past 4 days. We have called customer care around 20 times and everytime we were being told that a technician will be sent within 2 hours but no use. Finally technician came today afternoon and told that he will come in the evening but in the noon itself he updated the status of ticket as resolved however he also knew that its not working. In the evening after calling him several times he picked up the call and said he is working on it. And without fixing the issue or updating us he left and swiched off his phone. Very disappointed with the type of support act fibernet is providing. Despite all the complaints and waiting fr so long internet still does not work. Extremely poor support.

            Hi,

            I came to know that act is installing fibernet in our apartment – jains sudarsana, rajakilpakkam, chennai – 73, and immediately i booked the connection. The sales guy (Mr. Raja[protected] came to my house on 22nd june 2016 and i paid the money for one month and for installation, which was around 1900 inr. Till date, the installation is not yet done at my house even upon repeated follow ups with the sales person. Raja gave me one more contact person – mr. Roopak[protected] and i did follow up with him as well. Whenever i call him, he says it will be done today/tomorrow, but till date the installation is not yet done, nor my amount is refunded. Raja is such a worst sales guy who doesn’t even bother to call me back and inform the update, even after repeated calls from my side. Once money collected from customer, he is gone.

            I am really fed up with the kind of service act is offering. I want this incident to be escalated to the highest level, so that prompt action is taken. At this point, i don’t even want the connection/installation to be done, but cancel it and refund my money.

              i have submitted a complaint on act portal customer care on 9th august 2016. They have not given me any feed back on my complaint. I just want to tell you that i dont have any trust in your company anymore .Because the data usage that you people mentioned on my account is incorrect .Today is 12th of august and you people mentioned that i have used 28 gb .But i am damn sure that i haven't used thats much data.On top of that once you calculate the data usage which i can assess on my act portal homepage is showing only near about 8 gb. I think u have to employee someone who is good in mathematics .

              I am facing issue of net connection from two days. I have received message that it will be solved within two hours till now not resolved. Even nobody called me so far regarding issue. This is the waste network I have seen . local network is better than this.

                Hi, i got act connection transferred on aug 2nd (account no[protected]. it started working from aug 3rd.
                But for the last 4 days the router is not working. it took 2 days for me to able to connenct with a customer care representative as the customer care no[protected] and nodal officer no[protected] both are always busy. i just do not understand how can a customer care no be busy.

                Somehow i was able to register complaint 2 days ago. till not no one has contacted me. and i have not been able to connect with the customer care for more than 10-15 hrs now.


                Can someone please fix this issue asap.

                  Act, I have been calling u since morning but the line is always busy. Why don't u have a dedicated number for customer service.                   I have paid for 6months prepaid for broadband. However, from past 6days no internet and I have follow-up call but still no response from the company.                     I am not receiving internet since 5 days. Repeated issues.

                    The problem not yet solved please look into this and make sure to solve the issue by today evening.

                    Called so many times to customer care and also escalation department people. No action is taken so far.

                    As am currently working remotely. I need to attend the client call today, which is a very important thing. If i missed this, am going to take very very serious action towards the entire act fiber net. The bloody account people are working or sleeping in the office? What the hell you people are doing? Why are you so careless?

                      Hi act team,
                      I raised a complaint on saturday night, ticket no. [protected]. Till now nobody called me.
                      Such a irresponsible worst server i can not find in this planet. Do you people don't feel shame to claim we will address in 24 hours in customer care call voice advertisement. To call your customer care i need to waste at least 10-20 minutes, because it is a luck for me to reach you guys.
                      This is not the first time, i raised a complaint almost 5-6 times in last 2-3 months. It is regularly i am getting the issues once in a 2 weeks. You guys as usual you show your irresponsibility. It will take at least 2-3 days to resolve the issue.
                      Taking the connection in act it is like loosing the peace.
                      I am not getting words to blame you guys. I am paying money for your service and calling and i need to waste my time to get your worst service in the planet. May be government companies are better. Every time you guys says i will not get issue again, but regularly i am getting the issues without any interrupt.
                      Please do your duty, i am not paying money to your company for your shameless service. I think i should not mention please, that is your responsibility, but you guys worse than government employees, so i need to use please.
                      I am feeling shame to go with worst thing in the planet.

