My one plus 3 mobile is fallen down and right side of the display is not working properly and it has broken and it is very important to me beacuse there are so many documents which are important and i cannot open it. The screen is not properly please respond to it and resolve my problem as soon as it posible and i hope you will do best for my problem

    I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1299/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission. I also call from one assist team. I don't even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

    Please deactivate and refund my money asap

      Sir u renewed my one assist services without asking me. I am deeply harassed already financially otherwise i will take sone kind of action against your comapny. Bank outs charge on that amount and u just putting an extra burden on me. And u deducted 1899 from my credit card which i don't accepts at all. Please reimburse my fees.         I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 5625 without my concern on date:20/10/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/-

          Hi,

          I was charged 564.05 towards my newly issues credit card in the 1st month itself inspite of not using the card.
          After calling the customer care number, they informed me that these charges were towards the emi of one assist membership costing 1299.
          I would like to inform you that i wasnt informed by the bank personnel offering me this credit card about any such services. Infact i was told that all annual charges on my card would be waived off if i link any utility bill with it.
          I do not wish to avail any such service so as advised by the hdfc credit card customer care i called to the one assist customer care. They took 20 mins explaining me the same point 100 times that why i should use their services. The executive named juhi was not ready to listen to me. She was simply not co-operating an d helping me with my concern. She was not willing to take down my cancellation request. Finally i had to raise my voice and talk in a stern manner, only then she informed me that the cancellation team will contact me within 48 hours.
          Im waiting for the same.
          Kindly take down my request to cancel this service and waive all the charges so far.

            @oneassist if you are reading this, this is one of my latest mails :-

            I am tired of writing mails to you guys and dont know when your stupid seniors will call back regarding my device as they are always busy on calls, if you guys need to always ask your superiors to take calls then why do you have a call center might as well have trained staff to handle the queries and after how long are you informing me about the approval received is unknown. Also i had asked about the estimated cost being too high and no one bothered to answer the same. I will hv to pay excess fees and why should i pay it according to your estimate, i am sure the repair cost of the handset cannot be 50% of the device cost when there was nothing major and everything was working fine.

            About the device that you offered me to use as an alternate phone is supposed to be working, i have informed repeatedly that the handset has no sim trays how do i use the device, still no answer for the same and i was assured 4 times that your senior will call me but then i think your senior is too busy to call escalated cases or are not capable to handle escalations. Call me once and i will show you how escalations are taken. Awful services from you guys and no tat for replying to the mails. I really need a compensation for all this or i will definitely put this up in social media and consumer forum for sure.

            Please dont consider this as a warning as i am going to do so, just informing you in advance so that your seniors be prepared the next time this happens.

              Hi i'm omkar. I had subscribed for your plan last year. My relationship no. Is 1431287. The plan which i'm subscribed to is an 'enhanced wa power single plan'. It was renewed on 6th november 2017 (8 days ago).

                I am yet to receive my voucher code to reactivate my policy.
                Kindly arrange to send it in my mail address as early as possible.
                Please note i have taken the policy to securing my wallet & bank cards in the year 2014 and since the same is being automatically renewed.

                  I am already a customer of one assist having plan of 1299. I got a call from hdfc bank that you have preapproved personal loan offer (Lying) without processing fee and instead wallet security plan (1899) would be activated. Initially i agreed, later on in first verification i denied, again i got call from hdfc saying i[censored] deny this u will not get loan upto one year from any bank (Rudely manner). Then i said ok in verification. On the next day i. E. On 10th, nov, 2017 i told about this to hdfc bank customer care and one assist also. One assist executive told me not to worry how the second plan will get activated if already one plan is working. Please help me to get debited rs 1899 and the executive behave rudely and lie to me to get this plan. On 14th nov, 2017 i called to again one assist to take complaint about this, she told me call after 48 hours we cannot take complaint now, ur plan is not activated.

                      I received sms notifications from my bank as well as one assist that they have deducted an amount of rs 1899 for renewal of membership. Neither have received any prior intimation nor have i given them my consent to renew my membership.in fact my membership will be ending by november 30th but they have deducted this amount almost 1 months in advance without any notice.

                      I do not wish to extend their service as it has been totally useless to me. I have been trying to call their customer service number to cancel my membership and ask for refund, but, all of the times its either busy or switched off. I also tried to chat with them on their ios app, but, did not get any quick response.

                      I just want to ask for refund and cancel my membership. I do not know any way to reach them directly.

                      This fraud company has designed their system in such a way that they can easily acquire people's money by fraud without having to provide quality service or pay them back.

                        I had purchased an insurance with one assist for my phone with membership no. [protected]. My claim was passed under ber case but actually the invoice value input in your system is incorrect and because of which the claim is passed under ber case. Ber case is when the cost of repairs estimate is more than 80% of the actual invoice value. Actual invoice value is 26998 and input is 24000. I have talked to them related to this. But when i talked to the senior he misguided me with wrong information. And when i consulted this wit other personal who was the supervisor of the phone and explained him the situation he said i ll give you a revert on this by the evening or next morning. It's been 3 days i haven't got any call back. When i tried contacting him the person did not come on the call saying he is busy on other call and will arrange a call back, which is never done. The insurance company is trying to get me round and round and not replace my phone where it should be. Because it's there fault. They have misplaced the recording as well where in the person selling the insurance ask me to give an estimate amount and not a precise amount. This thing has happened to me like 7-8times the person containing me will never call me back. I have talk to other person and explain him the situation and then he say give me time and never work on the same.

                              I received sms from hdfc bank and one assist that rs. 1399/- deduct from my credit card for one assist plan without any information and without my permission. I also got a mail from one assist team at the same time i replied about my deactivation. I don't even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my card. And use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. Pls deactivate and refund my amount of rs. 1399 immediately otherwise i will take action severely.

                                Oneassist has charged, without any consent, a subscription fee. Until today morning, i didn't even know they existed. I called kotak first, to report a fraudulent charge, i was redirected to oneassist. I called oneassist, who insisted the charge was genuine and had been authorised by kotak and redirected me to kotak. As i keep getting redirected in this never-ending saga of consumer fraud, the following is what i have learnt.

                                1. Oneassist and credit card companies are hand in glove with each other trying to upsell products to customers.

                                2. Rather than selling the product through genuine channels, they resort to an unauthorised auto debit and reverse only for those who notice & complain the same swiftly, as seen by the 1500+ complains about oneassist.

                                3.in the era where banks are increasing security protocols and initiating 2 step & 3 step verification, no one can save us if it's the banks who sell us out.

                                  Cancellation of one assist and refund of money

                                  Without any consent from card holder, hdfc deducted money for plan activation.

                                  I did not get any call to activate one assist membership. But the one assist mfee of rs. 1399 is automatically debited from my hdfc credit card (Ending with 6803) on 7th nov 2017.

                                  Please do needful to refund the charge.

                                  Don't activate this type of subscription in future without my knowledge/consent.
