Every time this people are sending hidden charges last month they sent billing with 2500 rs for one month rental and i raised a concern with [protected] after few day i called and spoke with them, they accepted and said just pay the one month bill and i paid it for the month of july 2016 but again this month just today i got bill with 2500 rs i dont know why this people are fraud in this bill again i raised a concern with [protected] till now no boday called will see how they will respond.

I can say this is fault and fraud billing.

    I have recently moved to nellore, ap. I wanted a broadband connection, so i approached the above firm. They had promptly sent their sales rep to meet me, on the 22nd of august, when he collected the required fees. I received a verification call from actcorp on the 25th and i was told my connection would be installed the same day.

    I waited for 3 days and called the sales rep to enquire why my connection hadn't been installed. Then i found that the guy went on leave without processing my connection 4 days before. When i berated him for being irresponsible and threatened to complain, he then got the processing done. I finally got a payment received message on the 28th, 6 days after i actually paid the money.

    When i contacted customer care, they said that my installation would be done within 72 hrs from then. That time has passed and installation is yet to be done. I have been contacting customer care daily but they don't provide any proper response. They don't bother to properly listen, and simply give generic responses like we have forwarded the issue to concerned person one person even hung up the phone midway of a conversation when i asked for a timeframe.

    These guys don't have a system for complaining for poor service. This is highly unprofessional. Once they collected to fee for the service, they do it at their convenience. The only point of contact is customer care. I am stuck in a dead end.

    I have called the customer care today. A lady answered the call and told me clearly that installation takes place as per ' Feasibility', whatever that means, and in no case before 5-6 days. After some pestering from my side, she made some enquires and informed me that the junction box had been installed many days ago but they couldn't secure the power supply required to run it and told me if I could arrange for the same, installation will be done immedeatly.

    I was put off by this lack of professionalism. First, securing power is their responsibility and part of their job. Second, when they encountered problem in installation, they should have informed me. Instead, they have just chosen to sit tight. I have been calling customer care for the last week twice everyday and nobody informed me of this issue. Don't know if it is incompetence or indifference on their part

    Called the customer care today again. A lady by the name Monica has answered the call. She said connection can be provided only if I allow their junction box to be installed at my apartment and no refund will be provided if I don't.

    When I protested saying that Act had failed to provide me connection and kept quiet for 12 days, she asked me if i was EDUCATED. Their form clearly has a no refund rule. Therefore I won't be refunded any amount. I now have to talk to the Apartment in-charge, get permission for ACT to install Junction box and get my connection or else forfeit Rs 1245.

    Actcorp has mailed me an invoice yesterday for 'Installation', which has never happened. This is clearly a lame attempt at countering any claim for refund in the event they couldn't provide the condition.

    Their terms and conditions state that refund will be made only if connection can't be provided due to non feasibility.

      I have FUP limit of 100GB. It is finished just in 20 days. I thought we have used data. I got another 40 GB quota after resetting FUP.
      Again 40 GB finished just in 8 days. It has been happening for many months. But I thought we were really using the data. But this month we have used very less data but still we have finished 140 GB. In the beginning everything was fine. But day by day it is become worst. ACT Broadband losing their loyal customers.

        The inbound wire has been cut for 3 weeks now so i have not internet. Everytime i talk to a customer service i get strange reasons for not fixing this
        1. Corporation has not provided permission (For what??)
        2. Port from which your wire is connected has issues
        3. There are server issues in your area
        4. Technical service will get back to you
        5. Best of all "we do not know when the issue will be resolved"

        My neighbors have the same act connection, it is just a matter of replacing the wire!!!

        I have no way of escalating the issue as i have sent emails to

        2. Appellate - priya narayan/suresh babu - appellate. [protected]@actcorp.in
        There is simply no response from the above guys, i think it goes to a email box which no one reads.

        I had paid 1 year charges as payment (My mistake) else would have terminated the connection 1 week back.
        I am in suburb of chennai and my biggest mistake was to abandon bsnl and go for act.

        I have not received any phone call or update on the above
        I have been complaining of the ACT modem issue for the past 1 week. No responses nor any action taken to replace my router. Answer given is my router does not support my current internet plan. Is it my fault that I purchased a better plan or that I took an ACT connection. No call backs arranged from supervisors or team leads.

          My internet has not been working for almost a day now and i complained to act customer care and one service personnel came home and looked at the issue. I informed him and showed him that the cable was cut by someone and needed replacement. He did not inform anything and left the spot immediately. Till now no person or any information from act regarding the issue. Very poor service and no proper replies. Every time you call customer care they say 24hrs to resolve the issue. Please man up and provide proper customer service or dont give connections.

