My salary account with hdfc was converted to saving account in 2012 but in march 2019 rs 2700 was deducted for not maintaining the minimum balance.

I called customer care they said i hv to pay the amount.

I learned that many customers are harassed like this to pay the amount but they got the refund after they complaint regarding the same.

For credit cards, loans etc they call us so many time but before deducting the the amount there was no call. How is that fair practice. Also, it's been more than 6 yrs my account was converted to saving why deducting the amount now. I want the refund.

Again rs 354 has been deducted even after maintaining the min balance..now tell me what this bank is doing..no notification, no call. Simply harrassing the customer. I will write a complaint letter to rbi stating every detail.

    They did return the money only after my husband wrote a complaint to rbi stating all the details.

      It's really shameful for hdfc that they say we deserve first position bcoz we are giving best services. But what about your fraud which you are doing with your customer? Here voice raised by one doesn't mean that only one who got trapped. But problem is that i have much time that's why i raised this issue at social media. And i will not leave till last of that your employee who waste my time and break trust. Komal thakkar she upgraded my credit card by giving wrong information bcoz she got incentive on my card upgradation. I raised many request than after no resolution yet came. My case no 9715741 still under pending and with no response. I mailed many times but no response i got back. I have many other point which i described in detail and mailed you.
      I suggest to all those near and dear who have relation with hdfc, kindly have a recording of their talking as i kept. So that you will be right bcoz they (Company employees) earning from us not from company as they shown.
      And if you also face than post on all social media so that our other dear will not get trapped.
      Many thing i haven't describe bcoz of less time but i will update day by day.

      3 working days means how much time? I filed a complaint on 14 Jun 19.Than after you can see how much time passed.You just answer here because people see that you are working on complain.But reality is that 13 days passed and you still have one reply.

      First Wrong done by your support means waste of my time and my trust with hdfc.
      Second rutika talking behavior what about that.When I said that your answer to me isn't satisfactory and if there is any senior than escalate to them.She said "What is senior and junior ".
      These all thing doesn't come with sorry and simply say that we will give same service back(as previous card activated back).
      I filed a complaint bcoz i always against wrong thing.I don't know how many other customers faced same issue but they ignore it bcoz of not having time and don't know how to file a complaint.But think about your services.
      First komal did wrong and second rutika was trying to suppress the issue by argument with me.Is it your service?Is it number one bank service? Not acceptable.
      I will try my best as I can but if you deserve number one bank than you have to do something good for your customers.

      I raised a complaint[protected] on 14 Jun 19 but still no resolution I got.They didn't care about there customers after made a fraud.And telling that we deserve number first position bcoz we provide fraud services.It is true.They provide us fraud services rather than good services.Bull*** services still awake I faced and I carry Fwd till I can.

      Hdfc bank registered new complain[protected] without resolving earlier.Now you all can see what they are doing and what they can.They are just manipulating the customer original problem and wasting the time as they same did it earlier.So that customer will fed up and give it up as himself.Still they say number one bank bcoz they are giving fraud services.And feeling proud of it, bull*** services.I have some other way but I have to wait for some days bcoz there is some policy which stop me to go ahead.But still have the time, may be they will come with positive result.

      with out any resolution my case has been closed[protected].Is it HDFC bank who closed case without respond? I will carry Fwd till I can.I can say that One of the fraud bank "HDFC" as they did with me.
      Today I received a call [protected] from Raj (Senior of komal thakkar)and discussed abt what happened to me? Call received bcoz today I mailed to managing director of Hdfc bank.We talked around 40 min without any resolution bcoz they asked my expectations rather than what they can.He said I can provide same service mean I can reactivate the same card which you had earlier.But what about they provided wrong information by komal thakkr and than rutika way of talking and same she told about rewards point.System did wrong with customers by breaking trust and waste the time.And now said we only can resume same services as you had earlier.Your team isn't working as we can expect from you and will call number one bank overall.Look this matter seriously so that their way of talking should be humble and real.Other thing is that your customers will remain yours rather than others if hdfc bank will provide great services.14 Jun 19 to 06 July 19 how many days passed and responded when I mailed to MD of bank.See the status of your grievance team who feel proud to work for number one bank by sitting work less.I think still the time to take action against the channel who had given wrong information and come with positive result to customer as you can.

