After changing dth transponder lots of set top box are not recieving signals from satellite. And service provider (Tata sky) is charging (350rs. Set top box +100rs. Visit charges) from customers. Which is wrong because any changes made in transponder by tata sky, not by the customers. Why customer is liable to pay money for this.

channels subscribed not provided

I have selected channels and apprised the service provide on a number of occasion. The channels are not available on my tv. The selection was to be done as per trai instructions but i am the sufferer.in spite of several requests they are not providing. Account balance informed by them is enough and next renewal date, as informed is in july'2019.

multi tv/ seperate plans for additional setup box

Can i watch tata sky in 153 rs (130+ 18% gst). When i tried to create a pack many o[censored]nnecessary channels got added by default raising my network capacity. These are the channels which i never watch.in my understanding the entire exercise done by trai is to enable users not to pay for the channels which they didn't watch. unwarranted charges by d2h provider

I have subscribed to new channels as per guidelines of trai. The channels have been subscribed successfully as per the website of tata sky. However, the channels have been activated selectively by the d2h service provider and we are not able to view some of these channels. After waiting to get some lead on implementation of trai guidelines, i got email from tata sky for pack selection and stumbled upon the pack selection module on tatasky website and notice there were just 3-4 options to choose from. I had a annual subscription. After trai gave sentence new subscriptions were declared. My annual pack ended on 9 feb 2019. As per trai 1 feb was the date to start new packs. The balance of 9 days was not credited to my account properly. Even after multiple calls and complaints tata sky refuses to reimburse the same.
My complaint has been closed down without any proper solution. They refuse to act...

Tata sky is worst dth service provider. I am facing problems in changing packs/channels on their website as well as mobile app. I have contacted them so many times over calls and emails, but it seems they are not interested to solve any kind of issues. additional connection charges being charged since july 2018

I had shifted in june to indore and did not intall the add on connection but have been charged for the same unnecessarily since last 7 months and why is the company looting the employee though as tata as a group i know is really honest and customer friendly really feel cheated after being a loyal customer since 11 years.
I ahve shifted to indore and only got the primary box installed and had asked the visiting person to discontinue...
