Dear team,

I would like to narrate a horrible experience that has happened yesterday which was never expected. It is very unfortunate.
I shiladitya chakraborty purchased a ticket from durgapur to kolkata, ticket no tn9b11449495 bearing the pnr no: ctc257306, seat no's : 21 & 22.
Date of transaction : 14/8/2019
Date of travel : 18/08/2019
Total amount paid : rs. 667.92.

Inspite of paying such hefty amount i along with my wife was not able to board the bus. All buses plying from kolkata to durgapur and return stops at muchipara bus stop.in the past i have travelled multiple times and there were no issues to board the bus from muchipara like other passengers. Unlike yesterday it was a totally horrible experience and even after trying to stop the bus by showing hands to the driver the bus never stopped. Volbo and other buses which plies in the same route stops at muchipara bus stop and i had no idea or intimation that this bus will not give a hault at muchipara.

I was shattered and again i had to purchase a different ticket from muchipara and then i had to come. It was a personal emergency but all because of same i was not able to make it at the right time.

Also for your information the timing provided by you also seems to be incorrect. When i spoke to the concerned person i have found the bus departure time was 14:25 pm and not 14:10 pm as mentioned in the e-ticket. So was not a correct information and had to wait longer in rain because of the same and was also not able board the bus.

I request red bus management to kindly arrange the refund immediately as i had purchased the ticket from your site.

    I have used redbus for first time yestrday. I have booked ticket from kanpur to delhi. Ticket costed me 3900 apprx for two. I was travelling through kalpana travels. I dont know on what basis you guys allow ### third parties.

    It was a nightmare journey. Bedsheet was dirty. Could see pubic hairs and other dirt on it. I request conductor to change the bedsheet..he denied.

    There was water leaking from AC. Blankets had awful smell. It was a nightmare journey for me. I will never use redbus hereafter. Please stop fooling customers if you cant provide a GOOD SERVICE .

      I had booked three sleeper birth through red bus but the massage come to me that the ticket is not booked and your amount will be refunded but still the amount is not refund in my account and you people sent another msg the bifurcation of refund amount in which you people deduct the cancellation charges which is totally wrong and baseless.         Hello i booked 2 tickets from puducherry to bangalore for 18/08 13:00-20:00 bus had dinamo and heater breakdowns and stopped after 30 kms from puducherry. We waited for 3 hours for mechanic to come. After that it took another 1 hr for them to come back but they didnt fix the bus. Finally police came at 19:00 and we had to book a taxi on our own for 6000 inr to bangalore to reach the city. I want my 2 tickets to be refund.

          I had booked bus from ahmedabad to chalaa from redbus for date 22nd august 2019. Bit 2 day before bus operator called me bus was cancelled.             I booked a bus from ahmedabad to indore on 14th august, 2019.
            First of all, the bus reached indore around 12.00 pm when the scheduled time was 7.20 am. The bus could not pick up the speed above 40km per hour as told by the bus driver, i. E, it was damaged before the ride started.

            There was no point of contacting either redbus customer care people or the bus operator as both did not pick up the call.

            Secondly, the driver changed the route midway and took indore via ujjain when the route should have been via dhar road, due to which he dropped me at saims hospital dropping point when my booked dropping point was radisson blu hotel square. As a result, i had to take an auto and it charged me rs.200 because of the rain and unavailability of anything else.

            Thirdly, the bus' condition was so pathetic that during the ride, one tyre burst off.

            I have been trying to lodge a complaint since yesterday but in vain.
            There has been no response at all.

            Kindly refund me the total amount of the ticket, i. E, rs 953.00, the extra rs.200.00 that i had to expend because of the midway route change and rs.500 as vindictive charges for the inconvenience that was caused during the ride.

            I would like to also bring to the redbus' notice that if i don't receive any reply within a day, i would post this wherever it is possible, also would reach out to the consumer forum. I am very serious about this issue.

                I had bus ticket on 21st july from allahabad to lucknow (Copy attached). Bus got cancelled and i had to go through immense trouble. They did not inform me about the bus cancellation.
                They are not refunding the money even though i reported the thing next day. They wrote back that bus not cancelled which is a complete lie.
                My co passenger of the same bus got the cancellation message and he got refund. (Screenshot attached in which you will find his mobile no.). You can go back and check his booking. He booked in the same bus. His mobile no. [protected].
                Even after giving irrefutable proof they are not refunding the money.
                If i don't get refund i will have to go to court for refund, compensation for lack of service and harassment.

                  I booked my bus ticket by redbus on 31st july 2019 redbus ticket cancelled (Tin: tn8v[protected] from virudhunagar to vellore for dated 9th aug 2019 that tckt amount was 3834/- rs. And cancelled it on 31 july (. Transaction id: [protected])

                  But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation mail you mention that i will return that amount within 2-7 days (For your reference i am forwarding your mail with this mail).

                  Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and my request is to please refund my money. Please give me response as soon as possible.