        I applied for a HDFC credit card in HDFC Tiruppur Vavipalayam branch and I received a text saying your card has been approved and your card number ending with XXX5332 has been dispatched. But after two days, Your HDFC Bank Credit Card has been returned by our courier as "undelivered".Every month I am getting a post from HDFC to remit payment. Now I want to apply for a personal loan.Because of this due, the loan is not sanctioned.Bank manager told to solve this and submit the no due confirmation letter to sanction the loan. I dont want credit card Please solve this and send me the no due confirmation as soon as possible. I have been visiting the HDFC tirupur Vavipalayam branch for past 6 months.I am a govenment servant working as Staff nurse in Tiruppur. Even i dont get enough time, i have been visiting HDFC bank Tiruppur. But they are not at all responding. Please solve this and issue the no due confirmation soon as possible.

            I am requesting again to you the Rs 9750/- given to you by me should be returned immediately.
            Because:-
            1. I have not requested any kind of written and oral loan.
            2. I send you the loan amount Demand draft in my old office address without any notice.
            3. when the call was made for the loan installment the applicant was not informed about the loan and it was told
            that you have been given purchase by credit card.
            4. when the applicant went to lucknow credit card department the information was received by Mr. Vivek Shukla in
            the credit card department. and Rs. 9750/- was deposited from the applicant that petitioner deposit the fund.
            5. The applicant want to his old office and received the demand draft of Rs. 86500/- after that on the request of vivek shukla
            of credit card department demand draft deposit in my account and returned the amount 86500/- to the bank.
            THERE IS NO MISTAKE OF THE APPLICANT AND APPLICANT HAS ALL THE WORK TO KEEP THE RIGHT RELATIONSHIP
            WITH THE BANK.
            So you are requested that the money taken by the penalty of Rs. 9750/- should be returned te me and my loan account should
            be closed completely.

              I received my new credit card on 19.06.2019 which was supposed to reach me before month of May but due to the delay in service of HDFC bank I received it after a long period. Now everyday their executive is calling me for payment of due amount and misbehaving with me. I requested him for the latest Statment for the month of June so that I can tally few entries and according I can pay the due amount but since three days he is calling me and misbehaving in spite of giving me further details. Please look into the issue and do the needful as soon as possible.

                      Dear Sirs,

                      I have raised a dispute about the transaction that was made by me in error nearly 2 years ago. That was early October 16th 2017. The complaint number was [protected].
                      Fallowing up for almost 2 years and till now it did not get resolved.
                      I tried to buy same diapers for my baby and later realized that was transacted in different currency (ZAR) and dropped e-mail not authorizing the amount. Later filed a complaint, submitted all the required documents. They however did not release the amount but the card was charged for the same and the amount did not credited back. More over the transaction was duplicated. Means my card was charged twice.
                      After almost two years now its showing in my account and I am fallowing up N number of times over phone, e-mail, with the bank (Physical Location) none of them could not help me resolve. Now they are late charges, Interest and the principle amount total up to 7624.00 Rs. That's also effecting my credit history.

                      Please get them solved ASAP.

                        I am new Customer of HDFC Bank from feb 2019. Before opening of my account bank staff gave me fake offers of credit card and saving etc. They misguided me, but after opening account they said that credit card can't be issued to you because my income is less than bank T&C.

                        Before opening account i request them to give me simple debit card without any insurance or extra benefits or charges. But after few months bank deducted Rs 590 from my savings account of Debit Card Issuance Fee details(240419- MIR[protected] on[protected]. After deduction of money i complaint to HDFC Customer Care for refund my money, they said to request your Bank Branch Staff for this. But bank staff defuse my request.
                        Now its my request to you kindly refund my money back.

