Hi, I have recharged mobile on 12-Sep-2014 for Rs.100 twice and both the transactions were failed. I waited for 3 days form then, even after which I did not receive the amount back.     Dear Sir, I would like complaint about the false practices that your subordinates are doing with me since a long time regarding one of my debt. Three months ago i went to Jhandewalan branch Videocon tower at there i met Deepak Sharma who has assured me that they will contact on my phone number however someone from your department is not following that. I have told them about my financial situation i asked them to give me monthly payment plan where in i can start paying on my debt rather acknowledging my intentions towards paying my debt i was threatened by them, harassed by them and i will not pay my bill they will call on my relatives phone number. There is one person who not even ready to talk to me and he said know father will pay my debt and he is gonna call on my father's phone number the person name is Vinit Kumar. He called me many a times from his personal phone number [protected] and threatened me if i will not pay it he will contact my family for it. Trust me i have intension and it is very painful to tell you that no one is helping me. Please look into the matter. And reply asap. If you want i can send you the recordings of the conversations.       Dear Sir, It is to inform you that my credit card has been wrongly debited on Dt.-26.07.2014 for Rs. 8, 750.00, my Credit Cards No.- [protected] (PRAVEEN KUMAR). It was wrongly communication by ICICI Bank staff / agent whoever, and told that your reverse point has been earned for 8750 and it has to be credited in your credit card, and ultimately in last it has been debited to my credited card a/c No.- [protected] (PRAVEEN KUMAR) ICICI BANK. Therefore I request to management that I do not want this/cancel this and revert my credit card a/c ASAP and control to this type of agency or person for do not do in future with any other.         Dear Sir, My credit card no is.[protected].on 13.9.14 at 17.00hrs one call from your icici credit card sales dept. which name was Jiya khan and phone no. is [protected] and ask me my credit card no, expiry date and cvv no. for card updeated mobile verification so I give my all no.after that she told me that she will send one updated Titanium plaus card and one reboke shoe in the name of Sarmistha. after that I see Rs 7999/- has been debited from my credit card and understand that it is fraud case after that with in one hour I complain our on line complain for stop payment of this transaction.Because I will not receive any card or any reboke shoe and I will not pay any amount to your credit card.At last I will destroy my card and send to you and cancel your credit card. Pl. sotp this payment and take necessary your Icici credit card sales dept.

            Hi I booked a house in Navi mumbai and was sanctioned a home loan by ICICI bank in ghatkopar. I even received a letter dated 10/02/2014 as attached, confirming that the loan has been sanctioned. My frustration is that even after completing the whole process impeccably, and having borne the loan processing fee, till date I have NOT been given any financial support from the bank. Each time the demand letter is received, I forward the demand letter to the loans officer/relationship manager at ghatkopar, and all they do is keep delaying the process.Their communication has been tardy (mobile switched off or call not taken most of the time), and has caused a lot of problems for me, and my family as the builder has a strict deadline policy, and charges penalty for not making payments on time. Therefore, just to make the deadline I end up paying the installment, even though it should have come from the bank. This has been going on for more than 7 months now. At the time of application, I spent a lot of time preparing documents and submitted all the relevant documents as requested by the loans department; I was clearly told that all the document work is complete, and as the demand letter comes the installments will be sanctioned, but it is really heartbreaking to see the bank not upholding it's promise. I cannot understand why the officers keep asking for additional documents, and delay the payments intentionally, even though all the formalities have been completed and the loan sanctioned. Even the processing fee deducted. This is just not acceptable behavior. I would request your help to please resolve this issue at the earliest, and help me get the loan amounts as sanctioned, so that I can make the installments in time instead of going back and forth.               prvs courier service is too worst, please ICICI bank admin don't use this service for cheque books. cheque returns.since 09/09/2014 im waiting for my cheque, today 13/09/2014 i don't received the courier. Indian postal service is better than this service...

