I am employee of bias info tech, i have selected medi assist tpa as insurance. We have planned for squint surgery to my kid and applied cashless option they are rejected, the reason is that they have only cataract is covered under eye.
But other insurance companies are offering insurance to this problem why mediassit is not covering and why they are cheating people.

    Hi team,

    I don’t know how to tell you, doctor is not ready to give the registration certificate & details.

    He never given the registration certificate to any medical claims patients.

    Can you please contact the doctor to get the certificate from your side or check the same is website.

    Please let me know how to escalate to next level. If i am telling that not possible, you are asking the same again & again. Should i fight with doctor or tell me if you are not able reimburse the amount.

    Your process is too slow. I am not satisfied with assistance/service.

      I have a medi assist policy which cover pregnancy charges and my wife delivered a baby on 24th May in Teja Hospital Chennai and Claim ID is 14528950. I was told the claim amount would be 50000 INR over the telephone by Julie. Before my wife get admitted I received an cashless amount for 35000 INR. When I enquired Julie mentioned thats the initial and the balance amount will be covered once the final bill is made. I got the final amount of 57000 INR. When I enquired with medi assist they mentioned i am eligible for 35000 INR only. and i have raised the complaint as well. Post that no response from their end and i complained to their manager Ramya and still no response from their end. I dont understand the way of medi assist working. They are making more sick of me by making me to follow up with them

        I Have submitted my hospital bills, I am getting worst support from support team, They have give 1 number to call. When I call they wont reply to that calls.I also gave my number n mail they wont call

        They don't want customer reply, they used to send same mail again and again.

        I have provided details more then 20 times still they ask the same details.

        They only see SLA, means they need to give some reply for mail in 24 hours, always that reply is stupid reply.

          Dear Sir,
          I have paid required premium and you have accepted in full without any hurdles. the required premium has been appropriated and now how is that the claims have been rejected for your fancy reason.
          My claim numbers 14099478, 14099486 and 14437112 have been denied and asked me to refer Repudiation letter, I don't have that letter and there is no reason for rejection of my claims. each claim has a different reason for rejection.
          Please look into the matter and see that amounts are credited to my accounts.
          Please don't harass the retired officials anymore.

              I have applied my claim on 05/04/2017 and also submitted the additional documents on 05/05/2017 and that has been received by your good office on 09/05/2017 till date my claim has not been reimbursed with ambulance charges and also I want to inform you that I received a message from your company stating that additional documents required several times. While I had asked your operator on19/05/2017 about the message sent on my phone she replied miscreantly showing a negative attitude towards her customer
              As you know we are bonafied customer of your company and anxiously waiting for our reimbursement and receive this type misbehave from your KOLKATA HELP DESK then it becomes totally impossible to know our queries
              Hope you will seriously into this matter and reimburse my claim along with Ambulance charges as early as possible

                  Hi Team,

                  This is referring to my claim no 94163092. I am a TCS employee with employee ID: 896089
                  My Cashless claim took more than 3 days to process and was helpless with calling customer care 29 times in precise and still no help. Additionally the reasons for additional requirements were as stupid as it could ever be. Totally helpless and customer care team has nothing to say but to wait and we will review and keep you updated.
                  The team has no sympathy against the emergency situations and has nothing to do in relation to help and get the issue resolved.

                    I am HPE employee and I accidentally/ mistakenly selected parental issurance while submitting and which I tried cancelling immediately, but it didn't the cancel request.
                    I do not want to add my parents for this insurance because which I already have made from outside and now it is waste of money here. For three months the insurance company is deducting nearly up to 6500 RS of amount from my salary account.
                    I do have my personal commitments like education loan and vehicle loan which I need to pay, there is short of money to pay those loans now and I cannot explain these things to bank now, where they do not listen to all this stuffs.
                    I spoke to 'N' number of people in mediassist and everyone answers the same that they cannot cancel the policy once it is opted.
                    This is ridiculous and stupid rules which is made by insurance company, it is individual decision and our money which we are paying it to you and we do not have any rights to cancel the policy.

                    I do not need any explanations on this anymore and I just my want money back on this what ever it is deducted for two months.

                    If so as per the prorated charges, deduct the money from the time I have opted and refund the amount immediately.

                      I would like to bring to your kind attention that i have been admitted in a hospital at madurai for pcnl surgery under cash less claim with preauthorization of rs 25, 000 on 26/04/2017.
                      After discharge on 29/04/2017 our hospital claimed rs 60397.
                      They have refused to the claim because of excess room rent and nursing charges.
                      Actually they have allowed rs 1000 perday but i have availed rs 2700 per day room because of hot summer. The balance i can pay to the hospital. But based on these reason they have reduced proportionately all the charges made by the hospital. Now i have to pay rs36479 to the hospital. How the surgeon will perform surgery with all medicines for rs23918. I requset you to kindly revive my claim and do the needful.

                      Very unprofessional in the call very rude in the call arguing with like raudies worst Customer service I have ever seen .
                      No one floor supervisors are there executives disconnecting The Call with our any permissions. After giving all document also again this document is pending.

                        Having corporate tie up with Medi Assist and they accepted approx Estimation for cash less facility at the time of Joining, but while discharging, mediAssist people raising same queries from past 5 hours, which hospital provided all documents.
                        Almost from 6 hours my old father (Who went for surgery) waiting for discharge on wheel chair.
                        Ridiculous TPA.

                              Hi,

                              I am an employee of TCS and I have the health cover of Mediassist for my family. Recently, my mother was hospitalised for a day and I had submitted a reimbursement claim on mediassist. I had provided all the original documents to their team. They denied the claim on the ground that the patient was not there in hospital for at least 24 hours which is totally wrong. The patient(my mother) was there in the hospital from 7th March 2017 7.00 AM to 8th March 2017 4 PM. This is clearly more than 24 hours. I clarified with them many times but they kept on rejecting. I want justice!!!

                              Totally agree. They use all the crooked ways to reject the claims. Most of the time, the denial reasons provided are out of the submission guidelines. They are most insane and no respect for customer. Never look for an insurance in this company.

                                Iam an employee of canara bank. I was hospitalised on 7th march 2017 due to viral fever and i got discharged on 8-mar-2017. As soon as i was hospitalised, i informed the medi assist team. And also i submitted all the required documents on time. I got my claim approved letter through e-mail on[protected] saying that payment will be credited to my account within 7 days. My claim ref no:[protected]. But i have not received the payment yet. I have contacted the customer care several times. Every time iam getting the same reply"within 4 to 5 days the credit will happen.
                                Do the needful at the earliest.

                                  We are waiting for approval of the claims for more than 12 hours. We want to do cashless payment and we are not waiting to get discharged from hoapital and too much irresponsibility from the staff of Mediassist. They have not forwarded the mail to concern person and delay for more than 12 hours. It's very bad treatment of patients. Do it ASAP and take action on your staff.
