hi i am a medical transcriptionist by profession. My work includes playing audio files on express scribe player. i had purchased inspiron 1525 with preloaded windows vista for the same work but to my horror, my system does not load wave files saying that audio compression manager codec is not installed. The mother board of 2 month old bought on 17th July 2008 crashed on 23rd Sep. I was told that the engineer will come to help within 24 hours but there was no such action from their side.
