My dth number is [protected]. After waiting forever to get some lead on implementation of trai guidelines, i stumbled upon the pack selection module on tatasky website (Probably taken off by them now) and notice there were just 3-4 options to choose from. Instead of allowing us to choose 100 free to air channels for basic rate rs. 130/- + further channel-wise pack selctions, tata sky had offered (1) a pack allegedly based upon my viewership pattern, (2) a couple of random combinations of mix & match, and (3) a long list of alphabetically listed individual channels, both paid & free, from which we had to choose each individual channel we desire to view. Since, my original pack was @ rs.930 per month & there were several channels (Which i view) missing from the 'ready-made' 'viewership pattern' based pack they were offering, i chose to pick individual channels from the long individual channel list. After i had finished selecting, it was flashed that my selection pack would cost rs.845/- per month. I confirmed this and re-charged with a nominal amount enough for about 10-15 days. Though my connection was recharged, there was no information update either on my phone via sms or on my tv or via email or even a phone call. When i called the customer helpline, i was informed that my connection was charged till 15/2/2019. However, to my utter horror, i received a message (Sms) a couple of days back that cost of my selection pack was rs. 1004/- per month (Instead of rs. 845/- as flashed after i did my selection) and recharge was valid till only 10/2/2019 (And not 15/2/2019 as informed telephonically). Now, i don't know how to get these tata sky guys to act responsibly. If this is being allowed only because of the tata name and trai/govt. Can't stop these bullies from blackmailing customers, then, i am sure that lakhs of customers like me will seriously think of changing the service-provider, or better still, simple throw the dth equipment out in the dust bin and opt for smart internet tv - at least we will not feel constantly cheated by dth providers 'gangster' behaviuor like tata sky. It is also pertinent to mention that the tatasky customer care (Or rather customer bullying) executives proudly inform us that they are charging rs. 250/- basic rate instead of the rs. 130/- fixed by trai. I hope this & many thousands of complaints are understood, taken seriously and redressed at an early date. Shame of tata sky

They offered to provide me 500GB Data as a Bonus. But all commitment was fake.
Even they said to me 250GB Data already added in my account. But they lie.
After week my speed was revised to 512kbps . I have trying to complaint but customer care No. Is not working. Then discuss sales executive who provide me that connection. He checked by account and told me, I have consumed more than 75GB thats why my speed revised.
I have tried to discuss on customer care services then I got information, still I have 47GB data.
I am totally frustrated with their services and my work is impacting as well. It is not just their service is worst but their support and response time like hell.
I request to all my friends please ignore if you are planning for Tara broadband services..
