Hi,
I came to know that act is installing fibernet in our apartment – jains sudarsana, rajakilpakkam, chennai – 73, and immediately i booked the connection. The sales guy (Mr. Raja[protected] came to my house on 22nd june 2016 and i paid the money for one month and for installation, which was around 1900 inr. Till date, the installation is not yet done at my house even upon repeated follow ups with the sales person. Raja gave me one more contact person – mr. Roopak[protected] and i did follow up with him as well. Whenever i call him, he says it will be done today/tomorrow, but till date the installation is not yet done, nor my amount is refunded. Raja is such a worst sales guy who doesn’t even bother to call me back and inform the update, even after repeated calls from my side. Once money collected from customer, he is gone.
I am really fed up with the kind of service act is offering. I want this incident to be escalated to the highest level, so that prompt action is taken. At this point, i don’t even want the connection/installation to be done, but cancel it and refund my money.
