I got 10, 6000 Personal loan yesterday, I had the communication with an person who send an mail to my office id to confirm my details and got my papers, as I am working with HCL tech. so i was geeting Pl on 0.8% processing fees and 3.49 to 14% interest. I was told there is only 0.8% processing fees and no other charges, once he tried to fool me saying insurance charge but when i denied, he said ok sir only 0.8% processing charge you have to pay. While paying the amount in my bank 1.7% is charged, i got only 10, 4380. and now all the numbers are switched off, called CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY REPLIED THEY don't have any detail. this is a good way to play. my number [protected]. thanks, alok

Just 1 hr before i did reservation from Tinfactory(Bangalore) to Chilakaluripet. when i did First time money was deducted and dnt have any confirmation for that booking status But, when i did same bus same seat it is booked and got an confirmation about booking status.       Dear sir I am deendayal resident of bikaner rajasthan doing job in sun pharma company . Sir I have applied for a credit card in bikaner icici branch..I am fully eligible for the credit card application which are stated by the bank..I have submitted all my document which are required by bank.at the time of application mr suraj who is handling the credit card operation is told me that I will received my credit card within 20 days.after one month I have contact with mr suraj he told me tht due to holidays there is delay in my credit card. After 2 month I have nt received my credit card mr suraj told me that my documents were misplaced by him or other. Against this I have write a mail to customer care officer .they rply me that I am not eligible and apply after 6 mont. Than I have again written a mail against this.than they rply tht my documents is not reached there and again asking for documents. Sir after 3 month of my application I have not received my credit card. They done false comintment with me.so please help me...I am very embrassed by this.         With reference to the above subject. On 24th August 2014 Night 9.30 PM . I made two online transaction with Google of Rs - 1800.78/- and 914.54/- for Online mobiles Games from My account No[protected]. Later i found two more transaction amount is Debited in my account which is not done by Me. the transaction amount not done by me is Rs - 428.54 and 1800.78/-. I immediately called to ICICI customer care and i register compliant against unauthorised transaction. My two Complient No - SR[protected] and SR[protected]. i request you to reverse that two transaction amount which not done by me and also enclosing the cardmember dispute form

            Dear sir, I hereby would regret to inform you that on the date 12/11/2013 Rs. 19400/- is debited to my subject account for payment to HDFC bank without informing me, for which i have not issued any cheque to HDFC bank & not provided any ECS clearance to them. Regarding this i have already complained in to (ICICI BANK LIMITED Powai Branch) on 15th Jan 2014. Complain No[protected] Yet i din't got any of the reply form the consern department. The following are the person to whom i have contacted - but i din't got any kind of possitive response from the following person. Neha Vengullakar Paresh Parekh- [protected] Samir Goel -[protected] and Miss prasad had debited this amount. So i request you to please give me my clarification and details of my Debit amount. Otherwise i would have to take a strict action against ICICI Bank and The bank will be responsible for this. I hope you will consider this matter as a serious mistake and will co-operate me.               I got the full kit with internet banking, but I have never used that for 2 years, and not even logged ever, but now I want to use this facility from now. When I put user id and password it shows that your user id is disabled, so please let me know how to enable this.

                I am Mohan.S From 2007 I am ICICI bank Account Holder,

                Still Date I am Very Satisfied with the Service form the ICICI.

                Last Month my C.Card bill was =Rs.968.22, Aug 14th i have been paid the amount from the Net Banking. But it not debited from my ICICI Savings account.DUE TO NET BANKING PROBLEM AROUND 5 TO 6 PM

                i am also not cross checked the payment details since i am out of station.

                Since there is no information or intimation form the icici bank, they are debit the Amount of Rs 561.00 on 26.08.2014

                Today i am paid the Rs.968.22 on[protected].

