Poor sales and service

Last August 8th, I purchased a refurbished Dell Inspiron following an email from Dell about great discounts on refurbished laptops. We received the laptop and were very pleased. Plugged in, not charging

Yes, like everyone else, i was dupped by the dell (Yet again) i was not happy with my desk top from a few years back and i should have not repeated the same mistake, ordering from dell again! So, i am partially to blame! But i was in a bind and had to purchase a laptop fast and didn't have neither the time nor the resources to consider another alternative (Or at least a little more educated before making a costly commitment like this)!...

battery not charging and drained out!!!

my dell inspiron 1525 laptop (service tag: 9C4J1BS ) is just 1 month out of its warranty period.nd 1 day the battery was drained out completely.after that when i tried to charge it, the charge got stagnated to 23% and did not charge beyond it(always showed plugged in, not charging). 2 days ago, it suddenly showed 100% battery, and a few hours after that, the laptop doesnot start without the charger on( the red led dat indicates "no battery"...
