one assist policy deactivation

I am a hdfc credit card holder. I have been told by hdfc representative vide mob no. [protected] that if i will take oneassist policy, my annual charge on credit card would be waived off. But now she is denying the same. I don't want to continue with this policy. They have cut 1899 rupees. I request you to please refund my amount back and deactivate this oneassist policy.

Hi,

I am facing issue with upi transaction services of hdfc bank since long time and i have contacted several times to the bank with evidence.

If i am calling customer service then they cut my call after hearing problem or shift to ivr again and again.

I want highlight the mis-selling of the regalia first credit card which was issued to me in the month of march.

This is to state that i have been experiencing amount deduction from my hdfc bank account without any known reasons. I am getting constant complaint from hdfc recovery agents for outstanding debt of my cousins brother. They keep insisting me that i should patch him up. I have been also threaten if he doesnt answer their call. Now, i am no where a witness of his credit card neither a nominee why i am being asked to connect to him secondly, how did they found out my number if i was nowhere in their application. Hdfc is selling my data to these recovery agents....

harassment with personal loan calls..

I keep getting calls every day atleast once (Sometimes 2) asking hdfc personal loans. I have told more than 50 times to everyone who has called asking for loan that i am not interested in any loan. I will even flag their call as "harassment" n block, but again next day they call with other numbers & harass me. I am really fedup telling calling people not to call me for any kind of loans but they never listen & keep calling...
