I had purchased an insurance with one assist for my phone with membership no. [protected]. My claim was passed under ber case but actually the invoice value input in your system is incorrect and because of which the claim is passed under ber case. Ber case is when the cost of repairs estimate is more than 80% of the actual invoice value. Actual invoice value is 26998 and input is 24000. I have talked to them related to this. But when i talked to the senior he misguided me with wrong information. And when i consulted this wit other personal who was the supervisor of the phone and explained him the situation he said i ll give you a revert on this by the evening or next morning. It's been 3 days i haven't got any call back. When i tried contacting him the person did not come on the call saying he is busy on other call and will arrange a call back, which is never done. The insurance company is trying to get me round and round and not replace my phone where it should be. Because it's there fault. They have misplaced the recording as well where in the person selling the insurance ask me to give an estimate amount and not a precise amount. This thing has happened to me like 7-8times the person containing me will never call me back. I have talk to other person and explain him the situation and then he say give me time and never work on the same.

    I had called to one assist to cancel my membership. They said it can't be done and money of 1899 was debited from my account without my consent. Please make sure that i don't want these kind of membership in future and want full refund of my money. I had alredy mailed to my bank 2 days before my money got debited but there is no reply from them.

    I got the call from one assist and they told like my membership is cancelled and i will get full refund in a week. Still its around 10 days gone and i had not been refunded.

        I received sms from hdfc bank and one assist that rs. 1399/- deduct from my credit card for one assist plan without any information and without my permission. I also got a mail from one assist team at the same time i replied about my deactivation. I don't even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my card. And use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. Pls deactivate and refund my amount of rs. 1399 immediately otherwise i will take action severely.

          Oneassist has charged, without any consent, a subscription fee. Until today morning, i didn't even know they existed. I called kotak first, to report a fraudulent charge, i was redirected to oneassist. I called oneassist, who insisted the charge was genuine and had been authorised by kotak and redirected me to kotak. As i keep getting redirected in this never-ending saga of consumer fraud, the following is what i have learnt.

          1. Oneassist and credit card companies are hand in glove with each other trying to upsell products to customers.

          2. Rather than selling the product through genuine channels, they resort to an unauthorised auto debit and reverse only for those who notice & complain the same swiftly, as seen by the 1500+ complains about oneassist.

          3.in the era where banks are increasing security protocols and initiating 2 step & 3 step verification, no one can save us if it's the banks who sell us out.

            Cancellation of one assist and refund of money

            Without any consent from card holder, hdfc deducted money for plan activation.

            I did not get any call to activate one assist membership. But the one assist mfee of rs. 1399 is automatically debited from my hdfc credit card (Ending with 6803) on 7th nov 2017.

            Please do needful to refund the charge.

            Don't activate this type of subscription in future without my knowledge/consent.

                      I also received call from axis bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission.
                      I contacted oneassist customer care to cancel this service but they don’t response.
                      I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap.

                          On 07 september i got call from oneassist operator for asking of renewal of my yearly plan. The operator i talked with said that the renewal plan is of 1399 rs. And out of which 399 rs will refund to you as special offer. And the refund will be credited with in 7 working days.

                          I decided to renew my plan and said yes to renew my yearly plan. But since then i havn't received my refund of 399 rs till date. I contacted one assist customer 5-6 times and had chat with them too but every time they were saying that your refund is in process and it will get credited to you within 4-5 days.

                          I am very disappointed in the service provided by oneassist.
                          Is this how one assist firm fool their customers..??

                            This fraud company (Oneassist) has debited my money without my permission. Even they didn't give any notice or intimation about my plan expiration, didn't ask any confirmation from for plan renewal. They are fraud and cheating company. I have contacted their customer care but they denying to give my 100% money back and they saying already plan was activated. I called them within an hour of my plan activation. Still, they are denying to give a refund.

                            They should intimate me about my plan expiration and they have to ask me about plan renewal but they didn't.

                                  I applied for hdfc credit card and service of one assist applied without our knowledge.
                                  I contacted hdfc bank but no solution.
                                  I contacted oneassist customer care and they all are compelling me continue this service but i dont want this service at all.

                                  So, please cancel this service and refund my amount which was billed in my credit card statement as soon as possible.

                                    On september 26, i got a message from hdfc credit cards that, an amount of rs. 1600 has been debited for payment against oneassist credit card protection. I would to inform you that, i'm not interested in their services and i would like to get back the money debited from my hdfc credit card made against oneassist credit card protection.                                       I received sms from hdfc that rs-1299/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really illegal.

                                      Please deactivate and refund my money as soon as possible

                                        I received sms like
                                        A transaction of inr 1, 399.00 on 10-nov-17 on card xxxx8003 is made at oneassist. This transaction has been processed without the additional factor of authentication prescribed by rbi. Icici customer rang information. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
                                        And who the hell are you to care about me.. I want my money back. Dont dare again to do this.
