I have used various electronic gadgets from various companies in my life but I have never experienced such bad quality products and such sub standard service. My experience has been very bad in interaction with the Sony Authorized Centers & especially the Technical Engineers in attending & trying to resolve the issues.
Where, the customer had already spent Rs 5571, why is he made to suffer by dialing these guys every 1-2-3 months for check on the same ‘PUSH POWER PROTECTOR’ issues.
