I bought samsung inverter ac from reliance digital shahdara delhi. Stopped working and complain registered on 28th march 2019. No one can claim as poor service as reliance digital. Poor knowledgeable technician, worst customer care service and what to say about delhi ncr service center.. It's pathetic. Till date nothing have been done. We have ordered ac, wahing machine and tv and we were promised to deliver the products in 24 hrs and installation in next 24hrs. We did not receive our products even after crossing 5 days time and we have been told that there is no stock for ac. I bought a daikin inverter ac from reliance digital in ambience mall. The installation was suppose to be next day and free. Surprisingly, the ac was delivered 4 days after the purchase and the installation is still pending after 8 days. I have purchased a/c from reliance digital in the month of may 18, after 3 defective installation they installed 4 th a/c, even in this a/c gas was not there. Installation people told that they will refill gas once wheather is good. After that nobody turned up.

I have purchases a samsung a/c on april 4, 2018, and on march 25 it has some issue.
