My father wanted to recharge tatasky dth for 300 but by mistake recharged for 3000. Want to know what is the process of resolving this issue? How can we get the money back for the extra amount?

I raised 1st migration (To trai pack) request on 2/feb/2019 but not done tata sky, then 2nd migration request again raised on 8/feb/19 with request id[protected] but not again done by tata sky. Then, today again on 9/feb/2019 another request raised migration with request id[protected],, but no status update till now and today (9/2/2019) is my old package expiry date, so what is your steps and why are you harassing customer??

Please note that i have log request for shift of my tata sky from one location to other, as the guy who has come told me that customer care has given work order for installation, in new place not to dismantle from old place. He ask for charges, please take this forward, i am your customer from last one year have paid yearly payment for entertainment and not getting service, what is the meant to a lot - register no [protected]...

I had complained about tata sky cheating customer by charging rs. 23 per month for seeing “republic tv” a free channel by not allowing customer to choose this channel in the free channels group of first 125 channels.
Tata sky informs the rules that charge for first group of 100 channels is rs. 153 and each additional channels of 25 free channels rs. 23 additional will be charged.

My id no.[protected] - i wish to add etv telugu hd and gemini telugu hd to my a/c. I have been trying for the last few days thro' yr tel [protected] but unsuccessful in getting them added. Hence this message. So please add these two channels to my present list of channels and let me know the monthly amount after these additions. I am sure that no additional network fee will be charged for this addition since this fee has already been charged...

Since the day i opted this service they are unable to provide the speed we are paying for. I have been open a complaint so many times but they give a # to it. I am totally fedup with their services and my work is impacting as well. It is not just their service is worst but their support and response time like hell. If you want to harass unselfish only then opt this connection.

I have chosen a pack named “marathi hindi premium sports english” for which i am paying rs. 346 per month. Also i have to pay rs. 176 per month as “network fee” for 125 fixed free channels. Totally, it is rs. 522 per month.
The problem is that the channel “republic tv” (Number 616) is not included!! Though it is a free channel!!!

Sir this is to bring to ur notice that adds on television is fooling common people... Entertainment is not for common people this government is proving this.. Really tired of getting fooled in the name of gst.. We were watching all the channels by paying 250 rs or 310rs but for the same thing now we have to pay 650 to 700 do u think this is help to common people... I opted for a la carte mode for selecting the channels to view on Tata Sky.We have one connection of Tata sky which runs on three TVs of my house and suddenly I learnt that connection extension to the additional TVs would now be costing 33 % more ... whew that's a sudden steep hike ! Trai proudly announced the subscriptions for dth under new guidelines is consumer friendly but in fact it is not so: for example, i was paying rs.215/- monthly for my telugu package which includes five hd channels upto january19. Why you guys are fooling to customer on the name of fta basic pack. All other company's are providing all free to air channel in the pack of rs 130. Trai mandate pack. But you guys are fooling us. After waiting forever to get some lead on implementation of trai guidelines, i stumbled upon the pack selection module on tatasky website (Probably taken off by them now) and notice there were just 3-4 options to choose from. Instead of allowing us to choose 100 free to air channels for basic rate rs. 130/- + further channel-wise pack selctions, tata sky had offered (1) a pack allegedly based upon my viewership...

I would like to bring your attention that complain was lodged over phone in toll free no to send the technician for connectivity problem in our disantena, but nobody from your organization has visited our house till date. We are deprived from watching the tv. Please take urgent steps to solve this problem.

The box was taken for repairs by the person concerned that day itself and a replacement was promised by Monday. My recharge is upto 05/04/2019 for dhamal mix with hd, as per trai rules i changed for basic + music without hd (153+7=160 pm) but could not activated due to short balance whereas my deposit is upto 05/04/2019 and hd service is deactivated without information.
After contacted on tollfree i was told that i have to recharge for new services which is s surprised matter when you have two months advance of dhamal mix mix with hd aprox 800/...