                          I am highly disapppointed with the service of HDFC Bank. I had a credit card already and my relationship manager told me that as you are preferred customer, you are eligible for upgradation of credit card. Then the bank executive told me that you have to also sign on the documents of closure of your credit card and then only upgradation is possible. But now in the end they are telling me that we cant process your upgradation and my credit card also got closed. So if they were not sure about upgradation of credit card, then at the first place they shouldnt have told me. I would have not processed any applciation.

                            I am Adit Garg . My credit card has been lost 9 th of may and I have informed to hdfc bank customer care with in 3 hr lost my card . Some one transaction made 1, 40000 rs . I have informed to hdfc bank customer care to regarding transaction they are not block this transaction and I have raised dispute also they are not provide charge back . I haven’t used any service and product . But hdfc bank always favour in merchant no provide charge back and merchant always said we haven’t Recived any amount . I haven sent many mails to bank and merchant but no refund . Merchant said we have canceled membership but no refund Recived .
                            What can I do in this case plz suggest.

                              Hi Team,

                              I have 2 personal loan account in HDFC bank, on 7th I have 22, 337.00 rs balance one cheque cleared without issue after clearing there was 13552.00 amount another cheque amount was 5193.00 it got bounce without any reason.

                              If I contact personal loan dept they are telling amount was on hold.when I contacted personal banking team they told there was no amount hold on that day.

                              could you please help any one how to clear this cheque impact.
                              It's impacted my cibil.

                                Dear sir/mam
                                My account [protected]is on hold since i was not able to pay minimum amount of credit card and still my car emi has not been deducted.
                                Even if have tried to get in touch with customer care and i haven't got satisfactory reply.
                                Please advise shall i pay my minimum amount so that my account will be unhold since i will not able to pay immediately full amount. If yes please advise on mode if i will transfer in my account it will be adjusted in negative.

                                Due to which i am not able to pay personal loan and home loan Emi.

                                  Please look into below issue.

                                  I have loaded 10000 rs into my account from my card and have seen the failure message after this. I see that the amount is debitted from my card but is not reflecting on the payzapp balance and also could not see the update in the recent transactions.I had a call with CC team and told the transaction got approved by Payzap and given the reference number.

                                  I need my money to be loaded on payzapp or should be refunded to my credit card.

                                  I called Indus Bank CC call-center and they are ready to refund the money when the transaction is not approved.However my transaction is approved and they have provided the Sort Code-852839.Could you please unapproved my transaction then only they are ready to refund.Please check above sort code(852839) in your systems and unapprove.

                                    I have received an SMS from ADHDFCBK in my Mobile [protected]
                                    "ALERT:Rs.169.00 spent via CREDIT Card xxaabcd at AMAZON1258399 on[protected]:05:02:12 without PIN/OTP.Not you? Call [protected]"
                                    Presently I am not in India.
                                    My HDFC account is not showing this transaction.
                                    Kindly check that this is not charged.

                                      I am holding HDFC Credit Card. I have to change my mobile no. While, I have made request for the same at HDFC Kamala Mill Branch on Friday 14th June 2019, I have not yet received any confirmation on whether my new mobile no has been updated or not. Because of this, I am unable to reset my card pin. Please help. I even called to HDFC Customer care but not getting any help. Today, I come to know that same is suspended. However, executive didn't revealed reason for suspension. I have recently obtained my housing loan with good cibil score. I am wondering how Bank can suspend card without giving email intimation. My email is same as it was when card was active. Please help

                                        I want to make here a complaint against the employee of HDFC bank ERU Branch Navsari, Gujarat, for visiting changes new credit cards pin set of my credit cards,
                                        This person has misguided me by saying that this facility is not available to our branch if you set the pin u call to customer number but customer to you he is said me go to banks ATM and help to banks person to the set the pin but this branch staff do not good attitude or helps us and other my friends. I have made so many complaints against this person but I didn't get any solution till now and it been fifteen months but I didn't get any relevant solutions and this been a very bad experience for me with HDFC bank as in a very old customer of HDFC bank but this issue made me very unsatisfactory with the service to your HDFC bank. I asked him that I will make a complaint in ombudsman and to your senior he said that they can't do anything against me.