              Act ischeating me on data consumption. Have a plan with 125GB data limit and have noticed that my limit is getting exhausted by end of third week in every month. Got suspicious and installed Data usagae monitoring on all my devices and found the consumption was only half of what act was saying. Tried raising a complaint a couple of times and they promised call back and apologized for inconvenience but no one called and they continued to cheat month after month.

              But this month they have reached a new level for cheating customers. I was travelling abroad with my family for almost 15 days and when I returned i was shocked to see 126 GB was consumed when I have switched off my Wifi router for entire 15 days when i was travelling.

              When I called the Customer center today they had the audacity to suggest i had been careless and had shared my Wifi password with someone and they must have used it when I was travelling.

              Despite telling them today I will be raising a consumer complaint their response was not satisfying. Their executives didnt even have the courtesy to listen me completely and they disconnected the call while I was speaking.

              Even after 6-7 months of being cheated continuously they are not putting me in touch with the right people.

                My account is on the name of geetanjli ahuja, i have used internet braodband service from act fibre net in bangalore for over a year, due to frequent issue i requested them to get the connection permanently disconnected on june 14th 2016.

                While requested for a disconnection i spoke to the representative in customer service about the payment that i made in advance, i was told it will get billed on pro-data basis, the payment will be refunded after the full & final will generate,

                My no was not disconnected but i stopped using the service on july 06th 2016 because of poor services frequent disconnections & delay in solution to the complaints. I intimated the same to customer service and was assured that they will refund the money and will calculate till my last login.

                I have been following up to get the pro data bill for the month of july but, i keep getting a full amount bill i am attaching the snap shot for all.

                I raised complaints which remained unresolved for 1 month, forcing me to give frequent calls to customer care and they told me later that the bill was 105 rupees but they wont refund the money as its not their policy.

                I was made false commitments and promises, i am frustrated by the service provider to the core.

                I need your help in resolving this issue to get my advance money paid to the act service provider for which i did not use the services.

                Today as well i do not have a correct bill for the month of july which i have not users port july 6th 2016, i keep getting a bill for the whole month,

                  Hi,

                  I took a new connection on 4th june 2016. Your agent faruk whose mobile number is [protected], came for collecting the money. I took 6 month plan with payment of rs. 2720. As he told that he will do affidavit on stamp paper by himself so i have given extra rs 100 to him on the same day. I have given my complete address with house number, area and land mark with pin code. The complete address which i have given for my account, which he mentioned in my bill and also noted in his diary. My connection got activated after 2 days.


                  After 5 days i have some connection issue so i called to customer care. Your technical person did not find my address as my address was only plot number 90 in your record. That whole day i wasted for guiding your technical agent to reach my address. Again after 10 days, i got same issue "connection problem" so again i have given complain. Again same issue i was facing with communicating with your technical person. As i don't know telugu, so while i tried to tell my correct address in hindi or english, they could not understood my language. So after 2 days some how i got resolved my issues.


                  So when i cross checked with my account address, it was only plot no: 90. So i tried to put my correct address from my account login page but its not happened. So i requested to put my correct address. I talked with your customer care executive, he took a request for adding full details. I clearly metioned that i am not shifting so don't take as shifting request. As your senior exective has told me as they are not going to charge me any shifting charge. This wrong address was entered due to careless person faruk who came for collecting the bill.


                  I called several times to the customer care but there is no proper response from telecallers. One person came to verify my address then after my full adress was entered in my account.in july month i got a bill of rs 345 as shifting charges. After that i called to your customer care so many times with explaining all the whole stories. But till date the request has not been addressed by the company even after making repeated calls to the customer care.

                  I never tolerate with such mistakes handled by some careless persons. I have sent mail to appellate officer and nodal officer but i didn't get any response from them.

                  I believe consumer complaint should be take care of this issue.

                      I have chosen u r net service because I thought it will be good but I was disappointed with u r installation service I had paid up the money, and the technical team kept the wire and they left but after I connected u r beam to my laptop then the login page does not load I was very disappointed with u r act fiber service

                        I have been using act fibernet service almost a year without any problems, but in recent months my fup is draining so fast. Even now my fup ran out of limit. I'm 100% sure there is no chance i could used this much in this short period. 'that too this month i didn't do much downloads, i'm 100% sure my wifi password secure as well. I have checked my fub yesterday it showed my 5gb remaining, then i went to office and came back, now it is showing 100 % completed, i'm sure i can't use 5gb data in one day without downloading. It is definitely a problem from act. I'm not going pay for some service which i'm not using.