                MY CERDIT.CARD NO-[protected]

                  Hello, I'm a privilege customer of ICICI bank credit card no. [protected] in the name of Kamal Verma. Few days back I redeem my points on the credit card against those points i choose to take a "Pack of 3 Parker Amitabh Bachan pens". I received the your packet but I'm very disappointed with this none of the pen is working. Being a privilege customer from the last 8 years i want to comment on your customer service. I was sitting in a meeting where i need to sign some documents that time i had used that pen and I was shocked to see that none of the pen was working as i won't be able to wrote a single word from those pens. After that I call your credit card customer care to resolve the same but no one is ready to listen anything they said "Acha sir koi problem nai ap dubara order karke replace kar lo" this behavior i'm not ready to accept from ICICI bank being a privilege customer.                       Hello Sir, myself Anushree Hazarika, i am from Guwahati (Assam), i am a customer of your esteemed company, i am bearing an account no[protected], fancy bazar branch. from last month i am facing an issue ie, my balance got deducted from my Account. Rs 423, Rs 126, Rs 200, Rs 80, Rs 50 and many small denominations which I can hardly recognise but what i can say is i am very much affraid for keeping any money in my account. when I called to the customer care department what they said is i am having an demat account attached in it whereas i am not exactly aware of the thing. This is my salary account & in am not into share market to go for these. I have given a complaint to remove the same & the code is[protected] but after registering also still the balance got deducted. so, i hope i could made you understand the secenario which went through. now what i want from you is a quick resolution for removal of the said demat & for refunding my deducted balance.

                          Dear Sir, I am the platinum card holder and have been using ICICI Credit card since last 10 years. I am extremely disturbed and anguished as I have been cheated in the name of ICICI. I don't know who are they but the very fact that they have my details like last several transactions (date, amount, merchant name), address, card validity dates in addition to my name and number leaves no doubt that they can't be ICICI representatives. The transaction has been made on Aug 7th for Rs 6993 by "deal at once", who claim to be official partenr of ICICI for redemption of credit card points. This incident raised grave questions on the security and confidentiality of my credit card usage 1. How can some one (other than me and designated ICICI authorities) have last transactions, address and other details? 2. How can they generate pin and send to my registered mail id and phone number using ICICI's official sender IDs? 3. My credit card is blocked by ICICI without me being informed. When asked the customer care excecutive mentions that this is due to the fraud transaction. If ICICI knows that the merchant is fraud then why did they let the transaction go through in first place? 4. There were no mails or SMS communication from ICICI to alert the customers on "deal at once" fraud. I am completely shaken up and don't know how can I continue using ICICI credit card, if my personal data is not safe. Please recover this money back. And also, please do detail investigation to nab the culprits at earliest. ICICI can't say its is customer's problem as the fraud have been done using the personal data that is shared between the customer and ICICI only. Looking forward for a speedy solution to recover Rs 6993 and the written promise to adopt highest security measures to keep my faith intact on ICICI so that such incidents are not repeated in future.                             I have already settled mycredit cards no.[protected] on dated august 2009, total settlement amount was rs-71, 000 and paid total amount. . Your representative has settled my account in rs.71000 in four installments. When i recieved settlement letter from your representative i ask him about the installment mention in the letter in two shot, but they told me no problem you u can pay in four shots, we will close your case and we will provide you noc after the total payments.But inspite of several reminder by me they not respond me about the noc.

                            After long gap i have recieving several calls about my outstanding from your bank i told them about my settlement they have recieved my settlement copy and reciept copy always they said o.K. Sir we will close your case, but they fail about thier comittment.

                            I request you to kindly close my account and provid me noc for the above accont.Or you give me proper response about the above account in written only .

They have Given Possession but earliar Builder original land owner Sh.bhimsingbhai shabhaibhai waghela is torchering us and have given complain against entering of Name in Revenue Record at City Survey Office of Anand.Sh.Bhimsing Waghela represented Document in front of City Survey Superintendent of Anand regarding they have taken Stay from court of Auction of same property, so they have objection to enter Name of New Owner Smt.Hitaba Bhaisahebbha Gohil . Revenue Officer is not understanding the rule of auction and not Entering name due to above reason even of one year time is passed.The Bank Officer is not coming to clarify the Matter/Justification for convincing Government Revenue Officer to solve this Problem. We have many time above thing inform to 1) MD ICICI Bank at Mumbai, 2) Authorised Officer of ICICI Bank At Ahmedabad but they have did’nt care about our Complain.Sh Bhimsing Waghela Trying to take Possesion forcefully from us .We have paid 11, 11, 111=00 amount in ICICI Bank .                                         dear sir/madam, I unfortunately hold icici credit card, and am very unhappy to have it, i have not been using it for long time, every time i recieve some outstanding, last i cleared all outstanding on 11th july now again i see it show 2500 approx outstanding. is it bank cheating? please tell how to bring to consuimer court, i am staying in thailand and i dnt use your card why late fee service fee every time. how to cancel this card my name is niraj pathak my icici credit card no. is [protected]
