I have purchased Redmi Note 4 with 1000rs protection plan which is provided by oneassist. when I was listening music my phone was just fallen down from my hand by mistake and screen was cracked. So i raised claim to oneassist with proper documents in mentioned criteria of claim after 2 week of time wast the insurance company rejected my claim mentioning that "THE SUBJECT CLAIM IS NOT ADMISSIBLE UNDER EXCLUSION 10 - Loss or damage caused by wilful negligence, Improper handling (No proper care of handset has been taken by insured to safeguard the property)". What the hell then why I buy this protection plan what the s* is this...

I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/-

      I have applied for a credit card of kotak mahindra bank and i had received the same first week of november2017. On 13th november 2017, i received an sms to my mobile no. (I. E)."transaction of rs, 1399 has been made on kotak credit card xx1255 on 13nov. On one assist."

      The above mentioned one assist solutions company has debited my credit card account without giving any information. I am not given any request and any confirmation from my end.

      Further, i don't want any assistance from the above referred company.

      Hence i request you to refund the amount rs.1, 399/- to my credit card account, immediately.

        In sept month they have deducted from my account 1899/- without my permission and also when called back they told me they deduct it wrongly but it is helpful and when you lost the wallet or anything they will help. You but today when i lost my wallet with money they are not helping us this is #, i have complain that when they don't want to help why the hell they are fooling the people about the benefit so request i have my money refund and cancel my membership on urgent basis i am having all proof recording of staff who attended my call and told me in any how condition they will help us so they fully fooling the people

I did not opt for any such membership and i don't know why and how they can do this. I called the customer support team and the representative refused to process a refund request.

            I have claimed for my damaged handset and after numbers of communications over a mail and call for a around one month of period. After completions of all the satisfactory verification of my documents like invoice copy, id proof etc. My handset was picked up from my address and after checking of the phone one assist mailed me that this handset was purchased from outside india and claim was closed even they have already verified the invoice copy and actually this handset was purchased online from company website and supplier was from india only. And after getting this mail i mailed many times but i have didn't got a single reply from the company for the same.

                I have purchased redmi note 4 from mi.com with protection plan which is provided by oneassist. After diwali vacation, when cleaning the house during that my phone was fallen down and screen was cracked. So i raised claim for the same to oneassist with proper documents in mentioned criteria of claim as shown on mi.com. However the insurance company rejected my claim mentioning that "the subject claim is not admissible under exclusion 10 - loss or damage caused by wilful negligence, improper handling (No proper care of handset has been taken by insured to safeguard the property)". If i can handle my handset properly then no need to take insurance. Further i have taken protection plan from oneassist so it's their problem if claim is rejected by insurance company. They have given replacement of screen with 3364?- rs estimation which is not negligible for me. So like this oneassist company making fool to all by not giving services against protection plan.

This is a bloody service how you guys debited without my permission refund it quickly otherwise i will report it. This is completely a fraud. I had call to your customer care no. And your operator doesnot even listen my word and talk badly he says he can discount at my plan but does not cancel. Refund my amount as soon as possible otherwise i have to go legally.

                            Hi,

                            I was charged 564.05 towards my newly issues credit card in the 1st month itself inspite of not using the card.
                            After calling the customer care number, they informed me that these charges were towards the emi of one assist membership costing 1299.
                            I would like to inform you that i wasnt informed by the bank personnel offering me this credit card about any such services. Infact i was told that all annual charges on my card would be waived off if i link any utility bill with it.
                            I do not wish to avail any such service so as advised by the hdfc credit card customer care i called to the one assist customer care. They took 20 mins explaining me the same point 100 times that why i should use their services. The executive named juhi was not ready to listen to me. She was simply not co-operating an d helping me with my concern. She was not willing to take down my cancellation request. Finally i had to raise my voice and talk in a stern manner, only then she informed me that the cancellation team will contact me within 48 hours.
                            Im waiting for the same.
                            Kindly take down my request to cancel this service and waive all the charges so far.

                              @oneassist if you are reading this, this is one of my latest mails :-

                              I am tired of writing mails to you guys and dont know when your stupid seniors will call back regarding my device as they are always busy on calls, if you guys need to always ask your superiors to take calls then why do you have a call center might as well have trained staff to handle the queries and after how long are you informing me about the approval received is unknown. Also i had asked about the estimated cost being too high and no one bothered to answer the same. I will hv to pay excess fees and why should i pay it according to your estimate, i am sure the repair cost of the handset cannot be 50% of the device cost when there was nothing major and everything was working fine.

                              About the device that you offered me to use as an alternate phone is supposed to be working, i have informed repeatedly that the handset has no sim trays how do i use the device, still no answer for the same and i was assured 4 times that your senior will call me but then i think your senior is too busy to call escalated cases or are not capable to handle escalations. Call me once and i will show you how escalations are taken. Awful services from you guys and no tat for replying to the mails. I really need a compensation for all this or i will definitely put this up in social media and consumer forum for sure.

                              Please dont consider this as a warning as i am going to do so, just informing you in advance so that your seniors be prepared the next time this happens.

                                  I am yet to receive my voucher code to reactivate my policy.
                                  Kindly arrange to send it in my mail address as early as possible.
                                  Please note i have taken the policy to securing my wallet & bank cards in the year 2014 and since the same is being automatically renewed.
                                  This year i have received a sms on 4th november in my registered mobile to reactivate the voucher using the code being sent in my registered mail. But unfortunately the same is not received and i am unable to re actvate.
                                  Kindly arrange immidiate compliance.

                                    I am already a customer of one assist having plan of 1299. I got a call from hdfc bank that you have preapproved personal loan offer (Lying) without processing fee and instead wallet security plan (1899) would be activated. Initially i agreed, later on in first verification i denied, again i got call from hdfc saying i[censored] deny this u will not get loan upto one year from any bank (Rudely manner). Then i said ok in verification. On the next day i. E. On 10th, nov, 2017 i told about this to hdfc bank customer care and one assist also. One assist executive told me not to worry how the second plan will get activated if already one plan is working. Please help me to get debited rs 1899 and the executive behave rudely and lie to me to get this plan. On 14th nov, 2017 i called to again one assist to take complaint about this, she told me call after 48 hours we cannot take complaint now, ur plan is not activated.

                                      Hai this is prasad i am customer of one assist from two years from this year i don't want this plan due to some money problems in my account
                                      Please deactivate the one assist plan because the plan is auto renewed from my icici account and i don't interest in this one assist plan.

                                        I received sms notifications from my bank as well as one assist that they have deducted an amount of rs 1899 for renewal of membership. Neither have received any prior intimation nor have i given them my consent to renew my membership.in fact my membership will be ending by november 30th but they have deducted this amount almost 1 months in advance without any notice.

                                        I do not wish to extend their service as it has been totally useless to me. I have been trying to call their customer service number to cancel my membership and ask for refund, but, all of the times its either busy or switched off. I also tried to chat with them on their ios app, but, did not get any quick response.

                                        I just want to ask for refund and cancel my membership. I do not know any way to reach them directly.

                                        This fraud company has designed their system in such a way that they can easily acquire people's money by fraud without having to provide quality service or pay them back.
