I paid rs1701 by debit card for one-month internet package. He then told me that if i pay for 6 months i would get the router free along with 6 months of internet. So i topped up the payment with a cheque of rs 5505 to pay for the remaining 5 months.
However, my connection is not registered as 6 months but as one - month package plus payment...

From last 6 years i am using act fibre net connection, 3 years back i shifted address: mallikarjuna nagar, sai krupa kokkula, 18-449, malkajgiri. while shifting they charged for rs. 350/-.
Without my/appt association permission they kept power box on my terrace. recently i noticed that power box, so appt association asking me to pay the power bill for last 3 years.

I have just started using act broadband for just 3 days and my usage shoots to 14gb within no time.In this period i hardly used youtube streaming or movie downloading but still my usage is shooting like a rocket speed and if this continue i have to switch to another provide soon. Please correct your live usage monitoring tool else you will loose many clients.

I registered a complaint 3 weeks ago and no action taken on that. On the top of that customer care number [protected] always coming busy.

Kindly look into the matter, i have us clients, and have important meetings but because your act fibernet i am not able to wok only, half of times your net does not work only. last time i raised a complaint it got resolved after 6 days. this time kindly take up the issue seriously or else i file complaint in consumer forum.

Act customer care. Twice act customer care raised complain and told within 24 hours they will respond. But they never respond. Every time i call act customer

Act internet connection down in munuswamy salai, k. k. nagar, chennai-78 for last 3 days. customer service representative change for every call but response is same. "failure in your area, will fix soon." even nodal managers gives same response. noone returns calls as to the issue.

Wat service u are providing for account number...[protected]... You have the staff in place to monitor monthly payment. Better employ people to monitor service status of your customer to provide so called "hassle free services".. Dont make lure of lucrative business on our money... As u have failed to provide the service... Credit the amount to the account.. Keep ur system transparent... Do u have process and procedure in place...

Till 7th july 2016 (Which is beyond sla of 7 days), nobody contacted me.
I had contacted act customer care multiple times and got the response that feasibility is done and very soon you will get a call from act to collect the address proof related documents.
On 8th july 2016, act representative came and collected the address proof and...
