Worst service received from any company

My phone is dead within 3 months of my using it and the service centre are not helping me. Long delay of repairing the mobile handset

I purchased a Sony Ericsson mobile handset Xperia SK17i on 10/10/2011 from authorized center of Sony. Next day it developed a problem & I deposited the set to service center on 12/10/2011 for replacement of the handset under guarantee.
