Sir, This is to bring to your kind notice that regularly there is debit done by you against Zero balance A/c No.[protected]. Matter already brought to your respective branch but nothing has changed. It is a Salary a/c and salary is deposited on monthly basis. The a/c was opened by you on zero balance basis. Why this Debit done by you on minimum balance ?     This caller is continuously calling my son without giving him his identity about my loan which he state that it is outstanding since 12 years which is ridiculous when ask about the details he is not giving any details and harassing all family members on their mobile.

      kindly inform you that i have saving account no[protected] at agra branch.i have received a massage on my registered mobile number +91-[protected] o[censored]nfair deduction 942.99 rupees on 10.09.2014.after this deduction i complaint to customer care and nearest branch.but they have not satisfied me.they said anybody have done online purchasing to my account.how it can be possible who can purchase without ID, Password and OTP generate.i want to know that OTP password was generated or not.customer care have bolcked my ATM card and internet banking and gave me no-SR[protected].Pl solve my problem

        I was using a student account and it got freezed without prior notification since I was not a student now I agree to it but all my Cash is in it now what am I suppose to with it be blocked . And it will take 4-5 days to re activate it . At lest they should have given me some notification or called me up my concern is how will some1 will survive if its account is blocked

          Hi I booked a house in Gurgaon and was sanctioned a home loan by ICICI bank in Kolkata. I even received a letter dated 12/09/2013 as attached, confirming that the loan has been sanctioned. My frustration is that even after completing the whole process impeccably, and having borne the loan processing fee, till date I have NOT been given any financial support from the bank. Each time the demand letter is received, I forward the demand letter to the loans officer/relationship manager at Kolkata, and all they do is keep delaying the process.Their communication has been tardy (mobile switched off or call not taken most of the time), and has caused a lot of problems for me, and my family as the builder has a strict deadline policy, and charges penalty for not making payments on time. Therefore, just to make the deadline I end up paying the installment, even though it should have come from the bank. This has been going on for more than 3 months now. At the time of application, I spent a lot of time preparing documents and submitted all the relevant documents as requested by the loans department; even the tripartite agreement between the builder Emaar MGF and ICICI loans department has been completed. I was clearly told that all the document work is complete, and as the demand letter comes the installments will be sanctioned, but it is really heartbreaking to see the bank not upholding it's promise. I cannot understand why the officers keep asking for additional documents, and delay the payments intentionally, even though all the formalities have been completed and the loan sanctioned. Even the processing fee deducted. This is just not acceptable behavior. I would request your help to please resolve this issue at the earliest, and help me get the loan amounts as sanctioned, so that I can make the installments in time instead of going back and forth.             Credit Facility Application No: 63271462 Service Reference Number: SR[protected] Application number :1744515 Complete name: Lokesh Kumar G.R. Date of Birth: 20th April 1985 Date of submission of documents: 11th August 2014 Communication address:Koramangala, Bangalore - 560095. On 11th August I have applied for a Personal Loan and thereafter I did not receive any information from ICICI team. After a week when I called the loan document collection person, he said that my loan was rejected as I have a bad CIBIL score of -1, and that I have defaulted both HDFC and SC bank previously as per their records. There is a major confusion here, the day my file was logged in, another file was logged in the name of Lokesh Devraj. My name is Lokesh Kumar G.R., where as Lokesh Devraj (another file / same day / similar name) is showing declared in CIBIL and they updated his CIBIL to my profile. Which is a human error. I got several verification calls asking if my name is Lokesh Devraj from ICICI verification team, they have got my profile confused with his as both the files were logged in the same day by the same document collection agent. It is exactly 1 month now as I had to wait for my CIBIL transunion score letter, which I just received today. I have checked my CIBIL score and it is "NH", a week ago I got a credit card from Axis bank and they said my CIBIL is good. While applying for loan, the ICICI bank customer service employee checked and said that my CIBIL is good to go and due to a confusion now, I am unable to procure a loan for my personal needs. I had to prove to you guys that I am not guilty and that somebody needs to take responsibility of the human error and do the necessary damage reversal at the earliest. Also that other guy, Lokesh Devraj is probably having a ball of a time with the loan he procured from you guys.

                On 10.09.2014, around 2.30 pm i received a call from Icici Representative([protected]) and was asking for platinum credit card and like other representatives he asked my name, existing Icici bank Credit Card No and cvv no.and exactly i gave the same and he told me within 7 days you will get your Platinum card in your address. In this way he took cvv no and after few minutes there was a call from Kamkash Sale ([protected])and asked me to buy branded shirt & trouser and reebock shoes and i strickly refused to buy it.                   I had applied for credit card about 45 days before still not received yet.last week 3/09/2014 I got SMS from that your card had been dispatched though BlueDard service which having AWB No [protected].after finishing one week and not received the card, I called the courier service that they informed that your residential address is in completed and they will be send it on my office address I repeatedly informed the ICICI executive Mr. Abhijit Kharat ( Mobile No [protected] /[protected]) not to send it on my office address because I am working in shift.But till they mentioned my office address on it when I was calling to Mr.Abhijit, he didn't responding my call ( Ridiculous behaviour ) Now my courier is return back to ICICI bank because I am not available in office and security issue in office premises request to take action against that executive who had given me such cursed treatment and dispatch my credit card on my residential address Note - Verification had been done from bank

                          Dear ICICI Team I had applied for the credit card 2 times with the ICICI Bank but neither received the card nor the status of the application that whether it is active/pending or rejected 1st time I had applied a few months ago did not receive any further communication after the verification call. Then now last month again received the call stating that my earlier application is re opened and they are trying to process it again. And they asked for the documents again. I said that nothing will happen and you are just going to collect my documents again to fulfil your targets. But the person insisted that this time its from the bank only, etc and the card is ready, its just that the documents are required to dispatch the card I again submitted the document, but like last time did not receive any communication apart from the verification call This is really sad that such things happen in 1 of the most reputed Banks My last month's application no is[protected] Hope to get a revert -Shashank Pareek [protected]

                                  Actually my problem is some one is drawn 3, 900 in my account. using my card no and pin, i used the card no in online when some one is called from consumer complaints about my phone complaint which was given one week ago, i don't no what was happening, i went to icici bank and expalined about my problem, they told that some one was recharged with this card. how it possible.