                        Worst reply. They dont seems to understand the problem. Just before ACT called and informed that all Datas are used by me only. Worst customer service. I just enabled the data statistic on my Router. I will prove them next month.

                          I have requested for an ACT broadband service new installation. They have collected the money from me and agreed that the installation will be done in a weeks time.

                          Till now no one have turned up to give the connection.

                          No use in complaining to customer Care as well.

                            I am associated with act for over 6 months now and my account id is[protected] and the complaint id that i have raised with their team on 27th july regarding over usage of data being recording despite of me not being able to use it and the team said their sla is 24 hours, but they haven't contacted me since and when yet again i faced the same issue the next month and when i called the team and informed the same, they told me to raise another complaint since the previous complaint even if not resolved was old and was last month's which would be considered as obsolete. After this, i have called them many times to check the status and they kept telling that this would be resolved in 24 hours and that the technical team would call me back but that never happened, when asked about the escalation of the issue, the team showed a blunt face and informed that they could do nothing else other than to ask me for 24 hours of time and to add to this, they don't even want to listen to our concerns and slam the phone on us and say that even if i continue explaining, it's only a waste of my mobile bill and that there wouldn't be anyother solution.

                              Hello, our internet is not working from past 4 days. We have called customer care around 20 times and everytime we were being told that a technician will be sent within 2 hours but no use. Finally technician came today afternoon and told that he will come in the evening but in the noon itself he updated the status of ticket as resolved however he also knew that its not working. In the evening after calling him several times he picked up the call and said he is working on it. And without fixing the issue or updating us he left and swiched off his phone. Very disappointed with the type of support act fibernet is providing. Despite all the complaints and waiting fr so long internet still does not work. Extremely poor support.

                                Hi,

                                I came to know that act is installing fibernet in our apartment – jains sudarsana, rajakilpakkam, chennai – 73, and immediately i booked the connection. The sales guy (Mr. Raja[protected] came to my house on 22nd june 2016 and i paid the money for one month and for installation, which was around 1900 inr. Till date, the installation is not yet done at my house even upon repeated follow ups with the sales person. Raja gave me one more contact person – mr. Roopak[protected] and i did follow up with him as well. Whenever i call him, he says it will be done today/tomorrow, but till date the installation is not yet done, nor my amount is refunded. Raja is such a worst sales guy who doesn’t even bother to call me back and inform the update, even after repeated calls from my side. Once money collected from customer, he is gone.

                                I am really fed up with the kind of service act is offering. I want this incident to be escalated to the highest level, so that prompt action is taken. At this point, i don’t even want the connection/installation to be done, but cancel it and refund my money.

                                  i have submitted a complaint on act portal customer care on 9th august 2016. They have not given me any feed back on my complaint. I just want to tell you that i dont have any trust in your company anymore .Because the data usage that you people mentioned on my account is incorrect .Today is 12th of august and you people mentioned that i have used 28 gb .But i am damn sure that i haven't used thats much data.On top of that once you calculate the data usage which i can assess on my act portal homepage is showing only near about 8 gb. I think u have to employee someone who is good in mathematics .

                                  I am facing issue of net connection from two days. I have received message that it will be solved within two hours till now not resolved. Even nobody called me so far regarding issue. This is the waste network I have seen . local network is better than this.

                                    Hi, i got act connection transferred on aug 2nd (account no[protected]. it started working from aug 3rd.
                                    But for the last 4 days the router is not working. it took 2 days for me to able to connenct with a customer care representative as the customer care no[protected] and nodal officer no[protected] both are always busy. i just do not understand how can a customer care no be busy.

                                    Somehow i was able to register complaint 2 days ago. till not no one has contacted me. and i have not been able to connect with the customer care for more than 10-15 hrs now.


                                    Can someone please fix this issue asap.

                                        I am not receiving internet since 5 days. Repeated issues.

                                        The problem not yet solved please look into this and make sure to solve the issue by today evening.

                                        Called so many times to customer care and also escalation department people. No action is taken so far.

                                        As am currently working remotely. I need to attend the client call today, which is a very important thing. If i missed this, am going to take very very serious action towards the entire act fiber net. The bloody account people are working or sleeping in the office? What the hell you people are doing?
