tata sky dth deactivated

Tata sky is the worst service provider. Tata sky is not bothered about any customer who is suffering badly because of their loot policy.

My account was deactivated without any reason. I changed the package as per new policy on[protected] from my mobile using tata sky app. And paid 350/- for the monthly package.

But my account was de-activated on[protected], saying that they have modified my package for rs. 506/-...

unwanted marketing calls everyday

I get calls from tata sky call centre executives offering me some channels that i am not interested in.
Most of the times they offer tatasky comedy or tatasky dance.
Everytime they call i make it clear that i am not interested in these channels.in fact, i also tell that i do not want to receive any more calls from them offering any channel/pack.

reg: monthly tariff for dth using tata sky

Hi sir,

Currently i am planing to upgrade the channels which is modified by tata sky, regular basic i was spent 310 for month all over south india channels and sports channels. But after modified the tariff even if take less channels like regional like telugu channels it is crossed 500 rupees for month.

If i select normal telugu region i have to pay more than regular payment. I have not seen any less price....

too much delay in installation

I have register new connection request on 24th feb 2019. While the registration call tata sky customer care person promise us to we get call from service centre within 2 hrs. Now its been 3 days gone, neither installation happened nor got call from tata sky as concern.

After that i called again on helpline twice. They are just giving fake promises. Nothing happened yet.

cannot choose channels - lame "technical error" message

I went to tata sky website and spent some 15 minutes choosing the channels i wanted. After that, when i clicked on "confirm", it just took me to a page that said only "technical error". And there was no message about what went wrong and i should do about it.

And to addinsult to injury, i was automatically logged out!!!
I hope tata sky knows that not allowing customers choose their channels is not ethical. And may be...

Hello, my tata sky subscriber id is [protected], as my current pack is telugu pack 169/month. Except hd channels all other telugu free channels also we are not getting to the tata sky account.
