On 05/11/18 we bought this 1 ton hitachi ac from reliance digital, viviana mall, thane. I also bought additional 2 yrs warranty from resq.
Now the problem is that it has been 6 months but we have not been able to use it properly even for a month in spite of the product warranty & resq warranty & what not.
The standard installation was done by reliance digital & we paid for additional copper pipe. Since it was winter time we used it for few days & then it was not used till summers i. E. March 2019. When used we observed that there was no cooling hence we complained at reliance customer care on 24/03/19 complaint # [protected] and when the technician visited, only after switching the ac on & without even touching the ac he told that the gas has leaked and it needs to be refilled. We asked him to check the root cause as it has been only used for few weeks but he denied saying that since it is the first time try by refilling the gas & it would be done free. 3 days after that the gas was refilled & cooling restarted.
Now again after 3 weeks the cooling disappeared and we again complaint on 22/04/19 with complaint # [protected]. The technician came & again said that the gas has leaked. Now this made me furious as we cannot refill the gas every 3 weeks but i had to also shift to pune in a week hence we decided to first move to pune & then get the gas refilled or get it resolved. Thus we did not get the gas filled & put another request for un-installation.
Post shifting after a lot of follow-ups, escalation finally a technician visited & during his analysis he removed the covering on the copper pipe & it was found that the copper pipe was twisted. I asked him how can the pipe get twisted inside the intact covering to which he replied that it happens during installation and this might be the reason of gas leakage since installation. I told him that i paid for the additional copper wire during first standard installation by relaince digital and now since it is the lapse in their service due to which the copper pipe was damaged & customer is suffering from day one, in spite of all warranties, this should be rectified free of charge as it is their mistake. He told that he will come for installation on 11/05/19 & we communicated the same to reliance digital on mail. Now he did not turn up & was not contactable after that and even relaince digital support stopped responding to our emails.

We were helpless & when called the customer support they told that you need to pay for the whole new pipe & installation charges which will be rs.10, 000-rs12, 000. After i denied saying that its your deficiency in service, they stopped responding.
They are looting the customers, i paid around rs.35000 for ac, additional charges for resq warranty, additional amount for copper pipe which was ruined by their installation & now they want additional amount for replacing it and still not sure if this is the only root cause of the gas leakage issue. Additionally we had not been able to use this new product even for a month & had been only being coordinating & calling their technician, on call support, on mail support & agencies. The whole summer season has gone now but i could not use the ac even after purchasing.

I have already tried seeking help thru all your channels like toll free number, emails to customer support & even Mr. Bade (who never responded) but only got call for floor supervisors of call center. Now nobody is responding hence posted on twitter as well last week & now if this is not resolved this week then I am going to take legal action as I have given sufficient time & lost the whole summer season. If you had checked the multiple complaint numbers I have mentioned in the first post itself then you would not have posted your template response here.

Please expedite as it is pathetic for a father to see his kids sweating while sleeping in summer night in spite of buying an AC from Reliance which had been useless throughout summer and we had already wasted a lot of time discussing this with all your support channels. Kids have been asking me that Dad when will this get resolved.

I have purchased Skullcandy jib earphone from reliance digital Nagpur on 09 March 2019.But the earphone have multiple problem It's charging doesn't last more then 3 hours also mic voice is not clear.

    This is to inform you that I have purchased 01 (32 inch)reconnect TV from reliance digital showroom ( Shipra Mall, Indirapuram, UP) on 24/02/19, but I was delivered a defective TV by reliance digital.
    TV was not working properly since from the day it was purchased, screen of TV gets off automatically after few seconds when TV is switched on and we can only hear audio from the TV. Initially it was less but now it's happening every time you switch on the TV.

    I had lodged the complaint regarding this on 13/05/19 complaint no[protected] under the name of Satya prakash Tiwari but till now no one has turned up in order to assist me with my problem as I have placed a request for TV replacement.
    I have tried calling your call center thrice every time you uncordial staff give me fake promises but till now no outcome has been received.
    Im highly unsatisfied and unhappy with your service and would make sure Im not going use any services provided by Reliance digital any more, reason you have completely failed on the parameter of customer satisfaction.
    Highly ridiculous company with highly ridiculous staff and managers.