ACC NO :[protected] May i know why this dp charges has been charged.(ref image) And if its for icici direct Account, Please revert it back. I did not had this requirement some of you sales person came and forced to take this telling its free. From 2008 to till date you are not able to send a welcome kit, nor log-in id and password. I have not done even one transaction till today, and your CRM team does not have time to know the Reason. But you have time to create bill and auto debit the money from my account.                   I am receiving calls on my mobile no [protected] from ICICI customer care regarding the use of credit card whereas i have never used the card even once in my life.So I don"t know how the card has been issued to third person in my name.I would like to know the details of person using it.If I did not receive the complete details, I will have no other option to file a court case in consumer court against the bank.

                          I was using a student account and it got freezed without prior notification since I was not a student now I agree to it but all my Cash is in it now what am I suppose to with it be blocked . I was clearly told that all the document work is complete, and as the demand letter comes the installments will be sanctioned, but it is really heartbreaking to see the bank not upholding it's promise. I cannot understand why the officers keep asking for additional documents, and delay the payments intentionally, even though all the formalities have been completed and the loan sanctioned. Even the processing fee deducted. This is just not acceptable behavior. I would request your help to please resolve this issue at the earliest, and help me get the loan amounts as sanctioned, so that I can make the installments in time instead of going back and forth.                               Credit Facility Application No: 63271462 Service Reference Number: SR[protected] Application number :1744515 Complete name: Lokesh Kumar G.R. Date of Birth: 20th April 1985 Date of submission of documents: 11th August 2014 Communication address:Koramangala, Bangalore - 560095. On 11th August I have applied for a Personal Loan and thereafter I did not receive any information from ICICI team. After a week when I called the loan document collection person, he said that my loan was rejected as I have a bad CIBIL score of -1, and that I have defaulted both HDFC and SC bank previously as per their records. There is a major confusion here, the day my file was logged in, another file was logged in the name of Lokesh Devraj. My name is Lokesh Kumar G.R., where as Lokesh Devraj (another file / same day / similar name) is showing declared in CIBIL and they updated his CIBIL to my profile. Which is a human error. I got several verification calls asking if my name is Lokesh Devraj from ICICI verification team, they have got my profile confused with his as both the files were logged in the same day by the same document collection agent. It is exactly 1 month now as I had to wait for my CIBIL transunion score letter, which I just received today. I have checked my CIBIL score and it is "NH", a week ago I got a credit card from Axis bank and they said my CIBIL is good. While applying for loan, the ICICI bank customer service employee checked and said that my CIBIL is good to go and due to a confusion now, I am unable to procure a loan for my personal needs. I had to prove to you guys that I am not guilty and that somebody needs to take responsibility of the human error and do the necessary damage reversal at the earliest. Also that other guy, Lokesh Devraj is probably having a ball of a time with the loan he procured from you guys.

                                  On 10.09.2014, around 2.30 pm i received a call from Icici Representative([protected]) and was asking for platinum credit card and like other representatives he asked my name, existing Icici bank Credit Card No and cvv no.and exactly i gave the same and he told me within 7 days you will get your Platinum card in your address. In this way he took cvv no and after few minutes there was a call from Kamkash Sale ([protected])and asked me to buy branded shirt & trouser and reebock shoes and i strickly refused to buy it. After sometime i got a debit message from the bank amounting rupees 7750.00. Probir kr.Dutta

                                    I had applied for credit card about 45 days before still not received yet.last week 3/09/2014 I got SMS from that your card had been dispatched though BlueDard service which having AWB No [protected].after finishing one week and not received the card, I called the courier service that they informed that your residential address is in completed and they will be send it on my office address I repeatedly informed the ICICI executive Mr. Abhijit Kharat ( Mobile No [protected] /[protected]) not to send it on my office address because I am working in shift.But till they mentioned my office address on it when I was calling to Mr.Abhijit, he didn't responding my call ( Ridiculous behaviour ) Now my courier is return back to ICICI bank because I am not available in office and security issue in office premises request to take action against that executive who had given me such cursed treatment and dispatch my credit card on my residential address Note - Verification had been done from bank

                                      I am an existing customer to ICICI from past 4 Years now The customer care nos. are so unaccessible and also unrelative charges have been levied on my card with a poor delivery on statement. I would immediately request a customer care executive to connect with me so that i can speak and get my issues resolved related to icici credit card also i would lke to do the closure of the card it has very poor response and service
