I have sent the original documents through Blue Dart Courier and it shows the status as Shipment Delivered. But my Claim status is Information awaited. Whenever I dial Toll free no. now, they says to dial some other toll free no Since I am from Accenture....

I have submitted original bills where ICU bill was clearly charged for two days along with all necessary bills. Mediassist closed my flied without even any written communication, by saying that timing is not mentioned on doctor summary but yes dates were mentioned. its been aprox 10 months and I did not get any money back/ no response.

I had applied for cashless treatment when I got admitted into hospital but claim got denied without any reason(claim no for this :[protected].
Later I applied for reimbursement for my hospitalisation and submitted all the required documents.
Its been a month there is no response from the company.

But in claim status I could see "Require pre numbered cash paid receipt for IP bill of Rs.3000/-(Given only for Rs.1600/-)". Deactivate my oneassist scheme