      Sir this is to bring your kind attention that i have purchased an lg ac of worth 46000 from reliance digital store located at sambalpur odisha they convinced me to buy an outdoor stand with this of worth 800 but they did not give me any bill telling that due to some system problem they are unable to generate the bill and they will deliver the outdoor stand at the time of ac delivery and will give the bill but later they give me an outdoor stand which is in name of some other person and even they have not given the bill so kindly look in to the matter and ban such type of fraudulent practice in a reputed store like reliance digital

        Hello, i purchased an air conditioner on february 8th
        2019 and got it in installed on 12th march 2019. After the installation we used for 10days and then later it stopped working and later on calling for the customer service number provided on the bill. We called to that number no body lifted or responded to the call. Later on checking the complaints in the web. I mailed to [protected]@ril.com and they responded but the technicians came and went but never told what the problem is. Now it's been 3 months but the problem is not resolved. The people calling from the service center aren't even responding properly they don't even know how to talk to ladies. It's been 3 months none of them are responding. We can't bare anymore of this issue make sure you refund the money because we didn't use it for 10days also. Make sure this is done.

          I purchased a 1.5 ton reconnect ac from reliance store, guwahati on 15/05/2019. It was full payment purchase from my card with the delivery the next day. On 17/05/2019 i called the store as the ac was not delivered, they told me i have to wait a number of days as the ac was not in stock. I asked for a refund as why should i wait for it for days after making payment. The store manager told me they dont do refunds and i have to take gift vouchers of that amount.

          What kind of joke do they think the customers are? I want to file a case against this company as they take customer for granted.

          मेने 4 अप्रैल को yearly सर्विस के लिए कॉल किया था पर कोई सर्विस करने नही आया । अब एकदम ac कूलिंग नही दे रही है आज मेने कॉल किया कस्टमर केअर तो मालूम पड़ा की यह कहकर कंपलेंट बन्द कर दी कि गजनेर सर्विस पॉइंट से 150 km है जब कि है 30 km ।

            Sir, i purchased hp printer all in one but coloured cartage was not working. I told him to replace but sales man and store manager told me we hv only one peice. My younger son was in need due to his print outs. I and my elder son visited 5 times in your store. We requested them to give refund or change. They told we r going to zirakpur for printer. At last we recived at 10.30pm. My small kid was awake for his work. We tequested ur store manager to deliver at home. He told no u hv to take from here. We hv harrassed. 5 times. 1 to buy printer. 2 again we took bcoz coloured ink was not working. 3 he told to m to buy new cartage it wil cost u about 650/- than he told m to give in 200/-. 4 than we took printer to store to replace. 5 after along time we got at night. Very sorry to say that no body is responsible in your store. We r living in pkl from last 40 yrs. I request u to kindly see th matter. I told him to give th cartage in 200/- at night he told me no sir it wil cost u 685/-. No value of tongue.

              If you don't have experts let me know or please refund so i can service for my end. Your guys never technically sound. I have to do request for ac gas refill.
              Your guy said ac will not ac will not throw ice. Service not calling. How long it will take. What is your service.                 I have log a ticket on 2nd may for cooling issue on toll free number[protected] & ticket no. Is [protected].
                Technician visit at home & identify part issue but after that no one visit for repair it till a week.
                After that i have raise the same case to toll free & he has escalated and log another ticket [protected] & told me that service team will call you.
                I have received the call for my issue but no one come for resolve it & no response after my call back.
                On 13th against contact to customer care but 3 times & they told me today arranged technician but still no one visit. Also evening last call with rupesh kamle he has disconnect my call without answer me.
                Now next day till time no call received from technician & also customer care answer the same as we have escalated & technical will visit.

                Today also customer care agent has hold my call & say he will connect me with his manager & no response till 20 min hold.

                I want to know that since 2nd may to till date my issue is not resolved, no one bother on it & customer care giving me same answer again & again.

                Very pathetic support from reliance which is reputed company.

                  I had purchased samsung ac & got extended warranty.
                  Extended warranty contract number is [protected], which is purchased for product samsung sac 1.5t neo inv ar18kv5hatq tly, model number samsung sac 1.5t neo on 28.04.2016.

                  The extended warranty period is from 21.04.2019 to 20.04.2020.