                    I accidentally got a date confirmed for a booking that was supposed to be for the next day at 7:50 for the day i was trying to book at 7:45, i tried to reach the helpline number to cancel the ticket but they never connected, they kept me waiting.

                    The whole reason why i got the date wrong was because the page was unresponsive and i had to reload a couple of times, i missed out on the right date the one time i got it right. There was no service that was available to help me with cancellation or rescheduling available. I lost 1.4k and they don't even have an available helpline number.

                      I am jagadish s. Had booked 2 seats for travel from udupi to bangalore on 09 aug 2019.

                      The bus was cancelled by bus operator as the road was closed due to heavy rains. The bus operator just asked us to get down and claim the refund from you. As promised in your website, the company was supposed to issue the refund in 72 hrs.

                      No amount of calls are responded nor emails. It is suffering to hell. I do not work anymore and this amount is very big for me. I suggest the company to look into it immediately and respond.

                      I Saras Bajpai booked ticket on Redbus on 10.August’2019.From DELHI Kashmiri gate to Dehradun. My ticket no.was TN[protected]. As per the policy 100% money is refunded back within 72 hours. But, I haven’t received money yet. The cost of ticket was 810. Please get this issue resolved by refunding my money back.

                        We booked a bus for agra to delhi through red bus. The driver instead of dropping at akshardam which was our drop point. Dropped in sarai kale khan when the time was night 11.30 pm. We didn't have any metro or auto or bus. We suffered wit ladies and kids to reach hone. Vehicle no 9042, driver name santhosh. We would never prefer red bus for travel. Around 15 people n the bus requested the driver to stop in akshardam. He was so rude and adamant. Pl act on the complaint and acknowledged

                            Redbus mobile app for android showed me booking failed error message 2 times when i booked but later both tickets where confirmed. Now i have 2 tickets for hoshangabad to indore for today 1) 3:45pm
                            2) 6.20pm
                            For same 4 people. When i am asking for refund they are saying you booked from 2 different email id.
                            My concern is why the app was showing incorrect error message. If this message was not shown i wouldn't have booked another ticket for same 4 people.

                            On 7 July 2019 I booked a seat from Kullu to Haridwar booking amount 1000 the amout has been deducted from my account but i did not received any ticket and server shows sorry your ticked has not been bookedand that amount has been refunded to me in 72 hrs till now i did not receive any amout of refund

                              I'm sandip dalvi. I have booked one shivshahi bus ticket from panvel to chiplun, bus departure time was 22.30 but at the end bus operators cancelled the bus. I have paid ticket amount through red bus app and now i want 100% refund amount. Please provide support on the above issue and escalate the same.                                 I have booked a ticket from redbus app, my amount got debited and my ticket not booked. Than again i booked my ticket in same bus and same seats, again my amount got deducted and i received ticket confirmation.
                                My amount got debited twice for same seats booking in same bus.
                                I am. Trying contacting red bus customer care but call not responded and i have selected chat option as well but they behave like machines, i am asking different query and they replying with different resolution. I want mail id of senior authority who looks into this matter. Red bus members didn't even understant the urgency of the client.

                                  My bus was cancelled by operator on 8/8/2019 saundatti to bangalore.
                                  I informed this issue to redbus through their app in help section, but i have received no response. I tried calling their customer care but its always busy. I claim refund of 750/- immediately, kindly refund my amount. Thank you

                                    I have booked three tickets from chennai to thirunallar using red bus app in universal travels. Once we onboarded into the bus. They driver says he will not drop us at thirunallar. Instead, he will drop us at kaaraikal.in addition he told ask redbus. I called the redbus. No on has picked my call and sent multiple requests. No response. My ticket no: tn[protected] and pnr: uni2784775.

                                      Address: 402, Gayatri Residency,behind Gurukripa Hospital, Laxmi Chowk, 411057

                                      I want my last 2 cancellation amount to be transferred to my bank account.
                                      The only reason to cancel all my ticket is last moment my journey from mangalore to pune cancelled by bus operator canara pinto.
                                      So cancelled my journey on 8th august and 12 august as no one travelled to pune on 3 rd august. The cancellation amount is refunded to my red bus wallet. But i want this amount around 4000 rs to my bank account as i am not going to do any booking from redbus wallet in future as i have horrible experience with my last journey.

                                      I called redbus customer to help in refunding money back to my account but they are refusing to do it.
                                      I want my money back to my bank account.

                                        I've booked a ticket on 7 aug with kerala lines from bangalore to pala but once the card details were submitted amount were deducted from the account but ticket was not issued to mail or reg mobile number.. Please fix this problem as soon as possible.. My number is [protected].. Ticket amount costing rs. 1260 was deducted immediately from union bank of india for the seat reserved i1 but no tickets been issued.. I contacted the bus operator (Kerala lines) but they said that no tickets been booked.. Kindly refund the amount as early as possible.. Transaction details listed below
