Hi team,
On dd/mm/yy i had hired a bus through your redbus application with booking id:xxxx
Unfortunately the bus which was provided to us for our trip to coorg had several problems which i have mentioned below along with the consequences we had to face
1. I had booked a 21 seater wherein i was provided with a 12+1seater registered bus (Photo attached with number plate details)
Because of which we were stopped at multiple points by cops and were fined for the same.
2. The condition of the bus was pathetic and extremely dissatisfying with broken parts and damaged seats.
Because of which one of the passenger was injured.
3. The braking system of the bus had flaws in it and we had to stop in between to fix it
Due to which there was a delay in travel and moreover all of our lives were put at risk.
4. The road tax of the bus which was provided was not up to date because of which we had to bare that expense as well to move forward.
5. The driver himself had admitted that the condition of the bus isn't good because of which he can't gain an average speed of 80kmph itself on the highways.
Because of the delay we were not able to reach the destination as planned and had to face a lot of losses in terms of time and money.
All the above factors resulted our trip which was actually intended to be fun into a risky and exhausting one.
I wanted to bring these factors to your attention during the travel however when i tried contacting your customer service multiple times, it was routed to the incorrect dept and the agent said there could be an issue with the ivr and assured me a call back in an hour, which apparently i didn't receive.
In spite of all these i was charged with hill charges xxx which was not disclosed in prior.
To resolve this problem i would appreciate a proper compensation or a money back.
In closing, i would like to reiterate that i am extremely dissapointed with the poor conditions of the bus which put the lives of 21 passenger's at risk and in the way the customer service handled my issues. I would hope that this practice does not continue. If i cannot resolve this issue through reasonable channels, i will be forced to find alternate solutions to recieve the compensation.
I sincerely hope that we can work out this matter, however, if the solution is not provided within this weekend, i will be forced to take legal action and relay my experience with to my friends and my corporate connect's.

    I have booked bus via red bus app from kalyan to kolhalur dated 10/09/2019
    Bus timing was 9.30 p. M. But bus came 15 mins early so i had to change pick up location to pendharkar college. It was prior informed to co person with driver. I was waiting for bus for almost 1 hr, after that i came to know that bus left pendharkar college without informing. I have not received any call from travels. To catch the bus i had to get another cab, which cost me rs. 150.00. Bus driver & his co - person is refusing to pay. I need refund for this pathetic service.

      I booked the ticket online from Mumbai to dapoli on 9 th September 2019 at 9.30 from gundavli pick up stop before catching bus I also confirmed the ticket and status they gave me positive confirmation..but the gaurishankar bus conductor told us that your ticket is been cancelled and try to contact customer care I contacted the customer care he told me that he has raised the concerned and redbus will try to contact us in 72 hrs but I didn't got any message from redbus ...

      I hope you will try to resolve my issue ASAP

        I booked my ticket from chandigarh to sikar on 12 th of june. And cancelled it on next day and opted for refund. Its been 3 months and i didn't get my money back. The amount was 1350. This service sucks. I also requested in help section but nothing happened. My req id is 10390948. 3 months is a long time and after asking for refund so many times they didn't responded. I want my refund back.

            I book a ticket of red bus, kiran travels, ticket no tna[protected], from ranchi govt bus stand to dhanbad, date 8th sept 2019, departure time 14.30. But there was no kiran travel bus at ranchi gvt bus stand, and no bus of kiran travel departed from ranchi govt bus stand on 8th sept 2019 at 14.30. I contacted customer care of kiran travels, they told me to come patel chawque. I was not in a position to come patel chawque
            So i did not get any bus of kiran travel at 14.30,, 8th sept 2019, ranchi govt bus stand.
            Pl return my money (Rs 277.5) as no bus departed/ available at proper time on above mentioned date.
            I did not travel with that bus, as no bus departed from that place.
            Pl return my money and answer me why it was not informed me earlier about cancellation of that bus from particular places.

              With reference to above i had booked my ticket to bengaluru through your weight and i received an sms from my bank saying that the amount of rs.682.50 had been deducted from my account but i did not get any ticket details from bus operator, and immediately again i have received message from red bus saying that my transaction was failed and refund of the amount is processed, would get within 5 to 7 working days.
              But i have been waiting for the past one week to get my refund.

              Please do the needful asap.

                So bad experience with travaling with redbus they do not care or loyal with their services and no matters that woman or child are traveling in the bus.                         I was booked the ticket from trichy to chennai at 27th 10.30pm august with jothi travels in rs 449/-. The bus having 4ratings. I was waiting from 10oclock in that place which bus operators address... But till 10.45pm there is no updates from operators even my phone call. 11.30 pm one person came and told me like ur bus arrived come with me... Then he shows some other bus with bad condition like worst blankets and seats...