                            My name is n. Venkateswara rao. One year back i have used act fiber net without any problem in chinthal. Due to my some personal reasons i have shifted to new house in chinthal and contact act fiber net customer care for shifting the connection to my new house. After calling several times one executive come and take the money and he went without connecting broadband to my system.

                            Again i call several times to act fiber net customer care and exist executive also. But there is no response. Recently i have received invoice for month of august-2016. Is it possible to generate invoice without broadand connection. It is very ridiculous.

                            Please help me to get solution in this matter.

                              Act in vijayawada responds exremely slow to businesses. It has been 2 days sinvce the complaint and 2 days o[censored]nbilling and atleast 10'calls to them... Problem is still fixed. This seems to be a pattern of repeated connecticity issues and no permanent soultion has been derived. Ao both... Reaponse time and permanent solution seem to be issues they arent able to resolve.

                                I'm putting forward this complaint here after waiting for months, in hope that some day ACTcorp will stop their fraudulent FUP practices. Its been more than 4 months that my FUP limit of 50 GB is been capped way before its due date. I have thoroughly checked my usage. There is no way i can use up 50 GB of data in just a matter of 15 - 20 days!!

                                My internet was really slow since 3 days. Complaint ticket number # [protected]. Just today i had checked the FUP limit used was 15GB in the afternoon. Around 1 o clock. When i checked again at around 3 o clock, the usage shows 17GB. How is it that i've used 2 gb of data in the matter of 2 hours when my computer was not even on? And inspite of my internet bieng so slow for the past 3 days!! Unbelievable.

                                Their customer executives have no clue what they are talking about. They tell me that someone in my apartment might be hacking my connection and using it. I change my passwords often. I would really appreciate if they didnt portray a good image and secretly rob their customers. They increase the FUP limits and speeds of the connection without even informing. Then show manipulated usage numbers! I'm not the only one who's going through this. My cousins are facing the same.

                                Now this is getting frustrating after paying for a package of 6 months. I'll soon register an FIR, if that can help.

                                  My laptop adapter and lan port are burnt due to high power fluctuation in act fibernet. I am using act for the past 4 years and only now i faced this issue. I want high speed internet but not at the expense of repairing my laptop. Act should take measures to take care of power fluctuations in their fibernet. Otherwise, soon customers will switch to other internet providers. I stay in ombr layout.

                                    Hi, i have raised multiple complains that internet is working.
                                    From the month of june - july, most of the time there was no internet connectivity. Technical guy will say, there is a problem in fiber or a problem in box, which is fixed now, but actually after 2-3 days issue will show up again.
                                    I talked to customer care multiple times, each time they mentioned that they will provide the permanent resolution.
                                    But still i am facing this issue.

                                    When i called customer care that i need wave off on the days i haven't used, they mentioned that only 1 day (In a month) i haven't used the internet, inspite of the fact, internet was not working for more than 10 days for a month.

                                      From the last 1 week, you guys are disconnecting the internet in the middle of the night and i do night shift and doing complete payment every month on time and why are you guys disconnecting it everyday in the night ??? I do night shift and work from home and am not able to work properly.This has been happening continuously from the last one week.FIX THIS ISSUE ASAP!!

                                        I paid for 6 months altogether, now i have changed my address and act doed not have coverage to new address. I have completed 4.5 months, and they need to return the billing amount for 1.5 months which is rs 1800, but they are not paying me that. I have called so many times, on call they are saying refund team will call you and you will get your due amount back, but they are just closing the ticket next without intimating me.

                                        I have only 1 contact number, that is working fine. All the incoming calls are getting connected. You can call me before 12 pm.