                  The ac has become defective on 25 apr 19. Tried contacting the company. However could not get through.
                  On 29 apr 19 sent a mail to them.

                  Ever since i am only getting assurances but not the service specially in the summer month

                  We have not only called many times(almost daily) but also visited reliance digital centre on every alternate day.
                  Additionally regular follow up is being done with Mr Mareshlinga Kattimani, CEO Escalation Team, Reliance Digital. However, still no response for the last 15 days. It seems we have done a mistake by purchasing the appliance from Reliance digital

                  Dear Sir,

                  Haven’t received any response from reliance digital.
                  It will be one month on 28 May that we will be chasing them for the repairs.
                  I am suffering in the summer with my ac not working.
                  Therefore I am getting it repaired from samsung direcly & claim it in the consumer court with compensation for the harassment & discomfort which I have gone through.

                    I had selected samsung fully automatic wobble washing machine & sales man confirmed the same however when they shipped the product it was a 2 years old fuzzy logic model. This is unacceptable and i was asked to provide pictures of the same and the secunderabad branch is really poor in customer service as they are delaying the replacement as agreed. They are now waiting for email approval and the manager is on leave. Need to get this resolved.

                      It's been a week i bought daikin ac etkl50tv model and still i didn't get it installed which was promised to be installed in 2 days from the date of purchase. I have been following them up every day from last 5 days to this number [protected] and every single time they say "sir, installation team is on the way and job will be done by the evening". Today, i have asked when will you send the team exactly and stop fooling people by giving false/fake promises ; they responded "what should we do if you are getting fooled" such disgracing act!! When the executive said this to me, he disconnected my phone call after asking his name. I made 4-5 calls to know his name but continuously disconnected my call with intention.. Never expected such unqualified executives or staff are working for reliance digital.. There is no single contact number for costumers to track or enquire on their products purchased from reliance digital... Even though after saying that we want to buy two more ac's from them they have responded the same with so much head weight.. I plead the customers to not put your hard earned money on reliance as they don't care you at all once you have purchased the product because reliance digital have taken the customers for granted with high quality o[censored]nprofessionality and ignorance..

                        Hello my name is mohammed badarudduja hyderabad telangana recently i purchase the product lg xboom thunder speaker 1000w on 5th may 2019 igot delivered on 8th may 2019 from reliance digital in pvr icon mall hi tech city hyderabad from 8th may i registered complaint but they listening to the store salesmen in store by cheat the salesmen sold me the product in store there is cctv u can check there was a commitment i told the salesmen his name was babu on price tag it was written free lg mic provided after 33% discount i told if ahuja mic is provided than i will purchase the product so the other salesmen zahid he tested the mic and ask babu then told okay provided so i agree to purchase if there was wrong commitment so it is not my problem i want that ahuja mic if there problem in store they cannot provide me the mic they can tell me i will not accept the product
                        Please help me in situation asap

                          not giving proper response for customer

                          In 2015 we have had similar experience dealing with ac technicians, and this time (2019) this is even worse (Despite of we highlighting our previous experience at vashi reliance digital store)

                          1. On friday (10 may) we bought ac

                          2.ac delivered on 11 may (Saturday)

                          3. One person called nagendra called me to check on the drilling, i mentioned to him that there may be a need for 'core cutting' as its hard wall.

                          4. Nagendra mentioned to me that in that case someone should do the 'core cutting' as he said he doesn't have anyone with him and it is not his work. When i told him that reliance has mentioned to us about core cutting charges and they need to arrange for the same, he suggested us to contact reliance.

                          5. Samar khan ([protected]) called me and asked me if nagendra visited the flat to check if the drilling is possible, when i said no, he said he would come and he visited the flat at 4pm on saturday (11 may) and said he would bring someone and install the ac at 7pm.

                          6. No response from him until 8:30pm, hence i called him if he is coming, he said he is coming and came at 8:45 and made a hole in the wall and said there is beam, hence core cutting needs to be done.

                          7. Samar khan mentioned that it is late now, but tomorrow (Sunday 12th may) he would arrange to send person for 'core cutting' and i specifically told him to mention the time of their coming, so that we can plan other work accordingly.

