My account is on the name of geetanjli ahuja, i have used internet braodband service from act fibre net in bangalore for over a year, due to frequent issue i requested them to get the connection permanently disconnected on june 14th 2016.
While requested for a disconnection i spoke to the representative in customer service about the payment that i made in advance, i was told it will get billed on pro-data basis, the payment will be refunded after the full & final will generate,

My no was not disconnected but i stopped using the service on july 06th 2016 because of poor services frequent disconnections & delay in solution to the complaints. I intimated the same to customer service and was assured that they will refund the money and will calculate till my last login.
I have been following up to get the pro data bill for the month of july but, i keep getting a full amount bill i am attaching the snap shot for all.
I raised complaints which remained unresolved for 1 month, forcing me to give frequent calls to customer care and they told me later that the bill was 105 rupees but they wont refund the money as its not their policy.
I was made false commitments and promises, i am frustrated by the service provider to the core.
I need your help in resolving this issue to get my advance money paid to the act service provider for which i did not use the services.
Today as well i do not have a correct bill for the month of july which i have not users port july 6th 2016, i keep getting a bill for the whole month,

customer care guys put you on hold for 10 minutes(chargeable call) with no proper action plan or resolution. No technical call guy has come to resolve the issue.
