I am using tata sky box for last five years. And for last 2 months i able not able to see few movie channels. And for this i complain and register my complain several time in tata sky customer care. But still my issue is not resolved. And they always give excuses and false commitment and for last few days executive is speaking in unprofessional way. No one visited my place to resolve the issue.

    I (Tata sky id - [protected]) was continuously request to your senior executives mr. Abhisek, mr. Ankit etc. To complete my complain request (Wo no# 1c4gq0d0) & replace damage hd set top box within 01st mar, 2019.
    But they provide me fake commitment and yet hd set top box not installed in my home.
    I lodge this complain on 1st march, 2019 but no one technician person call me regarding box replacement.
    One technician person (Phone no - [protected]) was called me on yesterday morning and told me that he will replace box on yesterday evening but he was not coming in my address. I was several time request him & his service centre (Phone no - [protected]) from where he was contact me but they intentionally harassing me continuously.
    They told me box not available but at yesterday morning technical person (Phone no - [protected]) was confirmed me that box is available.

    This kind of harrasment is not acceptable. I will definitely go to higher authority of tata sky & consumer forum regarding this. I also lodged a complain against that in consumer forum helpline. I will directly contact with tata sky nodal office & ceo mr. Harit nagpal.

    You stood take necessary action against your senior executives & technical person & area service center as soon as possible else i will post this issue in social media like facebook, tweeter & news portal.

        Customer care is not responding despite 15times dialing which consumed my main balance final i am told they would call me but no call after36hours without my consent they changed my pack type. All teledu news channels suddenly stopped due to that migration of pack. To get clarification i called customer care every time the call gets connected i am made to wait 10mi minutes later it was extended but no use. Notable to know the solution for the problem. If it is so we will hav to leave tats sky

          I have subscribed annual subscription in sep.'18 which was valid till sep.'19 for dhamal package.

          On 13th feb.'19, i had changed my plan from dhamal package to selective channel as per my choice, hence my balance amount of dhamal package should be transferred from existing package to revised package approximate rs. 2000/-.

          Recently message is flashing on tv that amount has been exhausted and connection will deactivated from 2nd march'19.

          While contacting customer care serice of tata sky on 1st & 2nd march'19, it was informed that on 25th feb.'19 some of the channels have been activated by some dealer hence balance amount is exhausted.

          I want to submit you that i have never opted any channel on 25th feb.'19 and same has been activated by some unknown dealer without my consent.

          Please look into the matter on priority as customer case service has shown their inability to resolve the issue even approaching twice on 1st & 2nd march'19.

          Hi! As per TRAI direction, following the new Tariff order, service providers will migrate their customers to a best fit plan carrying their key current channels. This process is being done in a phased manner every day to migrate the millions of customers by the 31st March. Each customer has the option of changing their channels and packs at any point in time, before or after the migration. For this, please download the Tata Sky App or visit mytatasky.com and go to Manage Pack, or visit your nearest dealer.

            This is to inform you that, we have installed tata sky hd at our home at sarova, samta nagar, but due to local cable operator, tara sky has been shut down in samta nagar. Tata sky operator can install hd in separate room by installing dish, but the customer service said it can't be happened.
            Please see into the matter, as we are viewers of tata sky from many years

              Tata sky - dd sport channel not show the live telecast, they showed the display msg as per order suprim court telecast will be not available on this channel., but other cable operators & dth operators how to show the live telecast of all matches.. If i pay to fta 153 include gst so why i pay to extra charges to other channels i want this.. I hope you share soon my results

                I booked the new tata sky connection to their representative who came at my shop as a general sales marketing on dated[protected]Friday) and i had been told that with 2-3 days after generating of my id the dish will be installed at my home.
                But due to sat and sunday in between
                My id generated only on[protected]Wed)
                And also i got the message that tommorrow means on 28 i will get the phone for appointment for installation of disk...
                But when i enquired on 28 about at what time i will get the phone for installation fixing i had been told by the customer care representative that ur id is showing that u have cancelled the request since your tv is not ready, where as the fact is no such type of request was made by me.
                So finally again i had been told that tommorrow means on 01-03installation team will install the dish after taking the appointment but again on 01-03-19 when i asked that at what time i will receive the call than again i had been told that your request for installation status is showing as cancelled so i talked to seniors named pushpa at 2.00 p. M and she assured me that with in 2 hours i will receive the call of the installation team and the matter is under her supervision but i had not received the call till 4 than again when i called i had been told that with in 15 minutes i will receive the call and madam pushpa didn't come on the line but till 7 nobody called and again when i called and insisted the executive to speak with some senior than i had spoken with mr. Chandan that too after half hour of hold (I have the screen shot of the phone) and finally i had been told that today means sat[protected] till now i. E 2.00 p. M no body have spoken with me meanwhile yesterday and today i have received the call from no.[protected] but when i say hallo than nobody speak with me and when i dial this no than nobody pick the phone after ringing of the phone line gets disconnected...
                So it is my request to the seniors that kindly look into the matter at the earliest because they must have the recording with them and enquire that who is responsible for this type of senirio...
                And who is spoiling the image of the tata company.

                  We have taken tata sky connection last month in january 2019 but after paying in traff as per new rules also we are not able to view all channels as per pack. Customer care persons also not soveling our problem but just negalating & simply say sorry. So resolved the problem otherwise return back my amount immediately. I am totally fursted for the support which we are getting from tata sky customer care.

                    Dd sports channel is free to air and on the match days tatasky closed the channel and ks asking to purchase star sports... When i asked the advisor to enable it or compensate they denied... The call lasted for almost 30 mins but the advisor never connected to the supervisor as well... The advisor refreshes the hold and asking to call back or write email pathetic service...

