Cancellation of one assist and refund of money

Without any consent from card holder, hdfc deducted money for plan activation.

I did not get any call to activate one assist membership. But the one assist mfee of rs. 1399 is automatically debited from my hdfc credit card (Ending with 6803) on 7th nov 2017.

Please do needful to refund the charge.

oneassist consumer solutions deactivation of one assist account

I also received call from axis bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission.
I contacted oneassist customer care to cancel this service but they don’t response.
I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap.

refund not received from oneassist consumer solutions

On 07 september i got call from oneassist operator for asking of renewal of my yearly plan. The operator i talked with said that the renewal plan is of 1399 rs. And out of which 399 rs will refund to you as special offer. And the refund will be credited with in 7 working days.

I decided to renew my plan and said yes to renew my yearly plan. But since then i havn't received my refund of 399 rs till date. I contacted one assist...