                          8. Today (12 may, sunday) i sent him message in the morning at 6:35am stating the core cutting needs to be done and the ac to be installed together at 10am approx. I tried calling samar khan whose mobile was switched off.

                          9. Between 8am until 11am i tried calling him at least 50 times but each time his mobile was switched off.

                          10. Corecutting person called me to ask my address and i gave him the address. He said he is coming from thane and shall reach within 10-15 minutes. I sent him the address and also explained him the direction

                          11. Samar khan called me at 11:35am and i told him about core cutting guy's coming, asked him to come or send engineer to install the ac. He said within 15 minutes he would send the boy.

                          12. No news until 12, then i called core cutting person, he says the auto came late, second time he says he had other work also, finally said he is coming.

                          13. When i called samar khan he said the boy will leave now and in ten minutes he will reach office and he will come. (Meaning he had not even started work until then). When i specifically asked him what time his boy is coming, he said by 12:45pm and he came with someone at 12:50pm but core cutting person still not come yet.

                          14. I had highlighted this at the sales office in reliance digital, where we were promised this will not repeat again but unfortunately there is noone who can understand our concerns. The sales guy wahid shaik ([protected]) says its not his problem, but asked me to write email or call store. Disgusting to hear this from him - no sense of responsibility in him.

                          15. Is this why customer needs to come to reliance digital? What kind of accountability they have? Why do they not value customer's time? Why they tell different stories each time? Who is accountable for this? Why such arrogance with reliance staff? (From top to bottom)

                          Previous ac issues:

                          1. The ac has service guarantee for 5 years, and the compressor was replaced last year. But this year there was leakage and the gas was refilled and the engineer asked to observe for 3 days if the leakage still exists or not.

                          2. After 3 days we highlighted this to resque team, the arrogant two guys came and pretended to be checking, said few points reduced, but outside temperature is hot, so there is no cooling. Usually our electricity bill comes 800, this month its 4000. And absolutely left us in helpless situation. What is the use we paying the maintenance and not getting proper service?

                          Further to the agony, despite of me requesting the engineer to do the work nicely, see what he has done.

                          1. The core cutting hole hasn't been covered - yesterday lizards (Chikpali) had come through this hole.
                          2. See the sloppy and hopeless work done by your team - the tape color. He doesnt have white tapes to cover the wires/pipes.
                          3. He has covered with the packing thermocol for covering the wires. Is this the standards reliance following? Shall i post these on my blogs?

                          Adding to this, the issue of gas leakage for our previously installed lg ac has not been resolved yet. The guys from resq were too arrogant and within 2 minutes they concluded saying the outside temperature is hot, hence no cooling and they vanished. This is now what customers like to see 'customer support' from resq.

                            Hi team, i have purchased a sac whirlpool 1.5t from reliance digital alwar rajasthan branch, but yhe installation was in avery bad manner, also i have complaint about the remote not wotking but the resolution not come.
                            Over 2 weeks gone no resolution for this.

                              i lost my bill but i had warranty card with that the service center was refused to do service

                              Dear sir, i am anil keswani from durg chattishgarh. I have purchased kent water purifier from reliance digital on dec 2018. The kent is not working since 2 months and no one from the service centre is helping us to get it repaired. They assured us that they will replace the kent and will provide us the replacement money but no action is taken since 2 months. We have also taken the warranty for 5 years. Kindly please resolve this issue or else we have to file a complaint against against your bad service to consumer forum. This is the last time we are seeking for your help you people provide the worst consumer service

                                We have arranged lg ac innercoil replacement recently as per reliance service team suggestion and we have warranty to cover the service cost. Once service completed we are following up with reliance warranty department for reimbursement for more than one month. They said cheque has been processed and approved but we didn't receive the cheque or payment yet also not receiving proper response. So i would like to raise complaint.

                                Service done on apr 10th 2019.

                                  I bought water pureit from reliance digital madeenagud hyd in oct 2018. Still then though raised service request with customer care nothing happened as of 08 may 2019. Escalated so many times. No executive called and visited to do service. Simple sold and cheating is by telling we will do service. Worst customer support. When called aquaguard service, they said it is reliance responsible. By this oct 2019 it will complete one year with no service done. I guess they wanted to entertain one year by not doing service. I seriously need reason why service is not doing.