Yesterday morning 10 am i have ordered a set top box sd, technician called me, i have told the address, he told that he will come by 4 pm, its over 24 hrs now, im so frustrated, i want to watch ind vs aus 1st odi match in star sports 1, so many times i have called to him, he didnt lift the call, so please give me set top box atleast today.                         I am giving this complain for third time as it is not solved. I recharged on 5th feb 2019 of rs 240 which is valid for 30 days. The next recharge date should be on 7th mar 2019 as feb is having only 28 days per month. But message came the next recharge date is on 5th mar 2019. Sending this message they are earning one day amount. It's a fraud. When i talked with the customer care people i had to count them 30 days. Still they are not convinced of recharge date. They are keep telling the recharge date should be on 5th mar 2019. If they are so concerned about the customer, should give extra day. Rather they are taking away one day. Please look after the matter. Thanks

                            I had taken annual package which was till december 2019. After trai ruling, i had opted for the same package as taken initially. Now my subscription is reduced by 4 months. Balance amount they have credited to tata sky account and not refunded the amount back. They are earning interest on our money. The should have been returned to our bank account, which they have not done. I'm talking for all the customers, they are not giving any freebies for our lump sum payment and earning millions of rupees on the customers money lying with them. For your suitable action and clarity please.

                              Inspite of frequent complaints made by me regarding requirement of detailed calculation of deposit of rs 4800/ tata sky never replied only called back & ensure for sending details but regret to say that no mail till date i have rec'd in the matter which is a matter of shame for them that they never replied and debited our account because of money is in their hand and customer can do nothing.

                              1महीना हो गया केवल बातें कर रहे है समाधान नही क्या यही Tata Sky की सेवा है पैसे हडप कर लो कोई जवाब /समाधान मत करो, शायद कनेक्शन लेकर गल्ती की हैं।कोई कहने/सुनने वाला नही।अगले महीने due date के बाद display बन्द हो जायेगा लेकिन समाधान नही होगा।

                                Tata sky is the worst service provider. Tata sky is not bothered about any customer who is suffering badly because of their loot policy.

                                My account was deactivated without any reason. I changed the package as per new policy on[protected] from my mobile using tata sky app. And paid 350/- for the monthly package.

                                But my account was de-activated on[protected], saying that they have modified my package for rs. 506/- a month on[protected], of their own without my consent and even did not bother to inform me. Thus they have looted my deposited money which was to last till[protected] but got exhausted on[protected].

                                This is a case of cheating and loot. Forcefully upgrading the package for higher cost without consent of customer and deducting the money which is already available with them due to pre-paid policy.

                                Tata sky representatives don't hear the customer complaint, not registering the complaint and disinterest in resolving a customer's complaint.

                                Yesterday whole day i had a telephonic conversations with helpdesk but they did nothing. They said they will call back, but did not call. They did not give any higher officers number or any information.

                                My account remained de-activated since 03 days, at the crucial time when the nation is in trouble and i am not able to even watch news.

                                I have been deprived of the tv services by tata sky since more than 03 days. Also my money have been looted by increasing the hire package cost without my consent.

                                I am looking forward to go to any court in india for justice.

                                    I am a user of tata sky setup box and this mail is regarding the problem faced by me in many of the channels provided by you. This problem has been continuously troubling me for the past six months. Several complaints were made via telephone but no action was taken by tata sky to remedy the issue.

                                    In majority of the channels which we have purchased, the signal strength is almost nil. Even though the weather conditions are perfect outside, when we switch to the above mentioned channels, the message shown is that the set up box cannot receive any signal or that it may be raining outside. And the issue which i have talked about is seen in majority of the channels which i have purchased in my pack.

                                      Dear sir / madam,
                                      This is to inform you that i am using tata sky dth for my subscriber id is [protected] and package includes all hd and sd channels because my monthly recharge charges is 735/- per month. On 23rd feb 2019 i had recharged my tata sky dth subscriber id no [protected] with rs 735/-, on 24th feb at about 17:15 hrs i got a message from tata sky stating that as per trai tariff order you have been migrated to the best fit plan which has your current key channels. To my surprise my all sd channels were removed, where as they are charging the same amount to me.

                                      On 25th feb 2019 at around 20:53 hrs i sent them a mail asking them to clarify that on what basis they have changed my package and if there is any order the same to be shared with me. Yesterday on dated 27th feb 2019 at around 16:24 hrs i called them on [protected], i spoke to the customer care executive she also told me that the package has been changed as per trai order i asked to share the order she told me that its being flashed on tv channels, i told her that trai has given a preference to the consumer to choose their channels and pay only for the actual what they want to watch and the order is till 31st march 2019 but no where it says that it will be migrated automatically, then how come you have changed the package. Finally i told her that i will raise a complaint to tata sky.

                                      This is totally a case of cheating where my channel package has been changed and i am being charged same amount. I request the trai authorities to kindly take strict action against tata sky.

As per TRAI direction, following the new Tariff order, service providers will migrate their customers to the best fit plan carrying their key current channels. This process is being done in a phased manner every day to migrate the millions of customers by the 31st March. Each customer has the option of changing their channels and packs at any point in time, before or after the migration. For this, please download the Tata Sky App or visit www.mytatasky.com and go to Manage Pack, or visit your nearest dealer.

                                      I don't accept the reply of TATA Sky. If there was some order from TRAI why it was not intimated in advance before migrating my package to best fit package.

                                      And how can you charge the same amount when maximum SD channels have been removed after migration

                                      I need contact no of TRAI to lodge a complaint. This portal is not responding positively, whats the Fun of having such facilities where in spite lodging complaints the TATA Sky continues to what they want.