                        I book the ticket in lower berth because of my back pain issues, but they guys were shows upper breath that's too very next from the door..

                        I m not even satisfied with that services
                        I booked the ticket 449 worth but they were showing 200rs worth bus

                        Bus 2hours delay
                        Different seat
                        Bad condition bus
                        Operator behavior
                        Bus cleanness

                        I was raised the complaint to redbus, they were told there s a government rules, there s no way to refund... And very unrespect..

                        I want fully refund that journey, i hope this complaint is my last initiative...

                          Hi,

                          I have booked the ticket (Ticket id : tn9a[protected] with redbus from pune - jalgoan via shree samarth krupa travels.
                          The bus met with accident in pune before chandan nagar bus stop. Driver runway from that place.

                          In the middle of night we have to arrange our own convenience to come back to home.

                          The actual ticket price was inr 2730 and no refund is provided to me yet.

                            And the transaction was unsuccessful due to the bus operator's error.
                            But my money got deducted from my bank.
                            But the ticket could nt be booked.
                            I clicked for the refund and checked the box for refund to bank account.
                            But instead i got refund in wallet.
                            So i would like to get the refund in bank account instead of the redbus wallet.

                            I am a loyal customer of redbus, but this experience was not good for me.

                              I booked ticket from ahmedabad-pune at 1300 rs in chirag travels from red bus
                              The bus have some issue so on road at early morning bus leave us on road and asked us to shift on any bus coming from back

                              When i didnt receive a single call from Redbus

                              But neither i received call nor i receive any mail

                              Where is your mail id "Protected " and if it is protected how can i reach to you
                              Red bus cant even provide proper service to communicate with them what they will provide service to me for my journey

                                My Complain is not resolved and they are writing complain resolved. This is fraud complete fraud. I booked a ticket on the name of Mayank kumar from Patna to Delhi Ticket No. N7Z60306389, PNR[protected], SEAT. NO- L4 and Fare Rs. 3360.00. Bus was supposed to depart at 5:00 pm from Patna and reach within 12 hours to Delhi but Bus was delayed by 4 hours and no information was given to passengers and departed at 9:00 pm on 4th of July 2019. Apart from that the Bus got delaying by hours and hours and finally it broke down at Agra- Lucknow Expressway and all the passengers were kept hungry and thirsty and bus driver behaved rudely when the passengers asked for water and food at the Agra- Lucknow Expressway. The Bus reached Delhi at 9:00 pm on 5th of July 2019, which is almost 24 hours. Now I need an explanation with compensation that when you are supposed to reach Delhi in 12 hours it took 24 hours and I had to suffer from a great loss. Why they took the amount of AC 1st Class but gave the worst service? Why Passengers were not given food and water when the Bus Broke down? I want compensation and refund of half of the amount of ticket cost. They also tried to do fraud with me and made calls that we will compensate 60% of the amount and asked for my debit card details with expiry and cvv number as they told it will be a card to card transfer. It's a complete fraud service Red bus is doing. Till date I haven't received any compensation. Don't know what consumer forum is doing in this matter.

                                  I have booked 2 tickets from lucknow to bahraich for 6 am on 8th of july pnr xbch[protected]/qsb from kaiserbagh but the bus was cancelled without any information n the app also not shared any prior information about bus n contact no of driverand i have made complaint with redbus 2 times n they committed to refund money within 48 hoursbut my issue is not resolved n they didn't return my money. Please resolve my issue

                                    I am travelling with intersity satabdi, from indore to lucknow.
                                    Driver's behaviour is not tolerable, when i ask for reach timing, then he was taking rubbish.. (Gali bhi de raha tha). He was also saying complain kar lo karn ho isse kuch nahi hoga... Intensity shatabdi ka phone hi nahi uth raha tha

                                      I booked a ticked in redbus on the above date through gpay. The money (Rs.452.27) was debited from my account but ticket was not booked. It displayed the money will get refunded. I waited 10 days but money is not refunded.

                                      I called redBus customer care and raised a request. They said the money will be refunded in maximum 7 working days. But even after 2 weeks money is not yet refunded. My request id is 10269011.

                                        I am talking about bus number ka 01 f 4801, me some girls we're requested to driver to stop bus in corporation stop, conductor told that "stop illwa" i asked, he told me that"howda eno gottilla" it's already time 8:45pm, and we want to go silk borad. They took bus to kbs stop,. What non sense is it, if them's sister or mother or daughter in that bus means they won't stop?? What type maintenance is it. We are girls we need to go house before 9pm na. This type of training you are giving to the employees who they are responsible for public transportation. They don't know how treat a girl, please give them that strong instructions that, someone requesting means give stop, so that it will helpfull for girls who they are new to bengalore city.
