I received sms from hdfc credit card that rs-1799/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. Ii have already closed this account, they renewed without my permission, this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

I have activated one assist plan from last year. Now in a year there was no use of this so i was planned not to renew. But without any notice it got renew with my credit card (Ending with 4279) on yesterday (9th nov, 17)

I want refund on same asap and kindly deactivate my account for now. Further if i need the service will contact for same.

Claim rejected as i did not submit the required documents. They say if the claim is closed due to any reason i cant claim it again. If the product is not repaired on the claim, how can my chance of claim be rejected. Spoke to the rep at their call centre sd all account on auto renew which i was never informed about sd before auto renewal we inform customer about it. I told never got a communication from one assist, he said we dont have your e mail and the courier gets lost told him that they had my phone no could have messaged me...

Without my permission you have debited from my hdfc credit no. — 8250. Without delay refund the money to my card. I am not interested to be a member of one assist membership in your company. Other wise very soon the matter will take the consumer court against you.

Am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 2499/- from my credit card number ending with 7425 without my concern on date:02/11/2017. I was contacted by my bank for this one assist plan, i have clearly told no for this, still the amount of 1899 was debited from my account. I am not interested in this plan. Please cancel the plan and debit the amount back.

I registered a claim for my macbook air liquid damage on 2nd september 2017 and today its 7th nov, still it's not cleared.
