I booked a bus from ahmedabad to indore on 14th august, 2019.
First of all, the bus reached indore around 12.00 pm when the scheduled time was 7.20 am. The bus could not pick up the speed above 40km per hour as told by the bus driver, i. E, it was damaged before the ride started.
There was no point of contacting either redbus customer care people or the bus operator as both did not pick up the call.
Secondly, the driver changed the route midway and took indore via ujjain when the route should have been via dhar road, due to which he dropped me at saims hospital dropping point when my booked dropping point was radisson blu hotel square. As a result, i had to take an auto and it charged me rs.200 because of the rain and unavailability of anything else.
Thirdly, the bus' condition was so pathetic that during the ride, one tyre burst off.
I have been trying to lodge a complaint since yesterday but in vain.
There has been no response at all.
Kindly refund me the total amount of the ticket, i. E, rs 953.00, the extra rs.200.00 that i had to expend because of the midway route change and rs.500 as vindictive charges for the inconvenience that was caused during the ride.
I would like to also bring to the redbus' notice that if i don't receive any reply within a day, i would post this wherever it is possible, also would reach out to the consumer forum. I am very serious about this issue.
