amount deducted from bank account

Axis bank has deducted my rs. 590-/ from my account on 11/01/2020. Plz return my money as soon as possible. I didn't knew about this that there is any consolidated charges also, in axis bank. Axis bank is a good bank as compare to other bank but, this consolidation, i didn't knew about that. Somehow please return my money as i am in need of my account balance. Your customer care number is not responding even waiting for more than 30mins. You people are providing useless service after payment as it's been mentioned that i will receive my fastag in a week time but now it's been almost 2 weeks.

I have taken fastag from axis bank and due to emergency which i need to go outstation i had to take fastag from paytm account as it was deadline to take fastag. I recently got axis fastag and after few time i got message of auto sweep worth of 800rs though i have not activated auto sweep, this is pathetic and i also had low balance on my account so now i have less than minimum amount balance so request that i get my auto deducted amount in my bank account back, its clear that i have not turned on auto sweep so how axis bank deducted money and their toll free number is also pathetic...

fraud transactions & bad customer support

I have an account with axis bank for nearly 12 years.in 2020 sunday i suddenly received message rs 799/- transaction from my credit card. Immediately called customer care & by the time got to speak with a personal 3 transaction got deducted. Theres no direct customer care number to complain about fraud transaction. I haven't received my fastag

I have ordered a fastag from axis bank. I placed the order on 14th december 2019 and today is 11th january 2020. Please help me. The fastag is active and will expire on 2069. The money is auto debitted from my account and i haven't recieved my fastag till the date. This is'nt a good thing. What is the meaning of being auto recharged when i haven't used it yet. Please help me in recieveing my fastag. It has been a month now....

fastag auto debit

I have recently applied fast tag from axis online and has been allowed a fast tag account no.

And on 10 jan an amount of 800 been auto sweep from my account. I have never selected any such option to auto sweep while requesting fast tag account. I called the customer care and fasttag helping number now they say visit branch. This is really not expected, this is no option on mobile number to switch off such sweep in out facility...

This is wrong and with this they can debit amount how much and whenever they want without informing us. This is wrong and with this they can debit amount how much and whenever they want without informing us. fastag doesn't work and no transparency

I was very excited while ordering axis fastag, but when it didn't work (It said as invalid, although i had recharged it with rs.800) when i was on toll, i was completely disappointed. And on the same day, when i called up helpline number, axis only played it's loan advertisement for a long time and didn't connect to any help.
Worst experience.
I can't even check my axis fastag balance....

I have applied for fast tag from axis bank being axisbank customer they have send eway bill no[protected] of blue dart courier when checked that eway bill shows delivered contacted both tirupur branch axis bank and blue dart courier office in tirupur both axisbank and bluedart wrost response so iam completely exhausted and like to get compensation if this guys are responding then iam willing to go legally and sue them accordingly...

regarding eccp assistance services charged inappropriately

Inr 1699 was spent on your credit card xx7712 on 14-dec-19 at ecpp assistance service

This amount has been deducted by my credit card without my approval.
Please deactivate my credit card ecpp assistance service.
And return the service charge as per the ecpp service. I want my money back otherwise i will close all my relations from axis bank in future....

cash machine got stuck after depositing cash and got a slip unable to process

On 31dec 2019 i deposited 59000 cash in the axis atm machine
Cash machine got strucked and i received a slip unable to process
After that i went to the bank and given a compliant they told that cash will be credit into the account
On 2nd january 2020 bank credited 49000 into my account
Again i gave complaint for remaining balance 10000
They replied that they received only 49000 in the atm machine...

I have i have applied for fastag for my car as01dm5722 on 30th dec 2019 in axis bank through online portal but not received the fastag till date. I need that on urgent basis. I tried lot of times to connect but unable to reach to the online customer care please deliver on top priority. The commitment was that it will be silver by 7 days but now it is more than 12 days.
